Blue Collar Burger Bushwick

This is a great burger spot. I ordered chicken tenders, fries, and a single stack cheeseburger. Very yummy and fresh. None of what I ordered was steeped in grease, or over cooked, overly salty which made me feel great after eating my meal. I liked how it was no frills and just straight fresh ingredients and packaging. Since I wasn’t going home I did not order a shake but I would like to come back and try one! As well as their hot dogs! The guy taking orders was really nice so definitely recommend trying this burger joint!

Wow, I just ordered from Blue Collar for the first time. I didn’t even know that they existed before tonight, incredible a nice freaking burger, awesome sauces & the onion rings are on point. My wife & son loved the chicken tenders. They both said delicious. My son said the shake is “omg, so good” perfect thickness. Highly recommend, nice surprise. We did delivery so I don't know how the physical space is. Food arrived hot.

I Stumbled across this place completely by accident and it might be the best burger I’ve ever had. Its a small place with limited seating but its worth the visit for how good this food is. So much flavor for such a niche little spot. Even the shakes were way too good to be true. Highly recommend chocolate over oreo though. I look forward to being a regular here.

Problem is they 1 guy making all the burgers and they get hit up all at once with a bunch of orders. It's always same time of the day. Maybe Hire someone to help make the burgers faster.

Hey look, is it a little pricey.. sure is it also the best smash burger in the area well.. yes it's that's too. Sometimes you just want what you want and you'll spend the money to satisfy the burger itch. You wanna save a little dough go with your significant other and split a drink and fries. Other than that I'd say it's adequately rated. Will this burger change your life? Probably not but you gotta love a place that knows it's identity and sticks to it.

Delicious and consistent burger place to order from. Always fresh and flavorful. Nothing comes dripping in grease and the fries are perfectly salted. It is a basic burger that is cooked well. The sauces for the classics compliment the perfectly fried chicken fingers. Our favorites are the boom boom sauce, ranch, and honey mustard

First time ever, ordered a burger, asked for relish on the side, was given a nice surprise when i opened my box

“Chicken CUTLET Sandwich” but it’s really just chicken fingers in a burger. A bit of false advertising. Chicken fingers are not a chicken cutlet. Culinary class 101.

The staff makes you feel like they're glad you came in. Every employee shows exceptional niceness. Their dishes look professional and taste wonderful. The kitchen rarely misses the mark. I found myself impressed throughout.

I got the new onion cheese double burger and the fries. It ended up being $17. The cheese burger was a decent size but a bit too salty. The fries were bland and honestly I was thinking of throwing them out as they weren't worth the calories. This place is so close by to my place and the worker was nice. I just don't think I'd get this again as there are better burgers and fries for similar price ranges.

My housemates and I ordered delivery from here on Friday at around 4pm. The good: food was hot and they described the fries as like McDonald's but better. I found my OK onion burger to be a touch too salty! I think I prefer 7th street burger's vibe more, although the burger from Blue collar didn't hurt my stomach like 7th street often does. No pics because I was mad hungry!

I was the first person to review Blue Collar Bushwick, and I'm happy to say that, years later, I can stand by my five-star appraisal. I went back and ordered the Eddie's special burger (as did my bf) and a loaded fries to split. The service was very friendly and no-nonsense, the dining area was clean on a Saturday night, and there were upbeat tracks playing out of the kitchen. Once the food was ready, we devoured those things. It was one of those silent meals where you don't even bother trying to say anything because your mouth is too busy making bites, and you know you're both too hungry to care about niceties; you've gone full beast-mode. They were great! Prices were great. (Much better than newer spots like 7th St Burger, in my humble opinion.)

They never disappoint, unless it closes before I could get to them. Food is consistent and my favorite thing is the cheese fries. Try the boom boom sauce!

Probably my favorite Smash Burger in NYC. Always consistently good. The patty isn't as greasy as a lot of their competitors are. The sides come in good portion sizes, sometimes I can't even finish all the Tater Tot's. Prices are reasonable but not an everyday thing.

