Great place for large parties and love the open bar and seating on the third floor! First floor was closed when we went but second floor is a nice open area with tables that you get seated at, bar seating is open of course! But I love the amount of space it provides and love the pool tables on the second floor! Love the atmosphere for sure and you don’t feel cramped at all. The third floor does food order and drink orders at the bar and then you seat yourself… and rooftop of fourth floor is so nice, decent amount of space and great views! Plenty of space! The drinks were delicious! I would 100% come here again for date night or drinks with friends! We even did a shotski with green tea shots!

Google
We started with the buffalo chicken dip. The pitta and veggies were excellent with the buffalo flavor from the dip. Both the cocktails I consumed were delightful. The Porch Pounder was light and easy to drink, while The First Season of True Detective was more complex and dark, making it pair well with the main course. You must go for the Braised Short Rib. The tenderness and flavor of the meat with the salt from the sauce makes for a deliciously savory dish. The crunch from the fried onions with the mushrooms and mashed potatoes only adds to the experience. It was one of the best meals I've had in a long time.

Google
Super duper cool rooftop spot. Really liked the indoor and outdoor seating area on 2nd floor. Service was good and staff were friendly. The buffalo chicken wrap was not good at all. We both got it and were very disappointed. The wrap itself is far too big for the contents. Buffalo sauce, a side salad and little bit of chicken inside. Very strange blue cheese dressing too. I’ll be back for the atmosphere and drinks but we will skip on the food.

Came to Denver to visit my daughter. She brought me here for the coconut shrimp & city views from the rooftop. Every floor of this 4 story building is great. There's pool, darts, shuffle board, TV's with sports & a live band. If I lived here, I'd be here every weekend, so if you're in the area, I'd make it a point to stop by...

Justine Baker

Google
Service was awesome, food came out fast especially on the weekend. Chill environment! Love the games to play! Our server was great! Can't recommend enough! Bathrooms were really clean too!

Google
Just went here for brunch with a group of friends and it was delicious! The was fresh, hot and very appetizing. I had a cocktail that could be the best cocktail I've had in Denver! All in all, I loved my time at BurnDown and can't wait to visit again!

Google
This spot is lively and fun on Friday and Saturday nights, especially with the live music setting the vibe. There’s a variety of food and drink options, though prices are a bit on the higher side and the happy hour menu is somewhat limited. Most people come for the energetic atmosphere, live music, and the patio with great views. Later in the night, it gets pretty busy—there are no servers, so you’ll need to take turns ordering food and drinks at the bar, and you definitely have to hold down your table if you want to keep your spot. Seating can be hard to find on live music nights, but overall, it’s a fun place worth checking out.

Google
bRUNch run club usually chooses amazing spots, and this is one of them! Today was my first visit in BurnDown, and I absolutely loved it. Very, very cool spot and decor, multiple floors and atmosphere that told me a burger would be the right option. We ordered the brunch options - Classic breakfast and the Hangover Burger (with gluten free modifications). The breakfast was good, the burger was awesome. As many people before have said - GF positions and GF modifications are clearly marked in the menu, and the place overall is pretty careful. Will be back!

Yelp
Overall, I was pretty impressed with the food/drinks. There was a great happy hour menu too from 3-6 and day specials. (1) Coconut shrimp: super delicious and the sauce was perfection! (2) Corn dip: love the concept of this but overall my least favorite dish. Honestly didn't taste like much (3) Buffalo chicken wrap: Heavy on the buffalo sauce but good flavor. Sweet potato fries were delicious too Service was great Draft margarita cocktail was really well balanced and you could taste it actually had alcohol in it, which I like and not typical with draft cocktails. Beautiful views from rooftop deck and has pool. Tons of seating Pretty impressed! Will be back

Yelp
Great little sports bar, outside seating is always a plus. The fries were good, very well seasoned and crispy. The turkey sandwich was great, the rosemary bread on it made is delicious. The nachos were top notch, very sloppy with toppings soaked through. The corn was also good, not spicy at all but still good. The drinks were okay. Service was attentive and quick.

