I didn’t go to the location, but I ordered on DoorDash. I ordered the Slutty Fries. They were really good. Just enough toppings where the fries were still crispy and not soggy even after delivery. And the plain fries alone were pretty good seasoned fries too. I’m pretty sure I had the burger a long time ago too, like when they first opened and I remember it being good back then. Would definitely eat again.

It was a pretty good burger but i ordered a double meat cheeseburger and it was basically one patty cut in two because of how thin they were. Taste wise, i enjoyed the burger but the milkshake not so much. It was alright for one time but im not coming back because i really can’t justify spending an almost 20 dollar bill on two ok items.

Visiting… Ordered the double cheeseburger with slutty fries. The burger looked like a $.99 burger from your least favorite burger spot. The slutty fries came dry with no cheese and a dry burger patty sloppily laid on top dry fries- all of this for almost $40. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! pictures attached of what they claim and what we received 🤮🤢

Had the double with fries ... 6/10 smash burger with fries. Atleast like compared to other places the fries are edible but they aren't good. Plain fries better to just cut a potato yourself and fry them at home instead of these. And for almost 4 bucks not worth the price. But the burger is really good and is at a ok price compared to alternatives burger king or McDonald's.

During Hurricane Francine we got out of town and headed to Houston. Stumbled on Bun Slut and wanted to try it. This was my first time in and was pleasantly surprised. Loved the decor with its purple neon lights. Staff was wonderful. All toppings are an extra. I didn't take a picture because the burger was pretty smashed but it was delicious. A must do place to eat in Houston for burgers.

Initially, I opened the burger and thought, "I know damn well this ain't the the burger I paid $7.50 for". Anyway, I purchased 2 single burgers and 2 fries that are $3.99. Although my burger looks like a smashed Whataburger breakfast on a bun without the egg, which by the way only cost $2.55, it was an ok burger. The meat was seasoned well and the potato bread buns are my favorite for a burger. The problem for me is the cost, there's no way I would pay $25 for 2 burgers the size of a Bob and 2 fries in a McDonald's kids cup. If I could add topping I wanted, maybe, but just to add lettuce was $.75. This location has all the ingredients for a good meal, I just thing the execution at this price point is an over reach. I recommend trying it, but I won't make this a habit.

Went to Westheimer location next to BB’s . My fries were cold and Burger was very bland , I had to add salt ketchup & mustard to make it taste better. They need to go next door and try BB’s hamburger and up their game, or they won’t make it! Service was excellent.

Burger was delicious. The sauce had alittle tange to it and the bun was nice and fresh. I tried a single as that usually fills me up but should have ordered a double. The gentleman taking orders could have cared less if I was their or not. Because of that I will probably not go back.

One of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Really good, wish I'd gone back for a 2nd. Oreo shake was great. If I go back, I'll get a double birthed and the fruity pebble shake. They use an old fashioned metal shake mixer. Really good and the servers are super nice.

I have been wanting to try this place for months! My friend and I have been doing a burger rating and off of instagram I assumed bun slut would get my #1 spot. I ordered the double with bacon and fries. I know the shakes are good but we were on some big back stuff and had other plans for dessert . The fries were really good 10/10 no ketchup or anything needed. The burger was okay but nothing spectacular to take that drive again. Out of our little tour I think it's #3 on the list. I got lucky and there wasn't a line so my wait was only about 15mins. I will say going late is better because parking is easier.

I've wanted to try BunSlut for a while now. It was pretty good, I got the single, no cheese, haystack onions, pickles, sauce on the side with Cajun seasoned virgin fries. The patty was good but could've had more flavor. The fries were perfect. Overall, it was a tasty lunch. Parking wasn't bad, I went 12:30pm on a Monday and there was hardly anyone there. It was super hot and there was nowhere to sit or shaded area while I waited. I didn't wait more than 6-8 minutes so that was a plus.