Food is absolutely great! Consistency is in their recipes so that's a plus! Only downside is one is unable to place an order for pickup through the restaurant. The hassle of placing an order through a third party is very frustrating and inconvenient. Instead of arriving to grab and go , I have order and wait for the food.. I wish I can call ahead and grab my food on the go!

I was in the mood for barbecue for lunch while at work. So I decided to Grub hub blue collar Yes not the healthiest of choices but it was fresh I ordered a burger a hot dog fries and a sanpellegrino grapefruit to wash it down The food really hit the spot. I did not feel as guilty as I imagined The fries were crispy and fresh I love the packaging and presentation, "good job"

I honestly thought I've reviewed Blue Collar before but apparently not. First off these burgers are juicy, tasty and THICK!!! Especially if you're getting the double cheeseburger. Come on now, pictures don't do these burgers justice. At first I thought it was small so I was like "Hmmm let me get a double" I sure as heck ate with my eyes because I can't even finish it. I'm dry heaving from being super stuffed. This is what I get for being so greedy. As a matter of fact, everything is in generous portions here so even though it's pricey I'd definitely say it's worth it. The chicken tenders are huge. The fries are plentiful. The cheese cups are filled to the top with cheese. The hotdogs are as thick as a sausage. Gosh darnit I can't even finish this review. I seriously can't make this up, this place is super dope with delicious burgers and more. I'm so full, I feel disgustingly satisfied lol. Please come try their food I would never steer you wrong.

The burgers are very similar to Shake Shack but better. Smash style and very fresh. Not sure why the low ratings

Before coming here to eat, I visited a lot of stores, took the subway, touched many places, and when I asked where I could wash my hands after ordering food, they told me that there were no hand washing places. Is this legal? I will report this to the NYC Health department after the new year. You cannot play with my health just because you can use more space and make more money.

We live in bushwick and decided walk over and check out blue collar. We ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, chili cheese fries and a cookies and cream shake. The burgers reminded me of shake shack. The fries were pretty good and the shake was okay. I did notice that the prices on the menu in person weren't updated so it was more expensive than I expected. Overall, still pretty good.

Forget what everyone saying on here. This place does it right. Nothing more u can ask for. Burger and fries on point every time. Instant classic burger joint. Chicken tenders underwhelming tbh but get real eat a burger

I enjoy blue collars food, but more and more often it arrives sloppily made and messy. Breading falling off chicken tenders, undercooked soggy fries, burger drenched in sauce. My biggest gripe though is at this point they forget the 1.50 cheese sauces I pay for more often than they send them; frustrating. Just seems service and attention to detail has gone down over the past two years. Still pretty tasty, so I keep coming back and hoping it improves again.

Food was alright. Service was good. Way way overpriced. Purchased a double cheese burger, fries, and a milkshake and it came down to 26 dollars. Sheesh. For food comparable to any fast food chain it really shouldn't cost this much. The burger was relatively small for being a 15 dollar burger... I would've felt differently if the entire meal was 15 but 26 is just too much money for something that's alright.

The juicy, fresh burger is bigger than it looks and the sliced-open presentation of the hot dog is a fine idea. I wouldn't book a flight to visit this no-nonsense spot but it's worth a visit if you're in the northeast Brooklyn/west central Queens general vicinity.

The chicken tenders seem different and I love them. Did they get a new chef? The tater tots are fire, all the shakes are fire just get any one. The portions are huge as far as im concerned, super shareable. So yeah, this is My favorite late night pms cravings restaurant in the history of the universe. I wish they used sweeter onions for the ontion rings

I never thought i'd say this...... but move over Shake Shack, Blue Collar burger is where it's at. I ordered delivery from the bushwick location after a night out and it was arguably the best burger i've had in awhile. potato bun, cheddar cheese, crunchy onions & the sauce of their making is what makes this burger standout. it would be dangerous if i lived next to this place. i can only speak for the burger but wow, can you please bring blue collar to Portland??

