Bottega is a fun and lively spot with great servers. It's also very popular and can be hard to get into in Old Town. I only had their pizza, fries, and ice cream, so I can't comment on their other dishes. The pizza missed the mark. After coming back from Italy (Rome, Naples, Almalfi, Salerno) I was looking for authentic italian pizza. One of the pizzas I loved most in Italy was the Diavola, which was offered here too. Italian pizza has a flavorful and meaty texture to the crust. Bottega's crust had no flavor and lacked the texture. They are definitely a knotch above your average pizzeria. Of course we aren't in Italy, but you can find similar quality here in the US. That's the standard I was looking for based on Bottega's name and the reviews I read prior; also based on the price. Let me add a note about the gelato, it was average. Definitely not similar to real gelato in Italy and not on par with higher quality ice cream and gelato in the US. I will add that their drinks looked fantastic and the bartenders were very skilled. Unfortunately, I gave up drinking. Overall, I actually enjoyed this restaurant and I will go back. The atmosphere and location are fun and the food is good, just not great.

Really really good food! Best calzone I’ve had to date. The wine was really good too. I had the Malbec. Gluten free pasta and pizza options. Sitting outside and watching the activity go by in Temecula is a good way to spend a meal. The bathrooms are clean and cute! The only thing that was odd is that there wasn’t any house water? We could have purchased still or sparkling but tap was not available. That didn’t ruin the experience though, the food was worth it. And all of the servers were wonderful!

Just a warning to anyone who eats at this restaurant to be careful and aware. I was in there 2 weeks ago and ordered the Gnocchi with pesto sauce and there was a white rubber band wrapped inside the gnocchi I put it in my mouth and realized something felt strange it went down my throat, so I pulled it out and saw a rubber band wrapped around it. I called the manager and told her what happened she was very nice about it and Offered me a refund. Regardless if I get a refund I want customers to be careful. I reached out to the owners and they haven’t responded.

I stopped by for dessert and coffee. This is very popular place in downtown Temecula. Ice cream was okay. Coffee was very good. The service was good.

Google
Bonnie our server was amazing she set us up with the right wine choice from their vineyard. Which was amazing ordered a bottle, any pizza you order real talk is going to be the best pizza you have overstated, can we talk about the homemade pastas? Forget about it. I kept scrapping the flavor for more of the taste. The salad, you know how you are suppose to taste flavor on every piece of lettuce? Boom again Flavor. Again Bonnie thanks for all the recommendations. A local and the family from Chi town

Google
The service was great, dog friendly patio, we had the arancini balls, they were large meatball size, then we had a salad each, again nicely portioned. Delicious caesar dressing. Then we had the pastas, one was the frutti de mare and one carbonate, felt like they each needed more sauce. Then we asked for dessert, they were pretty much out of everything except the flour less chocolate cake, which was super fudgy it needed Gelato, so they were out of the one I asked our waitress for but she didn't inform me what was left, so I had to just go myself to the counter and I ended up with the tirimisu which was yummy. Glad I didn't just leave without Gelato. The wine we picked was good and paired well.

Cute spot downtown that opens a bit later than most other places around. Service was exceptional, from the hostess to the server - Tanya was great! We had one of the pizzas and it was incredible. 🍑 Bellini was really good, it hit the spot. And the Gelato, man the gelato was out of this world. The salted caramel was like a delight melting in my mouth 🫠

Google
You must stop by! Great place we stopped by earlier in the day for gelato, expresó and pastries. Great service 2 thumbs up for Logan!👏 so later on our family decided to stop for dinner, Very yummy tasty Italian food! but I take away 1star for Dinner Service because we did not get by our waitress Stefanie our complimentary bread with olive oil and vinegar as I see other reviews…did get the complementary🥖….

Yelp
Only had the coconut mocha latte and it was divine! If you love, strong coffee, this is actually pretty good as they use Illy coffee. Very quaint spot in the morning for breakfast or by the veranda for lunch with the sun. The croissants and morning type pastries are right behind you as you walk to the counter. I was wondering where the pastries are since the first thing I saw was the gelato. Very friendly happy server in the morning and you definitely feel very welcomed here.

