"Bunslut specializes in smashburgers and is wedged in the center of the Galleria Food Truck Park. Because of the pleasant chaos of the park, no one looks at you funny for parking directly in front of Bunslut’s trailer. The menu is straightforward: double and single-patty smashburgers loaded with melted cheese and caramelized onions, and frothy Cinnamon Toast Crunch milkshakes. And while other burger trucks are in the same park, only Bunslut’s smashburgers create a balance between tender smoked beef and crispy edges that give the patty structure.
