"Bloomstock is a cafe in Bayview making great waffles, coffee, and seasonal drinks, and serving it out of a takeout window. The waffles are pillow-soft, and come in three options: plain, churro, and chive, each with a great not-too-sweet taste, and in a world of overly sugary desserts that’s a stroke of luck. The waffles are fantastic on their own, but topping them with either the fluffy maple whip or the chili crisp spicy dip takes them up a notch.
