"This place has the French restaurant formula down to a science, from silky vichyssoise to a dining room interior so dark that it’d be nearly impossible to detect flecks of herbes de provence in your date’s teeth. But the food at Brasserie Four does heavy lifting, too—and while the steak frites is endlessly recommendable, we’re pleased to report that the poulet frites is Brasserie’s best dish. The perfectly roasted chicken comes with a rich mushroom jus that clings to each sliver of peanut-fried potato. " - aimee rizzo

"At the uber-charming Brasserie Four, chef-owner Jamie Guerin keeps things country-style with French standards like daube d’agneau (red wine-braised lamb) and a poisson meunière using seasonal market fish. The downtown bistro also sports a carefully curated wine list, a rotating French cheese flight, seasonal oysters, and a steak frites with brandy–black pepper cream sauce that will leave you weak in the knees." - Stephanie Forrer

"You may start thinking of Walla Walla as “the Paris of the Palouse” after visiting this Main Street standby. It’s got the bustling, casual air of a genuine French brasserie, with a menu to match. Escargot, vichyssoise, bouillabaisse, and steak frites are well prepared without being overly fussy." - Matthew Lombardi

My Favorite Special Occasion Spot in Eastern Washington! If you’re looking for authentic French cuisine, Brasserie Four in Walla Walla is hands down the best. It’s our go-to spot for special occasions, and we even drive from Tri-Cities just for lunch! But take my advice—make a reservation, as this hidden gem is no longer much of a secret. I typically go for the foie gras, escargot, and their amazing Steak Frites. Every bite is perfection! The kids love their Margherita pizza, and the fresh bread served with the meal is a hit for everyone. If the weather’s nice, outdoor seating is where you want to be, with a prime location right on Walla Walla’s main shopping and wine-tasting street. Parking can be a bit tricky on weekends, but it’s worth it. Grab lunch, sip some wine, and enjoy a leisurely day in town. In my opinion, this is easily the top restaurant in the region!

Google
Lovely restaurant with lovely food. The bouillabaisse in particular was amazing! We got the sharing portion for 4 people amongst other dishes (rockfish, steak frites, asparagus, truffle pizza, and a wonderful mousse for dessert). Everything tasted perfect!!

Google
Amazing selection of wine and an absolute gem for pre-dinner drinks. We came in just for a small bite and ended up ordering just a round of wine and some baguette with butter. The Pinot we got was absolutely wonderful. The baguette was great too (comes with two types of butter). The couple beside us got the escargot that smelt absolutely heavenly. Probably best to get reservations on the weekend because tables are hard to come by, we sat at the bar and were a bit short on space.

Google
Delicious French restaurant in charming part of Walla Walla. The pizza was so so. Loved the steak frites and the bisque as well as the croque madame.

Google
Sat at the bar on a Tuesday night, shortly after they opened. Started slow but filled up quickly and was very lively. I started with half dozen mixed oysters and the smaller ones were just too small to really enjoy, but the server picked out a sparkling wine for me to pair and it was lovely. Went on to the Caesar salad, very good, not the best I've had, but good. Followed that up with the mushroom soup which was tasty. I asked for a half glass of red, which was happily accommodated. I finished with the sorbet, which I wasn't particularly wowed by, but overall it was a good meal with attentive service. I'll go back again.

Google
Came in on a Saturday afternoon. Wine walk goin on. Got seated. No reservation. Prompt service. Very clean. Very polite. Waitress discussed menus and specials Chose some appetizers the cheese selection and the olives. Very nice. Cheese selection had a lot of different options. Very good. The olives were a mix. Seasoned and had a little orange zest in there which was nice. Got an entree. The steak frite. Steak and fries. Ordered med rare. More on the rare side than the medium. A little pepper we added. The black peppercorn sauce they served with it was amazing The fries were perfect. Absolutely done correctly. A little salt added. Simply put. It was an amazing meal. Had the best intentions of going somewhere else for more food later on. Did not need it. If you are coming to walla walla. Or you live near and haven’t been. I suggest it. Came back again. 4/20/24 Amazing Walla Walla day trip. Could not ask for better weather. Good was delicious as usual same meal ordered. Salad. Steak and fries.

