Overall experience was great. We were seated right away. It’s a tight space with seating for about 10-15 couples/families. The entire wait staff was super polite and timely. The food was delicious. It also came out pretty fast. The pancakes were hot, the sausage was superb, and the eggs were prepared as they were asked to be., For the freshness and taste the price in my opinion is well worth it. I saw a few things on the menu I wanted to try. I’ll save that for the next visit.

Google
This is a quaint little place. We thought it was one of the best breakfast places we went to while in Baltimore. We waited about 25 minutes to get a seat. Not a lot of tables inside but they make it work. It is a little loud because of how small the place is so it was hard to have a conversation. The waitress was friendly but didn’t make a lot and of stops at our table to check on us. The Mexican omelette with a side of hash browns was fabulous. The cooked the hash browns so they were crispy on both sides. They were so good. The Mexican omelette had chorizo onions and peppers. It was so delicious. The unique variety of foods make it a one of a kind place. I understand why they have such high ratings. Seems clean considering how busy it is. They also have a few tables for outside seating.

Google
I have been wanting to visit this place for years now and I finally got the opportunity and they did not disappoint! We arrived bright and early at 8:00 on Saturday morning and had about a 15 minute wait. Once we were seated, the service was very quick, efficient, and friendly. The menu had so many fun options I had a difficult time trying to decide what to order, but I finally settled on the Captain Crunch French Toast and it was delicious!! This place is definitely worth a visit if you are in the Baltimore area.

Google
What a wonderful find for a great breakfast! The Blue Moon has a very eclectic atmosphere, attentive and friendly staff, and a wonderful menu. It's small so you may have to wait a bit on a busy weekend but it's a wait well worth it.

J L.

Google
This place is nice and cozy. The environment is calm. The menu is a QR code so make sure to have your phone handy. The food was incredibly great! I will definitely return. Today is Friday morning about 8 am , there was no wait.

Katherine L.

Google
Came back after almost 10 years, and their signature Captain Crunch French toast is still amazing. Definitely a must-visit brunch spot in Baltimore. Be prepared for a possible wait.

Marissa W.

Google
This is worth the wait! We checked in and were expecting an hour wait so we explored Fell’s Point and returned 40 mins later to be called next. We had one order of the SIn Roll French Toast & the pumpkin pancakes. Quick service and delicious food. Be prepared to take home leftovers or split!

Google
Tasty foods and warm service! Love it! But the atmosphere is a little gloomy and place is a little on the dimmer side. I think some lovely warm lights will do the trick. Visited them a few times and they deliver flavor and taste that you will really love! ❤️

Yelp
TLDR: outstanding food, quirky ambiance, great staff and service, waaaaaay too small, chancy street parking, not handicap-accessible. Spousal Unit and I took the voracious pack o' GrandKiddies for breakfast after a Wicked-good night on the town in Bawlmer, hon. So we had to cart them all to Blue Moon! Blue Moon was featured on Guy Fieri's DDD show, making it (and it's second location, Blue Moon Too) insanely popular. As a result, it's always busy, and because of it's size, there is no space to wait inside until a table is ready. For a person with knee issues, that meant painfully climbing up and down the steps more than a few times (and did I mention is was windy and cold?). Once inside, it's a quirky place, with interesting art work everywhere - but the main draw is the food. Ah, the food... Blue Moon is well known for it's Sweet Baby Jesus (Hash browns topped with jumbo lump crab, seasoned with Old Bay, fresh diced tomatoes, melted cheddar cheese, 2 eggs and Hollandaise) and Captain Crunch French Toast (crushed Captain Crunch cereal encrusted French toast topped with fresh fruit and cream, served with syrup on the side). They also make a killer Biscuits and Sausage Gravy sized to feed an army, and a wide variety of pancakes, omelettes, and sandwiches. Our vultures overordered (did I say they were hungry?) but left not a scrap of food on their plates, a small wonder given that they are not adventurous eaters. Everything was beautifully cooked, promptly served, and delicious. Our server was a wisecracking joy - friendly, knowledgeable, and really efficient. She provided needed distractions as our GKs gnawed the table waiting for food to arrive. Way cool! Spousal Unit and I have eaten at Blue Moon Too in the past. It's comforting to experience the same joy at each location. Really, really recommend stopping in at eather (see what I did there?) location when you're in town. You will leave with a smile on your face and full belly!

