Such a nice location. Employees were super kind and attentive. Our server Jackson was on top of his game. Food was absolutely delicious! The cobb salad was fresh, wings were juicy and the drink were strong and well worth every penny. The mozzarella sticks were not was soft but still tasty. They were busy as Sundays are in sports places but service was great. It was not the cleanest but there were a lot of kids on the surrounding tables so it wasn’t unexpected to happen. Overall great experience!

So to make this quick, I paid for the wings to be all flats but I got a mixed of drums and flats instead, the drums was so dry even with the sauce that you couldn't even enjoy the bite even after the next day. So for 30 wings all I got was one container of ranch. Fries was not at all different from the entire order, it sucked! Probably the last time I would wanna place an order on here. Still give it a try maybe it just wasn't how it's supposed to be today. Who knows! Have a great day and happy eating!

We had the dry lemon pepper and classic wings. I tested the new Bulleit Bourbon wing flavour with the regular Buffalo. Both dishes came out hot and tasty. The Bulleit Bourbon Sauce is fairly sweet. Our server went above and beyond to accommodate us, swapping out mustard sauce for additional cheese on the pretzels and keeping our drinks filled on a frequent basis. I recommend trying it out for lunch or dinner. No Issues with the parking.

I went there for my birthday and I did eventually get their deal of 6 free wings, but the waitress I had did not even acknowledge it was my birthday. Also they played music very loud, even though there wasn’t many people in the restaurant. For one of my favorite restaurants, I was disappointed and I’m not sure I’ll go there again. The wings were at least good.

Visited this location and experience was wonderful, bar tender was nice/prompt, food flavour was spot on, and the place was clean. Will be back, keep up the good work :-) Back again three weeks later and the same, wonderful service, this location is great and awesome bartender, so happy with this place, food and drinks is on point ☝️ keep the work up.

Food was alright but this place was NOT popping. There was not a soul here on a BOGO Thursday night. Service was horrendous. We got our food before we got waters. Took 30 Minutes to get celery and water. Table was sticky and wet. Hostess was making inappropriate gang signs. The shape wings were off and from where I was sitting I could not see a single tv!!!!!(booth 82). As I’m writing this and I’m still WAITING ON MY DAMN CELERY. Still tipped a 20 though bc I got hella motion. We will be here next Thursday tho. I’m now editing this as we’re about to leave. We’ve been waiting for our checks forever and this place is NOT busy. This is absolutely unacceptable. My friends and I are not happy. Still tipping 20 Tho and we will be back next week.

First time going into this location. No wait time, fast seating. Our server was super friendly. Took our order for some appetizers and wings. Appetizer came out fast and hot from the kitchen. Ordered a spinach dip. It was yummy and was smothered with lots of cheese. Dinnet was wings with three types of sauces. When wings arrived, received two wrong sauces on wings. Did not realize they were wrong until eating them. I told our server, received incorrect order. He did take the correct order but mistake was by kitchen when he went to check. Manager came to table to apologize and said what could he do to make it right? I told him no worries, the sauces on wings were good and gave me a chance to try something new. I could have sent them back or asked not to be charged for them but appreciated that the manager and staff were ready to make things right. Will definitely be back there again.

Well, the truth is, I don't want to be nosy, but pay close attention to this new sandwich stand that they are offering right now. When you go to eat at this place, what they offer on the menu doesn't even have the slightest comparison with what they charge you and serve you. Here's a photo. Our family got a takeout order of 10 wings and fries combo for a snack. The food was ready before the 30 minute pick up time but thankfully when we brought it home it was still warm. We had ordered half Parmesan garlic and half orange chicken. The Parmesan garlic is always a great option and very tasty. The orange chicken though did not have any orange chicken taste instead the chicken was just slathered in Thai chili sauce. The fries it came with were really well fried and delicious. Wish there was more though since the portion size of wings and fries was pretty small for a $12 order. Additionally, they only gave one small blue cheese sauce container. Not sure why they were being so stingy with the sauce. Definitely should have given at least two containers. They also didn't provide any napkins in the bag. All in all, the Parmesan garlic always hits the spot but I was kind of disappointed by how stingy the portion and given items were especially for a chain restaurant.