Google
Amazing restaurant and great food. This feels much like an easy going french restaurant with an upscale vibe. It’s great for dinner and drinks. Their wine wall is so unique and takes the wine list to another level. I recommend this for any special occasion. The service is amazing and so friendly. I’d recommend trying their specials, chicken and fries, and steak and fries. All three were so filling and delicious. Don’t miss out on this place.

Google
We enjoyed our dining experience here very much! We loved our server, Victoria and the restaurant's Sommelier, Francis. Both were extremely pleasant to talk to and had great knowledge about the restaurant food menu and wine list. Very satisfied with the service and the fresh, high quality ingredients. We had the heirloom tomatoes special with the rilletes porc et de canard to start. Very delicious! The cherry sea salt butter was inspiring. We also shared the steak frites. Would definitely come back again. Highly recommend dining here. Vibe is good and overall staff are friendly.

Alyssa M.

Yelp
Absolutely stunning dinner experience. As always. Bailey made our time unforgettable! Thank you!!

Max G.

Yelp
This restaurant exceeded my expectations with its emphasis on high-quality food. I highly recommend dining here. We shared three appetizers, and each one was excellent in both flavor and quality. The standout was the calamari--it was refreshingly light, not your typical heavily breaded version. For the main course, I had the Beef Bourgogne, which was delicious. Although the portion size felt a bit small, the taste more than made up for it. Overall, I would strongly recommend this place for a great dining experience.

Leon T.

Yelp
I ate with a group of four and we sat outside. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The chicken, bouillabaisse, and the beef were all incredible. A special mention goes to our waitress, who made the experience even more memorable. She was not only warm and welcoming but also deeply knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations felt like a genuine conversation, guiding us to the best choices. I can't recommend this restaurant enough--it's a must-visit for anyone looking for exceptional French cuisine in Walla Walla."

Meredith F.

Yelp
Great French style food! Definitely definitely do not miss the French imported cheese plate. This was absolutely outstanding. The baguettes were delicious as well. I absolutely loved the oysters and I would not have thought to have gotten them, because I knew they had to be flown in. They worked very hard to get fresh oysters and deserve credit for that. The French onion soup was nice, but not my favorite on the planet. My husband loved the cold visysouis (sp?) soup and he would get that again. :) Kudos to the chefs! Come here for the food. We loved our meal and the service was okay. :)

Hannah R.

Yelp
Service was wonderful, definitely recommend sitting outside and hopefully no flys will bother you. It is a lot quieter outside than in but either one is great. Recommend a reservation or it may be a 30-40 minutes wait. The food was quiet tasteful: escargot was buttery and flavorful and went great on the bread. The braised beef was in a wine reduction and was. a little bit too wine flavor for me but the meat was tender and the vegetables were cooked perfectly. In all a great higher end restaurant for walla. Would go back again.

Trisha B.

Yelp
Super accommodating and hospitable establishment. Excellent service and the food was outstanding. They welcomed our "girls night out" birthday celebration and made sure we had everything we needed to make it a memorable night. BTW, The corn soup was creamy and delicious. Looking forward to going back!

Jesse W.

Yelp
We didn't have a reservation so we sat outside on a sunny evening in April for a glass of wine and appetizer. Can't comment on food due to not having dinner, but the wine, cheese plate, and service were great. Would definitely return to try dinner.

Joe K.

Yelp
$$$ This place is a great restaurant. Not to spendy by today's prices. All of the food was cooked perfectly with awesome flavors. It has a nice atmosphere and very clean. Our server was Marissa. She was most fun, knows the menu and the wine well. Bravo to her. It is a busy place . Make a reservation. Your pet may dine with you outside .