Yelp
Terrible experience!!!! Server S rushed the entire meal!! She was extremely rude, 52 minutes before close she told us that she would have to rush our entrees because they closed at 10. Then she proceeded to not bring our food out until 950. It was very uncomfortable. The food was ok, we have been coming here for years and it seems like they don't care anymore. Overall they seemed like they would prefer we weren't there. We will spend our $250 somewhere so sad......

Yelp
Wasn't bad nor fantastic. My only complaints, were either the food was too cold or overcooked. The bottom of my pizza had looked pretty scary burnt. Also a ton of items were lacking salt. Needed the provided sauces to add some sort of flavor. Other than those three complaints, it was overall a pretty decent time. But it's a once in a lifetime type of experience, personally speaking of course. Two stars deducted for everything that I just mentioned. Sorry but facts.

Yelp
My best friend and I decided to stop by Bottega Italia on a Saturday evening without a reservation, and we were lucky to be seated right away. The ambience is warm and inviting, with a lively yet relaxed vibe that's perfect for a night out. The staff was friendly and attentive. However, we found the food to be a bit pricey for the portions and overall value. I ordered the bolognese pasta, and it was good. But I was surprised my $25 pasta didn't come with bread... It's a nice spot to enjoy the atmosphere in Old Town, but keep the pricing in mind when planning your visit!

Cindy K.

Yelp
The pasta and pizza were yummy as always, but they definitely need a water filter because the ice and water tasted horrible. Ambiance is cute with indoor and outdoor seating. Very disappointed in the service this time around, super slow and inattentive. We waited too long to get our menus, our drinks, and our bill, even though we told her at the beginning that we were in a rush. Server would walk by and not make eye contact or check in unless I stopped her. It was frustrating to say the least. The gal who was bussing the tables, however, was quick, friendly, and helpful. She would make an excellent server.

Yelp
Such a good gem in the heart of old town Temecula. Their gelatto was amazing and so were their pastries. Will definitely come back for dinner or lunch next time we're in town.

Yelp
3.5 The food was good, the atmosphere of the place was super cute, but the service could be a bit better. We ordered suppli which we both thought was an excellent portion, but unseasoned on the inside. The tomato sauce that came with it was super tasty. For the entree we decided to share a pizza and the bolognese. I forgot which pizza it was but it started with a P and was supposed to have arugula on top. Ours came without arugula and some heavily charred basil instead. We ended up not staying anything about the arugula because the rest of the pizza tasted good. The crust was perfection! Chewy but not tough and not too charred. The bolognese is where we came into trouble. The pizza was dropped off first, but the homestead dropped off the bolognese to the table next to us. The server told her it was supposed to come to us and she, without apologizing or any time frame, said she'd get us another one. We had already finished the pizza, our drinks, and had our suppli packed up way before the bolognese even got there. So we asked for it to go and the check. We also had a tough time tracking down our waiter when I wanted to order a drink after our initial sit down. I would go back because I liked the vibe and thee are other things I'd like to try. This also has the same owners as Gourmet Italia so I know the service could be better on another occasion.

Yelp
Step off the historic Front street and enter into the warmth of Sicilian hospitality! Greeted with a genuine smile and some of the most delicious croissants and pastries that are all baked on premises. Serving specialty coffees made with Illy coffee beans this place is a one of a kind experience. We started with an extra hot double cappuccino, followed by a Frittata which was large enough to share. The star of the show on the frittata plate are the wood fired baked potatoes ... never had anything like it ! Ample fresh prosciutto ham goes perfectly with the delicate egg frittata. Don't miss this charming and delicious place to dine! I plan on coming back for their wood fired pizza and a glass of wine at their classy bar serving liquor and wine. Bravo to the owners and staff ... your efforts and intentions are well executed

Yelp
Food was a little underwhelming, I'd probably try new things if I went again. The service was attentive and immediate. And the restaurant was classy and the bathroom was very clean.

