Best Patios in Atlanta | Eater Atlanta

"The patio at Boone’s boasts great views of the pristine links at Bobby Jones Golf Course on Northside Drive. Located in the Murray Golf House overlooking the course, the menu features dishes like smoked pork tortellini, fried artichoke hearts, scallops with cannellini beans, and a seasonal cobbler. Drinks lean into whiskey, bourbon, and gin, like a take on the Bobby Jones cocktail made with Peach-infused bourbon or a gin fizz infused with raspberries. Open for lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch. Closed on Mondays." - Henna Bakshi

Boone’s Restaurant Opens in September at Bobby Jones Golf Course in Buckhead, Atlanta - Eater Atlanta

"Boone’s restaurant opens for limited dine-in service early next month at the renovated Bobby Jones Golf Course along Northside Drive in Buckhead. The restaurant, located inside the Murray Golf House, was designed as part of a project by students from nearby Savannah College of Art and Design. When Boone’s opens in September, executive chef Austin Rocconi plans to serve 'upscale, new American cuisine,' with dishes on the menu centered around his time spent in California, Texas, Mississippi, and Georgia. Drinks at Boone’s lean into whiskey and bourbon, like a take on the Bobby Jones cocktail made with Peach-infused bourbon. Expect the bar to also offer several local beers on tap and wines by the glass. During the ongoing pandemic, seating will be limited inside the dining room, on the covered patio, and the veranda overlooking the course. Servers and other customer-facing employees are required by the state to wear masks. Open for lunch and dinner, Wednesday - Sunday. Reservations encouraged. Brunch forthcoming." - Beth McKibben

This was my first time eating here and the service and the food was absolutely amazing and delicious. I got the steak yesterday when I went and every bite was like a flavor fireworks in my mouth so I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone that is looking for great food and friendly service. They have indoor seating and outdoor seating also an outdoor patio area and let me tell you the view was amazing to see. I also would like to give a shout to my friend Robert he is one of the chef’s thank you for the amazing food I will be definitely coming here again

Andrea was an amazing server! Looking forward to another brunch there!

Google
Went here for brunch on the way to the nutcracker. Tasty food with a view of the golf course. I had the eggs benedict and some of the pimento cheese for an appetizer. Both were tasty and well prepared. I wish I had ordered the chicken and pancakes. A person at my table ordered this and it looked amazing!

With the vibe of a nice family restaurant, this place is beautifully located by Bobby Jones Golf Course, surrounded by beautiful views, good looking crowd and friendly staff. However, the limited menu and not so delicious food robs this place from a nice experience. Also, a small roach came out of the furniture we were sitting by. I didn’t want to make a scene but I was very disgusted. The views, ambiance and friendly staff made the 3 start review.

Google
Great little place to get bite to eat. The menu is not extensive, however they have a great mix of offerings. The staff is pretty knowledgeable about the dishes and the mixologist is out of this world. He broke those crafted cocktails down like nobodies business. Great food, Great drinks for the price. The view of the golf course isn't bad either..

Google
We try to like this place. The atmosphere is awesome, go sit on the deck and grab a beverage. The food is pub food, as would be expected, it is the SERVICE that FAILS EVERY time. Food takes an hour to come out. Last visit we ordered our meal right when we sat down in an effort to get burgers and a salad out within in a reasonable time. After an hour we asked for the check for the drinks and left. Excuse was kitchen was backed up. We ordered our food at 5:20pm, place was half empty...I feel sorry for diners that arrived after us...probs a 2 hour wait. May 13 update: I’ve not heard from the mgmt team to “make things right”. This is indicative of the service.

Google
A great dinner with friends served on the heated patio. Good vegan and vegetarian options and also offer GF plates. My husband who is not a big fish fan tried and really enjoyed the sea bass. The service was careful to note the ingredients and offered a fantastic wine selection including an Opus. Easy access and parking. Tonight 12.12.21 Tom and I returned for dinner. The food is consistently great, full of flavor and served to perfection. We started with the peppers a great appetizer, entrees, Tom ordered the Braised Leg of Lamb, he enjoyed the plate, broccoli side is a dark green, crisp and full of flavor, as a vegetarian I selected the Pumpkin Agnolotti, we both thought this is the best dish on the menu. We ran into trouble when the patio heater ran out twice and we eventually had to go inside, I think the inside may have been busy. Our waitress did not check back to confirm our wine until after the dinner arrived, another staff delivered our meal and was not aware of the multiple requests to start the patio heater or take our dinner wine order. Eventually we ordered a bottle of the Chablis, Moreau-Naudet and moved inside to the bar for desert. Ice Cream Sandwiches are the bomb, So service was off and the team work was missed. I hope tonight was a one off and not a sign of inconsistency. I think next we will try lunch.