Ty T.

Yelp
You definitely need a reservation, unfortunately we tried to get one before our date with no luck. Staff laughed when we asked about getting in and said we could sit outside. I explained that I was worried about weather and staff said they would put us under umbrella's and we would be fine. We ordered only to have the wind take out all the umbrellas. The manager came out and said they would hold the dinner order but we had to pay for the appetizer despite the weather. I'm sure the food is good but we were disappointed in the service, especially the manager's attitude. We should have passed on the table location but $30 for an appetizer in the rain/wind seemed a bit silly.

Christine C.

Yelp
Lexi was a wonderful server and guided us to an amazing food and wine experience. Enjoyed the pizza, salad, and Chablis.

Heather R.

Yelp
Delicious food! Ambiance & wait staff were incredible. The little deviled eggs are glorious! Party of 4 for Lunch. We seriously almost came back every single day of our trip. Will be again the next time we are in town!

Hannah E.

Yelp
Food was good, but definitely ask for your steak to be a bit more done than normally. The flavors were great and so was the service.

CC C.

Yelp
Making reservations was more difficult than it needed to be. Food was just OK. Service was good but food was slow and it wasn't that busy.

Sonja S.

Yelp
Always fabulous the food the staff the atmosphere are perfect and remind me of a Paris bistro!!

Joanna M.

Yelp
We were hesitant about taking our kids to this restaurant, but the staff was incredibly welcoming. The chicken, scallops and steak were all expertly preparared. The tomato salad was a highlight. Great wine list!

Joe T.

Yelp
Really, really good French bistro in Walla Walla's downtown. Excellent local wine selection and one of the better steak frites I have had. The frites maybe the best. Everything very delicious and priced well for the quality. Very nice staff too.

Helicopter H.

Yelp
Bailey was our server. She was great! The food was outstanding and very correct. That was the best bouillabaisse I've had aside from Jake's in portland. Truly a fabulous restaurant and I can't wait to return.

Jodi P.

Yelp
Ordered the oysters , cheese and meat plate. Absolutely delightful you will not be disappointed. The staff was very friendly. Beautifully plated and all soo delicious. A cheese plate of dreams - ask for extra honey for the full sweet and savory vibe.

Suzanne Z.

Yelp
Very spendy. This was my 4th visit. Two years ago, the food and service was exceptional. The last 12 months, food and service has been mediocre. I expect more given the prices. What has changed?

Tom P.

Yelp
Great food and drinks. Excellent and efficient waitstaff. Tables were full but hostess tracked us down after we left and offered seats at their bar. Glad we took them. My wife and I split a Caesar salad, nice pate, steak frites, and Vichyssoise. Steak was perfectly cooked medium rare and served nice and hot with great fries. Cocktails and champagne were also excellent. We sat next to a long time local couple who said this was their favorite restaurant in town.

Kimberly T.

Yelp
We came to this restaurant off of the recommendation of our host, and also from Yelp. It's a lovely restaurant; very French and Parisian looking. It definitely gave European vibes. I ordered the steak and fries and my husband ordered the chicken and fries. You can check out the photos. I asked for my steak to be medium rare and half was i was well done so that means half of the steak with very chewy and very hard to eat and then other half was cooked perfectly. My husband's chicken and fries was luscious. It was such a treat to eat. Now the salads - the Trois, is a beautiful looking salad especially if you like beets. I'm not a fan of beets, but my husband loved him and so what makes its trois, beets, carrots and the fennel and it has a champagne vinaigrette that was really tasty. Although I'm not a fan of beets, but when you eat them all together in one bite, it was pretty tasty. And the Caesar salad, the dressing actually was made from fresh anchovy, so that was a treat. I definitely recommend people who are interested in authentic French cooking to come to this restaurant.

Dakota R.