Yelp
Blue moon Cafe is located near the harbor in Baltimore. They don't do reservations so be prepared to wait it out on the weekends. We went around 10am on a Sunday and waited about two hours. There are some cute neighborhood taverns nearby so that helps to pass the time. Once we were called the cafe is cozy and small about 10 tables max. We started with the cinnamon roll which was delicious and different. Soft in the middle but the outer edges were more like a crispy biscuit. I ordered the fiesta scramble and it was flavorful. Absolutely delicious and filling! Side note they don't serve alcohol so if you're expecting a boozy brunch it won't be here. Service was quick, friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend-- worth the hype!

Yelp
Sweet baby Jesus! This was the name of one of the best darn breakfasts I will ever have in my life. I walked in and this place already screamed Sam vibes. Old time house, small and cozy with a few tables. There are regulars there, and you can tell they feel even more like home than their actual home. After doing some research, I heard they had two items that have their own page in their menu, one of them being the Sweet Baby Jesus. This has shredded crispy hash browns, eggs (in my case scrambled), lump crab meat, all covered in a nice hollandaise sauce. I got a side of cheese grits, added some hot sauce and each bite was perfect. Finally the staff, the woman running the join knew how to handle her biz and had me laughing the whole time. She was loud and welcoming which is music to my ears. My server was, kind and nice and more on the quiet side but just as welcoming and happy to help with anything. Now I know my regular spot every time I go back to Baltimore. Thanks Blue Moon, for not just being a Food Network TV flub, and being more of a TV star!

Yelp
Blue Moon Café is a whole vibe! Super entertaining, the people are hilarious, and the energy in this family-owned spot is straight up lit. It's small, but it feels alive the second you walk in. The servings are HUGE, and everything I had was GOOD. I had the red velvet pancakes, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, and hash browns. Let me tell you--those pancakes are massive. I couldn't even finish the two they gave me. I'm definitely coming back to try more of the menu. I sat at the bar--which is only a two-seater--so I got lucky since I came solo. But here's the truth: if you plan on coming here, get here EARLY. If not, you'll be outside waiting until your name gets called. I got there at 9:30am and eight people were already in line. They open at 7:30am, so again... pull up early. I 100% recommend this place. The food is awesome, the vibe is unmatched, and it's a must if you want breakfast in Baltimore. I'll absolutely be back.

Yelp
Blue Moon Cafe is a cozy gem with street parking and reasonable prices--perfect for breakfast or brunch! Favorites: Sin Roll, Cap'n Crunch French Toast, and especially Sweet Baby Jesus, loaded with lump crab . Service is 10/10 every time. Delicious food, charming spot--highly recommend!

Yelp
Recently stopped by Blue Moon Cafe while I was back in Baltimore. Blue Moon Cafe is not just one the Best of Baltimore experiences, it is simply one of the best breakfast/brunch experiences you can have. I think I'd have to reference a couple of places in Savannah to even come close. First, the service is always amazing. The crew works in tandem with each other. They come to your table with water, ready to serve whatever else you may need. The interior is full of art, just a touch of goth, and truly celebrates the Baltimore art scene. The breakfast standards here are impeccable. Some of the best coffee, omelettes and hash browns you will have. The greatest art you may take in here are their sweet creations. Captain Crunch French toast, their pumpkin pancakes were outstanding, I could go on and on. They do everything well. This is a must-do in Baltimore. I highly suggest you give them a try.