We dined at Boone's for the first time today. We sat outside and we had a beautiful view of the golf course. However the food was not that great. I found a redish coarse hair in a pretzle bite while chewing it. It was about 1.5 inch long. We told our waiter and showed him the hair stuck in the pretzle piece. He felt bad and asked his manager to come over to talk to us. We explained the situation to the young manager and the only thing he had to say was humm!!!! We told him that we want him to make sure kitchen staff are wearing hair net and beard net. His response was "ok". Only one word! The rest of food was ok. The burger was over cooked and the fries were too salty to eat much. The waiter was nice and took off the pretzle bite price from our bill but we added that to his tip. He understood our complain about the lack of an acceptable response from the young manager. If we go back we will only order drinks.

Yelp
Perfect place for an evening date. The best part is I can actually come grab a drink with my girlies after tennis session. Such a great selection of starters. Loved their flatbread and cheese board with great cocktails. They customize with the no meat options and have vegan sandwich that I really liked. Our server was sweet and helped us recommend the best options! Loved here recommendations. Their patio overlooking lush green golf course is great for sundowners. My recommendations - Shishito peppers Flatbread Watermelon and burrata cheese Lobster ravioli Cosmo

Yelp
Went to this beautiful date place last night and it was so mesmerizing here. This is a place where they have courts for so many different sports such as tennis, pickle ball, golf etc. Boone's is a place for all the people post those activities and it doesn't disappoint. They have a beautiful vibe and amazing drinks. We had couple of cocktails, some wine and a cheese board and flatbread (requested to replace bacon with chicken on our flatbread and they agreed) and our server was so helpful with her recommendations. We sat on the patio and had amazing views and enjoyed our evening.

Yelp
Great views, great service. Good drinks and food. Parking is easy and free with a huge deck next to the restaurant. Inside is nice with pretty decor and a really cute bar. We sat on the patio which has a great view of the golf course and plenty of shade. Our server was great, very spot on and gave good recommendations. For drinks we got a blueberry mule and a mimosa, both of which were great and refreshing. For food, we got the crab cornbread hush puppies. The sauce was very good but the hush puppies a bit dry and little taste of crab. For entrees, we did a fried green tomato BLT, which was great and came with a huge portion of fries, I just wish there was more filling to bread ratio on the sandwich. Husband got the corned beef hash which was also a huge portion and flavorful. Recommend if you are looking for a nice place to relax on the patio.

Yelp
We have been to Boone's several times and food is nothing short of amazing! The executive chef, Jason Stern, makes out-of-this-world food with every item he creates for the Boone's menu. The atmosphere is slightly casual as it is on the Bobby Jones Golf Course. The service is always top-notch. If you have never been to Boone's you need to go and treat your taste-buds!

Yelp
Could not recommend this spot more!!! The shrimp was some of the best I've had. This is such a fantastic spot to chill on a beautiful sunny day. Overlooking the golf course at Bobby jones, we had the best time at Boones.

Yelp
Had an okay experience. It's not a restaurant to go out of your way to eat at but if you're at the club it's fine. I had the steak it wasn't extremely flavorful but it was cooked correctly. Did take over 45 min to get food for 3 people (and they got appetizers as entrees) so that was disappointing but eventually it all came out together. Our server was great and energetic . I wouldn't go back though but again, worth an initial visit if you're in the area. Better for small groups.

Yelp
What a beautiful setting for dinner! I loved checking out the restaurant at the Bobby Jones golf course after a billion times walking by it on runs and dog walks around the course. You just can't beat the view, and who doesn't love a good patio? The dinner menu is upscale. I had grilled salmon with broccolini and cheesy grits. The salmon was good, but the grits were great. And the whole thing tasted even better as leftovers the next day. It's a good neighborhood staple, and I was impressed by how crowded it was on a weeknight. You can just park in the free parking structure for the golf course, which makes it easy.