Went for lunch specials at a local B dubs with my family. My husband always orders the burger and today, it looked amazing and I was hard pressed to get a pic of the hamburger before my husband passionately devoured it. Just take a look at the pic attached. It does look amazing and the $11 price tag for a huge burger with fries and soft drink is a no brainer. I give this location 3 stars primarily because of the service combined with a great burger, otherwise it would be a 5. We went to this location because of proximity to a dr appointment. There were 3 of us in our party for lunch. One had a burger and two of us had identical 10 boneless wing orders. We received a burger. 5 minutes later, one order of wings. 15 minutes later, we spoke to the manager about the third order that apparently was just waiting at the counter for pick up. They were short staffed but the server was clearly avoiding delivering the third order for whatever reason. She was the food runner and would acknowledge missing food but continue to pour alcohol, serve food for other tables, take orders , and get refills for other tables. When service is just so blatantly rude, you just don't want to return.

This location has really fallen off the rails, I hope they get new management soon! You walk in and stand around for 20 min before anyone ever talks to you. The last 3 times I have ordered from here the chicken is just absolutely petrified and under sauced. The ranch containers are not even half full anymore. I am done with bdub, especially with all the other far better options.

Went here to watch college football 9/9/23 around 6pm. Don't get me wrong, it's a good spot to watch sports, but.... The service was painfully slow and the food was average at best. We shared nachos and they were just okay. The most upsetting aspect was the anemic size of bone-in wings. Absolutely pathetic!! And the charge $1.50 for a small blue cheese or ranch. In my opinion, you are better off going to Bottom's Up in Naperville if you have a craving for wings. Never again.

Two stars only because the young lady who charged me for my order was nice. I can't say the same for the quality of the food. I get that inflation is up and people cut corners but this was terrible. The bone in wings looked like they were slaughtered with a stick. Some drumette pieces were cut half way exposing the dark dried blood. Other pieces had white markings from freezer burn. And some flats were not properly cut exposing the wing tip bone. Not very appetizing. It might be a good idea to sometimes change out the fryer oil. The cheese curd had that dirty oil taste. This may be acceptable for someone who's three or four Pitchers of beer in and really doesn't mind snacking on something. But to spend a ridiculous amount of money and have to feed this to my family is not acceptable. Enjoy the pictures provided. RichG.

Terrible service. I sat in the bar area for 15minutes nobody spoke at all. Workers just kept walking by. I even asked was anyone working the area. And still got no help. Would never come here again.

They really deserve no stars. Ordered dinner for 7pm for Super Bowl. My husband left to pickup the food and at 9pm still wasn't home. They said the kitchen was backed up, a server was crying, and this was all the food that was waiting to get picked up or people left because it was taking forever to get their orders. Never going to be ordering food when there is a big sporting event, you will never get it.

Hands down the best fried pickles I've everrrrrrr had! I won't lie this is my second time ordering them in a week, but I honestly can't get over how well cooked these are. The reason I say it is because at other locations the breading will literally be coming off or is undercooked. Kuddos to this location you guys are awesome!

The food was good as usual, but the service not so much.our waiter was was not attentive to our needs by ignoring us several times. Also we were given the wrong order at first and then when we finally got our food it was very cold as if it had been sitting there for some time. When we we're given the wrong order the waiter walked right past us and we were calling for him! We had to get up from our seat to tell him. The manager Victoria was amazing and helped us get our food. The service surprised us with how bad it was because we usually come here and we usually have great experiences here. The manager Victoria is the reason we gave you an extra star.

Me and a few friends dined in at the establishment on a Tuesday for BOGO. I usually go in to Buffalo Wild Wings and expect less than great service, and yeah they dropped the ball. Usually the food is the part that takes the longest, well tonight it was just to get a server to take our order. Looked like there were 4 servers for the entire restaurant. I don't know how you can get confused on who's taking which table when there are four servers on the floor. The food was good (for once). There were gaps of 35 minutes where we went without seeing our waiter. The table next two us got so fed up they started getting boxes and water themselves. Huge issue with one of parties bill and then just lack of communication left us clueless as to what was happening. It took us 2 hours and 15 minutes start to finish, and trust me, we wont be back.