Yelp
Dead leaves and the dirty ground - cocktail was delicious! Herbal and citrusy, a wonderful balance. Sticky Asian salmon was the best meal I've had on this trip so far. Salmon was prepared medium well but still perfectly tender and moist, crispy on the outside. It was fresh and t Ambiance is nice. Nice and cool, not too hot or cold. Service is friendly and knowledgeable.

Yelp
4 levels of food, fun and frolic. Here is my story: Looking for a place to dine and imbibe, my travel partner and I end up at BurnDown. This Establishment consists of 4 levels. I'm sure in the deep of summer, the 4th level can get a bit hot! But likewise during the winter it can be cold and maybe closed because of snow. The food is basically fried, and fried but dressed with a variety of sauces and dressings. Among the several dishes we ordered our favorite was the friend chicken drumettes which is seasoned, dusted in their "BurnDown Rub Style" season rub, then deep fried and served a dipping sauce of your choice. That Rub!!!! If I were a Denver resident and worked close by, BurnDown might become my HH place of refuge... LOL Parking no bueno ! Unless you go after 5:30 pm on the weekdays. DO NOT parkin the shopping area or Sam's Club or you will be towed Moderately priced! Service stable and relatively pleasant Repeat? More than likely if I'm in the area

Yelp
Loved this place!! The multi floor restaurant is soooo spacious. Plenty of sitting indoors, outdoors and the rooftop! Bars an be found on different floors for convenience. Our staff wasn't the nicest, he seemed bothered to take our order at the bar and made our first visit here a lil sour. But the food turned out everything around. We stopped in on a Sunday for brunch!! Got the hangover burger with fries, the Burndown breakfast with steak and the captain crunch French toast! The burger was delicious, fries were perfectly crispy. 10/10. The burndown breakfast was really good. Steak was perfectly cooked, very flavorful, soft and juicy! 10/10. The captain crunch French toast was the best French toast I have ever eaten!! It wasn't too sweet or soggy. It had a perfect crunch! The fruit filling was to die for!!! Could seriously have it every day. Parking is limited and on the street so plan accordingly! Definitely recommend!

Yelp
I recently visited Burndown for drinks with a few friends. I absolutely love the open roof top and picnic tables on the third and fourth floor. The first and second floor is more of a restaurant setting. I got to get a few beers and cocktails at the bar. The bartender was quick and efficient. They provided their recommendations and was able to make personalized cocktails as well. I didn't get to try the food but for a place to hangout, good ambiance, and drinks... Burn down was nice
google avatar

Yelp
Brought some out of town guests here for the sunset and they were impressed with the views and the food! Service is pretty non existent on the top floors because you basically order at the bar.

Yelp
First time at Burndown and it's definitely a great addition to Broadway! The space is awesome--four stories with two rooftop levels, perfect for enjoying a Colorado sunset with a view of the Rocky Mountains. We went for brunch and had a great experience. The Bloody Mary was excellent, and they were doing 50% off espresso martinis, which made them hard to pass up. I had the chicken and waffles with a jalapeño cheddar green chili, which was delicious. My friends got the scrambles, and the real standout was the French toast with blackberry cream that we all shared--seriously good. Service was quick and efficient: you order at the bar, and they find you to deliver your food. It's a great spot to meet up with friends, whether you have a small group or a big crowd. I wouldn't necessarily pick it for a date--it can get a little loud--but for a casual get-together, it's perfect. Heads up: parking in this area can be a pain, so plan ahead if you're driving. I'll definitely be back to check out a live music event, lunch, or dinner sometime!

Yelp
Went for brunch and they have good prices and the food was good. Service was quick, nice and attentive. I'd have loved to sit on the roof top but the air conditioning while eating was also nice. I would go back for drinks in the roof top.
google avatar

Yelp
Yum! The food was very good. I would recommend any type of dish and you can't go wrong. Such a fun atmosphere and a great spot for a group party! We saw three birthdays being celebrated.
google avatar

Jon L.