Ok so first off! I ordered on postmates but please note, my postmate driver was very quick and efficient this time around. The burger is sloppily made and very small for a burger and not a slider. Patty seems very small like smaller then shake shack or many other places. They charged me $1 extra for onions and I swear there was one super skinny ring of onion on the burger lolol. The frys felt like they were a day old, tough and chewy, they were cold which is weird because like I said the postmate was quick and the burger was hot. Overall, mediocre at best. Should have just ordered shake shack.

I am a fan of Paul's on 2nd Ave so I am used to perfection! I don't know how to describe the burger I got at Blue Collar except to say it was watery, not juicy, not grilled. It seemed like maybe it was a frozen patty that was microwaved. Also, had some stomach upset that evening. The shake tasted like soft serve ice cream mixed with milk and cost $6.00!The double burger and shake, about $16,00.

Loved the chili cheese fries!!! They were so flavorful! The burger was also great ...gave shake shack a run for their money!

This spot is currently serving the best burgers in bushwick thus far. The onion burger I ordered was prepared for satisfaction. The fries and tater tots were as expected, good. The milkshake was pretty yummy as well.

Atmosphere is great. Great service. Really cute place for pictures. I got the cheeseburger with fries and a chocolate shake and it was delicious! The chicken sandwich is delicious too ! A hidden gem !

I had a veggie burger and my boyfriend got a cheeseburger. They were of about average size compared to other similar restaurants (5 guys, etc). We both had fries which were so good -- star of the show! The only reason I won't give 5 stars is I couldn't seem to detect any of the "special sauce" on my burger and neither could my boyfriend. It was great though, and very fast (we picked up so I can't speak for delivery). I want to try their shakes!

We ordered deliver from Blue collar and found a staple in the food!! The only reason I noticed was because I was taking off the undercooked bacon on top. Very disappointed as we were excited to try this place.

I ordered a veggie burger with fries and onions. It wasn't bad, the packing and taste reminds me of in and out burger. I ordered through DoorDash and my dasher was pretty quick and I live near by the food was cold. I recommend eating it in the restaurant if possible. Also store provided a special sauce for onions rings and it was half full. I was good but looked already use the onion ring to sauce ratio wasn't enough please fill out container next time. I don't think I'll order again but would go to store.

Blue collar is kind of a mix between McDonalds and Shake Shack. The burgers are shake shack style and actually really delicious. The fries are about the same thinness and texture of McDonald's fries. I personally am very into the chicken fingers and their special sauce, and their shakes always hit the spot. My only issue is that the fries can sometimes vary in freshness. It's evident when they've been sitting for a while. The tots are always perfect, though. All in all, great local spot!

I've ordered from this place twice on Uber eats. Food came still hot and my shake was decently cold. For not being super expensive. Food is legit quality and executed well. I ordered the bacon burger, tots, hotdog and a shake.. not all at once but you know.. over two orders. The cheese is that nice smooth nacho cheese. The chili is.. ok ( might be from a can or something ). If you were debating the chili or cheese. Go cheese. After work.. sometimes I get this craving for shake shack or something. This place is a pretty legit substitute.

This is my favorite food place in the neighborhood - I come here at least once a week. The first time I came here, I got a veggie burger (phenomenal) and immediately went back in to order more food. Unfortunately, they were closing so I came back the next day for lunch. Whenever a friend of mine comes to visit me for the first time, I always take them here and no one is ever dissatisfied. I also appreciate how they occasionally offer us free ice water - especially when we're drunk :)

This place is great and they delivery pretty late night. Perfect fast food burgers plus Tater tots and bacon egg n cheese on an English muffin. Yum!

Just ordered from this burger joint last night - sorta like a late night cheat meal before the diet continues. It did just the trick. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, a side of fries, and a strawberry shake for my lady. First of all, let's talk beef. The patties were cooked very very well. Crispy on the outside but still juicy and tender. The bacon was plentiful, though not as crispy as I would have liked. The fries were pretty darn good too, can't lie. They almost tasted like McDonald's fries, except better. I didn't get a chance to try the strawberry milkshake, but I presume it was delicious, because it had a very short lifespan. My only issue (and it's a minor issue at that) is the cost of the food. The burger was just over $10, the fries were approximately $5, and the milkshake was nearly $7. Slightly on the pricey side, I can't lie. Price is the only thing that kept me from slapping them with a 5-piece. Overall, really good though.