The food was not bad, but the service was terrible. There was only 1 waiter visible, and the managers were not helping him very much. It was a typical Buffalo Wild Wings atmosphere, and I had plenty of time to come to that conclusion since it took 2+ hours start to finish. I don't think anyone in my group of 7 was charged accurately, many of us getting overcharged but accepting it because paying extra money was worth it if it meant getting out of there sooner. Usually Buffalo Wild Wings is average or better, but this one is well below average, likely due to low staffing.

went to the woodridge location my server Rachel was rude asf towards me because i was with my bf and she was flirting with him every time she came over. and my order was completely wrong and never came to check up on us or gave us water. Food was okay not the best

Kudos on this location, I placed my order sitting in my car, I was told it would be a 10 minute wait, to my surprise it was only 9 minutes which is my favorite number. If you are on the run I recommend the wings with Buffalo rub with blue cheese on the side. You can thank me later.

I guess I should have checked the YELP reviews prior to patronizing this particular Buffalo Wild Wings! The only good part of this dining experience this past weekend (03/31/23) was the service, and even that was mediocre at best. This was date night for the wife and I while we watched some basketball. The wings were horrible!!! We ordered traditional wings nothing too tricky and they tasted like they had been sitting around for a day and then thrown into an air fryer in a sad attempt to serve warm food! I am not sure how this particular location stays in business as this is not the BWWs standard!

An extremely rude waitress told me and my guests we "looked like $hit" when we came in after we had gotten off our shift at work at Fermilab and asked us if we were going to tip. We immediately left after we tried to ask the manager to come over and he ignored us. Very rude establishment. The food is not worth that, very happy to have saved my money instead of spending it here. DONT BOTHER EATING HERE. There are better establishments. Just skip it.

Drastically understaffed. 90 minute wait times are typical. Literally watched the staff just pick up the phone and hang it up because they can't handle any more. The manager is doing their best but they seem to be the only one that cares much. I hope you're paying him well. Last time in the store it was 10 minutes before anyone even knows I was there and I was standing at the register. I predict this location is out of business in less than 12 months. Then the poor manager can find a company that cares a bit.

Tried ordering over the phone the waitress on the other end just hung up on us randomly. Really rude.

Love BWW wings as a brand but the past 5+ times we've gone to this location, you have to hold your breath to use the ladies room. The nostril suffering plus the growing wait times are simply not worth it anymore. Won't go back anytime soon.

We were standing around waiting to be seated. Two girls walked by and didn't say anything. Finally, the guy at the register came out and once I asked if we can sit ourselves, the worker was like "oh you guys are here to dine in?" And proceeded to mumble something around the lines of "unfortunately we're not able to take dine in... " couldn't understand the rest-- All I know is a table had just finished eating... it could've been cleaned, we wouldn't of minded waiting. Plus, there were people dining in. So, not sure why suddenly it's no dine it.

Every time my family orders the chicken burger the chicken is always RAW we have order twice and my dad got food poisoning every time RAW CHICKEN.

My Mothers cooked better wings in my toaster. Absolute disgrace to wings. I wouldn't feed them to my dog. I was truly disgusted and dissatisfied by the fact that the waitress gave us flavored chicken nuggets when we clearly ordered bone in because we are not woman. Don't go here.

So it was my birthday, and the manager yelled at me in a bad tone it took like 20 minutes to get seated. I got the food fried pickles in the store. It was good but the wings were really dry. Then the manager came to me and said I apologize and took off the wings of the chucking gave us it for free and gave ice cream for free otherwise I recommend this store. I feel bad for the workers and the manager. He was stressed out so I recommend this place

I placed an order at 5:21pm. Said it would be ready and delivered at 6:30 pm. Was pushed multiple times out until 7:21pm. I eventually got a text saying my order was cancelled/modified. I tried to call, and it cut me off and said no one was available to take my call good bye. I've had issues with ordering here before and I am reminded why I had not. I do not plan to ever order here again. If it ever comes up in conversation I'll actively suggest not to do business here. Hoping my payment is returned??? If you cannot handled the business shut down your website capability to take orders. Now I will figure out what I am doing for dinner tonight.

I waited for a pickup order for 2 hours past the promised pickup time on Super Bowl Sunday and still never got the food. I gave up and left back to my party empty handed after missing the entire first half of the game. Do yourself a favor and order from the other wings restaurant 1/4 mile down the street. Won't be giving this establishment my business again. Zero stars, if it was an option.

