Shark Review - The Strip - Las Vegas - The Infatuation

"No matter how many times you definitely make eye contact with Cardi B mid-song, a night at a club isn’t going to end well if you go in on an empty stomach. So when your plans include Kaos at the Palms, start at Shark right next door. Share things from the seafood-heavy menu like shrimp escabeche, tacos, and sushi and sashimi, though keep in mind that the portions are pretty small. The one thing that must be on the table even if everyone only gets a bite is the soft scrambled eggs with sea urchin and chive pesto, and spicy tomato toast, which feels like a weird dinner order but is worth it." - Milena DiFiore

This restaurant can really get busy depending on the time you visit. We wanted something to spilt to hold us over to our dinner plans. The cheese fries were of course good and the onion rings were really fresh with huge slices of onion. The onion had great bite to it. I also really liked the pistachio shake, it’s not a flavor you see offered all the time. Staying at Paris this was an easy counter service option, but it is one of the only counter service options.

I absolutely loved my experience at Bobby's Burgers by Bobby Flay! The food was phenomenal—juicy and flavorful burgers cooked to perfection, topped with amazing ingredients that elevated the meal. The poutine was also super delicious. The service was equally impressive; the staff was friendly, attentive, and fast. The atmosphere had a cool vibe and was top-notch. It’s definitely one of the best burger spots I’ve visited. I highly recommend it!

Google
The restaurant is located on the Casino floor at Paris. It’s a small space and not very clean. The staff were friendly and it wasn’t a super long wait for the food. In terms of food we got Palace Classic burger and it was a solid burger. Honestly no complaints but also nothing special. It was exactly what you expect and want from a good burger. The fries were also good. I just wish they had been cooked a bit more. Bobby’s special sauce I enjoyed more on the burger than just with the fries because it’s a chipotle mayo sauce and I don’t like the smoke with fries but I do with beef.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bobby’s Burgers at the Paris Hotel in Vegas is flipping awesome! 🍔🔥 Super quick service, and the food was cooked just the way we asked—no burger crimes committed here. 👏 We all got different burgers, and every single one was a winner. 🏆 The ranch? Pure garlic heaven. 🧄😍 And the Bobby sauce? Chef’s kiss. 💋 The only downside? The seating situation is kinda tragic. 😅 Not many spots, and the view isn’t exactly Viva Las Vegas worthy. But if you’re in the mood for a killer burger and don’t mind hunting for a seat, this place is a solid bet! 🎰🍔

I am a huge Bobby Flay fan & this left me feeling underwhelmed! It's not nasty, but just ok. I expected better quality for $37 on 2 burgers & a fry. I ask for well & got a medium cook. The restaurant can definitely use some cleaning throughout the day. I probably would not go back.

My wife and I shared a hamburger and a cheese fry. The food was good and had plenty of flavor. First time ever having potato chips on my hamburger and surprisingly it was pretty good. We shared to save on price. The fries were good but very heavy. Overall great place to grab something quick and not too over priced for what’s near there. This restaurant was in the Paris hotel 1 st floor.

Google
I LOVE a good burger with egg and bacon, so I was really looking forward to the brunch burger. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat it because it was covered in pepper. The burger, the cheese, the bacon and the egg. A little pepper I could maybe do, finely ground. But this is huge pieces, got a couple stuck in my teeth with the one bite I tried. Update: we took it back and asked for a refund as I couldn't eat it. The gentleman at the counter laughed and said no. Sad that customer service and pride in your product is missing. Please, go somewhere else.

Google
Haha we had no intentions of having so many burgers on our trip, but we’re glad we did. Happy that the condiments stayed on the burger. Burger wasn’t anything crazy, but was the perfect size. Sauces were killer. Quick service considering we stopped by at peak lunch time.

Yelp
I am a huge fan of Bobby Flay and this was my first time getting the chance of trying one of his burger places, so of course I had to stop. Bobby's Burgers is located in Paris, across from Martha Stewart's Bedford restaurant. There is a very small dining area where you can sit and eat - not very many tables. So, if you spot a table, grab it! We ordered the BBQ Smokehouse Burger and the Bobby Blue Bacon Burger. Both were great for a "fast service". We would definitely eat here again.

