"I'm reporting that the global Korean fried chicken chain Bonchon will open its second San Diego-area outpost and its 22nd location in California on Wednesday, July 15 in National City's Bay Plaza Shopping Center; due to current dining restrictions it will launch with takeout and delivery only and postpone its grand opening celebration until dine-in service is reinstated.