Yelp
Incredible decor and moody ambience welcome you into one of the best breakfast places I've ever been too. Fresh food, friendly service and stellar portions of delicious food. My Eggs Benedict was cooked to perfection with plentiful lump crab and deliciously layered spinach and tomato. The fresh fruit is a worthy $3 upgrade with some of the freshest strawberries and blackberries I've ever had, and I live in Florida full time! The Sin Roll was also INCREDIBLE. This is a true cinnamon roll, with the spice throughout, and not just a sweet roll with a hint of the cinnamon. Absolutely a must eat here as well! The coffee was hot, fresh and strong too. I will absolutely be back for seconds!

Yelp
Visiting Baltimore came here with some friends, the food was amazing. The waitress was like a bolt of lightning lol, she was full of energy and really made the experience. It's a very eclectic environment and very active. If you're looking for a cute, quiet, elegant spot this is not it. It's earthy, loud, lots of energy, eclectic, and fun. The only drawback is that they don't take reservations and it's a small place so plan on waiting.

Yelp
Wow this food was flavorful and filling! Me and my friends were sat quickly because we visited later in the afternoon on a Thursday. The service was fast and the servers were friendly/informatice. We each decided to order one entree plus the French toast to share. I really enjoyed the crab omelette but it could have used just a bit more salt. I appreciate they were trying to keep the integrity of the crab flavor but a dash of salt would've set it off. The French toast was a bit dense but the flavor was great and the quesadilla was perfectly cooked. I didn't try the burger but my friend ate every last bite. It was a chill vibe and comfortable atmosphere. We enjoyed our visit and I would return again. One of my friends had been there several times already which speaks to the quality of the food. I'll be back for sure.

Yelp
This is a tasty "hole in the wall" type of spot that a friend recommended for me and my grandmother to visit. The establishment itself is not very "user friendly" especially if you're with someone who has mobility challenges, which my grandmother does, so I would keep that in mind if you plan to visit. Outside of that though, we really enjoyed our time! The vibe is very coffee shop-esque , and there isn't a lot of room to work around; however, we really enjoyed ourselves (she and I talk up a storm)! The food was okay--I ordered the Sweet Baby Jesus which is a hash-based dish with crab meat. The hash brown was a bit greasy which made the overall dish taste a bit off, and the overall dish wasn't very seasoned which was disappointing. My grandmother had the traditional Blue Moon Breakfast plate which she enjoyed. The staff was very friendly, and the varied options they have on the menu definitely made me want to come back and give them another try. I would recommend coming early (we arrived around 9-ish on a Friday) as apparently they can become quite busy, as by the time we were leaving they developed a bit of a line outside. Overall, I enjoyed myself and though my dish was subpar, I would definitely give them another try.

Yelp
Wowie!!! I stopped here on a busy Sunday morning and got my name on the list. I imagine it was quite a wait, but as a solo diner, I didn't have to wait long to be seated at the bar (only three stools). The staff was an absolute blast and having fun while also being friendly. I ordered the Cap'n Crunch French toast. Holy moly. It was SOOOOOOOOO good!! And it's didn't tear up the top of my mouth, like regular Cap'n Crunch. It was really so tasty; I won't forget it anytime soon. Overall, it was a great experience. The space isn't very big, so I'm not sure about accommodating larger parties, especially with what a hot spot it appears to be. Regardless, enjoy!
google avatar

Namlhun J.

Yelp
I had the country scramble and shared the captain crunch French toast. It was SO good, I highly recommend. It was quite a wait so I wouldn't go again during busy hours. I'd get there early or later, very popular during brunch time (for good reason).
google avatar

Janelle M.

Yelp
Worth the wait (and you WILL wait - no reservations here). You walk up, you write your name and party size on a note pad, and you patiently wait for an open table inside this quirky boutique sized hidden gem. If you came for the sweet baby Jesus, you won't be disappointed. You also won't eat for the rest of the day unless your stomach is a bottomless pit. The servings are plentiful as are the personalities of the wait staff. They're famous for a reason. Get there! I'd love if they had a crispier bacon - my only critique. You're kinda bullied (in a good way) to get the cinnamon roll. It was fluffy but also try, and not too sweet. Not sure I'd order it again but they're made from scratch daily and you can taste the love.

