Phoenix’s Essential Seafood Restaurants

"The original location on Camelback has long been a favorite spot for the famous faces of the city, but the food that draws them there is just as good at any of the three restaurants. With fresh catch from small producers flying in every day and a timestamped daily raw bar menu, Buck & Rider does its best to close the gap between Phoenix and the ocean for their ingredients. While the price can quickly run up for items (like a seafood platter for $235), stop in for happy hour to get better deals at the oyster bar or appetizers like the smoked trout dip." - Asonta Benetti

Where to Eat in Phoenix

"A seafood and steak eatery in the middle of the desert that flies its seafood in daily from the West Coast, the Gulf Coast, and the Northeast. The menu also has hand-rolled sushi, fresh beef, and farm-fresh vegetables. And, while not a Mexican restaurant, it also offers a coctel de mariscos with crab meat, shrimp, scallops, and avocado, as well as a Baja shrimp ceviche. Along with the exquisite meals, views of Camelback Mountain from the patio add to the ambiance of the restaurant." - MATADOR_NETWORK

In town from Tucson, visiting family and decided to stop in for an early birthday dinner for my wife. The place is amazing. Casually Cool. We were seated outside on the patio, and it was perfect. My wife's ribs were unreal. Meat fell off the bone, and my shrimp scampi was excellent. Our dessert choices were banana cream and lemon meringue pies. Both were delicious, but since we couldn't take any leftovers, Ray L, our sever refused to let my wife go home empty-handed for her birthday and gave her some macaroons to go. It was such a very nice gesture to go along with top-notch service. We HIGHLY recommend you try Buck and Rider! Ask for Ray L. You won't be disappointed.

We had reservations at 4:30 PM on a Wednesday, but it seemed like the restaurant had booked many people at the same time—probably because they open at 4 PM. We ended up waiting about 20 minutes to be seated. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a designated waiting area, so everyone stood in front of the hostess, which felt a bit awkward. Initially, we were seated near the entrance, but I asked to be moved because it was cold with the doors open. I also preferred a more intimate setting with my husband rather than sitting where people walking in could see us eating. The staff was accommodating and moved us to a better spot. The food was mostly great. The jumbo shrimp and oysters were incredibly fresh, and I really appreciated that the server took the time to explain the saltiness and origins of each oyster. I also liked that we could mix and match. The drinks were top-notch—high quality with beautiful presentation. The ceviche portion was large, though it had more vegetables than shrimp, so I took the rest home. I wasn’t a big fan of the pasta, but it was decent. The dessert, however, was absolutely delicious, and pairing it with an espresso martini made it even better. The highlight of the meal was definitely the steak and lobster, along with the oysters—no surprise, since that’s what they’re known for. Our server was amazing, and despite a few minor issues, I’d definitely come back again.

Would return for great atmosphere and amazingly fresh seafood at a decent value. We went on the last day of AZ restaurant week. Had early reservations and they seated us right away. Good atmosphere with lots of people at the indoor and outdoor bar. Interesting decorations including an analog mechanical billboard that would rotate occasionally. The waitress took the time to explain how they fly seafood in from all over the world. I had the oysters and ribeye and my girlfriend had the Caesar and seafood risotto. The oysters were amazingly fresh and almost made me forget I was in Arizona. Everything else was really solid, but nothing to write home about.

In town for a wedding and had to pay Buck & Rider a visit to see how the lemon meringue pie sized up to the hype. Even though they were busy we were seated quickly and the service was outstanding. Food was delicious the and pie was the real deal.

We took my Brother and Sister-in-law for his Birthday. Service was excellent. Food was delicious. Ambiance was perfect! We started with the Camelback Seafood Platter! Awesome! Gluten-free crab cakes were divine! Best ever!