First, this location is drastically understaffed. Understandable as most places are right now. I was a server for years so I get it things happen but when we ordered our food our wings came out in 5 minutes, okay great. At this time we had no silverware, no drinks, no appetizer. Then our appetizer comes, still no silverware, still no drinks. 10 minutes go by before our server comes back with our drinks. We are handed to-go silverware. Mojito tastes like straight pineapple juice, like there is a drop of alcohol. Wings are cold by this time. Order two more drinks to take the edge off, server comes back 10 minutes later asking if we needed anything else, yes, our drinks. I honestly never leave reviews but this location needs help.

Terrible, i'm talking god awful service. Waited at the entrance for the host no less than 10 minutes when the place was practically empty. The only debate is whether the food tastes worse than this dump smells.

I've found myself at B-Dubs frequently lately out of pure convenience. It's in between my house and the hospital where my son's at and lately the grocery store is a big task, so my husband and I have been eating out more than we like. I'm glad Buffalo Wild Wings has been a quick and tasty option for us though! The bar area is a seat-yourself situation, so we usually just grab a table there. I'm a creature of habit when it comes to chain restaurants, so even when I want to branch out I still find myself ordering the same thing. The buffalo chicken wrap is listed as a favorite on the menu and it's a favorite of mine as well! The chicken has just enough flavor and heat and it's wrapped nicely with cool lettuce, ranch, and tomatoes. It comes with chips and salsa as the side, but you can substitute so I usually get fries with a side a ranch. You can never have too much ranch, am I right? Last time we were in we tried the mini corn dogs to start. They were pretty standard, but tasty as you would expect. The dipping sauce was almost like a jelly though. It was good, but kinda through me off since I was expecting to just dip them in ketchup. My other go-to at BWW is their boneless honey bbq wings. They have the perfect amount of tangy and sweet! They usually do have some beer specials, but nothing too outstanding. Their selection of draft beer is great though and I appreciate that they carry some local brews. We've always had great service at this location and the food typically comes out pretty quick which is nice because we're usually in a rush!

Tired of downhill slide of this location. Ordered a simple BONELESS wing order substituting and paying for potato wedges instead of fries. At home and found STANDARD wings and REGULAR FRIES.. Took back and glad i checked...(manager who retrieved my order) didn't even check again and what do you know...no potato wedges, only fries. Gave me a gift card for future use only after I demanded restitution. I am DONE with BWW...after I use the gift card. This is not first time this has happened. I assumed they must have been very busy because phone kept ringing...but no...both times I went in for this order they were pretty much empty. Potato Wedges order lousy and assaulted with salt...

Not much I can say. Horrible service. Even worse boneless wings. These things were literally all breading. And dried out. The pieces of chicken inside we're so small I couldn't believe it. Do people really buy these things? Should have brought my magnifying glass. I think if I would have taken a picture and zoomed in. And taking a screenshot of that picture to Zoom in again .... maybe I would have found the piece of chicken.

Absolutely the worst establishment ever. I usually give places a few tries before I give a review good or bad. This is the third attempt and never have I ever experienced anything like this.... Food is cold, late, never has what you ordered/missing condiments always and never complete. When you call they put you on hold FOREVER. Then they tell you it's someone else's fault and never takes accountability. Charged me $70 for 2 orders of wings (when the rest didn't show up) and tried to say kids meals don't exist during the week..... I can't even. Don't order from here. The lack of service, food, and customer service is pitiful. Go somewhere else.... even the DoorDash people say it's absolutely the worst and never right. Buyer Beware

Horrible experience with the host staff during takeout. Emme I believe her name was told me our order didn't exist. finally sat myself and wife at the bar. Connor took good care of us and the beer was cold, wings were dry.

Went it for dine in (they had several banners saying they are open for dine in). Outdoor patio and indoor seating were closed. Only the bar was open for dine in and was full. Refused to seat us outside. When asked why they can't seat anyone in the normal dining area, they stated they don't have enough staff. They had exactly 8 staff standing behind the counter laughing and telling stories (this 8 count does not include bartenders and staff working in the bar area). Hey owner, maybe it's time to go in and check on your day to day operations because several walked out, including us.