Candy M.

Yelp
The food was amazing as always. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had friends with me who have never been and they enjoyed their food from beginning to end.

Yelp
I'm obsessed with this place ! Went here years ago and still think about the captain crunch French toast Recently told a friend to visit which is why I'm reviewing
google avatar

Jaime S.

Yelp
We absolutely love Blue Moon & Blue Moon Too, and make sure we go at least a couple of visits a year when we are in town. Today was definitely our lucky day. When we arrived, they said the wait was 45 minutes, but we were seated in about 10 minutes!!! Max was our main server and she was awesome!! We knew what we wanted as soon as we sat down because we always order the same thing, The Sweet Baby Jesus & the Captain Crunch French Toast!! They literally have every nook and cranny filled with tables because it gets that busy. We were nestled at a table for two at the window and it was perfect. Despite how busy they were, the service was great and the food came out pretty quick. As always every bite was delicious and it's worth every penny. You can't get that amount of lump crab meat anywhere else! The flavor profile of each dish is a perfect 10. If you've never been, it's a must have in Baltimore. You just have to be willing to sit in close quarters of other diners. If you're claustrophobic, the Blue Moon Too location is a bit more spread out.
google avatar

Ren H.

Yelp
This was my second time here and it is such a great breakfast spot. The staff are fun and friendly. We came around 9am on a Saturday and by 9:30am, there were quite a few folks standing around waiting for a table. So glad we came when we did and were able to dine immediately. For food, we shared the Sweet Baby Jesus and Sin Roll French Toast. The Sweet Baby Jesus had a good amount of crab meat and the French toast wasn't overly sweet. It was a good pair off between the savory and sweet dish - both were great! This is a fun and casual breakfast spot. Just get there early enough to avoid waiting!

Yelp
It was Friday, I had the day off and I just finished a stroll around Patterson Park. My stomach started to growl and I figured I'd eat something local for breakfast. I stumbled across Blue Moon Cafe. I barely found a parking spot on the street and to my surprise there was a line outside. We walked in to a dimly lit place and there was a seat by the window in this cozy restaurant. We were served quickly and we both enjoyed the full moon breakfast with modifications. My order included french toast, eggs, sausage and a side of grits. My wife's order included blueberry pancakes, eggs and turkey sausage. All the food was well cooked and tasty. Nothing stood out, but everything was good. I would definitely go back again, but my tips would be to make a reservation if you can or pack your patience for a wait and give yourself time to find a parking spot.
google avatar

Christine C.

Yelp
The French toast is amazingly and surprisingly tasty!! The pumpkin spices add a special favor into the toast, crispy and creamy! The location is a bit unsafe so make sure to lock your car and park at a safer spot!

Yelp
A Baltimore institution also happens to be a great place to take kids. On an overnight trip to Baltimore with my eight-year-old daughter, we popped into Blue Moon Cafe (their OG location) for breakfast. Here's our experience. 1) Experience: From the beginning, my daughter was impressed by Blue Moon Cafe. There's a giant mural on the side of its building. Once we walked in on a Sunday in February, staff greeted us and directed us to pick any table we wanted. (Going in around 8:30am on Sunday, we beat the crowd by 30 minutes.) The staff were very friendly and approachable. They got to know us and were very efficient with everything. 2) Food: Of course, we got their famous Captain Crunch French Toast. It comes in a stack with a giant mound of whipped cream with fruit (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and green apples) on top. There's syrup already on the table. 3) Space: The OG location is dark, but cozy with lots of interesting things to look at on the walls. The small bathroom in the back comes with bat wallpaper, which my daughter thought was funny. If you're on a budget, be warned that their prices are more steep than other spots. Their food is worth every penny.