Yelp
So... I'm back in Old Town Temecula for some real Italian style food. Decided to check out this Italian restaurant called Bottega Italia. All their ingredients are fresh and imported from Italy. It's a big plus for me. I mean, who doesn't love fresh and imported food from Italy?? Food: Suppli (Risotto filled with fresh mozzarella, breaded and fried, served with sugo di pomodoro) Linguine Ai Frutti Di Mare (Fresh mussels, clams, calamari, and shrimp in a red tomato sauce) Tiramisu Gelato in martini cup Drink: Rossini Suppli.... it's a first for me. I've had risotto before, but not this kind though. I actually liked the idea a breaded and fried risotto which by the way was tasty. Heavenly good. Linguine Ai Frutti Di mare.... normally I don't eat mussels, clams, and calamari very often. It's very rare that I eat those items. Because it's all fresh, it's an exception for me. I took a bite of the mussel, oh man, it's sooooo good. then clam, and then calamari, oh and shrimp. Seafood in pasta really make it so good. And for the dessert, Tiramisu gelato in martini cup. And oh boy, did they make this one fresh too? I can tell right away it was a tasty dessert I've had in a while.... especially in the martini cup. Oh, and Rossini is good too. No other comment at this time. Service was great too. Overall, while I'm still waiting to try a real Italian restaurant, Bottega Louie, this restaurant is close enough for me. Definitely will be back again 5 stars.

Yelp
My Girlfriend & I really enjoyed our Dinner here on Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving Our friendly server was Rochelle We ordered the Calamari & a Tasty Thin Crust Pizza | FRITTURA DI PARANZA | * Calamari, rock shrimp and mediterranean fish deep fried and served with a wedge of lemon | BOSCAIOLA | * San Marzano tomato sauce, Fior di latta mozzarella, cremini mushroom, porcini mushroom, Italian sausage, Gorgonzola DOP Both Dishes were Very Delectable & went well with bread dipped in balsamic vinegar & oil. Ambiance was pleasant with the Holiday Lights adorning the Street Poles for the Christmas Holiday.

Yelp
Such a nice spot! It's located in the middle of Old Town Temecula. Came for dinner and it was around a 40 minute wait. They have a cute outdoor area as well as indoor. They have a ton of different pastas and pizzas. I enjoyed their penne and bolognese. The penne was so refreshing and light and the bolognese was packed with flavor. Unfortunately, they were out of the tiramisu but I got to enjoy their pistachio cannoli which was delicious!

Jordan H.

Yelp
If you love Espresso Martinis, this is your place. Everybody has them now, but very few places make them correctly and Bottega does it right. We got the Bolognese and Napoletana pizza. Both were delicious but the pizza was fantastic. Very light and doesn't leave a heavy feeling of fullness afterwards. It doesn't come with cheese, so be sure to ask for it if you want cheese on the Napoletana. Great service, lovely ambiance and indoor/outdoor seating. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
Cute Italian restaurant in the heart of downtown Temecula. Has free parking but fills up fast. A bit on the pricey side since it's in downtown. You can dine inside or outside. You can also get gelato, bake goods and coffee. Janna was our server and she was wonderful. She brought us complimentary bread with a plate of olive oil and vinegar. I ordered the seafood linguine ($28) and bolognese ($28). The bolognese was missing something for me like anchovies. I also think fettuccine was not the right pasta, should be bucatini or penne that's hallow to soak up the sauce for every bite. The seafood linguine had more flavor than the bolognese. Had lots of seafood underneath.

Yelp
My kids wanted to have something sweet so I decided to give this place another try since my dinner experience wasn't the best. The service at the dessert counter was excellent and dessert items well prepared. The dining area and outside area were both available for seating. We decided to eat outside because it was a wonderful day. The tiramisu was delicious and halfway through, I felt something in my mouth as I was chewing. I thought it may be a chocolate shaving but it wasn't melting. I picked it out of my mouth and realized it was a piece of plastic. Of all the days to give this place another shot too, how unfortunate. I have a pretty strong stomach so things like this don't make me sick but definitely will turn me off. I'd rather find plastic than a hair in my food any day. Food is wrapped or stored in plastic so it's not surprising. I was just trying to figure out how this could have happened. Did a piece of plastic get cut off when opening an ingredient to make this dessert or did it happen to fall in during the mixing process? It was embedded in the dessert and wasn't exposed until eaten. Did I finish the dessert? Yeah I did. I have a major sugar addiction and plastic is plastic. I know, I'm weird. Would I come here again? Third time's a charm? I definitely wouldn't go out of my way to go here with other options.