Yelp
We stopped at Bobby's to get some breakfast and we decided to try the breakfast burrito highly recommended by cook Leo, it was really delicious and the eggs were cook to perfection! I'm definitely going back for more! The girls at the register are very friendly.

Yelp
The girls and I left the Qua Spa at Caesar's in search of good eats. In an effort to satisfy everyone's individual cravings, we opted for the Celebrity Food Hall. I was instantly drawn to Bobby's Burgers cuz burgers AND Bobby Flay!! All items on the menu are a la carte. They don't do combos. I opted for the Crunchy Burger that had potato chips inside a cheeseburger. I coupled it with sweet potato fries. The burger was soooooo good. The meat was flavorful. The bun was soft. It was nice and cheesy and the potato chips gave it a nice crunch. The sweet potato fries were also great...perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I'd highly recommend this place and will come back next time to try one of the milk shakes.

Yelp
Great staff and hours work great for a late night snack. There's not much seating so it's more of an order and find places to eat vibe. They take orders and food comes out quickly. I ordered the basic burger and sweet potato fries. The meat was cooked perfectly and flavors were amazing. Very filling. Sweet potato fries were plentiful and not too salty. I enjoyed both. I do think the pricing is a bit high even for the strip but overall had a great experience here

Yelp
Given this guy's reputation, I expected there to be at least a half-decent vegan burger available--I was wrong. The quinoa cheeseburger was the only vegetarian option, so I ordered it without the cheese. The patty was dry, crumbly, and bland. The fries were pretty good, but I wasn't there for the fries. Flex your culinary muscles, Bobby, and make a better plant based burger.

Yelp
I'm not a burger person at all. Given the choice, I'm 95% likely to chose another dish over a burger, but if you say, "let's get a burger from Bobby's burgers," I'd respond with, "f@#k yeah!" The burgers were some of the best I've had. Perfectly cooked and well seasoned. Every component sang harmoniously. Along with the burger, I ordered a side of bacon cheese fries which were good, but it was overshadowed by the burger. I also ordered a strawberry shake and again, one of the best I've had. It had a prominent strawberry flavor. It was sweet, but not sickeningly sweet. I loved that it was topped with freeze dried strawberries. Paid about $65+ with tip and I would definitely come back.

Yelp
Bobby's Burgers was pretty good. We ordered it for breakfast one morning for lazy morning in bed lol. Got Bobby's breakfast burger and love that they give you your beef patty medium rare. The burger was delicious. Then we got some cheese fries but they weren't that good. We also got some onion rings and a sausage breakfast sandwich both were good. Not, sure why they have such a low score because we had great service and the food was decent. It is expensive but it's too be expected as it's Vegas and a Bobby Flay joint. Overall a good spot for some grub!

Yelp
Brief Summary: - Located inside Paris hotel, and near the street themed area - Juicy burger - Crispy long fries Kind of was in a burger mood, and seeing that there are famous star chefs opening burger restaurants in Las Vegas, I thought to give this a try. There are more than one of Bobby's Burgers in the Las Vegas Blvd, but for this review we went to the one inside Paris. It's a little ways inside the building, semi-close to the entrance where you see the Eiffel Tower.Once walking past the casino machines and I walked towards in the left direction the restaurant appears. When ordering, the staff asked whether the burger was cooked all the way or the default. We chose the well-done option. Despite it cooked well-done the patty was still juicy and meaty. I believe we ordered the palace classic burger because it came with Bobby's special sauce. The special sauce was not spicy, and it blended well with the patty. I also enjoyed the fries. They came in overflowing from the cup. Most of them were very long and retained its crispiness. These tasted pretty good with the special sauce.

Yelp
It was my first time going to the Paris with my boyfriend and we were astonished with how many shops and restaurants were inside! We decided to go into Bobby's since it looked like a cute little burger joint. Maria was so helpful and patient with us while we decided on what to get!