Yelp
Food was very, very average. Enjoyed the Trois salad and the Verte salad. They have entree sizes, but we went with a smaller starter size. Seasonal fish special was good--even in the middle of Walla Walla. Lemon and herbs de Provence. Wine and French 95 cocktail were...meh. Outdoor seating is better than the loud indoors. Service was fast, but not terribly-attentive or engaged. Removed our wine glasses before we were finished and never delivered the coffee that we ordered for dessert...Dutiful, not welcoming. Not sure we would return, given the many other dining options downtown...

Steve A.

Yelp
Absolutely delightful and authentic French Bistro, right on Main Street in the heart of Walla Walla's shopping and wine tasting area. The escargot appetizer was spot on, and served with exactly the right French bread for sopping up the garlic butter. Croque Monsieur was perfectly grilled and not swimming in Bechamel sauce. Just right. Salade Nicoise is really authentic, with a big hunk fo traditionally ahrd cooked tuna, lots of olives, and mixed greens. Wonderful lemony, garlicky dressing. Moules Frites were smallish, tender, and plentiful mussels in a savory broth. The accompanying fries were thin, hand cut, and perfectly crisped. Pro tip: Instead of the mayo/ aoli that comes with the fries, as for some of the dressing that comes with the Salade Nicoise. Wow! Great selection of wines that you can browse on the shelves in the back. Lots of French choices, of course, and plenty of local ones, too. Service was friendly and fast. Loved this place. Might go back tomorrow!

Sally B.

Yelp
Soooo fire. Steak frites are perfection every time. I got the snails too and they were amazing and also this salmon/lox spread with butter. Everything here is phenomenal. Great service and a beautiful location, feels upscale nice candle lighting. Recommend

Becca R.

Yelp
This place is Walla Walla's best kept secret. 46 years old and I finally had escargot - it was absolutely delicious! The ambiance is perfect, white lights, very French! The service though was absolutely outstanding. Bailey was phenomenal, and our sommelier (Steve Miller, not even kidding) was amazing and fabulous and recommended the PERFECT bottle of French wine to complement our Cassoulet and Bouef Bourguignon- it was an absolutely perfect 20th anniversary celebration. We even ended it with crème brûlée...one dish, two spoons. It's how we roll.

Joel T.

Yelp
This restaurant was upscale and delicious. Enjoyed the drinks here and overall ambience. Got the steak frittas (hanger steak and fries) which was excellent. The desert crepe was good, Crème burleee was just okay. Would go back.

Hot O.

Yelp
Horrible horrible horrible uncomfortable seats. Be it at the bar with a cold barstool with no back support or the wooden barrack booths. It really unbelievable how an owner would allow this....maybe money ....maybe cruelty? Moving on, the staff, is absolutely amazing and customer friendly. You can tell everyone that works here love their job. Well almost everyone. So....it's French. Very French. Which in Walla Walla is a damn fine thing. I ordered the escargot which were heated and served traditional in butter and a delicious herb sauce. 10 out of 10!

christian C.

Yelp
Unfortunately, this visit did not live up to past experiences. Unlike our last visit, the service was a big glitch, and the food was not as good. We were the last party with a reservation and were seated at this large circular table that would normally seat about 6 - quite an awkward arrangement for two people. It was nice that the server brought our wine nearly immediately after ordering, but then she was AWOL for more than 20 minutes and we flagged down another server to order. To their credit, they comped our first glass of wine for the wait. We both wound up ordering the the steak frites. The fries were not crisp and a disappointment. The sauce over the steak was too sweet - I suppose from the brandy - and was lacking in the peppercorns that were expected. One steak was better than the other, which was a bit fatty. Got the side plate of roasted vegetables, which included some cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, parsnips and green beans. It was fine, but a bit too buttery. The Grammercy Cellars mouvedre was a nice, tasty complement to the steaks. They seemed unexpectedly busy and stressed for a Tuesday night in mid-May. Hopefully, this was just an off night for them.

