Brady's Brats & Burgers

Burger and fries were great. The place reminds me of 5 guys, but this place is better. The fries were great for fresh cut. Good texture, crispy and hot. Not floppy and soggy like some other places. Definitely going to come back and try the brats.

Great burgers and so many options to make your burger exactly how I wanted it. Smash burgers are becoming my favorite when they are this good the perfect maillard. The fries are perfect and they are hand cut to perfection. Super friendly and professional at the counter. Thank you

We had the burgers, so we didn't tried the brats. I had the bacon cheeseburger and it was delicious. The others in my group got the beyond patty cheeseburger and it was so good to them, they couldn't resist and ordered another one to split.

Awesome find today! Great, helpful service, quick, high-quality food, and a cozy spot to munch down the grub. It's a build your own burger set-up with tons of toppings to add at no additional cost. Massive list of toppings. Went with just a single cheeseburger and added a bunch to it. Also went with the Cajun tots. They have self-serve ranch, which is always a plus. We will be back through on our next trip to the Mt!

Definitely recommend this place! The burgers were juicy and delicious, especially with its special sauce! We had the canjun tots and loved that they added cumin to the spice! We’ll definitely be back again! If you’re in Sandy, Oregon — definitely check this burger joint out. You won’t be disappointed!

The food tasted great, but overall, the experience was just so-so. For a place that has been in business that long, I was surprised to see that the furnishings are just rolling steel tables with black catering skirts. That, combined with the fact that I could see partially into the kitchen, made it feel a bit like you're eating in the back of house. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a drink, but I guess since I didn't specifically state that I wanted the "combo" they didn't give me the combo price. It was also happy hour, but i didn't get that discount either. It's kinda on me because I didn't realize either of those things until I was already sitting down looking at their chalkboard, but still, it's not unreasonable to expect the cashier to help out. These notes are just tiny sides scribbled somewhere in the giant chalkboard menus. Again, the food was good, but that price point certainly could've used the discounts applied. I don't know that it was worth a $21 bill. I would consider going back to try one of their specialty brats, but only because I live close and there are limited offerings in Sandy. There's a lot of potential here, but in my opinion, the experience needs a little refinement to justify the offerings.

I love the burger salad, so yummy!! The people who work here are so nice and helpful. The inside is just a little dim, some fun lights or posters would go a long way.

Nice little restaurant with a good selection of menu items. I went there for lunch after Googling "good burgers in Sandy" and I was not disappointed. I ordered a Brady burger the "Brady Way" and a regular sized fries. For the size of the burger it was priced fair. They have all the fixings you could ask for on a burger. You order your fries or tots separately and a regular size is a healthy portion and could be shared. The fries had a good flavor and where not greasy. I will have to go back and try some more menu items.

This place has the best burgers I've ever had.. I am picky when it comes to beef but the flavor and the portions are absolutely perfect. A great variety of toppings. The beef is locally sourced, love that. They have some of the best homemade buttermilk ranch that I've had it reminds me of another one of my favorite restaurants that closed down a few years ago. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and has an old timey vibe to it. Please go here.. this place is better than Five guys or any other place I've ever had a burger at. It's HARD to find vegan options on the mountain. We were excited to find food nearby! The food was good! We got fries, tots, two beyond brats. They were perfectly cooked! Also, there was vinegar for the fries, that's a serious win for me! The service from both the person at the counter and the person who was made our food was great as well!

I had the Brady bacon burger and it was really good. They are smash-style burgers, with all the flavorful and crispy nooks and crannies that come with it. The Brady sauce is excellent and I definitely recommend you go for it. I really like that they give you options for lots of different fixings on the burger, and don't charge for them. We also tried the bacon cheeseburger bratwurst. It was good but not great, as I expected it to be bursting with more burger flavor. The tater tots are standard fare, the hand cut fries are on the soft side, which is not unexpected for hand cut. I was not a huge fan of the Cajun seasonings, which strangely seemed like it needed a bit more salt. The waitstaff were friendly and prompt. I would go back and try different brats and burgers.

Hands down the best burger joint in the area. Don't waste your time going anywhere else if you're on your way home from the mountain. They do smash burgers the correct way without making a big deal about it. I personally make a mean smash burger at home that I've been told for years could launch a successful burger restaurant. Brady's takes that up another notch and has me beat. Seriously, why aren't you there ordering lunch right now?

Totally would not have come here if I didn't find it on Yelp, just looked like a small bar off 26. Service was great, food was great too! I had a bacon cheeseburger and fries and it was so good. My husband liked his too. Definitely stop in and give it a try.