Yelp
I enjoy watching Bobby Flay's shows on Food Network and was intrigued when I ran across Bobby's Burgers inside Paris Las Vegas. Unlike some of the other celebrity inspired restaurants in Vegas, this is more like a fast food location- walk up to order at the counter and wait for your number to be called. Very casual, quick bite, fast food kind of place. I got the crunch burger and it was not bad but a very average burger. Honestly kind of a let down for something related to Bobby Flay in my opinion. Average patty with cheese, a big glop of sauce, and topped with potato chips. Not a standout but a decent burger. I definitely would not go out of my way to get this.

Yelp
I wanted to get something to eat as I was really hungry and my number one rule is you should not gamble while hungry. I ordered the buffalo burger. The burger was $16 dollars and that was just for the burger. The burger was nice and juicy and the burger came out within 5 minutes of ordering. The only problem was finding a place to sit down and eat. I ended up sitting down at one of the casino chairs I was eating at. I ended up going to the high limit room and played Monte Carlo and hit the bonus and won a modest $300 and then went to double diamond and hit a jackpot. Anyways I am glad I took a break and maybe the burger is now the good luck burger.

Yelp
Bobby Flay is all about flavor... so we were excited to give his Burger joint a try. They have multiple locations in Las Vegas. We were in the Paris Hotel for lunch and decided a Burger was the way to go for some quick eats. Its a small location, with some inside "patio" seating to give you a french feel. But this burger joint is all Bobby... American. With some great options, my son settled on the Brunch Burger... Bacon, Burger and Eggs... thats his dream combination. And it did not disappoint. All 3 components were prefect for him. His only remark was the cheese felts like a kraft single to him... He is spoiled with Tillamook cheese at home, I'm raising a foodie, lol. I went with the Crunch Burger. Not for the "crunch" but because it had "Bobby's Sauce" and bacon. The bun help up well to the burger... the cruch was potatoe chips... added a bit of texture and extra saltiness which I enjoyed... but the sauce was full of flavor... great burger... My son also got a shake which he says was great... so while we didn't do Fries... the Burgers lived up to the hype.

Yelp
A lot of places were already closed and we wanted something quick. Thought since this is by Bobby Flay, it'll be somewhat decent or good. Wrong. Worst burger ever. It was so sad.
google avatar

Yelp
I was going to go 2 stars but I stuck with 3. It's a small joint and a small menu so you would expect good burgers. Nope. I had the blue cheese burger and it was bland. The cheese was a slice and had no blue cheese taste. The burger was cooked well but bland. Overall very disappointing for a Bobby burger especially since he's a burger guy. Not a fan
google avatar

Flo S.

Yelp
Great customer service and tasty food! I would definitely recommend this especially for any late night food needs!
google avatar

Alex K.

Yelp
The Bobby blue burger was delicious. Bacon cheese fries and onion rings were also delicious. I could be biased, because it was company paid. I think if I paid myself ($31 for burger, fries, and soda), I might not have enjoyed it as much. But since I didn't, I thought it was great! The bobby sauce is quite good, but I loved the honey mustard horseradish even more. Having both was great.

Yelp
This small, countertop, quick-order eatery is located inside the Paris hotel casino, next to Norbu. There's less than a handful of tables to sit near the counter and they always seem to be taken, so go here with the high probability that you'll be eating your order offsite, or bring it back to your hotel room. That being said, I was craving onion rings and stopped in for a quick snack. Onion rings and fries are about $7 and their hearty hamburgers range from $14 to $16. Onion rings were satisfying and had a nice batter with good amount of crunch and crisp. It came with about 5 thick (cut 1 inch thick) rings.
google avatar

Charmaine S.

Yelp
I got fried chicken sandwich. Bread was stale, the chicken batter wasn't cooked right I could still taste the flour the server was polite, but not happy with the food. Tables and chairs available front cashier by the line have a cleaning issue that wasn't taken cared of quick. It's a real issue if there's a clean hazard sign by the front line near cashier in a food establishment. My tummy didn't feel right after the meal. #JourneyTo2025Badge

Yelp
We wanted a simple, not fancy, sandwich dinner. I saw Bobby Flay's Burgers in the directory and thought, perfect! Well, the burgers were delicious! They did not disappoint! Prices weren't bad, either. My hubby noticed that all the kitchen staff were nicely chubby! Hahaha'
google avatar

Anthony L.

