The 17 Best Restaurants In Inglewood

"Cadoro is a decades-old wholesale operation that originally got its start baking bread for Beverly Hills' La Scala. These days, aside from supplying restaurants all over town, they run a small take-out cafe with covered seating attached to their bakery in an industrial section of Inglewood. We'd happily send someone here for just a loaf of their whole wheat sourdough, but the best way to use Cadoro is for a quick pull-off-the-405 breakfast or lunch: get the folded egg breakfast sandwich with gruyere, a vegan strawberry muffin, and a perfectly frothed latte before heading on your way." - brant cox, nikko duren

Ate for the first time today with my friend who has been several times and raves about it. He wasn't kidding! I had the chicken burrito and it was fantastic. Leslie made the experience even better with her attitude. Highly recommend.

Google
The BEST sourdough bread we've ever had. We are long time customers now. I didn't realize how many ingredients other bakeries/ stores/ brands use to make their sourdough. Authentic sourdough bread should only contain 3 ingredients. And Cadoro Bakery does it right!

Google
5 stars for atmosphere because while this place is small window takeaway, it is well cared for, clean and abundant in good vibes. 5 stars for the food because it is fresh high quality and tasty af. I had a lox toast, strawberry cheese danish, yogurt parfait and iced horchata flat white. All were special in their own way and were devoured. I think the parfait was my favorite I’ve ever had. 5 stars for service, and that says something considering the food took a while. Im glad the nice people there are taking their time, and making the food with love. If you see this review and go there, be nice to them and be patient. They are making food that is worth waiting a few minutes for, maybe don’t go there when you are in a big hurry.

Google
Love having a local bakery and that they branched out to a cafe. Regularly get the croissants, English muffins, and country loaf. Also love the breakfast burrito, all sandwiches, and the smoked salmon toast. Haven’t been disappointed in a menu item yet!

Google
Love this place. Fantastic sourdough, nice crispy top crust & al dente bottom. The people are super friendly. Plenty of parking around for the take out. Highly recommend the breakfast sandwich (the over easy egg yolk pops delightfully).

Google
Service was not as expected, waited about 45 minutes for a simple sandwich and 2 coffees. It looked like take outs were a priority. Maybe I'll just order in advance. Food and coffee were good. However, it's a little too overpriced as it's not a sit-down place. The park across the street is technically where you would sit.

Google
Cadoro Bakery is by all terms a “Hole in the Wall” gem. Their bread loaves selection are entirely sourdough, though they do offer differing selection depending on the item. I’ve tried almost all the menu options, and must admit all their food is tantalizing & savory. On my most recent trip I bought some desserts and a sourdough bowl which is shown in the pictures.

Google
Unfortunately very long wait times for virtually nothing. I waited 30 minutes for an ice coffee. Either they have a staffing problem or need to build out better food efficiency under 10 minutes. This place has a simple bakery menu that shouldn't take this long. There was a total of 5 customers with simple orders so everyone was really confused..... I've experienced this twice now.

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem!! Appears to be in a warehouse area, even attached to a larger building, but WELL worth the adventure to find it!

Yelp
Folded egg with fontina cheese and arugula on potato bun = amazing, delicious perfect breakfast sandwich. I like the portions as a whole and the ratio of each ingredient. Nothing was overpowering and all went together really well. Made fresh and enjoyed every bite. I'm sure the aioli would elevate it even more but isn't necessary. Service is friendly and efficient. All and all, a convenient awesome little spot. Glad they are there right by the park.

Yelp
1 star for fast service. 1 star for staff. I'm all for supporting small businesses and not big companies like Starbucks but $9 for an egg sandwich & if you want meat, that's another $4. The other prices reflect their neighboring community of engineer workers from the Marvin engineering company who can probably afford it. No thanks. I got a latte with 70% ice. $5.50. For the cheap ice you buy at the liquor store.

Yelp
Found this little spot in an industrial area. Street parking out front They bake their own bread and have a good amount of options on their menu. Everything is to go. No frills. Very nice ladies work there and I didn't wait too long for my meal. I will come back to try more but on this visit I enjoyed a breakfast burrito. I added turkey sausage and avocado.

Fernando H.

Yelp
I ordered a cold brew with vanilla flavoring and whole milk and when I received the coffee and tasted it, it tasted like nothing was added as if it was just the plain cold brew, no hint of caramel flavoring whatsoever, i had to pay 1$ more for the flavoring too. in the picture u can also see how it was filled either i had not tried it yet.