I happened to be in Sandy for work, so I took the opportunity to try a localish spot. The service was quick and friendly. They give an order number, call it out, and display the number on a light up board by the kitchen window pickup. As it was my first time there, I had questions about whether the lettuce on the burger was leaf or shredded (bonus points for shredded iceberg) and the composition of the Brady house sauce (I don't remember exactly but at least three of ketchup, mustard, mayo, relish). I added an extra patty, a side of fries, and a local brew. The burger patties had a good amount of char on the outside and were medium inside. I think I'd get extra cheese if I got an extra patty next time. It was about the perfect size, not too big to hold, and very evocative of backyard burgers off a weber grill or something. The French fries were fine, unspectacular. I'm not a big fan of the high top tables in the middle of the dining area but the booths along the side were comfortable enough. It's got a bit of a bro and family vibe with the ski ball out front and sports on TV inside but isn't obnoxiously loud or anything. I'll hit them up again if I'm passing through Sandy at mealtime.

I ordered online. the food was ready at the promised time which was fine. I then got back to work to see that two of the burgers were incorrect. so I called the person who answered was rude and kept arguing with me about it. saying well what would you like me to do I know their right I made them myself. I said ok I'll bring them back in to show you cause yes I want them remade. upon showing up the person still argued with me saying they were correct. I literally had to point at the receipt and show the burgers were incorrect. so if you're looking for good customer service this is not the place

Our family of six loves going to Bradys'! The burgers are the best on the mountain, and you choose from a long list of toppings, all included! The staff is nice and it's an order at the counter and seat yourself situation. The inside reminds me of a sports bar, and there's always a game on the big screen. The only thing that could make it better would be to offer a kid's burger (pretty please). All in all, we would definitely recommend!

We were driving through Sandy and decided to stop for a quick dinner. The burgers were very flavorful. I got the Baby Brady Cheeseburger and my husband got the Brady Cheeseburger. We will definitely go back the next time we're in town.

Talk about a great spot to stop in going up or coming down from the mountain! I stopped by this gem of a spot heading home from central Oregon! Place is packed with quality and flavor! The way they dress up their burgers reminds me of how five guys does it. You pick the burger then add whatever toppings you want! The burger was crisp warm and juicy! The fries here are excellent! Probably the best fries I have had in awhile! Great service as well! If you're in sandy you should check this spot out!!!!!!! I will definitely be stopping by next time I'm in the area!

Sandy has limited offerings, however Brady's would stand out as one of the best even in a saturated space.

Honestly, this was one of the best burgers I have ever purchased. I ordered a bacon cheese burger, I was about half way done with it and decided to order a second burger because it was just that good! The beer was good and the pricing was fair here. They offer a large assortment of toppings to really make the burger what you want and the service is super friendly! Bring the family as it's a super inviting environment and cozy atmosphere.

Just a brief note here. I'm still not sure how smashing a burger makes it any better. Good beef cooked properly will always be better than good beef not cooked properly, but I digress. Brady's is ok beef cooked in some trendy manner that really doesn't excite me the way it seems to excite others. It appears you grt one slice of bacon which is cut in half. The bun is average at best. Just like Dick's Primal, I expected far more for a $14 a la carte burger than I got. The fries are very good! I am interested I trying their brat. Their burger? Two times was enough.

Th burgers and fries were amazing and great service. We were very happy to have made this stop. The restaurant is easy to drive by. But I think you should stop and enjoy a burger and delicious fries.

It's a lot like five guys, nothing special. Burgers are a little better but, it's in Sandy you get what you get.

You've gotta try the chicken sandwich!! Delicious. This was our first time, so we got one of everything. The burger was amazing, but my favorite was the chicken sandwich. We want to try a different flavor of brat next time. The Cajun tots were delish. The owner is super nice and gave us a concise rundown of the menu so we knew all our options. We'll def be going back soon!

Great burger joint, our favorite in Sandy. Only reason for 4 stars is it's a bit pricey (kinda the norm everywhere now) and my order is sometimes off (like wrong sauce or missing a condiment- not ever a big deal, I don't say anything but I'm sure they'd fix it if I asked).