Yelp
I guess I just expected it to be the best burger I have eaten since it had Bobby Flay's name on it. I ordered the Blue Cheese burger. It was a burger with a slice of blue cheese a slice of lettuce and a slice of tomato and two slices of bacon nothing special. I also ordered onion rings and a Blueberry cheesecake shake...the bill was $40.00. I can get a better burger and shake and fries at In and Out. This was pretty disappointing and I so wanted it to be better. Save your money and eat somewhere else.
google avatar

Yelp
Food is awful I ordered a veggie burger only to get this nasty greasy DEEP FRIED burger It was awful So disappointed. Followed by having paid a 18 percent "tip for the fast food cashier. It's absolutely ridiculous! To say it was awful is a compliment Paid 36 dollars for a small fountain soda $7 French fries $8 and the burger and tip! A joke for something I literally threw into the trash
google avatar

Alexis M.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I got burgers after a night out. This one is located in a food court so there's a ton of other places to choose from as well. This one is a bit pricey but I guess that's Vegas. The staff were nice but it sucks they aren't allowed to give you a cup for water. My boyfriend also got super sick from his burger, it was pretty bad food poisoning that lasted almost a week. We deduced it was from here as everything else he ate was something we shared except our burgers from here. Definitely won't be back which is a bummer.
google avatar

Matt K.

Yelp
The classic burger good. Fried chicken sandwich good. Fries are good. Forget about the veggie burger it is not only somewhere between bland and bad tasting but also smothered in barbecue sauce that makes it even worse. Bad texture too. It does a small amount of time to get your order.
google avatar

Bobby N.

Yelp
This burger joint is in a prime location and it caught my eye. But the Yelp reviews don't lie: this sucks... and it's waaaay overpriced. The bacon on the burger and the sweet potato fries are tasty... but that's the extent of it. The "cheese" tastes and looks like it's literally craft singles (not a good thing) and the burger patty tasted like a Mc D's patty (also not a good thing). For over $30 for a burger fries and a drink (more if you include tip)... this is a rip... This is fast food and the service just that, you order your food, get a ticket and food is in boxes and a paper bag... There are places to sit, but because everything else is so pretentious, most people think this will be better, but for over $30 we can eat at almost any other joint in the "boulevard" (that's what this little hallway is called. So... don't make the same mistake I did a look for something else...

Yelp
Date of visit: August 26, 2024 My brother-in-law (in Vegas for the first time) is a celebrity chef fanboy and wanted to try a couple of the outlets from these famous cooks. Having tried Guy Fieri earlier, we decided that our last meal in Vegas should be this burger joint by Bobby Flay. What a disappointment. For $36/person after tax and tip we received five burgers, five shakes, and three orders of fries/sweet potato fries. While I realize that we are paying for both the name and the place, the food was not very good. Everyone else enjoyed their shakes but my pistachio shake was bad, with a fake taste about it. I tried the dark chocolate and vanilla shakes that others in the group had and those were quite good. The burger itself was just okay, I've had much better burgers at Shake Shack or Culver's for a fraction of the price paid here. On the plus side, Sareh our cashier was quite wonderful and took great care in making the shakes!
google avatar

Yelp
We went to the location inside the Paris Hotel. We got the Palace Classic burger and onion rings. I know it's Vegas and I know Bobby au's name is on it but this $15 burger was not memorable. We got the Palace burger. Since the only seating was outside of the ordering counter we took it up to our room.  We liked the onion rings tho. Also- they did give a military discount so I would give this place a 3.5.
google avatar

Sharon N.

Yelp
We went to the location inside the Paris Hotel. The lines were always long each time we passed. When we decided to try it it was late- about 10pm. The line was more doable with about 5-6 in front of us. We got the Palace Classic burger and onion rings. The burger was juicy but NOT worth the hefty price- burger alone $15. However,IF u come here-- GET THE ONION RINGS. now those were worth the price ($7)!