Yelp
The service here is declining tremendously. Not happy. New faces don't seem to understand the level of service is at least average. Each visit is a pain. Would like to see happier employees and kind service from the waiters.

Yelp
Lush greens spread out in every direction from the elevated patio with golfers spread out over the serene landscape. Inside the circular bar jets out into the dining area that is dotted by tables and a handful of patrons enjoying glasses of wine and small plates. Open to the public, Boone's on Bobby Jones Golf course in Buckhead is nestled in the clubhouse next to the pro shop, so from the front you'll never know your walking into an elevated culinary and cocktail experience. There is nothing ordinary about Boone's from the delicious starters like the Spanish octopus to the house pimento cheese fritters to the shishito peppers, as well as dynamic, bold plates like their herb crusted rack of lamb or roasted pork tenderloin, all washed down by a wonderful cocktail menu stuffed with goodies like the Plant One on me, the Spicy Gentleman or the Bobby Jones. Who's excited to explore? We started out the night with a trio of cocktails, the first being The Spicy Gentleman cocktail that's a take on an old fashioned. It starts with a kick from the spicy jalapeno and then sweet and balanced from the grenadine and Grand Marnier. With our main meal, we decided to try the Bobby Jones Cocktail since Boone's is on the Bobby Jones Golf Course. It really is unique with a ton of peach flavor, and not being a huge peach cocktail fan, I was skeptical. But, with notes of cinnamon, and the bourbon, lemon, and peach combination was a stunner. It is sippable and balanced! We loved both, but our favorite of the night was Plant One on Me. This cocktail is unforgettable with herbaceous and sweet notes with bright and tangy citrus that culminate in a balance that's further elevated by the mint oil floater! A beer drinker? They have a Boone's Lager, that'll keep you cool and refreshed! It's tasty. The cocktails wowed us and so did the shared plates we got! One of the best of the night was the house pimento cheese fritters. The bite starts out super crispy and the pimento cheese inside gushes out sharp, tangy, and warm. Then, underneath the sweet and spicy sauce is delectable on its own but when paired with the fritters, it is a match made in heaven. Or on the golf course! Beyond this, we got the Spanish Octopus, Shishito Peppers, and Fried Brussel Sprouts. Starting with the Octopus, this one is charred yet tender and cut into pieces and paired with earthy fava beans and savory, meaty ham chunks. The right amount of seasoning and pistachio crumble seriously elevates the dish and all the flavors work so well together. Yum. One of the surprises of the night was the earthy Shishito peppers. They're soft, charred and sweet with savory Asian inspired sauce and topped with peanuts. Let's not forget to mention that the sauce and flavors are bold and really pair well with the earthiness (and spicy if you find it) of the peppers. You can't go wrong with Brussel sprouts that are tender and well cooked, charred, and then tangy yet creamy with apples and a savory sauce. Then, they topped it with blue cheese for tang that finishes out the bite. Now, moving on to the main event with two beautiful dishes, the herb crusted rack of lamb and roasted pork tenderloin. The roasted pork tenderloin is tender, yet juicy with an earthy rub. On the side, it is paired with an earthy acorn squash that is sweet, buttery, earthy with a hint of cinnamon, plus a creamy celery puree to round out the dynamic balance of flavors. The most stunning dish of the night had to be the sexy herb crusted rack of lamb. It's just as tasty! It is succulent and tender with a copious amount of seasoning and smothered in tangy and bright chimichurri, the right flavor profile with the meat. Underneath pink lady peas and a creamy onion purée smack you with a creamy earthy southern twist, while the sweet potatoes dial up some sweetness to juxtapose all the other flavors. What an amazing meal!

Yelp
What a lovely view. Food is good and our server was friendly. We came on a Sunday evening and easy to get seated. Drink:northsider- ok Lamb chops - very good and the veggies were delicious! I would order again. Steak frites- good but at this price point should include vegetables. The fries were salty.