This restaurant was poppin on a Wednesday evening. We came here to celebrate our 6 year anniversary — I’ve been itching for the hamachi crudo for months now (I’ve been to the Gilbert location). This was my first time at this location — great outdoor bar and patio seating. It was so busy we sat at the bar first and waited for a patio seat while having some drinks. My partner ordered the Your Money or Your Life. I ordered the espresso martini. Both were excellent and well-made! The coffee in my drink wasn’t bitter and was well-balanced. We were moved to a patio seat after about 45 minutes. It was a beautiful evening with nice weather for outdoor seating and the ambiance was lovely — this is a great spot for date night! The menu is full of fresh seafood so if you’re into that, this is the place to frequent. We ordered the hamachi crudo to start — the fish is flown in from Japan and tastes so fresh. Literally melts in your mouth with the delicious sauce to accent it! For our entrees, my partner ordered the shrimp scampi risotto and I ordered the filet with a baked potato. Jon thought it was good although he felt the shrimp was a little overcooked. My filet was supposed to be medium but ended up being quite rare — I had Jon finish off the rare portions. The baked potato was so yummy — the skin was crispy and the inside was so fluffy and delicious topped with all of the good stuff (cheese, bacon etc). For dessert, we opted for the lemon meringue pie. Wow! It was divine — the crust was so delicious paired with the tartness of the lemon. We devoured the entire thing. Service was excellent from our bartender and our server. Wonderful experience despite the few cooking discrepancies.

I. Love. This. Spot. The oysters were fresh and the king salmon was amazing. Not to mention they had a tasty lemon meringue pie that was HUUUUUUUGE. Be sure to get a reservation as this place seems to always be packed.

Yelp
Had a great New Year's Eve experience at Buck and Rider! Incredible service and ambiance. My family had Michlyn as our server for the evening and she was so friendly! It is clear she is a foodie - I've never heard a server describe a menu with the enthusiasm that she has. She knew just we needed and had some great recommendations. She helped us pair a great wine for our evening as well. We thank you Michlyn! We'll be back!

Yelp
Absolutely loved Buck & Rider! The seafood is fresh, the cocktails are perfectly crafted, and the ambiance is unmatched. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the whole experience feel special. Definitely a go-to spot for a great meal!

Yelp
If you're looking for the ultimate happy hour in Phoenix, Buck & Rider is it. The vibe is upscale yet relaxed, with a coastal charm that makes you feel like you're dining by the ocean. The happy hour oysters are the freshest I've had in the desert ~ briny, sweet, and perfectly shucked. We also indulged in the scallops and shrimp, both of which were impeccably fresh and expertly prepared. The crispy Brussels sprouts stole the show, with a nice char and a caramelized glaze that hit all the right notes. Service is top notch, and the happy hour prices make it easy to indulge without breaking the bank. Whether you're here for the seafood, cocktails, or a bit of both, Buck & Rider delivers on all fronts.

Yelp
Underwhelmed...that about sums up our dining experience. This is my second time at B&R (first was N. Scottsdale, see my review there) and I really don't see what all the hype is about. We met friends there on a Saturday evening. We had priority seating so we were seated fairly quickly. Our server started out attentive almost to the point of hovering right up until we ordered our food then became a ghost. Never once did he stop back by to ask how our food was. Speaking of food, I will say the Smoked Trout Dip was very good. A few more crackers would have made it perfect but again, we could never get the attention of our server as our order was already placed. We all ordered from the regular menu. My wife ordered the Trofie Pasta and I had the Pan Crisp Yellowtail Snapper. The pasta was good but my fish did not taste or smell fresh. Not to the point I didn't eat it (I was never given an opportunity to mention it (see ghost server comment above)) but it definitely wasn't today fresh. Our server did show up when it was time to pay the bill. There was a small issue with a gift card our friends had, so he disappeared again and sent the manager who was able to resolve it but we now had to wait again for our server to return. A note on the noise level: It is loud!! The most commonly repeated word in the place is "what?". I feel for anyone that has hearing aides. I just don't know if I'm a return customer. Our experience was not awful, but I can think of at least a couple other seafood houses that I would head to before returning to B&R.

