I met some friends at the Market on 8th for lunch. As I walked around, trying to figure out what to eat, the guys at The Butcher's Plate were the only ones who greeted me. I took a chance on the porchetta. I'm not sure that I could have made a better choice. The three things on my plate were all perfect. The potatoes were cooked crispy on the outside and soft and tender on the outside. The porchetta had a nice snap on the outside and tender and juicy meat. And the gremolata served on top of the meat was delicious. I'm going back
