Stopped by this absolute gem to grab a sandwich to go and absolutely loved it! I can’t wait to go back and hang out in the green room or by the fire. The provisions and beverages are wonderful.

Our Hudson Valley office is just down the road and it was a delight to welcome C. Cassis to the neighborhood. The tasting room is a beautiful space with an impeccable selection of curated beverages. We love the food so much that we enlisted C. Cassis to cater our holiday party. The spreads were beautiful, delicious, and perfectly seasonal and appropriate for our occasion. Rachael is friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. We can't recommend C. Cassis enough.

One of the best tasting rooms in the Hudson Valley. Amazing cocktails with a good variety of sandwiches and snacking food. There are low alcohol drinks for anyone who has to drive, which is always a nice option. The space is well thought and designed beautifully. Definitely will be back for many more!

Wonderful little place to try cassis liqueur on their first weekend open. Friendly owners. Ran in to tell them a massive rainbow had appeared. An auspicious start!

Run don't walk! Cassis is a welcome and refreshing scene providing really tasty bites and provisions along side their ingenious drink menu. Once you swing by to pick up some goods, you'll want to stay a while for the sweet & fun atmosphere.

What a magical slice of heaven. If you are wondering what to do on the weekend, pack up your family and spend the afternoon at the CCTR (Current Cassis Tasting Room). You can really spend some time there. And by that I mean, you can sit by a fire and have a cocktail, you can hang in the greenhouse and eat delicious food while your kiddos run around outside, and if your lucky, Rachael will give you a tour of her production room and give you a taste of Cassis straight from tanks! So much care has gone into the space it is truly a joy to marvel in every detail. I loved the drinks, the staff (Kendra I’m lookin’ at you ), the delicious snacks and the overall vibe it’s all worth coming back for.

Get lost in your senses, whilst lingering in the several different spaces on the property. The cocktails are not just beautiful, but the low ABV allows you to sip on them for hours. The food offerings focus on seasonal ingredients, most of them sourced from right here in the Hudson Valley, and there is something for all types of diets! Grab a bottle to go (reduce into a syrup + pour over vanilla ice cream) or various other gifts to bring home for loved ones. Or, if you're like me, socks for yourself! Can't forget to mention the love you feel from staff pretty much as soon as you walk through the door, or from the street when you roll up on a loud chopper ;)

An oasis off a country road just outside of Rhinebeck! The best drinks and people and design and vibes. Really the perfect place to hang on a weekend, during any season. Low abv and NA beverages offered as well.