Yelp
Great spot for day drinking. Most come for the outdoor views but we enjoyed Kelsey's service at the bar and decided to stick around at the second floor bar. We tried the wild mushroom papparedelle and it did not disappoint. The creamy sauce, the perfect texture to the noodles with the creamy sauce was beyond expectations for bar food.
google avatar

Yelp
Hard YES!! This place is rad! It's massive! Great service, awesome food & open air bars!! It's a beautiful place, I absolutely recommend stopping in!!

Yelp
We came here for a group brunch on a snowy Saturday and the restaurant was packed! It's on S Broadway in a warehouse brick building so it was easy to find. They have a 25 car parking lot and street parking. The interior is open, airy, and plenty of seating. Our waitresses Stephanie was friendly and professional. Service was quick. We started with non alcoholic drinks Croc with Socks ($9) and it was a delicious drink. I got a hangover burger with sweet potato fries ($17). My friends got the veggie scrambles. All the portions were generous. The burger came with hash brown, egg over easy, lettuce, smoked bacon, and tomatoes. The candied bacon was sweet and salty, so good. It was stacked so high that it's hard to eat with hands. I didn't care much for the fries. It was a bit over fried and crispy all over. The vibe is young and a great hang out place for brunch. Will be back again!

Yelp
Amazing service by Koree. Delicious food and they were very welcoming to my large group. I moved away from Denver and came back to get a bunch of friends together during a sporting event and they really worked hard to make it work! It's in a cool and walkable area but you won't even want to go anywhere else because the food, vibes and drinks are equally tasty!
google avatar

Yelp
Went on Saturday at 10 am. The veggie scramble was outstanding, great flavor. The Capt Crunch was very good but slightly over cook, Lots of berries. George our server very friendly and shy. This place has great views of the city and foothills. The manager gave us a great story of the history of the building.
google avatar

Yelp
We had a great experience at burn down. The atmosphere is stellar! This time we stayed on the 2nd floor which was great. Our food was very good and we received it quick. The beers were also very good. There were a lot of people at burn down but the service was still very good. I'd encourage anyone to go to burn down for any occasion!

Yelp
I came here for dinner with a large group of friends to celebrate. We enjoyed our meal but I'm not sure I'd return based on the menu or atmosphere. They had some live music/dj/party going on and more than once there was someone shouting into a microphone which overpowered the whole restaurant. Not entirely sure what was going on but it felt a bit intrusive despite my group being situated at the edge of the restaurant. I didn't love the appetizers (nachos and hummus) or my entree (mushroom pasta). The chicken tenders and burger had good reviews by others in my group. +1 attentive service when the waitress was around +1 accommodating large parties and allowing for separate checks +1 good location -1 bar food at expensive dine in prices (it was pretty good bar food, but too pricey for nachos, hummus, burgers and fries) -1 slow service, hard to get the waitress' attention

Yelp
Decided to celebrate my son's 21st bday here. We had just flown in from Dallas and was going to a Nuggets game later that night. So we were there around 4-6. The first floor was closed but when we were done, it was open. This place is huge and there's pool tables. My son and his buddies went to the rooftop to check it out but I was too cold lol Food- we got a little bit of everything and shared. The wings were underwhelming. The DU-Rita was our fave!!! Chicken street tacos- delish! The BurnDown Brussels were good too but too much bacon for my liking (I know- I'm complaining about the wrong thing! Lol) Nachos pretty good too. Honey sriracha chicken sandwich was ok. My son's first drink was Spray Tan (as suggested by the bartender I feel horrible I don't recall her name). And then she came over and took a shot with him (see pic)! Great service! I loved the vibes and once everyone got off work the place was getting packed!

Yelp
My mouth is watering writing this review. The food we chose was SO good I would eat this Asian salad every single day. Ambiance is 10/10 for fun and date night - drinks, music, lovely.
google avatar

Shin M.

Yelp
Sat on the first floor with a pre booked reservation. Got the steak frites again. This time was better than the last My friend got the mushroom pasta dish. It was very flavorful.
google avatar

Vonya W.

Yelp
Very welcoming place. Loved the vibe. Got the option to sit down stairs for full service or upstairs for bar service only. We chose to sit down stairs. Loved this place and all it had to offer with food and drinks. We even watch the Longhorn and Aggie game while eating. Next time we're in town we'll definitely stop by. The live music and the staff were amazing.
google avatar

Nate B.

