"Opened in 2019 and closed in 2020 due to the pandemic, Bobby Flay’s Shark left behind a sleek dining room with a large center bar, cool-toned furnishings and direct access to the pool; after the Palms reopened under new ownership the space remained largely unoccupied and was sometimes used for Club Serrano Rewards enrollment before being repurposed for La Popular.