Yelp
Perfect experience! We showed up for happy hour without a reservation, and were told there were about seven parties in front of us. In the mean time, we could hang out in the waiting area and a cocktail server would come around to take our order. This is such a great idea! We waited by the fire outside and drank our cocktails and soon we were called to the bar. We ordered oysters and cocktail shrimp off the happy hour menu and it was so delicious and fresh; the seafood is flown in daily. We tried several cocktails but my favorite was the Kyoto Sour, which is one of the best drinks I've ever had. Service was also excellent, our bartender was great. I wish we could have stayed for dinner, but next time I'm in Scottsdale I'll definitely be back.

Yelp
If I'm still hungry after eating one of your entrees in 2 minutes, you have a shrinkflation problem. Also can someone tell me why the tip suggestions are higher than what they should be? Restaurant sure feels like they have an integrity problem.

Yelp
The food was good but let's talk about the parking. I've been coming to buck and rider for over 5 years and have never had issues with valet. That is no longer true as of today. After exiting the restaurant, I gave my ticket to the valet attendant so they could retrieve my car. The people ahead of me got their vehicles, but then I noticed people in line behind me were getting their vehicles before mine as well. I asked the valet attendant a couple times is everything okay with my car. I was assured my car should be up shortly. After everyone else behind me got their cars, I asked the attendant again for an update. This time, I was told the person might be having issues with the car but someone should be coming soon again... I walked around the parking lot to find my car to see what could be causing the delay because why would you not come get me if you were allegedly having issues. That story then changed to "someone might be in the way". At this point I went to look for my car myself I found my car towards the back of the parking lot. As soon as I started walking up to my car, the attendant decided to finally reverse. He ran over the green cone with my car and I physically myself had to stop him from reversing so I could unwedge the cone from between the wheel and frame of the car! The attendant opened the door and got out of the car without putting it in park! My car started to roll forward towards the Tesla I was parked next to. had to scream at the attendant the car is not in park so he could stop it from rolling. He then gets out without putting it in park a second time and my car started rolling forward again!! I had to jump in the car this time myself and slam on the brakes to stop it from hitting the Tesla! We were literally inches from colliding. Taking a while to get the car is one thing, but almost crashing my vehicle twice in 15 seconds is another! I'm sure all this can be seen on the cameras as well. Buck and rider is one of my favorite places but this was definitely the worst experience I've had here by far. I was planning to have my birthday dinner here next week, but I don't feel comfortable doing that at all now.

Yelp
I celebrated another birthday at Buck and Riders! The service was great! The food was delicious! I love their sea bass so much that I ordered it again this year for my birthday meal. LOL The oysters are always my favorite thing to get! I loved their banana creme pie! I ALSO ENJOYED THE FREE MACAROONS THAT WAS NICE BIRTHDAY GIFT.

Yelp
I was at the Buck & Rider for a pre New Year's Eve dinner. Please plan ahead like my date had because this restaurant while pricey is worth the wait and the money. It has an amazing atmosphere. It reminds me of San Francisco. Yes, I've been to a lot of great restaurants! While this place is not the Franciscan overlooking Alcatraz it still has all the great food, atmosphere, and service!

Yelp
Come here for happy hour!! Be prepared to wait but they have great happy hour prices! The restaurant has a dark but costal vibe and has an awesome patio space! Plenty of room to enjoy and drink and apps! We really enjoyed the oysters, fried rice and ceviche!

Yelp
I love Buck & Rider! This is my first time for happy hour so we sat at the bar. A few different bartenders helped us out throughout the night and they were all nice and attentive. The oysters are always a hit and their house red wine was solid. The banana desert we got was so delicious!! A nice fun vibe - I will definitely be back for happy hour soon.