Yelp
Temecula, CA An unexpected pleasant surprise in Temecula! Authentic Sicilian owned cafe, with Illy espresso drinks, house made gelato, house made tiramisu and cannoli. The restaurant and cafe has a casual dining atmosphere with counter and table service. The food menu seemed decent and varied, I didn't take a long look at it. I wish I had looked at the breakfast options, I'll have to check online. I am pretty sure this place serves breakfast lunch and dinner. From what I understand, the owner also has other Italian fine dining and pizza restaurants in the area. They have a beautiful wood fired pizza oven and a very Italian style clean bathroom with hot water! What I loved here was the macchiato and the service...we stopped in for a late night coffee and a biscotti. I would not hesitate to return, it's the next best thing to visiting a cafe in Italy, but nestled in the downtown Temecula Main Steet scene. Thank you to the three wonderful ladies who worked at the espresso counter on Saturday night 3/23/24... one red head and two brunettes, the owner is blessed to have them working there! The restaurant and counter was very busy on a Saturday night and they were on it!

Alexis P.

Yelp
Service was horrible, had a reservation and they didn't even sit us at our time. They made us wait for a larger group that was already there for 2 hours. They still never made an attempt to sit us or find an area for us to sit and still kept taking in walk ins. No point in making reservations. Asked to speak with a manager and they stated that no manager was on duty.

Robert J.

Yelp
This was our first visit to this restaurant, as we had been wanting to try it for a while. We sat at the bar and ordered the special crab ravioli, which seemed like it might have been frozen, and the homemade pizza, which was unfortunately overcooked. Despite this, we're willing to give it another try in a few months.

Kira Y.

Yelp
I went there this week and the potatoes were really gooey, not crispy, really oily, and not fluffy. The service was good, but it looked nice inside and out. Then the risotto was like rice soup, i wouldn't even call it risotto.

Courtney H.

Yelp
While the food was definitely 5 stars, our service was sub par. We came in for our 28th anniversary and while the food was amazing our server not so much. She was not attentive in the least bit. It was not busy mind you and our drinks were empty for some time and she quickly dropped the check without asking if we would even like anything for dessert, which we did want. This was not our first visit luckily as I'm not sure we would return if it had been even though the food was fabulous. Service separates a good experience from a negative one! Hopefully this was a one off.

Keila N.

Yelp
I'm super excited to have found this spot. It steps up my favorite Italian restaurant in Beverly Hills. The Butcher pizza is my favorite. Everything is delicious here!

F B.

Yelp
The Cornettò with Albicocca was delicious. We live in San Diego and just happen to visit Temecula . Upon seeing the pizzas another menu ,We will gladly come back here to try other foods.

Christina H.

Yelp
Arrived early for dinner, before 5, so didn't need a reservation. But they quickly filled up! I was by myself for dinner and was appreciative they seated me at a two-top, rather than suggesting a seat at the bar. The Lava Gin was a great cocktail to start dinner. The Spaghetti Alla Carbonara was amazing, some of the best I've had! Service was great!

Christina D.

Yelp
The space is beautiful, the service was great but the food was ok. We ordered the Steak Tartare, Carbonara, Bolognese. All three dishes lacked salt and flavor, the carbonara was mushy, pasta was over cooked.

Diego R.

Yelp
My family and I were touring Old Town Temecula and worked up an appetite for pasta. We checked out a few restaurants but pasta wasn't on their menu. Fortunately we found Bottega Italia, the food was phenomenal. We ordered Linguine al Frutti di Mare, which translates to " fruit of the sea" They definitely did not skimp on seafood! It included fresh clams, mussels, shrimp and calamari. It was savory, briny and not overly spicy. Also, we tried one of their hand tossed pizzas- The Butcher. I initially thought it would take at least 20 to 30 mins until it reached our table. But I just happened to notice their large brick oven with stacked wood logs breaking down into glowing embers. It probably took 60-90 sec to bake. The underside of the pizza had charred marks and the top had these darkened spots, like a leopard. Wow, the fresh mozzarella, married with the tomato sauce, spicy Italian salami & sausage, pepperoni and fresh basil. One of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. We completed our meal with their fresh tiramisu. We watched as she dusted the cocoa powder on the mascarpone, we just had to try it. The first bite was amazing! It was silky, cool, rich and velvety. We couldn't get enough of it. We'll definitely come back to try the rest of their menu.