Paul B.

Yelp
On another business trip to Walla Walla stopped at Brasserie Four for dinner. Not the first time. I go back because they are consistent. Very good menu options, always fresh and prepared well. Staff is friendly and it has a nice atmosphere/ambience. I had the fromage plate as a starter. Delicious. For the entry, I chose the Roasted Chicken and Frits. Chicken was cooked well, but could have been seasoned a little better. They have a nice selection of local Walla Walla wines. I had a Cab Franc. Also delicious.

Lauren W.

Yelp
Fabulous food. Haven't had French food in years, but the escargot was the best I've ever tasted. Had a sommelier on staff, helped us pick out the best bottle of Beaujolias with our dinner. Our waitress was lovely and gave us a list of places to visit here. Every single shellfish they offer is wonderful.

Jane C.

Yelp
Highly recommend really delicious food and great service. It is a darling little restaurant

Dave G.

Yelp
Great French food doesn't work hard to be excellent- it just is. Brassiere does best when it doesn't try to work so hard to be French. With a bit of extra focus, Brassiere 4 can be 5 stars. Today it was four. The Brut Rose to start was perfect- strawberry mixed with mineral flavors, crisp and dry and magnificent to start on a hot summer night. The cheese plate was inspired - five well selected cheeses that each provided a unique flavor. The soup was described as a carrot cumin purée. It was more cream of carrot or carrot bisque- no cumin to taste of and no texture as a purée to taste of. But it was tasty. The salad was also delightful- carrots, beets, and fennel. It could've used micro greens to even out the mound of carrots, but it worked fine. Onto the entrees - my chicken dish was the best kind of French comfort food. A well cooked breast and a white wine stock with carrots, rice, foraged morels, and a perfect companion for the Grammercy Vigonier. Like a French chicken pot pie sans crust. Yummy. Missus had the scallops, and like the soup, the dish didn't quite match the description. It was heavy cream and heavy essence of mushroom with only 3-4 expertly cooked scallops. An odd pairing and too few scallops and too much mushroom cream. I would dial back the cream, let the mushrooms do their work naturally, and let the scallops be the star of their own dish. Maybe even put onto a bed of wild rice. Prices were on par with expectations, and service was perfect - just enough service to be helpful while not intrusive. Enjoy the basic French dishes, the atmosphere and the wine and cheese and ask lots of questions about the entrees so you get what you expect.

G Y.

Yelp
The restaurant's charm is somewhat overshadowed by the inexperienced servers, who seemed more focused on their social interactions than on providing attentive service. Additionally, it was disappointing to notice a decline in food quality compared to my last visit a few years ago. Whether due to a change in ownership or the chef, the dishes just didn't reach the same high standard. One glaring issue was the French bread; it appeared to have been sliced hours before serving, and its taste resembled something one might find in a supermarket like Safeway. On a positive note, the restaurant's location offers a pleasant blend of indoor and outdoor seating, which adds to its appeal. To enhance the dining experience, I would strongly recommend two improvements: first, the establishment should invest in hiring and training more experienced servers who can elevate the level of service. Second, they must take immediate steps to raise the quality of their cuisine to match the caliber expected in fine dining establishments. With these changes, this restaurant has the potential to truly shine among its competitors.

Mackensie N.

Yelp
Wow this place was so goooooood. Everything that we ordered we liked. No bad choices. My personal favorites were the Caesar salad and the rillettes porc et canard. I'm doing the keto diet so I even ate the rillettes on lettuce and not baguette and I loved it!!!! The table shared a bottle of the sparkling rose. I'd definitely recommend it. MERCI Also our waitress seriously looked like Amber Heard. She was great and she was vaccinated. What a great dining experience.

Aaron B.

