"You can grab Brooklyn Diner’s iconic pastrami sandwiches and burgers at their LGA outpost, which has a large seating area conveniently located in one of Terminal B’s skyways that overlook the tarmac. Wait out a delay and start the vacation read you need to finish before it inevitably becomes an Apple+ series at one of the comfy booths. Or, multi-task scrolling and watching whatever game is on the TVs in between bites of fries. " - anne cruz

The service was very good. I had to ask for salt , but the manager saw me waiting and got it herself because the waitperson was busy. The restaurant is very clean and neat. I’m not really a fan of ordering via my phone and then tipping 20% as the software strongly suggests, but I didn’t want penalize the personnel. They really seemed to work as a team. The food was actually very good. All in all, I enjoyed the meal.

Jauniece was so nice she was all alone taking everyone’s orders yet our food came on time. I don’t understand the negative reviews about the but our Pastrmi Reuben was amazing very flavorful , the portion of the food was huge and the fries were big and crispy. This photo is after I ate one slice of

For the love of God, do not eat here. Quite literally the worst dining experience I've ever had. Every aspect felt like a prank. Almost comical if it didn't cost me $80. That's right. Entrees are $25+. For a piece of toast with about a tablespoon's worth of avocado on it. In the end it didn't matter, it was inedible. Menu said feta cheese. No feta. Menu said hash browns (the whole reason we went to a diner), got home fries instead. Eggs had shell in it. We were about to order off scan code but server came by and said he'd take our order. He then left to get a notepad and didn't come back for 25+ minutes. Ordered wine, it never came. He just kept saying it's coming up everytime he walked past us. Eventually we told him not to bother. Server brought out silverware/napkins about 10 minutes after our food. Luckily I had a burger I could eat with my hands. No napkins. An employee and host were in a weird childish argument at the entrance and passerbys were laughing. Go anywhere else.

It was okay but food was definitely not worth the $30 pricetag for a hotdog, hamburger, or sandwich. The pastrami reuben I would recommend for the price. Frozen French fries disguised with kosher salt, Costco jar pickles, and basic burger I could grab anywhere. Service was worse. Hostess said to order using QR code or the waitress will came by. 15 minutes passed, no help and only 3-4 tables full in whole place. Waitress came by eventually and then said to use the QR code to order and pay. We said we would prefer to order through her and she left and went to go get something then came back with nothing. Just odd. She was just expecting us to do it ourselves regardless. Tips start at 18% and go up. Will probably not go back unless ordering the reuben to go.

This restaurant is huge with many seatings but not many customers. I also read quite some negative reviews beforehand. However we needed a place near our boarding gate to sit down comfortably and have dinner before our flight. Our waiter was attentive and suggested me the quinoa salad with salmon when I was going to order the salmon dinner plate. We also ordered the cheese sandwich. Both dishes were decent, fresh made and tasty. Our waiter also was checking the kitchen to get our food out quicker when we told him our boarding time. Comparing with those who had bad experiences here, did we just get lucky and show up at the right time and get the right waiter? At the end, we had a nice dinner in a quiet restaurant in a very busy airport before boarding and the bill was reasonable for the airport restaurant.

Food is fine. Lady is nice but difficult to communicate with her. They have “servers” to bring food. That’s the end of the service. You order and pay from the QR code online. The system is not smooth and really diminished the overall experience. Forget customer service, it doesn’t exist.

Look, it’s an airport. In NY. Prices are going to be kind of stupid. But my pastrami sandwich was good, and a good portion size. Fried were good and hot. Server was polite and quick although he never refilled my water. My wife liked her turkey club. It is what it is, and I’ve had worse food at airports before.

Jauniece our hostess was great and the Pastrami Reuben was unbelievably good. My wife was not sure if we should go to the restaurant since there were so many bad reviews on google maps. I have to say, the Reuben was first class. I am not sure what people are complaining about. The whole sandwich literally melts in your mouth. The portion was huge, both my wife and I couldn’t finish our portions.
