I don’t usually go out of my way to write reviews, but this experience truly earned one.
From the moment we walked into Brasa Steakhouse, everything felt intentional and elevated. We were greeted warmly, seated smoothly, and the atmosphere immediately set the tone for an amazing night. But what truly made the experience exceptional was our waitress, Nataly.
My friend and I ordered the Chuleton De Res for 2, along with the Parmesan fries and Brussels sprouts. We initially wanted the steak medium-well, but Nataly confidently recommended medium and thank God we trusted her. It came out absolutely perfect. Beautiful crust, tender center, juicy, flavorful…cooked exactly how a premium cut should be. Every bite was elite.
The Parmesan fries were crisp and packed with flavor, and the Brussels sprouts were roasted perfectly with incredible balance. Everything was executed with care and precision.
What stood out even more was Nataly’s knowledge and passion. She took the time to tell us about the owners, their backgrounds, and the other prominent restaurants they’ve founded in New Orleans. That level of storytelling made the experience feel personal and meaningful…not just another dinner reservation. Because of her, we’ll absolutely be visiting their other concepts soon.
Service like that is rare. Nataly wasn’t just a waitress, she was an experience curator. Attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. She truly made our night.
From greeting to seating to the flawless food and unforgettable service, this place is a gem. 10/10 across the board. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you Brasa for the amazing service & unforgettable meal