Yelp
The food here is great. I have came a couple times to try their breakfast burritos. There is limited parking and not sure as to the restroom situation here. There is no dining room and more of a grab and go location. A near by park provides park benches. The food takes some time to makes I have waiting anywhere from 15-20 minutes for the food but it is worthwhile. Phone orders can be placed if they aren't too busy.

Yelp
This is my new favorite hidden gem in Inglewood! I discovered Cadoro Bakery from watching a TikTok video and knew I had to visit. The menu options are great and I want to go back and try at least 5 more items, especially the fresh bread. On this visit I got an iced chai tea latte and breakfast sandwich with homemade turkey sausage. Everything was fresh and tasty. I wish the sandwich came with a sauce, but it was still very good. The customer service was excellent and the waiting area was clean. I went on a Saturday morning and there was plenty of street parking.

Yelp
Had Cadoro on my list for about a year and finally made it over for a meal. We've been enjoying their bread for years, so I wanted to see if their meals are of the same quality. Took my family of four for brunch on a weekend morning. Pros: ample street parking, friendly staff, the aforementioned bread. Cons: order took a really long time, there's no seating, and the breakfast burrito, sandwiches, and coffee drinks are average (and a bit pricey). Sad to say that Cadoro was a miss for us. We'll keep enjoying their whole loaves, though.

Yelp
This place is really hidden, though it makes sense since it used to be only a bakery, the cafe is going for 3 years and I wish I would've founded sooner! The breakfast burrito with bacon is presented really well. The flavor is amazing! Every single bite was packed with well seasoned ingredients! The chile de árbol salsa that it comes with elevates the burrito! I highly recommend eating it as soon as it's served that way you don't miss out on the crispy potatoes. Definitely a hidden gem! Must try!!

Yelp
Bright yellow decor, kind of nestled in the middle of nowhere, but still easy to spot. Limited seating and parking (no private lot), definitely more of a grab & go place. Aside from hot foods, they have plenty of options that you can take home (pastries, bread loaves, etc). Depending on what you order, you may have a bit of a wait. Many customers came to pick up online orders while we were there - probably the smarter move. Patty melt - As expected (red meat, cheese, bread), this sandwich is pretty heavy. Also took the longest out of our orders, approx. 25 min. I do appreciate that it was made to order though, because I got it piping hot. Avocado toast - Comes with yuzu, microgreens, and radish toppings. Can be slightly messy to eat, but this was pretty good. Iced americano - normal americano. A little bitter. Still pleasant & got the job done. Iced mocha - comes without sweetener. They use dark chocolate in this, so if you like the cacao flavor (not the sweet chocolate), this is all you. Staff were kind and knew their stuff about the menu. Location is kind of random, but they still get a lot of traffic so I guess that's not really my business. Worth making a stop.

Yelp
Hidden little gem bakery. great food, coffee was okay for me. Definitely coming back!

Yelp
Wow experience underrated breakfast burrito coming from a burrito lover this is my favorite stop try it with all the proteins love this place

Gabriel ..

Yelp
Tried a few items off the menu and overall had a great experience. My favorite was the breakfast burrito--I went with the vegetarian option (no protein added) and just added avocado. It was super tasty, and the hot sauce they include really took it to the next level. Second favorite was the smoked salmon toast. It tasted fresh and was full of flavor--really well done. The breakfast sandwich was just okay for me. Nothing bad about it--the ingredients were fresh and high quality--but the combo I picked just felt a bit too simple for my taste. I do appreciate that you can customize it (egg style, cheese, meat, bun), so I might try a different mix next time. The coffee was great too--just a regular black coffee, but it was strong and delicious. One thing to note: I didn't see any sit-down chairs or tables inside or outside the spot. But there's a park right across the street, so if you're looking for a place to enjoy your food, grabbing a bench in the shade is a solid option. Really happy to support a local Inglewood spot. I'll definitely be back to try more from the menu!

Natalie C.

Yelp
First time trying this bakery and was so good! I will definitely be back and recommend this place food was good, Orange juice fresh!! And coffee was delish I finish before taking a picture but I ordered a cortado with House made almond milk sooo good!
google avatar

Yelp
Drive slowly past all the warehouses until you see a small sign in the road and a bright yellow take-out window. Their sliced bread is great, and they offer half loaves in case you want to try something without committing to an entire loaf. The cafe menu has a selection of sandwiches that are definitely not cheap, but if they are all like the Short Rib Panini, they are worth the splurge. The melt-in-your-mouth meat with caramelized onions is fantastic and filling. Good stuff. Come for lunch and get some bread to go.

