An absolutely fantastic dining experience, six courses, by fabulous Michelin star chef Nicolas Isnard. We used to come to Bord Eau reasonably regularly when we lived in Abu Dhabi as residents This time as visiting tourists, the experience continues to be VIP, sophisticated, and pleasant, as you enter, and we were given the stunning round table space four of us Every new course a lovely surprise, pairing wines made all the difference, peak of dinner at the medium rare beef. At the end as a bonus we got a snap with the chef himself! Stunning! Recommend!

Had an incredible dining experience at BORD EAU Restaurant. I tried the NICOLAS ISNARD “TRAVELS AROUND THE WORLD” set menu, and it was absolutely amazing. Each course was thoughtfully crafted with a perfect balance of flavors — creative, well-executed, and full of surprises. You can really tell the passion and skill behind each dish. During our stay at the hotel, we discovered a restaurant where we were welcomed by a delightful young man who introduced himself as the manager. Even though it was nearly closing time, they kindly allowed us to dine in the restaurant. We enjoyed the most delicious mashed potatoes alongside some wagyu beef, which was truly exceptional. The service was excellent, and the dessert was a wonderful finishing touch, complemented by some bubbly. Thank you for having us; we highly recommend this place!

"Our 3rd visit this spring/summer and each time we’ve been surprised by the astonishing combinations of tastes and textures the chef uses in his creations. The cuisine definitely has its roots in French cuisine but the tastes are used in in a modern contemporary way. We’ve had wonderful onion soup (but with ice cream) and amazing escargots in an open ravioli. The bouillabaisse is simply heavenly. This is not your “typical” French brasserie but a present day cuisine'. We went for the big 6 course option. We love it!"
