"Joining Austin’s very tiny scene of Georgian spots, Bread Boat is a bakery, wine bar, and restaurant in the former Salt & Time space on East 7th. The specialty here is khachapuri, the iconic “bread boat” usually filled with some combination of cheese, meat, and egg, but you can also get a handful of other small Georgian bites, plus coffee and wine.