Yelp
We visited this establishment on a Friday evening. We made a reservation for the patio outside. It was very easy to find and parking was ample. When we arrived, we were instantly greeted and seated. Our table outside was facing a great view and there was a heater near the table. The heater produced a lot of heat but it was still a little chilly. Perhaps adding another heater on the other side would have made it perfect. That was my only complaint of the night. We ordered the cheese fritters and the fried artichoke hearts for appetizers. The cheese fritters are amazing. The red pepper jam served with them, makes this dish an allstar. The lemon pepper aioli, served with the artichokes was very delicious. We ordered drinks before our main course. The original Cinn and the Bobby Jones cocktails are superb! However, my favorite drink of the night was the Northsider!! Wow, that drink was like my best friend and I wanted to tell it all of my secrets. For our main course, we ordered the Caesar salad with grilled salmon and the crab cake. Both dishes were tasty. For dessert we shared a chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich. There wasn't anything we had, that we didn't enjoy. Our server was great, she made suggestions and checked on us just enough. The atmosphere was just right, and we look forward to visiting again, probably when it warms up a bit.

Yelp
Boone's deserves a 5 star review primarily because of its outside patio that has a beautiful view of the golf course and of Atlanta. The food itself is fine. I ordered the $20 duck burger, which mostly tasted like a normal burger. I appreciate the creativity in the ingredients used, including the duck, blueberries, bacon, and blue cheese. I will definitely be back if I have guests, and we need a nice view for lunch or brunch.

Yelp
This is the best municipal bar/restaurant around. Make sure to check out the putting course when you pull up. $10 to play.

Yelp
Most people write reviews based on the "aesthetic" and not the actual food. I can say that is not the case here, although the menu etc. does somehow compliment the view and vice versa. Boones is located in Buckhead and sits on the Bobby Jones Golf course. There is an onsite self parking garage which makes for a short stroll to get inside. Our host Evans who greeted and seated us was the bomb.com (do people still say that)? The restaurant itself is very quaint and has a straight no chaser vibe menu to it. I like a no frills approach to my food and Boones' did not disappoint! The selections ar2e limited compared to other restaurants however, I enjoy that in this kind of atmosphere because it allows for the chef to be spot on with all selections which is what we experienced. All in all we left very satisfied/happy with our Sunday brunch selection and will keep Boones in our rotation for future outings!

Yelp
Until recently, I never realized there were numerous restaurants who did NOT serve bubbly bottled water(Perrier, San Pelegrino, etc.), but there are and this is one. All they had was a lime-flavored Topo-chico, which was OK, but I don't like any kind of flavored water, especially with food. I drink bubbly water for aid in digestion. Friends were excited to take me there as they are frequent customers and sadly were disappointed in the reservation handling and the service. The reservation was made for 'inside', they had it on the book as 'outside', which was a bit humourous with the hesitation for us to eat in the dining room since it was empty except for the bar. Of the 3 of us, only one said the food was really good. The other 2 of us gave it an OK at best. The farro under the rabbit was quite salty and once salted, there's no undoing it. Overall, the company was enjoyable, but the restaurant under-whelming at best. It feels like a sports bar putting on airs as a nice tablecloth restaurant. Maybe tablecloths would be a nice place to start.

Yelp
Second lunch today ... what a nice addition to the golf and tennis facility. Drinks are good - wine pours decent - service is great. Masks are enforced (except the bartender who wore hers under her nose?). Food is good. The burgers get the best press. I personally like the Mac and cheese with seafood. Salads and bacon lettuce fried green tomatoes and pimento cheese all get a thumbs up. Shrimp rolls in the way of lobster rolls were good but a bit too saucy.... still nice though. Also - wine flights. Duh. It's a fun spot - small. Cozy. Good for pre-/post- game Play.

Yelp
Absolutely perfect setting for an outdoor lunch on a warm, sunny Saturday BUT we waited nearly an hour for our food. There were just two of us. We sat there as groups of people who came in after us finished their meals and left. Initially, we got no explanation from our waiter or a manager. Finally, he let us know that our food was given to another table accidentally. It still took them 45 minutes to get our order to us. They didn't charge us for two beers and a glass of wine, and gave us a small discount on the food. Considering how long we sat there, they really should have comped the whole meal. It's a great place to hang outside on a nice day, but the service and management we experienced today were very poor.