Yelp
We stopped in for some pizza on the way into town for the birthday party/ glamping experience. My son eats early so we found this place wandering around old town. We shared a cheese pizza and I ordered him a fruit cup on the side so he got some more nutrients. My son might be the only toddler who enjoys pizza by ripping the cheese off to eat a saucy slice of bread but he loved it. I thought it was similarly great. The fruit was very diverse with blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and pineapple. The place looks like a counter style restaurant but waitresses served you at your tables too and they had a full bar in there as well. It was right on the main strip in old town so you could view everything and everyone going by. Parking was at the lot next door. Service was great and the food was great too.

Raquel L.

Yelp
It was my brother's 50th birthday and we wanted a nice Italian restaurant in the area before heading to Pechanga. Found this place on yelp and based on the reviews it was one that I thought would be a great place to try. I called to make reservations for a party of 7 and upon arrival, we waited for 5 mins and then seated to our table. The restaurant is decorated nicely and lots of lighting. I noticed that they have a few outdoor seating and I'm sure nice to sit at when the weather is nice and warm. Luckily this night, it wasn't too extremely busy, but I definitely can see how it would be especially during the weekend. I asked our server about favorites on the menu and she basically said that everything on the menu is good. We would not be disappointed on what we ordered. The portions are big. I was in the mood for pizza and my husband wanted spaghetti bolognese. We decided to share so we could have a taste of both and a friend couple of ours ordered the same thing. The birthday boy ordered the ribeye steak and he said it was delicious and cooked perfectly to his liking. My son ordered the gnocchi alla gorgonzolla dolce. He said it was ok and wished he had ordered a pizza instead. Overall, the food and service was great. I loved how their water didn't taste like tap water as I am really picky on how my water tastes. I feel that when the water at least tastes filtered, you know that the restaurant really cares about what their customers drink. Definitely will come back again.

Kathy G.

Yelp
I'm sorry to say but tonight 2/8 it was horrible. Starting with not having 2 drinks that I ordered, then no water since they had plumbing issues, we had to purchase water, okay it's fine we will purchase water, I did have to ask 3 times for water, I had to ask 4 times for bread. 1 hour into dinner and still no bread, we where told it was baking when finally the waiter brought the bread is was cold and hard, definitely not baked fresh like the lie I was told. Not sure what happened tonight I been there twice and the service and food is excellent. Definitely not going back. We left without dinner, went to Texas lili next door it's a great lil spot

Alex V.

Yelp
Thank you for ruining my wife's birthday celebration! First of all, made reservations a week prior for indoor seating - was told it would not be a problem. When we checked in the hostess told me that they do not seat parties of 6 or more inside and that we would be seated outside - STRIKE 1. When seated we were told that they had plumbing issues and that they only had bottled water - oh by the way $3.00 each - STRIKE 2! We then asked to speak to a manager - no manager on site - that wasn't SRIKE 3, it was close.. I went inside to use the restroom and saw a table of 10 seated inside. I asked the same hostess who had earlier told me they don't seat parties of 6 or more inside why and she told me... "oh sorry we were completely booked" I mentioned to her that I had a reservation and she, basically, didn't respond - DEFINITE STRIKE 3!!! At that point we walked out and got better service and no lies elsewhere!

Joy V.

Yelp
So our 1st experience was excellent, gave 5 stars and decided to celebrate my birthday here. It's my birthday weekend and we were surprised about everything, not in a good way. They sat us outside, tables are not covered with anything. They are having plumbing issues so they can't serve drinking water but instead they are providing bottled water for $3. Why can't the owners come with an alternative like buy water from Costco and give free bottled water. We asked for the manager, they don't have one. Asked for the owner, not onsite. Our server doesn't know what to do or say, feel sorry for him, it's not his fault. We ordered drinks instead of ordering $3 water, except for one and come to find out it's their own brand of water. How convenient!

Davis N.

Yelp
When I think of Italian food, it is what this restaurant has to offer! This restaurant has a lot of options and offers a sit down restaurant, bar, dessert shop, and bakery. This place is popping with people able to just pick up gelato in an Old Town area. The sit down food was great! The pizza we got ( La Tartufata) was one of the best pizza I ever had. The dough was fluffy but sturdy, and the cheese was so good. We also go to calamari as the app, and I appreciate that it was not oily and just breaded a little bit. This was a very good app and this and the pizza are items that I would come back for. We also got 2 pasta as the main and they were both solid options. With an in house gelato area, we were able to order dessert to our table and it was a good way to conclude the meal! The location is primed in the Old Town and is a nice location for people to gather. The parking is many (side streets and parking lot section) though it is a packed area. The restaurant was very busy and that made service slower, but overall the service was very nice. Overall, I loved the set up of the restaurant and the food was great here. I would definitely come back if I visit the area again!