Yelp
We finally decided to try Bobby's Burgers at the Paris. We are local residents of Las Vegas and enjoy a good burger. My wife decided that it was time to try them and we did. We loved that it was not bustling crowded as we have seen it before and placed our order. Our Customer service rep was very nice and helpful and assisting me with my indecisions, but I did order the Chicken sandwich with blue cheese etc., It was delicious and a bit messy to eat, but that was fine. My wife had the classic burger and loved it. We did order the regular french fries and they were quite excellent. Overall for being in a casino on the strip, the setting was great, prices average Las Vegas strip prices, but overall an excellent experience. Another go to place for the future!!! To the staff, great work and thank you to Marie and Melissa for the fun.

Yelp
We were looking to grab a relatively quick meal for a group of 6 which didn't leave too many options at Horseshoe/Paris Las Vegas. Most of the restaurants here required reservations or a 30+ minute wait. However, this burger place, you can just conveniently order your food at the counter and grab a table next to it. I got the Palace Classic Burger with both onion rings and fries. A burger was $15 and the fries and onion rings were $7~ each. Kinda ridiculous price but it's to be expected in Vegas. If you're looking for a classic burger, this place hits the spot. The fries were ok but I definitely recommend the onion rings. Some onion rings are way more fried than others so depending on your order, they might be super crunchy or just lightly fried. Also warning: make sure to take note of the customer order number they hand write on the bottom of the receipt. The lady at the counter was not very nice and yelled at me for "not paying attention" when I didn't realize they were calling for the number on the bottom.

Yelp
Found myself at the Paris hotel and casino and needed a quick bite. Bobby's Burgers by Bobby Flay has a restaurant insde the Paris and the burgers sounded good. Could havce been the juicy burger sign in front of the cash register ;-). The red running B logo was cool as was the smily face wiht a burger eye. The space has limited seating and offers plenty of beverages. The shakes sounded good as well but decided to get just the burger today. After perusing the menu I chose the beef crunchburger. The pleasant staff explained the burger comes medium or well done, I chose medium. The burger was good size wiht a juicy patty and american cheese and potato chips 4/5. Note they offer certified angus beef, chicken breast or veggie options on their burgers. Tip: 10% Military/Veteran discount available.

Michael C.

Yelp
I'd give the burger a 6.5 out of 10 because of the price. Just the burger by itself with no meal it was over $18!!! If I wanted a good burger that was $18 I'd get 2 in n out burger meals. (It was pretty tasty tho ngl)
google avatar

Paula W.

Yelp
These burgers and fries are the bomb. The service was great. They described the sauces to us. My suggestion, order one burger, one order of fries and one milkshake to share. It's a lot . This way you can try it all and not be overwhelmed. Potato chips on burgers are awesome!!!!
google avatar

Richard M.

Yelp
Great ingredients with poor execution! I can tell the highest quality beef, potatoes, and vegetables are being used but the final product leaves a lot to be desired. The overpriced fries were nowhere close to crispy, we tried the bacon and cheese fries and the cheese was an exception to the high quality ingredients... it seemed like low budget cheese wiz. The Black and Blue burger was just ok. The fountain drink cups were miniature and walking through the order line to get refills was irritating. The seating area was neglected by the staff and had sticky spots on the tables and litter on the tables, chairs and floor. As big fans of Bobby Flay we were excited to try this location but left feeling very disappointed.
google avatar

Michelle T.

Yelp
If you're looking for a late-night snack, this spot is open. It's the only food hall near the Bellagio Hotel open until midnight. The burgers are quite similar, with variations like chips, bacon, onion rings, and different sauces depending on your choice. For example, the Crunch Burger is essentially a cheeseburger with chips, while the BBQ Burger includes BBQ sauce and bacon. Soda fountains are available for refills, though a soda costs $7. The burgers aren't the best I've had, but given the limited late-night options, they're decent. Burgers are $15. The bacon cheese fries were also okay. Restrooms are conveniently located in the food hall.

