"A 72-year-old building at 476 South Broadway is slated to be transformed into a new three-story restaurant and bar featuring a main-floor dining room, bar and kitchen, a second-floor coffee bar occupying roughly half the level, and a third-floor west-facing deck with stairs up to a rooftop bar.