M. R.

Yelp
Amazing food! Great service!! Bar atmosphere was super cool and easy. This place was hopping. Very cool and fun.

Andrea D.

Yelp
A serendipitous moment. I collected a nice memory and fantastic meal while visiting downtown Temecula. The food, ambiance and gelato were delicious. Love the details and decor. A lively place for lively people with sophisticated palettes who also love burgers and Fries. FYI no burgers or fries. Enjoy!

Daniel G.

Yelp
Oh man what a sh*t show of a dinner service 2/8/25 was. We had a pretty big party of 9 for my sisters birthday and we made reservations a couple of days before. Honestly it started out pretty fine, we were seated quick and our server was pretty nice and took our order pretty quick. Sadly that was about the best part of the service lol. It took about 20 minutes to get our drinks. They had plumbing issues and no free tap water was available. We had to buy their 3 dollar a bottle "Botega Italia" brand water which is basically just aqua fina or just any basic bottled water My sister's drink was just completely forgotten, when I told our server he apologized and went to go check on it. Another 10 minutes goes by and he comes back and says they ran out of the mix for her drink. So she orders another drink and we put in some appetizers. Another 20 minutes go by now, we have been here a full hour, my sister FINALLY gets her drink and the appetizers we ordered. The antipasti, which was 30 dollars, was missing the bread, we asked our server and he said "oh we are out but they are baking it now". I actually laughed a bit because there was no way in hell they were baking bread. We eat the apps, we put in another round of drinks. A full 30 minutes goes by, no bread, no server, no more drinks, just completely forgotten lol. We have now been here an hour and a half and we had 1 drink each and 1 appetizer without bread. Homie finally comes by with the bread, granted the appetizer is gone at this point, I take one bite of the bread and it's rock hard, like they went to the store to buy it. I actually started laughing because there was no way homie just lied about them baking bread only to serve us hard bread. We wanted to speak to their manager and our server said that they had no manager of duty today. No manager, on a Saturday, where they are charging 30 dollars a plate. Needless to say we left. This last portion here is specifically for Alex, the owner of Bottega Italia and other restaurants in Temecula. My family has known you for a long time, and we know how you treat your employees in all your restaurants, and today it showed in your staff. they were inattentive, frustrated that they were short staffed, had no management for support, and had to deal with a plumbing issue. Shame on you dude, those servers and bartenders couldn't have been older than 23 or 24, you basically are having children run your restaurants and charging a premium for it. Get it together dude, your greed may work on tourists, but nothing about your restaurants envisions anything Italian.

Rachael H.

Yelp
Service: 11/10 Our server was fantastic! Friendly and super helpful. The food and drinks came out so quick on a busy Saturday night! Food: My husband had the Napoletana pizza with cheese and it was incredible. The crust was so light and the flavors were perfectly balanced. I had the bolognese which was good but I would probably try something else next time. Espresso Martini: 10/10 YUM! I'll definitely be back for another!! Overall, a great date night spot! Next time I'll save room for dessert!

Polo P.

Yelp
Love this place, great service and nice location. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Must try coffee

Jacqueline T.

Yelp
I forgot to take a picture of our pizza. All I can say is this place has truly the best pizza dough EVER!!! The salad was on point and the desserts were oh so yummy. The ambiance is nice and elegant with a modern eclectic twist. I swear my house could look this good. Our manager and server were so wonderful. Best pizza in town. Eat fast though or the dough will get soggy.

Sabrina L.

Yelp
Tempted by the pictures and reviews, came here for late lunch (around 1:30ish) and only one party ahead of us, got seated in 2 minutes. We were seated outside corner . They took order pretty fast and we had an appetizer, pizza, calzone classico and Penni in meat sauce plus three scoops strawberry gelato. The dough for both pizza and calzone is chewy and fresh. The overall taste is good except the calzone is really watery when cut open. Meanwhile, it is on the pricey side perhaps because of its location --- in the center of the old town,Total about 125bucks. So two points off due to the gaps with high expectations . The restaurant fits for family and friends gathering , really spacious with a bar, bakery and gelato counter.