I have never seen this place. I've never been in this place. Does this stop me from reviewing? Oh hell no. You see I found out about Brady's, and especially his burgers after we moved into the area in the depths of the covid lockdown. Of course, smashburgers have become A Thing. Brady's, like most home cooks (Dad) have always known that "mashing the burgers" was an Old Family Secret. Crunchy edges are always what people get into. Mmmm~crunchy bits. It is seriously good eats and You Will Wear It. You can get a bag of fries that fills the bag that is the size of a lunch bag. All of the toppings for the burgers are free or otherwise, are tasty, hot and worth the money. My recommendation: buy one for your party, there is more than enough to fill them all. Now, the brats were disappointing, which you would think otherwise considering their name. It's not back to the days when we would give a restaurant a few times before I would report, but the brats were disappointing. There are different daily specials on the brats, but after the one, I was over it. Had the brats been floating too long in the steam holding cabinet? I dunno. We will try them again, by and by, but not anytime soon.

I went here with my cousin when I was coming through Sandy on my way back from Portland. My cousin recommended Brady's as there aren't a lot of obvious choices in Sandy. They do not have table service but there was tables and booths and also have video poker if you're into that. We just had burgers and fries which were good. The value was decent for what we got but not incredible. I actually liked the fries more that the burger as it was pretty basic. Next time coming through Sandy I might try another option but I wouldn't hesitate to return here.

This might be just the ticket for many people. It was fine. My burger was kind of like a smash burger-thin & crispy. My son got a brat. He liked it well enough. The people who worked there were friendly. Maybe you will love it! Try for yourself.

Wanted a good burger so family and I stopped in Brady's Brats & Burgers. Ordered the Brady's bacon cheeseburger lettuce tomato. Was by far the Best Burger ever. The Meat definitely made a difference. Staff was so very nice. Very clean! Will absolutely be back again! Loved it.

Brady's Brats and Burgers, the place you can have it your way. Straightforward menu: Housemade Brats, Burgers with your choice of toppings, hand cut french fries, and tater tots.   We've been here twice in a couple weeks. Love that you can customize your burger with one patty(Baby Brady) or two patties (Brady) then select your toppings. You can choose: lettuce, tomato,  onions, pickles, mayo, mustard,  ketchup, mushrooms,  jalapenos,  green peppers, bbq sauce, steak sauce, hot sauce, or sweet relish. They also offer a  "Beyond Burger" and "Beyond Brat" as a vegetarian option.  I go back and forth on their cajun tots and hand cut fries. Both are very good.  They have a variety of beer, cider, and wine options.  They have a fair amount of tables to dine in.  There is a skee ball machine and lottery machines in the front entry way.  Happy with every meal at Brady's and glad you can order online.   The parking lot is not very big but street parking is always an option.

This was our first time here. They did not disappoint. If you're looking for a good brat, look no further. Their fries are also a must, with their special fry sauce.

I anted a food truck burger but it was a rainy day so figured we give this place a try. It was warm and dry inside so that was good. However it was loud with a noisy fridge and kids. Its not very big inside and you order at the counter, grab your own fountain drinks (although they do have beer and cider) and then sit down at a booth or high top table. Watch out for restrooms though - they were disgusting and the staff seemed too busy to take care of them. I got a brat and wife got a burger. She got fries i got tots. Both were solid outta the gate. Burger was a smash burger with nice crispy edges and brat was freshly boiled and on a soft warm bun. The tots were better by far as they were super crispy. All in all pretty good food but wouldn't come here for the ambience as the noisiness and cleanliness are hard to ignore

When this place first opened I was all about it. But lately it hasn't been what I remembered. Food seems messier, service is bland and atmosphere feels run down. The pandemic hurt a lot of smaller restaurants. But I think Brady's can come back stronger if they want. They have a good product, and lots of hungry people in the summer and winter rolling to and from the mountain. Sandy is hard on businesses. No one has a restaurant front that catches driver's eyes. This city needs to wake a little and be less hokey. I love it here-but tried of restaurants failing. We need more fun places with tasty options.

We stop in occasionally when heading up to hood. Great brats and burgers in a super convenient spot right off the 26. Everything is cooked to order fresh, the house brats cycle out with a new flavor they developed themselves fairly often.

