Very disappointed. I hold U guys (bonchon) to high standards! I have only ordered (multiple times) from one location and its the one in San Diego, on convoy. They get it right and are very consistent. Upon opening the box to eat 50/50 drum sticks/wings, classic crunch/Yangnyeom I could smell the burnt smell of cooking oil, the chicken was over cooked, robbing my wife & I of a tasteful experience. The way Bonchon makes their classic crunch is amazing, but this, this was bad! When I called Bonchon (it was bugging me that you guys would do that to customers) & let them know about what had happened, they were just cold, not sincere one bit! "Call grub hub", we cant do anything about it! I get the fact that I ordered through grub hub, but they delivered my order, U guys prepared & cooked it! I really wish I would have taken a picture of how sad the poor chicken looked! I'm sorry but the classic crunch is supposed have a nice flavorful, golden coating. Not be over cooked, black, and taste burnt. Instead of trying to make it right, they made excuses. "We use the same ingredients as the location on convoy", they said. I'll be sticking to the convoy location in San Diego. They're standards are amazing, just like the food they make every time. Just sucks because I was hyping Bonchon up & this is the experience my wife got from U guys. It was her first time eating Bonchon. So grub hub did refund me, but I would have rather U guys at least make an attempt to make it right, & all I wanted was for U guys to remake the food & give U guys a second chance.
