"Brass Lion in Singapore offers distillery tours and gin-making courses by reservation. Guests are also able to sample gin-based cocktails in their onsite Tasting Room, Tuesday through Sunday (hours vary)."

"Called the Brass Lion Singapore Dry Gin, the New World-style gin is made by one-month-old home-grown craft distillery, Brass Lion. Made in a 4,000-square-feet industrial warehouse space in the western part of Singapore, the Singapore Dry Gin ($88) is a concoction of 22 botanicals that are found in many Asian dishes, such as rojak, double-boiled soups and curries. The floral and citrusy gin is infused with ingredients such as torch ginger flower, mandarin peel, angelica root, galangal and lemongrass. The Singapore spirit is the brainchild of Jamie Koh, who is part of the burgeoning wave of made-in-Singapore craft alcohol producers." - Kenneth Goh
"Touted as Singapore’s first micro-distillery, this award-winning operation showcases its handcrafted hybrid copper still named Nala and explains what makes its gins stand out before concluding with a tasting flight of three flagship gins. Tours begin with a welcome drink at the Alexandra Terrace location, and an immersive Gin School workshop (about 2.5–3 hours) lets participants craft their own gin using chosen botanicals; guests often take home the distillery’s flagship Singapore Dry Gin." - Dannon Har
"Singapore’s first gin school runs upstairs in a heritage shophouse while the company’s commercial line is produced on the ground floor. In an apothecary-style classroom you can craft an original spirit by pouring spirit and water into a mini copper still, infusing juniper berries and other botanicals, and finishing with a personalised label to take home as a souvenir. Sessions are priced at S$198 per person." - Claire Turrell