Yelp
You know when you know. I just love little pop restaurants in hidden industrial locations. Honestly, the thing that made me bookmark and to drive out to try this place was the folded eggs. That saying, you eat with your eyes. That was how I wound up here because some of the other yelper's photos looked amazing. First of all the hype is real. The food is really good. I did the folded egg sandwich with added sausage and let me tell you. It's a definite win. The brioche bread was soft and buttery, the egg was like eating clouds, and the cheese was ooey gooey. It was such a good bite. I ordered the French baguette and that was delicious too if you dip it in some coffee. A must try as well is the sea salt chocolate chip cookie. It's not overly sweet and just right. With the right amount of chew. For the quality and price. I recommend giving this a try if you're in the Inglewood Neighborhood.

Rellie M.

Yelp
This is a bakery which I think caters to other businesses. They serve the general public through a little window. I went there to grab a croissant. The young lady serving at the window was very kind and patiently explained to me about their different items as it was my first time. The croissant was very good, as a croissant should be; flaky, light with a crisp crust. I also had a caramel coffee which was not the best but not the worst neither. However, the items can be a little bit on the pricey side given the fact it's a grab-n-go place. The bread looks great too. Will try them one day when I win the lottery (jokes aside but when my budget allows me to do so). It is situated across a small park with plenty of street parking in a quaint area. There are one or two picnic tables and benches (if you are lucky they are available during lunch time).

Yelp
Everything... just FIRE. from customer service, to the wait time, to the food, to the coffee. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD, 10/10 recommending everyone to come try!

CJ D.

Yelp
I can't believe that I've been a local for the past 3 years and have just discovered Cadoro Bakery. After seeing the holistic ingredients online, I decided to stop by to try out Cadoro's Chocho Protein Smoothie. I was greeted with warm rays of sunshine and a great attitude. The smoothie is very delicious, and exactly what I was needing, providing fuel for the next 4 hours. I do believe Cadoro's Chocho Protein Smoothie is comparable to an Erewhon smoothie. I'm looking forward to stopping by again to try out the breakfast burrito. Cheers!

Yelp
Their bread is outstanding! And, I love their sandwiches. How is it that I've lived here forty years and didn't know about this place? My goddaughter even knows them!
google avatar

Kim K.

Yelp
Stopped to get an horchata hot latte which was soooooo good!!! Love the little wooden happy face stick! Also got the avocado toast which was yummy, Cute lil spot. Friendly service. No where to sit as it's a pick up and go type place. Will have to try their other stuff one day.
google avatar

Melanie L.

Yelp
SUCH A CUTE SPOT!! My hubby and I discovered this place one day when I was craving smoked salmon...but their menu had too many items that I wanted to try so we got it all LOL. This is a long overdue review... The staff is amazing! So attentive and the manager is really sweet. Prices are great especially for the quality and quantity you get! All the items we got were really good too so we'll definitely be back! Food: Folded Egg Sandwich Breakfast Burrito Smoked Salmon Toast Caesar Salad Seasonal Fruit Drinks: Pineapple Agua Fresca - I believe this was seasonal Cold Brew Chai Latte
google avatar

H M.

Yelp
Delicious! I only tried the breakfast sandwich and breakfast burrito. Both were really good, we came back for more two more times. Coffee isn't bad either.
google avatar

Alondra G.

Yelp
They have some of the best bread in town. I love their pretzel silver dollars. 10/10 recommend if you're in the catering business.
google avatar

Liz K.

Yelp
Truly a gem in the neighborhood!!! Their ambience, though a small establishment is well thought out and inviting. Customer service has always been very friendly and efficient. And most importantly their food - their breads and baguettes truly stand out with amazing quality! Their coffees and cold brew are also deliciously crafted. I've only been here twice but I will be back many more times to try more things off the menu! I also love how they use sustainable straws and packing, and received the cutest little drink stopper in my coffee! Their attention to details is wonderful and I so appreciate their existence! HIGHLY recommend!!!

Chris W.

Yelp
This place is a HIDDEN GEM! The staff are beyond friendly, they clearly love their jobs and it shows. The food, OMG. Perfectly seasoned perfectly cooked and seemingly made with love. It's hard to find quality food in Englewood and this place has absolutely nailed it. The bread is amazing! Eggs and bacon perfectly cooked. Potatoes seasoned so well you'll never eat them the same again.

Alice W.

Yelp
Love Cadoro Bakery. The bread and butter is amazing and the menu offers so many tasty options. It's across from a park so you can grab a meal or snack and enjoy being outside. Customer service is fantastic and the whole ambiance and vibe is worthy of a visit.

Louiz I.

Yelp
Service excellent Food delicious Ambiance very pleasant and positive The cashier was extremely nice and professional
google avatar

Paola D.