Yelp
This is not just a breakfast place. This is a breakfast dinning experience. There were five of us so we started with the cinnamon bun which was topped with tons of icing and lodes of cinnamon. It is fantastic. We also got the nutter butter fluff French toast for the table. I got the egg sandwich which came with a side of hash browns. The sandwich is served on a homemade biscuit. The service was excellent from start to finish. The restaurant is decorated with all types of art, most of which is for sale. This is a must do if you are looking for breakfast and more in Baltimore.
google avatar

Jessica B.

Yelp
I recently visited Blue Moon Café and had an amazing brunch experience! I tried the "Shut the Fluff Up" French toast, which is pretzel-encrusted, with marshmallow and peanut butter. It was surprisingly balanced in sweetness and absolutely delicious. I also ordered the "Sweet Baby Jesus", it's a crab eggs Benedict served over hash browns instead of the traditional English muffin, and it was incredible. Despite a bit of a long wait to get a table due to the brunch-time crowd, the service was speedy and very friendly. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I'm definitely giving it five stars!

Yelp
Cool small place. Has a creepy but cool vibe. We came for breakfast. The servers are busy for a small joint. They are good friendly attentive and busy. My wife ordered the sweet baby jesus. It was crab and eggs dish that was very good and the sweet fresh crab was awesome. I ordered the hell fire hash. I wished it had more fire. Not hot enough for me but it was delicious hash browns were crunchy and delicious the eggs perfect and the other add one were delicious. You should try this place out
google avatar

Yelp
My friend treated me to Blue Moon Café for my birthday. The space at this location is pretty limited but thankfully we were able to be seated pretty quick. I was tempted to get one of the French toast options but I ordered the autumn omelette instead. It was a nice serving of eggs, spiced apple sausage and cheddar cheese. I substituted the eggs for egg whites and opted for the cheesy grits as my side. OMG!!! This was delicious! The grits was so creamy and had the right amount of cheddar cheese. It wasn't too overwhelming or salty. The balance was perfect. The sausage apples and egg whites went really well together. I've never paired hooked apples on any type of omelettes, so this was different for me. But in a good way. Our server was great too. My next visit will be to try one of those French toast options.
google avatar

Kristopher W.

Yelp
The atmosphere is cozy, welcoming, and perfect for a laid-back brunch with friends or family. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure we felt right at home the entire time. We had a wonderful breakfast there and food was absolutely delicious. Every bite was pure perfection. The eggs benedict was cooked to absolute perfection, with a rich, velvety hollandaise sauce that paired beautifully with the perfectly poached eggs. The French toast was so good. The menu offers a great variety for every breakfast meal. The freshly brewed coffee is strong and flavorful, making it the ideal complement to any meal. The portions are generous, and you definitely get your money's worth. The ambiance is casual yet stylish, and it's clear they take pride in not just the food, but the overall dining experience.

Yelp
Located in Fell's point has been a staple in the area. Small quaint spot. But plenty of empty seats on a weekday at 1pm. Service was fast and friendly. A 20% gratuity is already added for party of 4 or more. Signs everywhere saying that too. That said, was very happy with the service. Food was very good. I didn't try the French toast, but the tacos were pretty good. The hash browns were okay. My wife really enjoyed her order which was basically a crab omelette I guess served with has browns. My sister and brother in law had the French toasts which looked really good. Would come again.

Monae S.

Yelp
Blue moon is a neighborhood staple. My mom and I wanted to hang out and grab some breakfast. Parking is usually tough but we both got spots right outside of the door. We put our names on the list and within 20 min we're drinking coffee. Our server was busy but took our orders and delivered it piping hot in a timely fashion. My sausage wrap was delicious. The prices were what are to be expected in fells point. Everything was pretty good.
google avatar

Megan M.