Yelp
Having never been to France - I can't tell you if this restaurant makes the flare and flavors of the mother country - but from the standpoint of someone who appreciates quality food and a delightful dining experience - Brasserie Four is a win in downtown Walla Walla. Reservations are a must - even in January - place was packed on a Friday night. Menu is varied with traditional French dishes demonstrating slow cooking and quality ingredients. Had the potato leek soup - creamy and silky - with well balanced flavors between the main components - was not overly heavy and sat well on the palette. Steak frites - steak was well seasoned and came out to my liking as medium-rare - nice crust on the outer edge. Frites were crisp with a nice hint of salt, but the accompanying sauce lacked a punch of flavor. Well rounded cocktail menu and extensive wine selections.

C P.

Yelp
Highly recommended and did not disappoint. Nothing fancy in terms of the facility but the food and staff were great. Not the core of my meal but the fries were best I ever had, and my wife, a fry aficionado, agreed. I had the mussels and they were perfectly prepared. Nothing over salted. Just perfectly put together meals.

Nara K.

Yelp
B4 was the first stop of our Walla Walla Restaurant Month weekend trip. It didn't disappoint and really set the tone for a lot of the great places to eat in this small downtown area. The signage for the restaurant was hard to spot so we walked by a few times before realizing it. It was a busy Saturday for a late lunch, but service was quick and despite a full room our server was still very attentive. The portion size of the restaurant month menu were full portions which we didn't expect so we were definitely full and glad we planned a very late dinner later that day. The food overall was delicious and I plan to come back when I'm in town again.

Jeff P.

Yelp
Tried to make a reservation, but they were booked until 8:15PM. Took the risk and headed down hoping they'd seat me at the bar. The bar is first come first serve and it was empty. And I'm glad it was...the meal was amazing. I had oysters, and their shrimp special along with a crepe for desert. All of it was very good and the service and ambiance was wonderful.

Nancy S.

Yelp
What a treat! tried to get in several times but didn't have reservations. Finally made it and was not disappointed. This is some amazing food folks! I will book early next time and make this a must visit every time we visit Walla Walla.

Quinci F.

Yelp
This is my third time here in the past 6 months! My family lives in Tri-Cities and we have come here almost every time I've visited. We love coming to Walla Walla for a day trip and this has become our favorite restaurant to go to. When I first came here over the summer, we sat on the patio and it was absolutely wonderful. My grandma, who is 95, spent many years in France and lights up when recalling travel stories. The patio in the summer feels like you are sitting outside in Paris on the street, especially with the beautiful umbrellas. One of my mom and I's favorite french dish is sole meunière, and the brown butter market fish here does a pretty good job of it! The Poules y frites is great too. I came here last night with my grandma, just the two of us, and it was charming. We ordered olives and French onion soup to start and then shared the verte salad and the bœuf bourguignon. Yum! We had a Cab Sauv that paired well with it. Our waitress was nice and attentive. While I went outside to move the car closer for my grandma, this lovely couple sitting next to us kept her company and was asking her what the secret to life is. She appreciated it so much and it made me happy. If you are looking for a place to have nice dinner and to feel like you are being transported away, Brassiere Four is for you!

Bonnie G.

Yelp
We had a lovely meal with competent service, if a bit slow. But it was a beautiful evening sitting at an outdoor table, and we enjoyed the ambiance and the food. Started with escargot and pate. Both were just what you'd want. The biggest surprise was how delicious the pickled onions were with the pate. The ceasar salad was very well made and garnished with a high quality white anchovy. Of our entrees, I'd call out the mussels which were just a beautiful product handled perfectly. And the scallops with corn which was a wonderful, well seasoned dish. The watermelon sorbet was a lovely finisher. The only disappointment was the butter and lemon dessert crepe. Very eggy with very little lemon. Its the only thing on the menu we tasted that I wouldn't recommend.

Audrey S.