Yelp
Everything about this place is a 10/10 from the food, service, and ambiance. While you wait for your table they have a cocktail person walking around outside taking your drink order. I loved that! They also had a nice fire going outside. We order the crispy rice, cesar salad and chicken and shrimp fried rice. Everything was a 10/10, but the crispy rice has me in a choke hold. I want to come back for brunch. The espresso martini was delicious. The service was amazing and so was the happy hour!
google avatar

Yelp
The food here was amazing. The shrimp was the best I ever had. All dishes were well presented and our server Jake was fantastic! I can't wait to go back. Don't miss the Brussels sprouts they were sweet and savory! The Bloody Mary was a perfect pairing for my meal as well.

Yelp
My go to stop ! Love this place. Great staff and management. Would recommend making reservations. The HH is the best deal in town but be prepared to wait ! Fresh fish daily flown in. Oysters are our go to. Great trout dip. Chicken/fish snack are superb. Brussels sprouts another table favorite. Some other top favs: Fish sandwich. Scallops risotto. Burger. Salmon nigiri

Yelp
The food was incredible. Our server was extremely nice and knowledgeable. It wasn't too loud or crowded either. I wish they had the bread served all day but that's about it.

Yelp
Great setting and amazing food for my birthday celebration!! I had the sea scallops and wife had the fried rice and a sushi roll. Both incredible. Thank you.

Yelp
A fan for sure when it comes to Happy Hour so we decided to come as a family and celebrate a birthday dinner. Longer than expected wait for Dinner with our Reservations (and it was actually raining that night so it made it cramped on the wait inside). The manager did recognize the wait and kept us in the loop so it was appreciated. For our party size of 5, we were seated in a high-traffic area so between the servers and guests walking through, we were constantly hit on the back of the chair throughout the entire dinner. When it came to the food... just about everything we had was good!!. The Pan Crisp Yellowtail Snapper was really good, we just needed a bigger portion (aka order another one & another one). The NE Clam Chowder was on par with Chowder back East and the A.O.B Cheeseburger was quoted as "Being a much better than other burgers" after each bite by my son. We also did a "Creative Salad" as someone was being overly picky & had to have Dungeness Crab with it... The BBQ Pork Ribs were also really good, but I needed a different compliment to go with them. Other top items we had were the Pull-Apart Dinner Rolls (not cheap... but so good), the fan-favorite Voodoo Fried Rice, again multiple orders, Crispy Brussel Sprouts, the Tuna Crispy Rice, and of course, a bottle of Famille Moutard Champagne to celebrate get the vibe kicking when we requested some Misty Point & Malpeque Oysters As for cocktails, it was all about the Bobby Love, as that's my jam for any visit. The seating and wait were the 2 things that didn't go well, but the food and service was exceptional so we will keep coming!!
google avatar

Kemlyn B.

Yelp
Buck & Rider Restaurant Week was awesome! Joshua was an attentive server! Course 1: Pacific Oysters...not a fan of the onion vinaigrette. I ordered the atomic horseradish , cocktail sauce and Tabasco. Course 2: You can't beat a beautiful 16 Oz trimmed ribeye. Their medium rare is more like a medium. The baked potato was a great recommendation. They scallops was to die for. Course 3: Gelato with Cookie. Smooth and delish! To Go: 1/3 of a Lemon Meringue Pie! $55 ++ Bravo!!!!!

Yelp
Delicious and a Great Daily Happy Hour, say less! Stopped in for some bites before the UnCorked wine festival and it was definitely worth it. A vibrant restaurant with all the Scottsdale feels and fresh delicious seafood. The happy hour was a great win, with fresh oysters, ceviche and more and to wash it all down was the specialty cocktails, also on the haphour menu. A gem and worth visiting!

Yelp
I'm always in the lookout for good seafood, and Buck& Rider fit the bill. All parking here is valet. There simply isn't enough space to have self-parking. Somehow the restaurant seems "busy" to me, lots of people walking around, v like nobody could sit still lol. It's not a bad thing, it's just an observation, and was probably because of where we were seated--smack in the middle of the way in and out, to the bathrooms, to the bar, and to the patio. The food was, as expected, very good. Surprisingly, my favorite thing was the Voodoo Fried Rice. I would have been happy to have that as my entire dinner! The cocktails were good, too! Be sure to make a reservation!
google avatar

O'Zandra F.