The people working, obviously do not read the comments/requests on to go orders. I ordered DoorDash, and asked for the slut sauce on the side so I'd have something to dip my fries in, and to avoid my delivery being soggy. The DoorDash menu is very restrictive. You can't make any request or have any option to add a side of sauce, to my knowledge this is by request of the restaurant. Instead of receiving sauce on the side, I just received no sauce at all. This sucks because I feel like when there's only a couple ingredients on the burger, the sauce is a main ingredient. The flavor of the burger was good, but I am disappointed. From the looks of DoorDash reviews, many other customers experience the same type of issue with their request not being met, even though it's spelled out on the receipt. To me this means the restaurant is careless. I tried to contact them on Instagram, but of course they just have an AI reply so no luck there. The fries were average, but I did like the Cajun seasoning on them. The cinnamon toast crunch shake was another HUGE disappointment. I think that I unknowingly ordered a side of cereal with ice cream instead of an $8+ shake. Like there were maybe 5 sips of shake and a cup of cereal is left very disappointed. I'd like to blame it on DoorDash but it's the people who are making the foods fault, not the person delivering.

My friend and I stopped by the food truck galleria. Parking kind of sucked, but we eventually parked. I recommend parking on the street and walking so you don't get stuck in the congestion. After walking around, I decided to go with BunSlut because I had a burger craving. Price was decent and the food hit the spot for me. I was initially disappointed with the size, but the burger and fries were pretty filling... so it did the job! Workers were cool and I got my food at a decent time.

I got this delivered with a bogo deal. The burgers were just ok, nothing special but babay... the milkshakes were soooo good! I got the fruity pebbles milkshake and despite the risk of diabetes, it was so worth it. Best milkshake I've had with a wide straw to slurp it up lol

I'll never be back to this place. The lack of professionalism they have working the front is absolutely diabolical. Immediately I walk in the guy that takes the order is sitting down at the table, (place was empty). Where he doesn't proceed to get up right away or really acknowledge us. Then he does get up he proceeds to finish his texting and while FaceTiming a young woman. Never hangs up. Then he's wearing slides, pants falling off his butt. Overall the food was pretty good.

I ordered the SluttyMelt for dinner and an extra for lunch tomorrow. This resembles closely to the Patty Melt from Whataburger with the homemade cooking you are looking for. Everything was fresh, and still perfect temperature for when I got home to eat it. While the service was great, it took awhile to get my order. It's in a food truck area so there's nowhere to sit down and eat- it's more of an "order and take it home" kind of place. The diced onions and homemade sauce went perfectly on the Texas Toast, I wish the sauce was put directly on the toast though. Excited for my lunch tomorrow!!

Walked up to a food truck it was nice outside and there were people trying to figure out what they wanted I preorder my food because I was headed to work. Told the cashier my name and she got my food right away. Didn't have to wait which was a plus was already running late. Parking is a problem here if you come on the weekends but I came on a weekday and it wasn't that bad. Got my food went to my car where I took the picture of my order. And headed to work. Got to work and started eating my food had to warm it a little bit because it got cold along the way. I got the single slut burger and some of their famous Slutty fries and a cookies & cream milkshake. The burger was delicious it was juicy as ever. The pickles was fresh, the sauce I can barely taste. And the bun was nice and fluffy. The Slutty fries were my favorite thing about the meal the sauce I could taste in there fries seasoned very well and cheese was cheesing. The cookie & cream milkshake was delicious it was creamy vanilla ice cream mixed in with some oreos cookies. Wish I would have taken a picture of the whole meal but there will be a next time. Would definitely come back for the Slutty fries and milkshakes. Single burger- 7/10 Slutty fries- 9/10 Cookies & cream milkshake- 8/10

The place was too hot, we were sweating from the moment we walked in. The burger was very greasy and looked nasty, and the cheese fires were such a soggy mess. The milk shake was pretty good, but not worth for however it was. Overall, it was very pricy for its quality and not a great sit down restaurant.

The bun was EXTREMELY small compared with the meat. And it seems like they heated the meat and bun up in the microwave. The bun wasn't toasted but soft due to it being microwaved. Each item on the menu is a few. THE LETTUCE $1.00 pickle $1.00 tomatoes added to the burger $1.75 each topping.... $1.00 for Cajun seasoning added to the fries GOT DAMMMNNN I THREW THE BURGER AWAY. It didn't taste fresh. I reminded me of Burger King. And I don't eat there. Stopped when their burgers started tasting like THIS. taco place next door is okay. Meat don't have enough seasoning

Pulled up on Bun Slut in the rain for the first time last night. We went in an Uber from the hotel and stood waiting in the rain for the burgers. They did not disappoint! Juicy Pattie's, ample melted cheese and crispy fries. They served the food hot and quick which was great. The man in the window was friendly and fast. This is in the galleria food truck park. There are tables outside to sit at when it's sunny. Not many though so not a group activity. Try them for some late night eats. Thank me later!