Yelp
Have been a few times before this past Saturday and the food and service used to be reasonable. However, on Saturday night we ordered elote dip and it was severely underwhelming. Added salt. Didn't help. Added hot sauce from sleuthing around the bar on third floor...nope. Corn was cold and the vibes were even colder with the bartenders. They all seemed annoyed to help the patrons. I waited for 8 minutes for a BEER while a bartender behind the bar played on his phone and the other guys were all standing back to customers. Nope. Too many other great options in Denver. This is one of those places that attracts out of towners and nano influencers posting the view to their 18 followers.
google avatar

Brena E.

Yelp
I came here for lunch during the week. It's a huge space, but parts were closed down and it was pretty quiet during lunch. They didn't have a server at the table, so you order at the bar and they bring the food out to you. I ordered a half Caesar and it was huge! It was spicier than I like, but that's just personal choice.
google avatar

Lauren J.

Yelp
My gf made the reservation for 4 of us non-sports watching people... as the website shows an empty space, it left the experience up to the viewer. Nevertheless, we had a good meal while shouting over all the rabid football fans. We started with wings, which were good and apt, obviously, given the actual vibe of the place. Service was attentive and friendly. My friend got the mushroom pasta, which she said was good but a little spicy? My other friend got the steak frittes, which he devoured. I got the surf and turf, which the meats were cooked perfectly, while the veg was overdone. I guess that's the better of the two evils. I can't remember what my husband got. We all shared the skillet cookie, which you can't really go wrong with. Really good, and if you love sports, then I can't imagine it gets much better.
google avatar

Stephanie A.

Yelp
This place was amazing. There are multiple floors with different bars and a great rooftop with a view of the mountains. We sat downstairs at the bar, ordered some drinks, and watched football. I ordered the steak frites and it was delicious and a great portion for the price.

Yelp
If there is a bar that has it all, it is definitely BurnDown! How so, you ask? Let me tell you! great food? CHECK! From pasta to salad, sandwiches, burgers, and nachos, they have it all and it is all executed so well! great bar program? CHECK! My old fashioned was a classic AND perfect old fashioned. An espresso martini on draft that's actually delicious is always amazing great location? CHECK! I love South Broadway! I've been on a kick of exploring that area and it's always a blast great service? CHECK! from the hostess to our server, everyone was so nice! great layout? CHECK! They have a restaurant on the first floor with an amazing bar, another full bar on the second floor (with trivia on Wednesdays!), AND a roof top bar! great view? CHECK! Mountains!! I went at night :( which means that I just need to go back during the day) great name? CHECK! It used to be a furniture store that...burned down... that's amazing! (Not the burning down part - just the name ) what I ordered: steak nachos, mushroom pappardelle pasta, burn down burger with sweet potato fries, espresso martini, the first season of true detective (old fashioned), 70s playboy, and oasis reunion tour best bite: the burn down burger was insanely good - the Tabasco grilled onions were a game changer for me PLUS the nachos...I ate so many because they were that good. Every single one hits the spot!
google avatar

Charisse Q.

Yelp
I loved this place! It is great for a drink and hang with friends. There is so much space all the four different levels. It has one of the best views for a drink that I have been to. I can't wait to go back. The bartenders were quick and kind! The coconut shrimp was also great!
google avatar

Isaac A.

Yelp
I got some great orange wheat beer and an awesome sweet Sriracha chicken sandwich. The fries had a lot of great flavor and seasoning, so much so that I only used ketchup on the lesser seasoned ones. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was great. The top two floors were less active that night, but the first two were busy.
google avatar

Antoinette R.

Yelp
The food is amazing with good flavors & variety, the pricing wasn't bad either. Drinks were also good. The service was great and the ambience was very nice. It was actually kind of funny when we walked in because we had never been and the host greeted us with " what can I do for you?"... I thought um...we would like to eat here? Haha.
google avatar

Shahan A.

