Burger King

Was not the best experience. Food was not hot soft drink was loaded with way to much ice. Kids enjoyed their cotton candy slushies.

We tried to get some lunch, and my mother in law had trouble using the screen inside to order because English is not her first language. When she politely asked for help, the staff blatantly refused to help. They were cold, rude, and preferred watching her struggle than helping an elder with something that could just take a second of their time. We left soon after after she felt embarrassed and unwelcome.

Nasty four and they give me the no cook bacon 🥓😡😡😡😡🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

last time I rated this place was 4 years ago. fast forward 4 years later they are completely different people here. no one says hi to you. I'll stand there for a good 3 minutes even the manager with the tattoo on his neck looked at me didn't even say hi. I looked at their ratings they have 3.5 this place really sucks take pride in what you do management and franchisee owners need to pay attention what's going on they're going to keep getting bad ratings.

Service was extremely slow on this day. Food was average. Fries were perfectly hot but our whoppers were ice cold.

This Burger King just needs to go ! The management is nasty and rude ! Environment is disgusting and I have been standing here 20 mins for a $5 YOUR WAY MEAL ! Like no way ! And It is DISGUSTING IN HERE !!

I wished I had a way of giving them 0 stars. I ordered a huge order via ubereats. It was delivered with care but the food was crap!!!!! The burgers didn't have none of the flame broil taste. Just a fatty patty that was microwaved I presume. I mean no taste. And only 2 buds of lettuce I mean I could say there was no lettuce. If I'm not mistaken that's some street burger they packed for me, and the packaging was taped and stapled.

i usually never have any issues besides my food taking long. i always speak in a nice tone bc i know working fast food is frustrating. but this guy forgot my fucking fries and had the audacity to tell me "because you put your phone in my face, ima make you wait longer." UM WHO ARE YOUUU??? i didn't even put my phone in my face, i just showed him my screen so he didn't think i was lying. and he was acting like i yelled at him. BRO I WAS TALKING INA CALM TONE WHO TF ARE YOU TALKING TO BUDDY. sassy asf, that's all the men act like these days GOD FUCKING DAMN. i waited 30 minutes and the chicken fries were there sitting on the shelf. he fr gatekept fucking chicken fries. bro just say u wanted to eat them for urself TF. i get its frustrating but bro i was being nice and he pissed me off. all of the other workers customer service was dogshit and they look dogshit. jk but not, the customers were being nice and they just acted like we were being rude. like hello??

not gonna lie, i have no clue why this burger king is so low on the reviews, ive been to quite a lot of burger kings and without lying, this one was by far one of the better ones ive gone too, my order was not only correct but it was warm, the sauces i asked for were already inside the bag ALONG with my straw inside the bag, it was a bit of a wait kinda but all in all it was one of if not the best burger king i've gone to..

The service at this Burger King was awful. It's obvious that the workers including the manager is stealing money. The store itself was dirty and unkempt. I had an incident in the drive thru where I was given the wrong change for my currency. The worker proceeded to argue with me, stating that I can come and talk to the manager as well as check the cameras. I l drove to the front of the establishment parked my vehicle and headed inside the restaurant. The worker then called the manager to the front. I explained the situation to him at which point he stated he needed to "call his district manager." The worker who rang up my order came back to the front with a backwoods package in his hand, with an aggressive tone and stated, "did you see me put the money in the drawer because all my money is straight." At this point, still not having received my order I decided to return the entire order which caused me to lose $10. There were quite a few people in the restaurant when this situation occurred. As I left the restaurant, the worker who rang me up was outside smoking Marijuana in front of the establishment and acted as though he wanted to intimidate me. I do not recommend anyone to come to this place and I will not be returning. I will be contacting corporate to report the restaurant, the management and it's employees.

The whole family had the runs! The food was spoiled as though the refrigerator was out but they sold the food anyways. Do better Burger King.

Take a bus into the city, have a sit down lunch, and take a train back. I assure you it will be faster. Won't be back

we had a mobile order last week . the nicest young man was at the counter .it was evening,after 7 p.m. , a thrusday ,might actually have been the 12th ... ( it was a night that ran out of whopper rolls ,and he nicely explained that to every customer ). he was a thin kid and I wished I got his name . hard worker ,he straightened things ,replaced cups ,and even swept the front end floor.. . I hope burger king sees the potential in this young man ! the food ,well it's burger king so ...there's that . those jalapeño things are pretty good though, we ordered two ,with some other things .

PURE ASS. Decided to hit this spot up after the gym while I used the Laundry Cafe nearby. Big mistake! My chicken sandwich was hard and the Whopper was cold and crusty! I worked in a BK in high school and it was never like this. Prolly cause I care about food. This was like I was biting into Asscheeks. And I'm not talking like Rhianna cause I'd eat those cheeks viciously... I mean Hermit gamer in the basement of his moms house eating Cheetos and beating off wearing the same draws for a week type of ass. Don't go here.

This is the WORST place I've been. Staff is not maintained restaurant looks DIRTY I HATE going to this place. Went there yesterday and an off duty staff came in while customers was waiting for food and the other staff started talking about some fight that happened then she went behind the counter to talk. Place is just nasty needs to be better maintained. But I guess it's in the hood so who cares right.

And yet another review for the Burger King at 101 E. Olney. I ordered through Burger King App tonight. Once I received it I opened my bacon burger with no ketchup and lite lettuce. Of course it had ketchup. I also ordered a Lil Huddy meal. The mozzarella sticks were not given. I ordered a double cheeseburger, I didn't receive it. I called the store and spoke to a young man named Prince. He told me to return all the food or have Door Dash return. My husband returned the food and asked for Prince. The manager, informed him that she wasn't aware of the situation. And that it wasn't her problem. And how was she to know that we didn't remove the food trying to get free food. Then commented that that's why her inventory was so low. My son opened the burger to show the ketchup and she screamed "now I have to throw it away" My son told her that she would have to throw it away anyway. She then said and repeated "now I'm on bitch mode!" She also repeated to Prince that she is on "bitch mode" once again. How can your inventory be low if you aren't given people all their food? Do you think that you are intimidating enough for people not to return to get what they paid for?

During this time Covid they gave extremely too many workers an still slow with service they hair hanging down they shirts too small they stand so close to each other just a mess

Employee was very rude on the rude on the phone and hung up on me when I asked him a question. I will never go to this Burger King !

My dad brought some nuggets and fries. I thought it tasted good but after a hour, I felt nauseous and my stomach hurt,

5 people in the front working and I'm standing here waiting to order while the cashier is lining up French fries containers on the counter slowly. Workers here must be mildly retarded. Been here 20 mins and no food yet. Fast food? Not here. Funny thing is I was first in line. -5 stars if I could. Is there even a manager in this place? Nobody acts like one in there. Bathroom has a strong odor of urine like a homeless man that pissed in his pants two months ago.

I really don't have much to say. All I can say is this place is "Ghetto Fabulous!" the service is horrible. The people that work there looks like they don't want to be there. Which is ok I understand not many people would like to work in a fast food spot, but at-least they can do is show some sort thoughtfulness.

They meet my every need the last two times I had to go their also once I had to take the bus they made the bag was sturdy enough for me to travel with

ordered a classic grilled hot dog. waited 5 mins for them to make it. then get my hot dog, take a bite and look down and there is mold on my bun. do not go there. they are so unsanitary!!!!