So this one is at the food truck park on westheimer and chimney rock. Always solid. Fresh burger with some seasoning to it, melted cheese and soft bun.. all I ask for and they deliver. Fries are good also with nice seasoning. I've been to the downtown hall One also and it's the same so Buns Slut imo is just something I will def stop at if I'm in the mood. They haven't disappointed me yet although they are a little pricey for the size of Burger

Very disappointing! Overpriced! Long wait! Mediocre baby burgers at best (6/10). Almost as much pickles on the burger than meat which over powered the flavor. The bun had a good flavor and the onions are a must. The fries were cold, decent flavor but good texture 7/10. I should've got the Burria tacos next to it.

I Ike what Bun Slut has in terms of the burger flavors, but execution was a little sloppy. We came on a super chilly day to grab a burger, patty melt, and an order of fries. We placed our order, then sat in the car to wait for the order to be ready for "10 mins." Long story short, it may or may not have taken longer, because the worker in the truck was not very communicative. When we again approached regarding the food, I was handed the bag, but the contents were literally cold. The burger ticked the boxes in terms of being a thin patty with that smashed patty flavor, delicious pickles, and a (previously) melted slice of cheese, but it seemed as if it had been sitting out. The fries were far from crisp or warm, and bordering on cold and greasy, so not sure what the story was there. I'm not sure if I'll be back, and probably wouldn't recommend at this point. P.S. The IG menu did not match the truck menu--it seems like options are more limited now.

The burger was 10/10 as far as my burger preferences go. Simple and minimal ingredients, and that delicious smashed style patty that gets a nice crispy exterior due to the Maillard reaction. The fries on the other hand were absolutely terrible and almost half the price of the burger ($3). They were cold, soggy, and not very salted. The portion was also really small. This is the reason for the 4 stars. I definitely recommend coming here and trying their burgers out if you like smashed burgers. Best of luck to the Bun Slut owner!

You have to go. Burgers are brilliant, awesome, superb, amazeballs, tremendous. It's a food truck. No tables or anything in the vicinity but it's well worth it. The sauce is too mustardy for me but I hate mustard. Get the double. They are kind of small but, again, worth it. I can't stress that enough. Hot, juicy, perfect amount of salt and pepper, and a great scald on it. Just go. You'll thank me later.

Really love the burger here. The sauce is sauce, nothing special from most place's sauce. But the burger and fries are solid. It's in the food truck lot on Chimney Rock near Galleria, and usually not too crowded when I go. I honestly wish that I got another burger the last time I went! But that would be fat of me. So I guess the one slight against it is that the double burger isn't as filling as I would like? That's about it though... This place gets my stamp of approval!

Burger was okay, under seasoned, they definitely put plenty of beef bacon on it if you pay for it. That's the best part and where the flavor comes from. The service could be better, I went and there was no line at the window. The guy in the window said you might want to try somewhere else since the wait is 30-45 minutes due to DoorDash and Uber eats and it could be longer as they come in... I was willing to wait but his persona said go away lol. why did I go online and order a burger and it was ready within 10 minutes . If you're going to have someone in the window at least have them be better at customer service. I'd try a different location for another chance with this local eatery.

I'm going to say that this place is OKAY. For the price and compared to the rest of the food available on the food truck park I would say you can get better value. The truck has a smash burger concept and I really wasn't all that impressed. The fries were solid, milshake was meh (with the look and unique flavors it could be a great concept but for now DQ will do), and the burger was small and relatively greasy. I ordered extra slut sauce and grilled onions for 1.75 but I'm not actually sure if I got them because the onions were non existent. Service was very good though which always makes the experience better. I think the draw of this place is the name. Marketing can be a superpower when executed well and I think BunSlut is an example of that. Try if you like. I think I'll stick to other burger spots.