Yelp
Met up with a friend at lunch and this place gave us a country club feel right in the city. The lunch menu was a bit limited, my friend had a Caesar salad and I had the crab fritters which were very good! They offer a seasonal custom-cocktail menu but I ended up going with a margarita made by the bartender which was delicious(I ended up having two ). We set outside overlooking the golf course and the view was refreshing. Our server Evan made sure we were well taken care. I do recommend for a light lunch , I'll be back to check out dinner!

Yelp
I came here with my family for a Mother's Day brunch. We actually ended up at this restaurant due to most restaurants being booked and/or very long wait times. Boone's is located on a golf course next to a gift shop. There is a parking garage across the way but don't let it deter you, once you get inside there are beautiful views of the City on a clear day and the outside patio seems really nice. Although the day we went was pretty overcast, you can tell that it's a really nice area. Some families even had the courage to sit out in the wind. I will say that the restaurant was quite busy and seems to get great business on the weekends but there was still room for us and we only had to wait about 10 minutes for a table to open up. The food was pretty good and the drinks were strong (cheers!) although they also have mocktails if you're abstaining or pregnant. They have a brunch, lunch, and dinner menu and I would be remiss in leaving out that brunch does have a cutoff, so make sure to show up before it's over. They also serve wine by the bottle, which is always nice if you're going with company. The staff were super friendly and helpful with the menu, since we had never been and overall we enjoyed our experience.

Yelp
Newest addition to my neighborhood and very glad to have it very close to where I live. It's located inside the Bobby Jones golf course in Buckhead. Very much enjoyed the wonderful patio view of their golf course. Patio is covered so you can enjoy it even if it rains. Really enjoyed their tagliatelle pasta (my personal best) and shrimp rolls. These are highly recommended. Steak was a little overdone for me but the fries were really good. Very friendly and courteous server. Very professional. One downside for today's brunch was that the food took almost an hour to come out. Reason for taking off 1 star (and the fact that steak was overdone) but definitely will return.

Yelp
I went for a friends and family service, which usually has a few kinks in service but this was immaculate. The front and back of house worked together in perfect harmony. The manager were present and walking around to tables, and there was no shortage of service. They have a smaller drink list but everything on it is delightful. As a table we pretty much tried everything on the cocktail list and every one of the red wines. They are all on par with eachother and I found it all to be very consistent which was nice. We had 6 dishes. I thought I was going to explode after dinner, the portions are good for a table. GA Grown Beef meatballs- excellent taste. Loved the sauce. It is topped with sour cream and has a Latin influence to it. Heritage Farms Pork Belly Griot- This dish was just "Wow". Very tender pork belly. Super delicate. The bell pepper sauce adds a wonderful Indian/Thai flavor profile. Gulf Shrimp Rolls- Straight forward and delicious. Crispy buttery bread and Gulf Shrimp perfection. Seafood Shells and Cheese- holy wowowowow this was honestly my favorite thing I ate. 3 local cheeses and tons of seafood. Pro tip: scoop from the bottom it's so much better tasting. So much cheese NC Rainbow Trout- delish! Started to get super full so I only had a bit but the Blue Corn Grits on which it sits are very catching and tasty. Grilled Springer Chicken- perfect grill job on this chicken. The perfect amount of crisp and all the juice. The mashed potatoes are just absolutely buttery and delicious as well. Steak Frites- so tasty. Topped with a really good chimichuri sauce.

Yelp
This is a hidden gem of a place. I almost don't even want to review it because I don't want people to find out about it. My friends and I came here on Master's Sunday which was SO fitting. I was visiting from the Northeast and wanted a southern brunch and Boone's takes reservations which as anyone who has ever had brunch knows, is worth 5 stars alone. Really enjoyed the food, coffee, and ambience.

Sally B.

Yelp
We have been to Boone's before but will not return. We are a group of six women who eat out frequently. We have dined literally all over Atlanta and have not had a restaurant, until Boone's, that would not give us separate checks so that we could pay individually by credit card. We were prepared for this and had brought cash ~ only to be told tonight that they are "cashless unless you have exact change." What? They don't split checks by credit card but they also don't take cash??? It was such a pain! On top of that, the food and service were no better than ok. My brussel sprouts were so salty, I couldn't eat them. This place has potential but we will not return.

