"Chef Geir Skeie runs three restaurants besides Pink Fish. One of them, Brygga 11 (Pier 11), has outlets in his hometown of Sandefjord and Stord that only open during the summer months. The restaurant shares the same premises of a fishmonger who delivers their catch, such as langoustines and mussels that are freshly harvested from the sea." - Kenneth Goh

We got the 4 course meal. The first dish was a weird crab salad with too much mayo and raw onions-we didn’t like that (tastes being regional and all that), but the rest was phenomenal. It was the type of meal that lets you leave feeling nourished and full without being uncomfortably over stuffed.

Good friendly service. Seafood is sourced from the fish market right next door. We tried the seafood linguine and the moules frites. Linguine was aldente but tasteless. Mussels are soft, tasty and fresh but fries were not so nice. Good dining experience at the pier.

Amazing food, wide variety in fish dishes (being a sea food restaurant). Tasty dishes that should satisfy any taste. Service was decent. During the unner you can sit outside with a fantastic view of the dock. Facilities were very clean. And they have a great variety of wine and beer with recommendations on the menu to each plate. Highly recommended!

This fish was soft and very tender. Really flavourful too. The restaurant is on the pricey side but what you get is a high quality meal. The ginger Joe beer is great too.

Excellent place for lunch! We sat outside with our dog and enjoyed the food and weather. The service was very good, the bathrooms and area were very clean and nice, and the food was surprisingly excellent.

Our visit was on the busy midsummer eve, thus maybe not very fair with respect of the professionalism of the staff as I guess most of them were temporary. The were friendly, but lacked following up with us as customers, no explaining the food ordered, no asking if everything was okay and/ir if we enjoyed the evening etc. The food was ok and wine selection limited.

Best seafood in the city. 8c table is a lucky one :-) We will come back! Greetings for whole team.

We came straight from the ferry, and tried to veer off from the pack of hungry tourists pouring into town as we came across this low brow looking establishment next to the fisheries. Expecting maybe a passable fish and chips, grumpy staff and a faint smell of cigarettes, we were immediately curious as the staff were alert and polite and we could spot some delicacies up on the blackboards. Soon after, I was debating with myself which of the many dishes I wanted, and my wife who isn't a big fish lover was also finding some dishes she wanted to try. Still not expecting much, we went with a pokebowl,, as it was a bit early for a full dinner still. Not to beat any more around the bush; the food was exquisite. A simple pokebowl with no unnecessary sploshes of dubious creamy substances, all the ingredients shining next to each other, and topped with the thinnest slice of a very healthy pineapple, hitting the high notes and lifting the experience. I want to come back here to try all the rest, so please, save me a seat.

Yelp
I had the fish soup which was amazing!!! The fennel sauce was the most delicious! It was filled with fish, shrimp and mussels! Just the best !! The main dish was a recommendation by my wonderful waitress, Sarah. The pumpkin ravioli. It didn't disappoint at all with asparagus hidden below The butter sauce was just perfect The raviolis were thin and you could see the pumpkin inside. Just so yummy!!!!! I highly recommend this restaurant and you will not leave hungry !!! No dessert - way too full My last comment is - they were truly remarkable to an American. They sat me with no reservation. They also worked with me explaining the menu in detail. Five stars for sure

Yelp
Wonderful meal - with great service and thoughtful staff. I splurged on the fixed price and enjoyed the wine pairings. The seafood was incredibly fresh - salmon, seafood soup, pollock, and each course was thoughtfully presented. My server kindly charged my phone for me... I did a quick search and saw great reviews on another platform so hence my choice. The chef has earned several awards and it's definitely a regional star. Highly recommend and beautiful views of the water.

Yelp
We had an incredibly memorable meal at this restaurant a few years back on a trip to Sandefjord. It was on our bucket list to return on our next visit. We were seated at a second floor table with stunning views of the fjord and the sunset and were feasting on the freshest seafood prepared to perfection. Brosme, Grillet Fangst, Seared Salmon, Uer with sides and sauces carefully curated with subtle but unexpected flavors and ingredients. The food was just as we remembered, if not better! And the wine list is sublime. The service is understated and polite with expert knowledge of the menu. I have come to expect nothing less from this fine establishment. Thanks for a wonderful evening!

Yelp
This restaurant serves delicious, incredibly fresh and delicate food. I've had a practice job in the kitchen for 2 days, and I can guarantee you that everything is made with passion and love. You'll not regret eating there!

Yelp
I'm drooling just thinking about the mussles......and fish soup.... and getting all nostalgic by imagining the dining experience right by the pier, sunshine in my face and all that sloppy jazz that I'll save you from reading right now. This is a special restaurant in the sense that it's seasonal- open from the end of April until the end of August and during the Christmas party season. Owned by Geir Skeie- a remarkable Norwegian chef known for winning the Bocuse d'Or in 2009 (i.e. the world championships in cooking), it is an establishment that makes a "Sandefjording" proud. While it's quite stylish interior-wise it does not come across as pretentious and it is of utter importance that you should not be afraid of only popping by for a beverage or two on a sunny day.
