Because of the pleasant chaos of the park, no one looks at you funny for parking directly in front of Bunslut’s trailer. The menu is straightforward: double and single-patty smashburgers loaded with melted cheese and caramelized onions, and frothy Cinnamon Toast Crunch milkshakes. And while other burger trucks are in the same park, only Bunslut’s smashburgers create a balance between tender smoked beef and crispy edges that give the patty structure.
