"Seemingly overnight, Georgian food has gone from nonexistent in Austin to having multiple dedicated spots. Bread Boat is the latest to set up shop, serving chewy, golden bread canoes filled with molten cheese, butter, and egg. The East Side restaurant is bare-bones—just white walls, a few small tables, and no wine license (yet)—but you’re here for khachapuri.