Craving a good burger after working up a sweat at Mt Hood and Brady's was one of the most highly rated spots in the area so we definitely had to check them out. Order ahead online via their website, via postmates, or just come in person. We opted to come order in person as we were just down the street and there was free parking in their lot. There was one group ahead of us but the staff was quick to take our order and it only took about 10 mins to get our burger, tots, and brat. _________________ So is the hype worth it? I thought so with our order! So what's unique about Bradys? + Brats are small batch and made in house + Burgers and brats are super customizable with plenty of free toppings so mix and match to your hearts desire + In addition to normal fries and tots they have a cajun flavor option that has a nice kick to classic sides + Cider, wine, and beer assortments in the case that you can also take to go Did I mention all burger options also have a standard brady size (double patty) or a baby brady size (single patty)!? Great options for everyones' taste buds. As for the food the burger hit the spot! The burgers here are simple meat patties and melty cheese. The buns come on a soft sesame bun. Nothing fancy but simple to satisfy the craving. Paired mine with grilled onions and the brady size was a good option to share as well. We also paired our burger with the elk sausage since the other brat flavor we wanted to try was sold out. The brats were a nice side and had a good crunch. The bun was standard but would have preferred it toasted or a heartier bun to hold the additional toppings. We opted for the cajun tots and definitely try those if you come here! The tots were perfectly crispy and the seasoning had a nice kick but wasn't too overpowering. I love this place. Good basic burger. Long condomient list (that are all free). They make their own brats and fries, and the fries are SO good (Get cajun!) They also have a good selection of beer/cider. ~WISH they had milkshakes and other cheese options other than American.

Well justified positive reviews all around for this little shop that somehow managed to survive the pandemic! Stopped in for the first time tonight for a Beyond brat and left feeling fat and happy. Fries are great and they have my current favorite cider, Cosmic Crisp. Picky husband was also delighted, "pretty good burger!" he said, his usually stoic eyes sparkling for a moment. This is a great sign. My only complaint is the upcharge for vegetarian meats, but this is commonplace and Beyond meats aren't exactly a cheap product. I'm just glad they have them on hand. It will not be difficult to talk me into another meal at Brady's. Yum!

Delicious burger! Expensive but it's good, local products. Ambience is okay, just a burger joint. But really good burgers. Service is good. Nothing special but still kind people.

I flew into Portland today and my family chose Brady's , Brats and Burgers. I drove 45 minutes for a burger??? YES and it was worth every mile. I had a double bacon burger. Absolutely fresh, great taste, fresh buns and the cajun tater tots? OUTSTANDING!

Super laid back place. Order at the counter and then sit at table waiting to hear your order called. The service was great the wait for the food was short. The have some beer on tap and lotters games too. We all (4 people) really enjoyed our burgers and fries. We live in Portland but we will be back!

First time here. Had to stop and check them out since I was in town house sitting. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was super clean and organized. Really liked that they did their toppings like 5 Guys does. Got the Brady Bacon Cheeseburger and a large order of Cajun tots. The burger was mid level basically. The ingredients seemed fresh, but the flavor wasn't there. The Cajun spice was so overdone and overpowering on the tots that I only managed to eat maybe 6 out of the large order, and that was even with ranch or ketchup on them. Disappointed in the food unfortunately. Next time I'm in the are I'll probably pass on this place, as there are other good places in town.

Always delicious, usually perfectly messy, fantastic crispy Cajun tots. So many options to add to your burger, you can change it up every time.

We were on our way from Astoria to Bend. Read some of the reviews and decided to stop by and grab lunch. The gentleman that helped was nice and explained their menu. They make all their own sausages in house and their burgers are either 1/4 pound (single patty) or 1/2 pound (double patties). My wife ordered a sausage sandwich - tasted good but could have been larger in my opinion. I decided to try the Fried Chicken Sandwich. Sounded better then it was. They coat the outside of chicken patty with corn flakes (to make it more crunchy). To me it didn't make a difference and the chicken tasted like a Foster Farm chicken patty with "maybe" a little extra crunch. I would pass on this and try a burger- they had a fairly large menu. The highlight were the fries and Tater Tots. Cooked to perfection and not greasy at all. We should have ordered the small size since we ordered both fries and Tater Tots to share. There were plenty of fries and tots. Very good!!

If you want a great burger and fry, Bradys is where it's at. This is probably the best burger spot in Sandy, little pricey but its worth it! Honestly its comparable to 5 guys in style where you get to pick your toppings, as many as you want!. Wish they offered a chili cheese Dog and fry option! But every time I have been the food is outstanding! This is a must go if you are a local or even just passing through. My only complaint is they dont open early enough for me to make it there during my lunch hour that starts at 1115. They open at noon :(

Burger was fantastic. Fries could have been crispier but were solid, I mean I ate them all. Atmosphere needs work. But the burger alone is worth stopping for.

A great stop after a long hike in Mt. Hood! This place always has great options for brats, and you essentially create your own with all their unique toppings and sauces.