Yelp
I visited during restaurant week. I arrived at 6 p.m. on a Saturday... boy, was there a wait. 1 1/2 hours to be exact. The place was packed. According to other patrons, this is common. So, reservations are advised. The customer service, food, and atmosphere were so worth the wait. Each dish was custom ordered. I tried the Cesar salad with blackened shrimp and the voodoo fried rice. So delicious! Complimentary valet parking. Accessible entrance.
google avatar

Desiree F.

Yelp
Stopped in for happy hour and was not disappointed. As always, the ceviche is a star. And you can't go wrong with any of the sushi selections. I love that the happy hour goes until 7pm and the place is always buzzing! Our server was fantastic. The Bobby Love cocktail was mid.

Yelp
Went here for my fifth year anniversary with my boyfriend and we had the best time! The service was impeccable! Very welcoming, cheerful, and attentive. Our food was beyond excellent, it was absolutely wonderful with great presentation. Walking into this location was like walking into a cozy, festive, and soothing loved ones home. This experience was 10/10!

Yelp
Great place to celebrate a birthday. We have celebrated both my husband and daughter's birthday here. I love their fresh seafood and raw bar - they pick up deliveries from Phoenix airport twice a day! They've got a great wine and cocktail list. I like ordering the ace in the hole which has tequila, strawberry, bitters, and basil. I usually order from one of their fresh catches of the day but one of my friends swears by the sushi rolls too. We bring the kids and their kid's menu is more than reasonable. It comes with an entree, side, and strawberries. Highly recommend the chocolate cake with pistachio gelato.
google avatar

Yelp
I visited Buck & Rider Friday evening for dinner. The service was fantastic and our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu. He answered all of our questions and provided great recommendations. We ordered the calamari (not pictured because we ate it too fast) to start. I loved the Thai dipping sauce that comes with it - it's delicious! We also ordered some oysters, Caesar salad, the blackfish (seared), the broccolini, and the Louisiana Red Snapper (I think it was the Snapper). All of the food was super tasty and the portion sizes were good. This restaurant is on the expensive side, but I feel that the food quality and service made it well-worth it. All of the seafood here is flown in daily and you can tell that everything is fresh. I would highly recommend getting a reservation as the Phoenix location was very busy, even before 5pm! The parking is all complimentary valet so no issues with that. I will definitely be visiting Buck & Rider again in the future!
google avatar

S D.

Yelp
Great spot. It's super busy but valet is complementary. We had a reservation so we didn't have to wait. Everyone liked their drinks I had the ace in the hole is similar to a strawberry margarita. For dinner we the snapper the tuna roll and the Alaskan crab roll. The snapper is a definite go to. The fish was cooked perfectly and the sauce was amazing next time I will get some more sauce on the side. The Caesar salad was great the dressing was perfect. If you been thinking of going here do it!!
google avatar

Yelp
Classy patio area!! Restaurant week here I come. Kinda of disappointed that they ran out of lobster which was high on my radar tonight definitely a bumber. I'm happy the service was great!

Yelp
Went to Buck & Rider to celebrate a close friend's birthday this past weekend and had an amazing experience! The vibe of Buck & Rider is awesome and gives off fancy seafood restaurant but a casual feeling our server had great recommendations for us and helped with all of the questions we had. My favorite dish was the Blackfish, a type of fish with a briney buttery taste that I have not had before. The risotto was cooked perfectly, I have been craving this dish since going and trying it! The crispy rice spicy tuna was my favorite version that I've had of this staple! Looking forward to going back and make sure you go to their happy hour if you want great deals on fresh seafood!