Lisa Lee O.

Yelp
Horrible!!! Worst service and food ever. Food arrived cold and disgusting! Waitress was hardly available .. Brought soda to me warm without ice! Never came back to refill soda etc.!! Go somewhere else or you'll be treated better and you'll get great food. This is a no go

Yelp
Great location and food. I am stingy with five-star reviews. Maybe after a few more meals here I'll release my grip on the fifth star. The patio dining is really just awesome. A great vista of a golf course and the ATL skyline. The food is really good but I agree with other reviewers that the menu could use some extra heft with some additional (simple) veggie appetizers. Without paying for alcohol the price is about right. (Wine is where their profit margin is.) Service and atmosphere is generally excellent. Best of all you get the fancy golf club treatment without having to be a member of the fancy golf club.

Yelp
I haven't written a review for a restaurant in years but I felt like I needed to come out of yelp retirement to let you guys know this food is beyond mediocre. The decor looks nice and all, the server was awesome but if I can't taste the food I'm putting in my mouth what's the point of eating? I really don't mean to be a Karen, but honestly I don't even know what to say - I can get more flavor out of a simple use of salt, pepper and OVO. We added salt and pepper to every dish we ordered and by the 4th dish were wondering if we took the only salt and pepper shakers in house and were contemplating asking our server to take them back to the chef so that he/she could use them, because they clearly were not tasting anything they put out. Opinions: -shrimp roll: needs salt and butter and some kind of sauce maybe on the side to drizzle for flavor, because way too dry, also needs some kinds of crunchy slaw to top it off to contrast with the shrimp because there's not enough bite - cheesy seafood pasta: must have held the cheese because all I tasted was cream and I'm not a chef but I promise salt and pepper goes a long way -trout: skin was nice and crispy, and fish was just the right amount of cooked, the veggies under the fish could have used some love, corn and carrots and cauliflower were ok but simply sautéing some spinach or broccoli and carrots (cut lengthwise, and fresh, not frozen) with butter, salt, pepper would be nicer - esp. with the color of the fish you want something to contrast and pop on the plate - not look like some frozen veggies just placed under... 2 other dishes, steak frites and something else but let's but let's be honest, at this point, you don't care and I'm tired and they too were not worth raving about. Sorry, I don't have any pics because I didn't want any to remember my meal by.

Yelp
Went to Boone's with my boyfriend and cousin this week because we happened to have a gift card to the golf course, and since we're not golfers, we thought we'd go enjoy the restaurant. Our server, Anthony, was great. He checked in on us many times, and was very nice the whole time. The food though, was terrible. The price point & the lack of flavors made me feel like I was somehow duped into paying triple the price at Piccadilly's. I'll go through our experience from beginning to end. We ordered cocktails and mine was delicious (Bee's Knees), while my boyfriend's was good (El Diablo), and my cousin's was very gin forward and possibly unmixed (Raspberry something). For our first round, we ordered the Seafood Stuffed Shells. We expected it to be super cheesy and seafood filled for $16. It was pretty runny and tasteless. We added salt, pepper, and Cholula to give it some flavor. One of the worst mac & cheese's I've ever had though. I do not recommend it. Next, we ordered the shrimp roll. Again, $16, I expected to get a nice helping of shrimp in a soft, buttery roll. It was kind of dry and there was not a lot of shrimp in the middle (view the picture). The taste was fine. For our entree's we ordered the Rainbow trout and the Steak frittes. The trout was actually very tasty, not the best fish I've ever had, but for $26 I'm glad it was a large piece and simple and yummy. The steak, however, was atrocious. The pieces were cold, not room temperature, but cold. I have never in my life tasted a cold steak, but there's a first for everything. We didn't want to suck, but we decided we had to send it back since it was $35. The chef told our server that the steak was cold because medium rare steaks are supposed to be cold. They offered to heat it back up for us, but we declined, considering idk what kind of chef thinks a medium rare steak is supposed to be cold. We asked to replace it with the trumpet mushroom dish. So I've eaten a lot of mushrooms in my life. I know what mushrooms cost. For $16, I expected a dish brimming with mushrooms. Unfortunately, we were given the skinniest stem of a king oyster mushroom I've ever seen. You can't get mushrooms that skinny at the local farmer's market. The dish was bland, and kind of pathetic. We didn't want to be rude though, so we finished our meal without complaint. We got a couple beers to finish off our pretty horrible meal and max out our gift card. No fault to Anthony, because he was great and we made sure to take care of him, but omg Boone's, maybe you all need a different chef because this was one of the most flavorless meals I've ever eaten.