Yelp
What a great little find in the middle of Fells Point in Baltimore. Yelp for the win here! We arrived at 11am on a Friday morning and waited for about 30 minutes for a table (in the rain, but no worries - added to the experience!). They called our name and we were seated at the cutest two top right next to the window. The place is TINY. If we had been seated anywhere else it would have felt squished I think. Our server was quick and attentive and helpful to accommodate my no dairy and no gluten diet. The food was incredible. I got the Hellfire Hash with chorizo and black beans - so big and filling. My daughter got the Full Moon and Cakes plus a side of hash browns (yes, she ate it all willingly!). Fun place and would go back - just take note of the wait time and the $$$

Yelp
EASILY my favorite breakfast restaurant. I cannot recommend it enough if you go to Baltimore city. Food's great, comes out fast and the ambiance is AMAZING. Only downside is that it takes FOREVER, to get in, and that wouldn't be a problem if they had like, a waitlist that lets you know they're ready through text instead of having the waitress who checks people in yell your name after 45 minutes. Overall, if you're really patient, you'll have a good time. :)
google avatar

Yelp
Must do when visiting Baltimore. We prefer this original location in Fells Point inside a warm and cozy rowhouse. Sidewalk seating available outside as well to enjoy the beautiful weather. We came on a Monday and walked right in to get a table around 9:30am. Expect a wait on the weekends. I love QR code menus, no need to touch a menu, just use your phone. Large menu with something for everyone. Our table of 4 split the Sin Roll, a delicious homemade cinnamon roll with lots of cinnamon, just the right amount of icing and a perfectly soft dough. I love pumpkin foods so I tried the pumpkin pancakes. The flavor was perfect and did not need any syrup with everything else on top. I would opt out of the white chocolate chips and dusting of powdered sugar but my husband loved the over the top sweetness they added. Our food came out quickly and service was wonderful. Everyone loved their food. Blue Moon is as good a we remembered from living here 20+ years ago and worth a visit.

Yelp
Have been to both locations on several occasions and one of the best brunch places out there. We shared the Captain Crunch French toast and a breakfast sandwich (egg, cheddar, bacon on a fluffy buttermilk biscuit). Outstanding iced coffee and quick service. And appreciated the selection of 80s music on the speakers. Parking is a challenge but it is worth it!!

Yelp
Absolute must!!!! I couldn't breathe when we left this place!!! I have no words.... Literally everything is delicious. The ambiance is super cute. Lots of local art and the "bat" room restroom is so adorable. Service was great too!
google avatar

Amy J.

Yelp
Quirky spot and the food is yum! Service was great. Got the half stack of captain crunch French toast because I couldn't decide between that and the hobo hash. So I got both. Portions for the hobo hash could probably be for two.
google avatar

Lou G.

Yelp
Small artsy restaurant was incredible for breakfast. Wifey and I shared "sweet baby Jesus " omelet. A delicious combination of cheese egg and a lot of delicious crab meat. The crab was a plentiful amount of mouth watering lump goodness. Service was spot on. Go here for breakfast!

Yelp
Never misses! Always a great experience here - whether you're looking for a healthy basic breakfast or some kind of treat they have it all!

Yelp
I came here for brunch with 3 friends on a Sunday midmorning ~10:30 am. There was a line but it went by fast, about a 45 minute wait time. We were not given the ability to sit inside (though it was cold) and were told that if we did not accept the free table outside we would have to go to the bottom of the list, which I didn't like. There are no heaters outside but we did dress warmly so there was no removal of jackets or hats or mittens. This place is popular but I can't see myself becoming a regular here, especially due to the prices. They have an electronic menu which isn't kept up to date and is missing several menu items, including the basics like hot tea. Parking nearby is tricky; I'd recommend browsing the nearby side streets including several blocks down on Ann St. and around for your best bet. Hot chocolate 2.5/5, this was okay, I would not order this again, I think I was feeling festive but this really didn't do much for me Hot coffee 3/5, my 3 friends all ordered this and noted it was just a standard drip coffee Classic Benedict w turkey bacon substitute 4.5/5, both myself and a friend got this. I enjoyed the Hollandaise sauce they used in this but the English muffin was a bit softer than I am used to which was interesting, but overall I think I would prefer it to be more standardly toasted. This came with a side of hash browns that were nicely crunchy. Apple pie French toast 4.5/5, two friends of mine ordered this, one wishes there were more apples another wishes there was a nut option to add some crunch to this Side of hashbrowns 4/5, my friend ordered this but this was not as crunchy as other hashbrowns that came with the benedict, so there's a lack of standardization Side of bacon 4.5/5, my friend ordered this and noted it was a thicker cut of meat which she liked and not too much fat which she also liked

Yelp
Horrible customer service. Blatantly non ADA-compliant. No resolution even when manager was involved.