Yelp
It gets loud at dinner; I prob wouldn't come here on a date. But I came with a big group, so we were loud anyway. Nachos appetizer was awesome, but def not appetizer-portion. You need to share it with ~2 others. Mushroom pappardelle was great - really satisfying sauce, but chicken was dry. Spicy mocktail honestly didn't taste like much. A little bitter, actually. They also forgot our food for a good 20 minutes, but made the drinks on-the-house as an apology, so that was nice of them.
google avatar

Cynthia M.

Yelp
Good food, good drinks, good ambiance. Have come here a couple of times now and always enjoy it. It's a big venue so they have lots of seating options. I enjoy sitting on the 3rd floor outside bar the best because it has views of the city and the mountains. Sometimes they have live music in the evenings on the 2nd floor which is so fun. Last time we went we had the ribs and fried cauliflower from their specials menu and they were both so delicious. All the drinks we had are on tap so nothing that stood out but good nonetheless.
google avatar

Tod B.

Yelp
Ok followers my wife came here with her girls and loved it so I thought I would come to see what it was all about and yea this spot is LIT The setting , the food , the atmosphere Server was a little off but you get that sometimes. We had the nachos and the cheeseburger both were very delicious and tasteful. Big screen TVs for my guys that want to check out some Saturday and Sunday games with the boys Would definitely return to try another meal Thanks team
google avatar

Emma B.

Yelp
We always come here for the wings! The sauce is homemade and so yummy! Service was decent, nothing outstanding. The food came really fast! They have a good selection of drinks. Alcohol and non-alcoholic options that are not just basic! The multiple floors are really cool! The views on the top floor were really cool and sitting in the middle for brunch and looking down at the bottom is fun too! The bottom level bar is really nice and big but is only open for dinner. Sometimes they have live music in the middle level. There are also some games with TVs good place to watch a game on TV!
google avatar

Carolyn P.

Yelp
This spot has had a total revamp and it's now a really cool multi story space for food and drinks. Want a rooftop? They got it? A cozy booth? Have that too. Some live music on a deck? Check. Super fun and great food and drinks at any of the bars in the place
google avatar

Sarah F.

Yelp
Great place! At night it's lively with bands and patrons. Though it gets crowded, the service is still good! The food is good too. It's good. It's not going to knock your socks off but if you want a burger or a salad or a sandwich while you catch some music, it's a really satisfying choice. For lunch it's surprisingly quiet, but again the service is fast and friendly! Of note: French onion soup! YUM YUM. I have yet to see the downstairs open. But the mid floor seems to be a hot place :)
google avatar

Riley H.

Yelp
My husband and I love Burndown. The staff is great and chatty, and even comped our coffees! We always go for brunch. By the end, we're stuffed and happy. It's always pretty quiet in the morning, so we don't have to yell over each other or wait for too long. The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is because the food can be a bit bland, occasionally. However, this is a restaurant that we find ourselves enjoying again and again.
google avatar

Sydney K.

Yelp
Good atmosphere!!! Beautiful rooftop views, good drinks and food. Good service. Would come back!
google avatar

Yelp
I was in Denver for work and came across BurnDown with a co-worker on a Wednesday night. Place was busy but not overcrowded. Service was great and food was delicious - ordered a steak medium rare and was a little more on the RARE side. Overall great place to hang out!
google avatar

Ansley F.

Yelp
Fun multi level restaurant and rooftop. We ate downstairs in the full service restaurant. Server was friendly and efficient. It did echo a bit as it was busy, but we were still able to talk over the sound and music. Trivia Wednesday night was fun to witness without it taking over. Food was good and big portions! Would go back and try the self service levels next time.
google avatar

Ritu R.

Yelp
What a fun space! 4 to 5 floors of different dining experiences with delicious food and drink! Came up here after pride with some friends and had a blast! Service was on point on beyond was energetic, and the company was perfect! Loved our cocktails and devoured our meals. Highlights for the pasta and the shrimp appetizer for me!
google avatar

Nicole C.

Yelp
Fun restaurant and bar! There are activities on each level that can keep the whole group busy. The view on the roof is amazing and perfect for a sunny day.