Thiago D.

Yelp
Note: reviewing just coffee and dessert We were sightseeing in Temecula and happened to stumble onto this place for a quick stop. It was busy inside and out so we decided to order a quick dessert and coffee at the espresso bar. Service was quick and efficient, and they were very friendly. Decided to go with the pistachi cannolis since it was calling out my name from the glass. Had to pair it with a double espresso to give me energy to keep my nephew entertained lol This was one of the best tasting cannolis I've ever had! Perfect texture on it and the filling was phenomenal. Good quality coffee beans as well for the espresso. Our batista also recommended another type of cannoli for next time. I'll have to come back and try a meal next time but highly recommend the coffee if are in the area.

Yelp
Wish I could give a lower review than a 1 star. The food was less than good, bland, lacking salt, and the water tasted terrible. The server was mediocre at best and stood there talking to others while we needed help. The manager was yelling at a young woman who was introduced to us as a trainee and seemed like a horrible person the way he was yelling in the open. I will never go back knowing that he treats his staff like that, and I will be sure to tell my friends as well. Just an a$$. Heard stories about him yelling before at his servers, and I'm glad the young lady who he was yelling at walked out.

Yelp
Delicious! Great breakfast offers, great hospitality, just the right atmosphere for the tropical storm outside! The Gondola Ride entree and Americano Breakfast were very tasty. Prepared to perfection and well paired with sparkling wine. Love this place!

Yelp
This is my second time coming here, and it was still tasty, but I was not as impressed as my first time. We did try a pizza, and I thought it was great, however, there were others in my group thought the crust was soggy. The pizza does taste very fresh and is made in a brick oven, but I can see where they were coming from. The pizzas are artisanal, and they have great pizza options. The pasta portions are on the large side, and you can tell the noodles are handmade. Very tasty. I really love the specials! This still remains a cute quaint spot in downtown Temecula. Something was off with the water they provided, it had a very metallic and plastic taste. I do not remember this the first time I went, but everybody in my group noticed it I would come again, but it is on the pricey side, but the food is good. Service was decent. They were efficient getting your orders in, but after our food was served, they did not check up on us, and it took us a while to be able to get salt and pepper to our table.

Yelp
I loooooved the BOP style pizza and all the sides we had as well as coffee was fantastic. Located right off the beaten path, well worth the experience. Great modern vibes and service was great.

Yelp
I love love this place! It reminds me so much of cafes in Rome... it's so Italian! Delicious coffee and delicious food! We came in on a Saturday for brunch and had some pretty yummy Italian breakfast! It was my first time having an Uova Nitto Parlato, it was basically 3 poached eggs in tea soup.. it was very interesting and yummy, paired quite well with the breakfast pizza they offer! I put my poached egg on one of my pizza slice and it was heaven! Three of us share that and a waffle board with fruits and sweets. Their waffles is one of the best I had!!! Soooooo yummy!!! One thing I have to say is, I love Illy and they make my iced latte here sooo good! We were too full afterward for gelato but I will definitely come back! Parking is hard and tricky and you will have to park far unless you're super lucky!

Yelp
what a terrible valentine's dinner experience! made a reservation several weeks ago for 4pm, upon arriving at 4pm we were not greeted by any hosts or resturant employees for over 30 minutes. Us and several other couples stood outside for over 30 minutes just waiting to even be greeted by any employees. Eventually the manager came out and told me there was no server to assist us because ONE person called in sick. He basically told us to come back at 5 and see if "maybe" we could find a seat and that my reservation didn't matter. The conversation was so rude and inconsiderate. Appaling considering it was Valentine's night and where were we supposed to go last minute. People were understanding and would' ve been fine sitting down and waiting a little longer for things. We ended up going across the way to the Gambling Cowboy and told them the situation and they very kindly took us in and gave us an amazing valentines dinner and were appaled as well by the treatment we received here. Will 1000% not be going back, whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and this is coming from someone who has been a food service worker for several years.

Yelp
My family and friends and I have been coming here for years every time we're in town to visit. Normally it's great but I guess that's if you plan on eating a full meal. We wanted to just do coffee and dessert as it was late but one girl said it's dining only and to go order dessert at the counter and sit outside. Um okay, besides being cold outside that was pretty dismissive. I guess we'll find a new place to dine next visit.