Yelp
Buck & Rider is a fantastic date spot, and it gets even better during Arizona Restaurant Week when you can enjoy their prix fixe menu at a more affordable price. My experience there was great--my salmon was incredibly fresh, and I absolutely loved their corn salsa side, though it's a shame they no longer offer it. My husband ordered the dry-aged ribeye, and it was a real winner. One of the nice touches at Buck & Rider is that they give out free cookies from LGO, which was a delightful surprise. Just a heads up--the voodoo rice is quite spicy, so be prepared for a kick! Overall, Buck & Rider offers a wonderful dining experience with excellent food, making it a top choice for a special night out.

Yelp
The best seafood spot in Phoenix! The oysters were incredible, and the scallops were phenomenal. Our server, Michlyn was very friendly and knowledgeable. I've always said you can get great food anywhere but if your service sucks then I will never come back.

Yelp
Thank you for making our anniversary dinner one to remember. Our server was very pleasant and accommodating specially with our little ones. Thank you

Yelp
Way over priced. Food was good Oysters were great. Service was great. But overall I thought the fish lacked character. Kinda bland.
google avatar

Yelp
The best place. Food and services are good. Always have them as our first option for dining out. They also have the best Brussels sprouts and banana cream pie.
google avatar

Yelp
Reservations is suggested.. Great ambiance and vibe.. Very friendly staff.. The food was soooooo goood!!!! I ordered the fried rice, grilled oysters, and the shrimp scampi risotto. Everything was good, fresh, a lot of flavor, good size portions. Everybody in Arizona kept telling me i need to try this place out and it was definitely worth it. This place is the real deal.. Plenty of seating and outside patio is available as well..

Yelp
Super bummed there is no longer live music on Sundays but this is by far one of my favorite places to brunch with a large group. While there is almost certainly a bit of a wait, even with a reservation, I find it it certainly worth it. We have dined here with groups of 8+ which can be quite challenging but have always been met with kind and effective service. The food is amazing (hi smoked trout dip), the menu expansive, and there are fabulous drinks specials for brunch (half off bubbles and discounted craft cocktails, yes please !). Even with the booze deals you may find yourself spending some $$$, which again I find well worth it to be fed, have fun, not feel rushed and enjoy time with friends. This location appears to be the most happening, especially for Sunday brunch, so plan accordingly. If I lived closer this would also be a go to HH spot with amazing deals at the bar only.

Yelp
Absolutely love this place. Their food was so delicious, the oysters were on point and very flavorful. We also loved the Baja ceviche and the hamachi and salmon sushi. We had great service from the bartender and he was very attentive. Loved our espresso martini and the yellow jackets. Such a very cute place with a nice outdoor patio. Will definitely be coming back.

Yelp
Seafood in the desert is scary but at buck and rider were they fly that sh!+ in daily you can't do wrong. So good so fresh and they make the space so comfortable you can buck and oh wait... Well everything they offer is amazing and if you've never been go, if you have been go again and enjoy cus you know this is the spot to have a good time for a long time Went back for a family birthday and they never disappoint. More great food amazing stellar service but as expected very loud. Another consistent spot that you really can't go wrong at

Yelp
I love this place. It's reasonably priced and the food was fresh and delicious. The service was impeccable! The ambition very nice with fresh flowers and nice leather seats. I would definitely go back. We had oysters, crab cakes, trout dip, half lobster, Caesars salad and fish and chips. They even put happy birthday up on the board for my sister!! Love this place!

Yelp
This is my 2nd time at Buck & rider and I wasnt too impressed the first time I came, and I wish I could say it was better the second time. I'm not personally an oyster person and Ive heard that it's the best thing to get there, but their sushi is not their specialty. We had a reservation for a birthday and still had to wait 30-40 minutes to be seated. They also do not offer any desserts or anything for birthdays/ special occasions. We brought our own cake, but if you're expecting something for your birthday you won't get that here. When ordering drinks, I was asking the server their recommendation between a specific Cabernet Sauvignon and a Pinot Noir and what some of the differences were in the flavors/ nodes and she literally said "well ones a cab and ones a Pinot"... Not helpful, and pretty rude if you ask me. The crispy rice was probably the best thing I had, the tuna and avocado on it was pretty good. We also had the Brussel sprouts which were pretty good as well. Then for the sushi I wasn't impressed, as a sushi person, it was not very flavorful, dry, and the aesthetic was there, but taste was not. It was very loud and busy when we came. The ambiance is cute and they have indoor and outdoor seating. Service was not spectacular, and I feel that this place is overpriced and overrated for what is is. Likely will not return.