Classic burgers and tenders. Can't go wrong. Lots of sauce options for people that like to dip. I do the tots and fries combo and always add bacon. I also always add a Nutella shake to snack on for a few days.

This is a review for delivery. I got the double cheeseburger, fries, tots, and chicken tenders. The food might seem a little pricey but in my opinion it is worth it for the quality. The burger was very tender and juicy and had a great flavor even without the sauce. The fries and tots were a little soggy but they had good flavor. The chicken tenders were also the crispiest, juiciest, and best tasting chicken tenders I've ever had.

Come here if you want the world's sloppiest burgers, or the worlds "okay-est" Buffalo tenders, in the worlds dumbest packaging! In all seriousness the burgers were good-- just terribly assembled, Buffalo tenders were just okay, but the worst part is the packaging that they clearly thought was a good idea but is really just inconvenient for the customer.

The cashiers are never wearing masks in here. The cheese sauce is like orange water. Burgers dry and tasteless. Now I enjoy pot myself but the cashiers are always so stoned out of their minds they are rude af and couldn't give two shits. This place sucks bc they don't care and they food is gross. Cost me $17 for double cheeseburger, fries and small soda. I legit rather have McDonalds any day. The owners need to get in there and either change up staff or at least get a clue what is going on in there. Gone WAY down hill.

This place is simply bad and not worth it. Don't believe the hype. It is definitely good to keep supporting every single restaurant in the Bushwick area during this pandemic, but this place is not worth your time or money. Slow and bad service plus the food was horrible.

They truly do not give an F about their customers. So many times I've ordered from them (yes I keep going back with hope they'll change) and they're 30-40 mins over the delivery estimate plus the food is not at all hot. Also, 100% of the time the order is wrong. If you want to be seriously disappointed, try this place. I'm so not going through this again.

Wow, what a surprising burger. Potato bun with fresh vegetables on a cheeseburger made of Pat LaFrieda beef. Oh yes, very well done! And when you pair it with a vanilla milkshake, you are gifted with a thick cold sip of heaven. It is worth it to go.

I have a confession to make: I have lived on the same block as BCB since September 1st 2020 and didn't try them until FEBRUARY 26th 2021. Thats 178 days without the delicious burgs, tots, fries and tendies that this dank spot provides. Like seriously look at this stuff. Golden brown chicken strips, crispy to the max fries and taters and a coupla juicy burger bois. Is there really anything else in life you need? I don't think so...... I don't think so.

Food actually tastes good (hence, the one star) but as you can see, the patty is completely undercooked and cold in the middle.

Not only did they hang up on me. Food was cold. The fries I ordered has a picture specifically next to it that makes it the Special fries for 5.25 with the cheese and meat on it, the person at the store is claiming that it's my fault and nothing can be fixed. Mind you. Who's wants to pay for soggy fries for 5.25 when McDonald's is right across the street! Also the food is cold. They complain about short staffed when they have the time to write "have a great Sunday" on the bag. Absolutely not worth 40$

I imagine the food would be better if it were hot! I ordered a burger double, but only received a single. The burgers are quite small so order up. Good fries, just cold. I reheated them in the oven. I did enjoy the hotdog. The sauerkraut made it perfect once I reheated that as well. I would try this place again as a pick up, so that I don't have to wait so long for the food.

Adding Hershey Syrup to a vanilla shake doesn't make it a chocolate shake. And it was $7. Absolutely ridiculous.

I love this place, great burgers. kinda pricey but it's worth it. blue collar if you're reading this please stop giving me onion rings every time I order half fries/half tots on seamless. it's really annoying. I don't like onion rings, if I wanted onion rings I would've ordered onion rings. this has happened to me a few times now. you gotta actually read the ticket when it comes through. other than that no complaints but seriously stop it