Yelp
Amazing views of the golf course. Spectacular service. Great wine and spirit selection. Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy the food as much as we hoped we would. We had the pimento cheese fritters, fried chicken sandwich, and Caesar salad with grilled chicken. The chicken sandwich too much breading and not enough seasoning. The salad was okay. But the pimento cheese fritters were really good! We do plan to visit again. The ambience, service make up for the chicken sandwich!

Yelp
We ordered two Steak frites, two burgers, medium - The burgers were on point, but the steak is a total waste of money! The steaks came out well done and even so, they were super dry. We had a hard time cutting it since it's so dry. Save your money and pass on the steak!

Yelp
Worst experience we have ever had at Boone's. We live nearby and have been many, many times and have usually enjoyed our meal. We were so happy that they have finally put the rack of lamb back on the menu! Our advice to you is avoid this restaurant on Thursday evenings. The bar was crammed with good old boys who meet here every week for their golf gathering. We couldn't hear a word anyone at our table was saying. It was deafening. Much to our chagrin, the crowd around the bar stayed for hours and got even louder. We arrived for our 8:00 reservation and the first thing the waitress said was we should hurry and put our orders in as the kitchen closes at 8:30. We ordered right then - our drinks and appetizers. Appetizers came eventually from another server. We were not given silverware, plates or napkins. We had to ask for these items and they came piecemeal. First the plates, then later the silverware, then we finally went and found some napkins. Waitress returned to take away appetizers and "get our dinner order in before the kitchen closes at 8:30", why 8:30? Why take reservations for seating s at 8:00 and 8:15 and close your kitchen at 8:30? At this point we still had not received our drinks. When we finally received them they were awful. The Paloma was undrinkable, and the wine pour was about 3 ounces. Just hugely disappointing after such a long wait. When we asked the waitress about the wine she said she would try to talk to the bartender but then nothing happened. We ate our meal under the deafening din of drunk middle-aged men and then prepared to leave. We told the waitress how disappointed we were and so she got the drinks comped. $135 later we were free! Free to leave and escape the misery of a Thursday night at Boone's.

Yelp
This place is amazing. Great menu, atmosphere and service. So happy to have it in the neighborhood! I had the burrata salad, and it was great. The outdoor seating provides a perfect setting for a great meal.

Yelp
Stopped her with friends during a walk on the beltline to get some food and drinks after a hot day. Great place, not crowded, and has a nice patio. Food and service was great.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite patios in Atlanta, overlooking the golf course and the backside of Atlantic Station it's very lovely. The cocktails here are straightforward and have a nice punch to them. My favorite is the bees knees, which is perfectly floral and delicious. I have had several things on the menu, my highlights are the spicy kale salad, duck burger, pimento fritters, pimento cheese, and mushroom soup. The service has been exceptional each time, the bartender Courtney is down to earth and very helpful. Katrina has taken care of me on several occasions as well, her energy is a lot of fun. The restaurant is very well run management is doing a great job and only getting better!

Yelp
Lunch. Food was great. Service was good. Resolution for an issue was pitiful and made absolutely no sense. When the restaurant was full it became so loud that we could not talk. Valet would be nice.

