Bread Zeppelin

We ordered from here today, first time have never heard of this place before. Ordered lunch to be delivered for 6 people. Our order was made and delivered pretty quickly. Everything was packaged good, nothing spilled or messed up. All orders were correct nothing missing. Everything look fresh and everyone enjoyed their meal. I ordered the Lone Star Zeppelin. A different concept of having it in bread instead of a bowl. However you have that option, bread or bowl. I had to try it in bread. It was very good and fresh, even the bread, no issues. All ingredients were pretty even throughout the whole sandwich. I would definitely eat here again.

I love that they use the guts of the baguettes that they make the Zepplins from to make their bread pudding. The NOLA sandwich was great as was the bread pudding. Just a note that the bread pudding is about the size of a small tart, but it’s also only like $2.50, so get a couple. Yum!

Great customer service and food is always fresh & delicious! Every worker here has always been kind & helpful. Shaderricka is a jewel! She goes above & beyond and deserves to be recognized for her excellent service. Keep rocking it out Bread Zeppelin-Main and thanks for a magnificent experience each time!

Very disappointed...3 things went wrong..I had to walk back inside 3x before my order was correct. 1) online order to be ready at 1:22. Got there at 1:25. Explained to the lady who is the mgr, that I was illegally parked. She walked away while "shushing" me off with her hand & saying "we are getting it ready now". I went back to my car to wait a few mins. 2) went back inside & was handed my bag. Walked to my car & checked my bag...my zepplin sandwich was missing. 3) walked back inside & was handed my sandwich. 4)had to walk back inside a 3rd time because the grilled chicken was missing from my salad. You can clearly see how the chicken is not tossed in because they had to add it. And the romaine lettuce is not fresh at all. $27 spent for a disappointing lunch for 2

Shadarrica at the downtown Dallas location along with the gentleman working with her, were great! I did not come in treat, I was checking out the menu...2 sentences from her and I was past sold! She helped me make it something I have craved forever and never knew what it was! Surprised by her amazing customer service & positive attitude! Im a manager and bartender in a well know Dallas Steakhouse, longest running & I will say to find employees like the 2 I met is so very rare! To have her on your team and staff is such a bonus for any manager because you know your crew is running itself! Self motivated, and on top of their sh*t! Seriously.. Wish they worked with me! I hope whoever can take credit for bringing them on is the hiring manager for all your locations..customer service is Dying! They have brought it back!

This is a spot to grab something quick with healthy options. I load up a sandwich with squash, beets, kale, chickpeas, etc, with the champagne vinaigrette. I like the champagne vinaigrette dressing, but they have other vegan options.

Very fresh and tasty salads. I had southwest salad in bowl with chicken twice now. Both times very satisfied with the prep time and food. One of the rare decent places to eat in downtown Dallas.