Yelp
I have stayed in this facility on numerous occasions over the last year and never had the urge or chance to stop here, for good reason. I'm not a fan, so I didn't want to try the food. It is your typical take on a malt shop offering burgers, fries, and milkshakes with Bobby Flay's twist. Not even an original one...acting like putting potato chips on a sandwich hasn't been done by a single person when they were a child at a pool party. How did I end up here, you ask? After a very long day of working a convention, and finally having time to grab a bite to eat. I stopped with colleagues and friends. In fact, I wasn't going to eat here at all if I didn't have to. But with the options around for something quick, this was about it. I looked over the menu and did not want a potato chip sandwich and opted for the Palace Classic Burger...it's a cheeseburger. Just like every other burger on the menu, minus the potato chips. I also got an order of cheese fries to go with this. Ordered and waited, with everyone else that had the same idea, and got my food. I opted for a to go so I could take it to my room. There are tables here, but not many and they are constantly full and not always full of customer that have gotten food here. When I got to my room I finally had a chance to dig in. The burger, to me, was a bit bland. I know that the flavors of the toppings were to mix, but it felt like the lettuce washed it all out. The cheese fries, odd, when I ordered them they asked if I wanted anything to dip them in. Uh, no, I want the fries with cheese. The dip is already there. I was expecting the fries to be smothered in the cheese, instead you get a serving cup that barely is enough to dip into. Overall, just not impressed. For the price that you end up paying, and I can only imagine what it would be with a shake or desert, you could have had a better, more filling and flavorful meal elsewhere.

Yelp
It's a burger joint with potato chips. Over priced and simple. Nothing really excite us. We tried it a few times and ehhh... very stingy with the sauces..

Yelp
Bobby's Burgers by Bobby Flay, at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, is open late and was a good choice, after I had an incomplete dinner at another restaurant on the hotel premises. The menu is limited, but is ample to satisfy that lingering hunger before going to bed. Ordering is at the counter and I opted for the Bacon Crunchburger (Bacon, American Cheese, Potato Chips, Bobby's sauce). My receipt number was called in about 10 minutes. After collection of the burger package, I sat down at one of the few adjoining tables, to discover one of Bobby's burgers (advertised to be juicy). There was a good amount of bacon and yes, the burger was juicy. But there was no distinct flavor and that really did surprise me. If I was to be candid, there are burger chains that have better burgers than this one. Please do not get me wrong. I am a huge fan of Bobby Flay. I have watched his cooking shows over the years, learned from him and admire his style, personality, enthusiasm and dynamism in the kitchen. So, what seemed to go wrong here?

Yelp
The palace classic was one of juiciest burgers I've had and it was very well seasoned. I'd like to thank Bianca Guerra for the excellent service.

Yelp
We ended up here for a late night snack. We ordered a burger, onion rings and fries. The burger so greasy and gross. Absolutely nothing special about it...except that there's potato chips in the burger. Even being buzzed couldn't hide the fact it was garbage. I'm so shocked that this is by Bobby Flay. It makes me not want to try his other restaurants.

Yelp
Nice Bobby. Here's a candid review based on the photos you provided of your visit to Bobby's Burgers by Bobby Flay on April 3, 2025: Bobby's Burgers - Review Location: Terminal setting (based on receipt layout) Order: * 1 Buffalo Chicken Burger - $15.99 * 1 Onion Rings - $6.99 * Total with tip - $24.90 First Impressions: Excited to try a Bobby Flay burger, but what arrived looked like a bit of a letdown. The presentation felt rushed and uninspired. The burger bun was lifted to reveal what looked like an over-sauced mess with unevenly spread mayo (or a mayo-based sauce) slathered across both buns and smothering the patty. Leafy greens were awkwardly hanging out the sides and looked more like an afterthought than an intentional garnish. The Buffalo Chicken Burger: * Texture: Visually, the patty looked somewhat dry and overcooked, not juicy or crisp. * Sauce: The sheer volume of sauce overwhelmed everything--it seemed to be applied without any restraint. It pooled and soaked the bun, making it soggy. * Greens: While fresh-looking, the arugula (or spinach) didn't save the dish. They were loose, not integrated into the burger, and added to the chaos rather than complementing it. Onion Rings: * The batter looked thick and unevenly fried. Some rings seemed nicely golden, others veered into overdone. * Presentation was basic: a paper tray, a few sauce packets thrown in, and a mustardy dipping sauce that didn't seem cohesive with the rest of the meal. Ambience & Service: * Judging by the receipt and tray setup, this is a fast-casual airport or food court spot. Not much ambiance to expect, but at nearly $25 (with tip), there's an expectation of more polished execution--especially with a celebrity name attached. Final Verdict: 2.5/5 Stars The experience didn't match the Bobby Flay brand's high expectations. The flavor might have been decent, but the visuals and structure hurt the enjoyment. Over-sauced, under-balanced, and slapped together in a way that made the $15.99 burger feel like an impulse buy rather than a culinary treat. Suggestions: * Cut the sauce by half and spread it evenly. * Toast the bun for structure. * Rethink greens placement--make them a feature, not an afterthought. * And maybe, Bobby, take a surprise visit to this location. It was 100% not worth the money.