Yelp
Blue Moon Cafe never miss..both locates are great place to go.. the food is amazing and I mean everything on the menu.

Yelp
Lordy this place is LOUD. The food was really tasty, but the noise level from the staff was way too much for this early in the morning. Very popular and there's usually a bit of a wait.

Yelp
AMAZING FOOD. Highly recommend - restaurant was packed for a Monday brunch time. Upon arrival they had us write our names down it was a bit packed in there probably be better if one person checks in the whole party. They had a few tables outside with umbrellas. Service was fast from ordering our food to eating. Would definitely go back when I'm in the area. I would suggest getting the g&g country scramble! We also ordered a sin bun to go which the waitress said she would put one aside since they were already running low by 10am

Yelp
Atmosphere: excellent! It's a little hole in the wall and it's exactly what you'd expect. The service: excellent! Friendly staff and fast service. The food: excellent!!! My wife and I had The Full Moon Breakfast. I had classic French toast, she had the blueberry pancakes. If you're in the Fells Point area, make this a must-visit breakfast location!

Yelp
We were visiting the area and needed a breakfast spot mid-week. Since it was a Thursday and mid-morning, it was easy to find parking, and we only waited five minutes for a seat. I don't think I'd even try it on the weekend. The space is tightly packed, with minimal indoor seating and a few outdoor options. However, service was speedy, so tables were turning over reasonably quickly. They seemed to have two people working in the same areas, so they'd come over to ask if the other person had already taken our order, making it seem disorganized. But that doesn't bother me. I'd rather be checked in on than ignored. We had the Cap'n Crunch French Toast, Pina Colada French Toast, and Sweet Baby Jesus. We found everything tasty, though the Pina Colada French Toast was very sweet and probably would have been better as a half order. The Sweet Baby Jesus had a ton of crab in it, so the higher price was justified. The hash browns were also super crunchy in mine, which other reviewers commented wasn't the case when they ordered. Overall, I'd go back, but absolutely not on the weekend or at a prime meal time.

Yelp
Decided to come to Blue Moon Cafe because it had been YEARS since I had been! While the location is completely different, the restaurant itself still had the same energetic vibe. I will say it is very small and does get crowded quickly, and they do not take reservations. Our waitress Nicki was THE BEST! Her energy is unmatched. She was so super friendly, talkative, and made you feel super welcomed! We had the hobo eggs, captain crunch French toast, and the blue moon breakfast. All of the food was great but the French toast was probably the best we've ever had! A good 10 years later and Blue Moon did not disappoint!

Yelp
Table split an order of the Sweet Baby Jesus and Captain Crunch French Toast, as our waitress told us they were featured on The Food Network. Delicious but restaurant was super hot inside and needed some TLC hygiene-wise...

Yelp
Omg, I LOVED the cap'n crunch french toast! I was hesitant because I was scared it would be toooo sweet. It was just the right amount of sweetness! It also comes with a good amount of fruits.

Yelp
I was in Baltimore for a 5 day business trip and came back to this breakfast spot 3 times! The staff were exceptional with great recommendations. Definitely try the Sweet Baby Jesus! Excellent place to hang out and get work done or just chat with friends.

Yelp
I was always dying to check this place out but know it gets busy on weekends. I happened to be off on a weekday and finally checked it out with no wait. I love how eclectic their menu is and so is the decor. I loved the cap n crunch french toast!

Yelp
The food is as over priced as it gets now and days, the. It's pretty mid. The place is small. I'd recommend sitting outside if you go.
