Update: This company has not returned all of my items as claimed, I am still missing the very expensive herbarium. She also is refusing to answer my emails.
My wedding was in November of 2021 and over 2 years later (2/2024), I am still trying to get my items back. I spent almost $300 to ship my wedding bouquet to this company because I liked the look of the work and the variety of items available for my flowers. She let me know she received my bouquet and then I heard nothing for 8 MONTHS, when I was quoted 3-4 months for completion. I had to email her twice to get a response. Conveniently, my items were completed after I emailed and I received my pieces within a month. The pieces were poorly done. There were bubbles and chips in the resin, to the point flower petals were sticking out, details on the mat of the framed piece were completely covered by the frame…WAY too many imperfections for the almost $700 investment on very sentimental pieces. I emailed Kelsey again and sent pictures and she told me to send the pieces back and they would be repaired. I had to request a shipping label and that took 3 weeks to get. She received my items back on November 1, 2022. Apparently the frame came apart during shipping (I will take the blame for not securing it well enough) so I was told it would be a longer fix but the other items would take a week to fix. I emailed AGAIN in June 2023 and was fed more excuses about why my items weren’t repaired yet. I requested a refund for the items she still has because, at this point, they aren’t even special to my anymore, just a frustration, and she refused. I finally received SOME of my items back in January of 2024. I have emailed her 3 times to get a date on which my missing item will be shipped and she has not replied at all. I would not waste your money on this much frustration. I should have read more reviews on this business.