Yelp
This place was fantastic! The energy and vibe made it such a fun experience. It was crowded but not in a way that felt overwhelming. The food and service were on point!

Yelp
We love our buck and rider dates. Thanks so much for having the best happy hour around town. We walked right in on a Tuesday and were seated promptly. The oysters are always delicious here and fresh!

Yelp
Back again, actually one of my regular places. Food is always spot on, but this time the waitress was very slow. They need to improve their service
google avatar

Danielle P.

Yelp
*mostly* reasonably priced. You're paying for the location and ambiance, in my opinion. I ordered the crab cakes. Not a whole lot of flavor to them. They came with a vegetable and I subbed a baked potato. Didn't know they were a thing, but the table next to us had one, so I asked. The "specials" menu doesn't specify all of the entrees that come with a vegetable. My mom ordered king crab legs ($75) and was told it came with a vegetable, so she ordered one. When we received the bill, she was charged $9 for the vegetable, and the server told us that hers didn't come with a side. Meanwhile, a friend ordered a $45 version of king crab legs... practically the same size dish. It was wild. The drinks are reasonably priced, for the most part. $15 for a cocktail. Anyway, we went here to try it out and to see our friends. Likely won't return.

The freshest seafood in town! The oysters and sushi always hit the spot! I think they're flown in everyday from PNW and you can tell! The staff is super friendly especially during happy hour, great time to go! The vibe is amazing in there and you can see them shucking oysters right in front of you!

Yelp
Visited this location twice last year (mid October and mid December). Both times, service and quality of food were great! In October, I was there with 2 friends around 7:30/8pm so it was pretty busy. We each ordered a cocktail & I ordered the 6 piece nigiri. My friend had the 6 piece nigiri as well and my other friend ordered the jumbo crab claws. For the table, we ordered 3 of each of the oysters they had available at the time, the shrimp ceviche and bread. I didn't really care for the bread or ceviche. I didn't try the bread at all and the ceviche wasn't great. The 6 piece nigiri was good. The fish was fresh! We loved the oysters!!! In December, it was just 2 of us. We came in around happy hour but I don't believe anything was off the happy hour menu because you have to sit at the bar area for that (kinda lame!). Maybe the drinks were? I had 2 Bobby Love drinks and he had about 3 tequila soda limes. We got about a dozen oysters and I cant remember what else we ordered because I didn't take any pics of the food for once lol

Yelp
My boyfriend and I went here for dinner and everything was so amazing. We were 1 hr late getting into town and they still kept our reservation. We only waited 5 min and they have a section while you're waiting for a table to get a cocktail. Our drinks came out in literally 2 min and it was one of the best old fashions I've ever had. Our table was ready in 3 min. The service and the food and ambiance was amazing! Everything was fresh. We got the oysters, salmon, a roll, and the lobster plate and everything was so good. I absolutely recommend it.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I can here to celebrate 4 years together and it did not disappoint! First, let me say the seafood was so fresh and flavorful, I never thought you could get this quality of fish in such a landlocked state! Absolutely decadent! The Tuna Tartare was so delicious and fun to put together, the salmon and yellowtail rolls melted in our mouths and the oysters were unlike any I'd had before! That being said, somehow, even better than the food was the service we received from the staff. Taylor was our server and she was FANTASTIC! She was so welcoming, patient and helpful, her recommendations were spot on and once she took our order it felt like seconds before we had someone delivering goody after goody to us. We both had a fantastic experience and with such a diverse happy hour we will definitely be back!