Yelp
This is a definite spot I'll revisit. As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is buzzing with great energy . FYI there was no valet present. But that didn't stop me from enjoying the scenery as I walked up to the restaurant. It's located on a gulf course so the views are breath taking. Now to the food starting I got the spinach and artichoke dip served with pita bread. Once it arrived to the table you still could see the steam coming from the bubbly cheese crust. As you break into it with your pita bread it melts instantly in your mouth. That's a must have when you visit. They also have a extended wine list. As my main course I got the rack of lamb surrounded by a melody of vegetables. I got mines medium rare. When I mean as soon as I slice into the meat and it parted like the Red Sea . I knew then that this was going to be a bite well worth it. IT WAS. I hope this helped

Yelp
Great atmosphere inside and out. The food is excellent. That said, the menu is way too limited. They need more variety, more "simple" food and some less expensive options. Their menu caters to older adults. I have a family and we like to golf and live nearby but the menu options are too limited. Need some simpler fare added like chicken tenders and hot dogs. Also, seating is limited outside. Feel like they could add more tables (even in Covid). Its a shame the patio itself was not constructed larger. Their live music (Thurs-Sun) is also a nice touch.

Yelp
We had a wonderful experience dining here. We ordered a burger without cheese and a fried chicken sandwich, both the burger and chicken were juicy and delicious without the grease. Our waitress was friendly and very attentive. We sat outside on the patio overlooking the beautiful golf course and had a lovely time. We will be back next week to try other items on their menu.

Yelp
Excellent location overlooking golf course. We truly enjoyed the food quality and presentation as well as superb service. We will be back for sure specially as weather warming up patio seating is great.

Yelp
Boone's is the best new addition to the neighborhood. We have tried a majority of their cocktails and approve of the list! Live music on the weekends starts in the early evening - excited to go back in the spring!

Yelp
This spot just opened down the street from where I live so imagine my joy at having somewhere besides Howells never changing menu and Mr C's to chose from. I won't include Felinis in this review bc I've had cardboard better than their pizza, but I digress. Two stars for the scenery and decor. The view is beautiful. The interior is chic, modern, clean and perfectly decorated. 10/10 for both. 3 stars docked due to 1- food 2- service 3- comprehension of Covid precautions 1- the food is insulting. We tried the burger and the pasta. The burger was a frozen patty heated up. The pasta was "made in house" and was chunks of pasta boiled together with some squash thrown in. No salt. No pepper. Both absolutely terrible. 2- it took anywhere from 15-20 minutes to get a drink after ordering. Note that we ordered wine. Tried to get a drink at the bar and waited 10 minutes before a bar tender was even behind the bar. Bring it me to my final point. 3- The bartender must have found it difficult to speak/make a drink/listen/cough with his mask on so wore it below his nose or around his neck while making drinks. Spoke very loudly with spittle flying everywhere while pouring beer and wiped his nose before getting a garnish for a cocktail. I'll be honest, this place is so close to my house it would have to be TERRIBLE for me not to return, and it's pretty close. I would potentially bring my own drink and sit on their patio. Until they clean up their act, metaphorically and figuratively, I've gotta stick with Howells, a low bar to surpass indeed. Need a tremendous amount of improvement and potentially opened too soon. Hope it can turn around before football season.

Yelp
Nice ambiance with a view of the golf course. Expansive patio with multiple heaters to make cozier in the winter evenings.

Yelp
We have been twice. Sitting inside and outside. A great view of the green from the the balcony. We have tried almost everything on the menu, and found all excellent. Matt has done a great job putting together a really interesting and diverse menu. The service, cocktails and wine were all outstanding. We are locals, and we will definitely be back!

Yelp
We had dinner here tonight and it was very good! We made reservations and we would do that again. The menu was not your average hotdog and chips kind of place. We tried the pork belly appetizer and meatball appetizer, both were very good! We ate the seafood mac n cheese and a burger with home made fries. The drink menu was good as well. I prefer cocktails or wine and my husband likes beer. The beer selection was ONLY local breweries which was so cool! We will be back to eat here. They serve lunch and dinner. Take a peak at the back patio too...beautiful views of the golf course and city.

Yelp
While walking to our car after a great meal at Boone's, our waiter came running out to us with my iPad which I had left at our table. We really appreciate employees who really care enough to exceed their required service.

Yelp
I never write reviews but our experience tonight warranted a review. Food was over cooked, cocktail super watered down, appetizers before silverware, no asking if we wanted another drink, no one to ask for the check. Very disappointed for our anniversary dinner. Would not come back.

Yelp
Played a round of golf, followed by awesome drinks at Boone's. The best time in a long time. Very cool, neighborhood feel, incredibly friendly staff and great views of the course.