Yelp
I absolutely can't give enough A+++ scores to the caring and attentive staff at Bobby's Burgers in the Paris Hotel Las Vegas! 1) The food that I order is made to perfection and the staff recognizes my specific desires and needs instantly! 2) The breakfast burrito is my favorite and if you get to Bobby's before 11 am you can enjoy the whole wheat tortilla filled with soft scrambled eggs, avocado, bacon, cheese, potato chips and two sauces! I get mine without bacon and the sauces and it lasts me two days as it is so big and filling! 3) I am a local 7 Star and I don't cook so having the perfect match of outstanding breakfast food with an A1 staff is a joy to be part of in Las Vegas! I'll post photos later this week and if you order the sweet potato fries with any meal you can't go wrong! All great values for the money btw!

Yelp
Ordered and got the wrong burger. Granted it was 2 am so it happens. Burger is pretty mediocre. The onion rings are good though. Service is pretty quick

Yelp
Wow! I didn't think a burger joint could cook a burger so we'll! Marie the Cook, did a crazy great job making us a couple incredible burgers that just exploded with flavor in our mouths! The sauces are just right. Bobby sure brings in the right beef! The fries and onion rings are pretty too notch too! Oh and Nani the Cashier makes for a final happy experience with a smile and quick efficient timing. The employees are personable, the place is quaint but they work as a team. In the Paris through to the back and left to get yours! But leave me some.

Yelp
I've always wanted to try a Bobby Flay burger but was really dissapointed. I don't mind paying for a GOOD burger but this was WAY overpriced for what basically tastes like a cafeteria burger. Save your money, not worth it. Employees also seem pretty unhappy. And service is slow.

Yelp
The burgers here are good but you will pay a massive name and Vegas tax making the meal very expensive for what you get. All meals with burger, drink, and fries will be $35+. Hard to recommend to anyone. That being said the lady behind the counter was very kind and lovely. 5 is true average: Buffalo Burger: 3/10 - Sauce was good but no other redeeming qualities. Very expensive considering what you get Crunch Burger: 2/10 - Same as Buffalo Burger but worse toppings (stale chips) Bacon Crunch Burger: 3/10 Fries: 4/10 - Very average but expensive Sauce: 8/10 - Tried all the sauces, all very good

Yelp
Flavortown's loss is Bobby Burgers gain. Grab and go style, but they have seating outside. Had the breakfast burrito and enjoyed it. Recommend.

Yelp
I am shocked to see such low ratings for these restaurants. Is this some kind of scam? These 3 restaurants are my go to places for casual, delicious food. A breakfast burrito is my favorite breakfast/brunch and although it is pricey like all LV food, for me it is 2 meals. The service is also fast and efficient. There is usually a line, but considering that everything is made to order, it moves better quickly. Please try it and give it the good review it deserves.

Yelp
I'll give this place 2 stars because the food is crazy expensive, even for Vegas. The burgers are good, but very messy the fries are fresh, but where else can you spend $125 on 4 take-out hamburger meals?!?!?! Condiments are in packages on the side of the take-out area. You have to stand around and wait for your order to be called. The only tables are outside of the restaurant, in the Paris boulevard and are extremely small and rickety. For the price, we could have gone to a restaurant and gotten real food. Bobby Flay should be ashamed. Nope.