Yelp
Sitting outside drinking and eating wonderful food during a bike race couldn't be better. Food very good, especially the roast poulet with frites; mushroom sauce did not overwhelm the bird , which was extremely juicy as it was brined. Wanted a crispier skin, but hey, in in the scheme of things it was not disconcerting. Service friendly and good. Atmosphere awesome as we had sunny weather and we're watching the bikers speed past us all through our dinner. Side note, green salad can easily feed two.

Stephanie H.

Yelp
I am visiting Walla Walla cause my daughter said it was like Napa. She will graduate from WSU on Saturday so we came here first for a mini vacation. I came with no big expectations about the restaurants but last night Brassiere Four blew my mind. Wow, who knew such an amazing restaurant was here. The service was fabulous from Franny. She suggested my husband go to the wall of wines to pick his favorite. In the meantime Franny brought me a French 75 with the olives and bread. All great. My husband came back with a bottle in hand and the biggest smile. Jaime the owner followed with him to open the great 2019 Lirac French Rhône red. I was happy to talk to Jamie about his story, after all The Stephanie Herman Show is always curious. It was a great red too. We began our meal with the olives, pate and ouef with mayonnaise. We both had the steak and fries. Everything was better than most fine dinning in Napa. I am still smiling the day after.

Sidney P.

Yelp
Oh-la-la...this restaurant is sublime. Best place in town, and they have some tough competition. These folks keep it real and very true to classic French cuisine. Darling vibe and friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Aileen K.

Yelp
Oh heck yes. We got the calamars a la provencal, moules frites, and steak frites. Drinks? Rose BTG and Sagemoor riesling BTG. Everything was phenomenal. My favorite was the steak frites. It came true to order, medium rare, and the flavor was fantastic. The sauce was perfectly savory and our wine paired so well with it. It reminded me why French food used to be a favorite. The service was also great. Our waiter was helpful and attentive and the staff in general helped as a collective. Felt like a community. We also ended up talking to a couple sitting nearby. I like that it's a friendly place. If I'm ever back in Walla Walla, Brasserie will be an obvious return. It's a true gem.

Foodie D.

Yelp
The owner came out to help us choose a wine from their retail wall. He was very kind but went right to the high end wines. They ranged from ok to ARE YOU INSANE... he showed us one for $350. Decent yet on the small side of charcuterie boards. Super loud because of the close tables and horrible acoustics so very high decibels. They need more on their walls to absorb sound imo. Decent staff yet in a hurry and hard to hear. Does anyone smile anymore?! I'd go back but would definitely sit outside. Bring your own wine and pay corkage if you want something specific that still allows you to pay your mortgage.

Steve K.

Yelp
The Brasserie Four Resturant is fantastic and far exceeded our expectations. My wife and I shared a Nicoise Salad and I ordered the Bouillabaisse. Simply fantastic! The sauce was rich and spicy, perfect for dipping the equally fantastic bread. Can't wait for a return visit.

Ashly H.

Yelp
J'adore Brasserie four!! Absolutely loved everything about this place! It smells amazing when you walk in the door. We sat out on the patio in late afternoon and it was just perfect. They bring bread and butter with a special butter of the flavor of the day. Frommage (cheese board) with assortment of Spanish and French cheeses was delicious! I recommend pairing with the olives which were soaked in different flavors and fennel. Hubs got the Steak frites and I had the Poulet (half chicken). The mussels were my second choice and looked amazing at another table. They can make almost any dish a kids size, which we did with the pizza for our kiddo. We got the crepe au Nutella for dessert, which was probably the most uninteresting thing we had, which tells you how great all the food was! A must stop place if you can get a reservation, and do book early!

L S.

Yelp
The French 75 at Brasserie Four is a definite must-try - expertly blended and perfectly balanced. We also indulged in the Verte salad, a delightful fusion of flavors. The steak frites was a heavenly experience for our taste buds, and opting to split the plate was a wise choice, offering just the right proportion. A friend's recommendation led us to this establishment, and on our next visit to Walla Walla, we won't hesitate to return to Brasserie Four.