Yelp
We came here for a friend's bday and it was an interesting experience. It was the day before Memorial Day, and we arrived around 6:30pm.. the first floor was closed, and the second floor bar was slammed when we walked in. By the time we got a table on the middle floor, we had been there about 20 mins. Not a big deal, but when we finally got to the front of the bar line, we were able to talk to the bartender (who was actually awesome- I wish I got his name, cuz I can't say the same for all of the staff) & he explained that they were dead all day until about 5pm, so they closed the bottom floor. I could sense the regret/frustration lol.. the drinks were awesome, I got an espresso martini (or 3) and my husband and friends liked their drinks as well. The food was a rollercoaster... bad, then good, then amazing lol.. and the service was nonexistent.. you had to go to the bar to order, and every time we had food dropped off, we would have to ask for plates and forks (they have a utensil, napkin, and condiment holder on every table, but ours was basically empty).. when we asked for extra anything or for something from the food runner, you could tell they were trying to avoid any extra work. They would point us to where the self serve water is, and let us know it would be a while until they came back with whatever we were asking for. I honestly don't blame the staff for this, I blame the owner and/or manager who seems to not be able to schedule properly. They were definitely busy enough to have floaters. As for the food- we started with the nachos, buffalo chicken dip, and the Margie salad. The salad was the best of the three, with the other two having super dry chicken & not super flavorful. We also had the braised short rib, chimichurri steak frites, & the mushroom pappardelle (add chicken, & sadly not pictured), & once again.. the chicken was suuuuper dry. Other than that though, these three entrees were absolutely delicious! TLDR; don't expect excellent service, do expect a college vibe, and skip the apps/ stick with the entrees! I can see myself picking up that mushroom pasta to go someday, but probably won't be back for any other reason, being that there are so many other amazing spots in Denver.

Super S.

Yelp
Un f'n believe meat dishes .. and brussel sprouts... forget about it. .. and the staff - they rock. Thank you!

L H.

Yelp
Such a cool spot. Awesome Espresso Martini and Old Fashion. Love the aesthetic and bartenders are amazing.

Yelp
We checked out this place for brunch. We came early, so it really wasn't too busy, but it started to while we were finishing up. It is a great place to have brunch with a lot of people because the place is huge. I ordered the steak breakfast tacos. They were good, but nothing to run back and get again. Their brunch menu is small but the other menu is bigger. The bar is a good size along with another one upstairs and pool tables, and then the rooftop which wasn't open at the time.
google avatar

Yelp
BurnDown is a super cool new spot on Broadway with amazing views of the mountains and the sunset. This bar has 4 levels with each level offering a slightly different setup. I was with a birthday party on the 3rd level which accommodated about 40 people. I ordered the Muffaletta sandwich which was a simple sandwich filled with Italian meats and provolone. The sandwich came with an olive spread which added a little bit of spice and flavor to the sandwich. I loved the shoestring fries. They were crunchy and had a hint of rosemary to add a little extra something. The bar to order drinks was packed and a little chaotic but the bar tenders did a great job of sorting through the mass of people. The 3rd level is opened up covered,patio-style which was a perfect place to be on a Colorado Summer evening. The west side of the building offers a balcony which reminded me of a New Orleans building layout. If you're there for sunset you can catch an amazing view of the sun setting behind the mountains. Be sure to check this place out!

Yelp
I'll admit that for our larger group of 6 we should have come earlier or tried to make a reservation. There was a LONG wait. It gets busy! Because of that, even while we were seated, service was just ok. We were served the wrong food and took a while for things to come out timely (Not all our meals came out at the same time, some members of our group had a long wait). Food was just ok.
google avatar

Lisa B.

Yelp
Food was delicious, drinks tasty & pricey, no table waitstaff service, you have to go up to the counter and pay when you order for drinks. Food is brought to your table. Beware, they charge a 3% kitchen appreciation fee on top of the 20% tip you already gave for items ordered.

Pieter K.

Yelp
Love this place! Went on Sunday for brunch with a party of 8 and all were more than satisfied. Our server could have been a bit more engaged but that's really no biggie. Food has been great all 3 times I've been so far. Prices are reasonable. Vibe is nice. Definitely plenty of room. Worth a visit!