Absolutely horrible from start to finish..... but it's still not over yet because the pain continues. If you're reading this post I'm still probably waiting for my food. My advice to you stay as far away from this place as you possibly can! Holy shit

Ordered for take out. Always yummy! Wing sauce I wish was on the side so I could heat and coat them at home cause they dry out a bit before they get home. Other than that. Always a family favorite!

No wonder this location is busy anymore. They suck on every level of customer service! Stay clear of this location and Matt the manager lack of integrity.

Worst buffalo wild wings in existence. Placed a pick up order through DoorDash and I got a notification saying my order was confirmed and ready for pick up shortly after. Upon going in I was told they couldn't find my order in the system so the manager had to be called in to help. It seems like he found it eventually and then came out to tell me they didn't have burgers. Like, what..? Not my first poor experience here either. Stay away from this location

I was craving buffalo sauce after work on a Saturday night and figured I give this place my business after all the bad press they've had. I ordered a 7 piece snack boneless winged,celery stalks, and chips and paid $14.00 (no table service no drink... yikes). I guess I got the snack order of fries as I literally got 11 pieces! Even after waiting 10-15 minutes for my order... last time for me.

I'm actually really disappointed. I used to always order take out here when going to watch my aunts cats, however that might quickly change. I always order my wings wet because whenever I don't they put a drop of sauce on them. When I opened my box it literally looked like someone just dumped extra sauce in the box. So in theory, yes they were wet, but maybe a little passive aggressive. Then I go to eat the wings. I got a snack and I could only eat 5 out of the 8 because they weren't even warm. Keep in mind my order wasn't ready yet so it was supposed to be "fresh". The wings didn't taste like they were even cooked! They didn't give me a receipt so I couldn't even add this to my points app So basically the best part of my meal was my buffalo chips with cheese. Sad.

Service and food were horrible. Bathroom was dirty with broken faucet head a d broken paper towel holder. Very disappointing after it wasn't busy and such a long time without full capacity due to COVID. You would think that service would be a definite focus.

Came in for take out & service was ok minus a 30min wait for wings we found to be old once we got home. Here's the deal breaker, I was up all night stomach cramping like child birth & ended up living on the toliet for 2hrs! Never ever going back. I suggest you don't either. GROSS

Great food and great service! The wings were cooked to perfection and the staff was very attentive. I went there for lunch and even though the place was very busy I was seated and served quickly with a smile. I would strongly recommend this place for even a date night.

If I could give negative stars I would. My boyfriend ordered boneless wings from this Buffalo Wild Wings on Saturday 1/12. When he got home I bit into one of the wings and it was RAW. I don't even think that the chicken touched an ounce of heat. When we called to complain the manager said that sometimes the wings have "fatty " pieces. I reassured him that this was not fat, it was completely raw. I was sick to my stomach the whole evening thinking about the fact that I bit into a raw piece of poultry. The manager on the phone said he would credit back the card my boyfriend used to pay for the order but this still has not been done, which is unbelievable. We will never again order from this Buffalo Wild Wings and are now turned off by Buffalo Wild Wings as a whole. I have included a photo.

I cannot win with this place. No matter what, my order is always wrong. Something missing, made wrong, etc. Not sure how they continue to stay open.

It's been a while since I've been to a Buffalo Wild Wings so my girlfriend and I decided to stop on a week night. We were very disappointed with the food at this location. We were here on a Thursday night and the place was packed with the local teens and family. The servers were busy but they were friendly. The main problem we had was the food. Everything was overly salted. We ordered the nachos for an appetizer and the chips were overly salted. Next we ordered the special of the night which were 70 cents boneless wings. I ordered the curry sauce which was extremely salty. The boneless wings themselves tasted as if they had been left in the fryer too long because they were tough to chew and not juicy. Overall the food was one star, but because service was decent I decided to give this location 2 stars. Usually when you go to a Buffalo Wild Wings you know what you are going to get, and back in the day this was the main place to go for wings; but now that more wing restaurants are opening by the handful it may be your best bet to try a different wing place. I feel the food quality of this BWW has dropped to the point where it's nowhere near the other local pub wings or even the other local wing chains. There are many better options for wings in the area, especially compared with the price you would end up paying at this BWW.