Yelp
Hidden gem. I love their jambon-buerre! It's a simple sandwich but packed with flavor, the bread is soft yet crunchy. I love how the arugula balances with the salted butter and ham. It's my favorite sandwich!
google avatar

David H.

Yelp
This is definitely a hidden gem in an industrial area of Inglewood. All the menu items and breads look so good for me just the type of food I love. We shared the kale salad, which was so flavorful and the avocado toast which I had before and is great. My son had the chicken Parmesan sandwich was very good. I had the oat milk latte which I enjoyed I normally do not use oatmeal, but the last time it was suggested and, I needed to have it again. Everything is takeout, but there is a nice park right across the street with a few tables.

J R.

Yelp
Good - great VERRRRYYYY SLOOOWW SERVICE a sandwich doesn't take 25 min Pls get more help in the kitchen
google avatar

Yelp
Tucked away near the corner of Rogers park, I would not have known about this place if it weren't for my local friend. They make their own bread and it's delicious so make sure you get something with bread they make in house!

Doug S.

Yelp
Walk up window in a sleepy chill area behind Rogers Park. Most of their business is wholesale bakery. Coffee is good and blueberry muffin with taste of lemon. Pleasant and helpful counter person as well. Electric delivery vehicles which gets extra half star if I could award it. Thanks for taking care of our environment ! Want to come back to try their bread, which looks to be a specialty. Come back after 11 AM after the bread has cooled, and they will run it through the slicer.
google avatar

David F.

Yelp
Ufff the best breakfast burritos I've tried In the Inglewood area or maybe even with 10 miles. Coffee is just decent, service is amazing, bread is good. Overall a 4/5 star food 7/10 and breakfast burrito when done right 9/10!

Jennifer A.

Yelp
I was really excited to try this place because of everyone at work raving about how good and fast they were. It was a 40 min wait. I ended up having to leave instead of waiting for my co-worker because I was running super late to a meeting. People who ordered after us ended up getting their orders first. I ended up with a sandwich instead of a salad. A really expensive sandwich that I can't eat. I will not be going back.
google avatar

Colin S.

Yelp
Super delicious yummy I ordered the breakfast burrito with turkey sausage and all I can say is I had a bad taste in my mouth from the ace car rental at the airport and CADORO made my morning so much better super delicious. I even went back and grabbed the loaf of country sourdough.
google avatar

M. M.

Yelp
Food is top notch, service is awesome. Good quality products local to Inglewood. Delicious breakfast burritos and legit spicy salsa with sausage. Pre order is good as they get pretty busy but deservedly so. Fresh bread option can be ordered or picked up day of. Yummy challah sold ok Fridays only I believe.

S O.

Yelp
Came here because their bread is used on the BLT at Go Get Em Tiger and it's phenomenal. There's a park across the street to enjoy your food and easy parking which is always nice. The breakfast sandwich with folded eggs and sausage was the perfect amount for splitting. We added fontina and arugula as well with aioli on the milk bun. Very tasty. The turmeric latte and chai latte were both good too. Cadoro was busy the whole time we were there. Seems to be a nice oasis in the middle of what appears to be a bit of a food dessert!
google avatar

Ana

Yelp
One of the best egg sandwiches I've ever had. The folded egg sandwich was fluffy and buttery, matched with the homemade bread and fresh arugula, it was a very filling and satisfying breakfast! We also got the chorizo burrito and it was seasoned with so much flavor and the tortilla had a nice crunch to it. I also tried the cookie and it was so delicious and chewy. For its low price point, the food was VERY high quality. This breakfast spot is like a hole in the wall. It can be easy to miss because it's tucked away behind a huge church, but you can't miss their huge black and yellow wall art on the street! We were so surprised to see that it wasn't poppin on a Sunday morning because it's one of the best breakfast spots in LA. We would 100% come back here for breakfast.
google avatar

Bry H.

Yelp
Amazing food, I love their delicious chicken sandwich. I substitute the arugula for lettuce and add bacon, it's so tasty. The service is absolutely top tier, they are always so nice and helpful. They always remember me too, that's how much I love it. The ambiance is quiet and secluded, which I love. I have put so many people onto this place and sandwich, so I had to leave a review to put YOU on too.
google avatar

Brenda M.

Yelp
Super quaint coffee shop /to go brekkie foods window in a very unassuming area of Inglewood. Super quiet street and well designed area to wait for your food and drinks! Coffee was delish (Seattle Coffee Snob here, hehe) also had the Chorizo Burrito which was enormous and perfectly seasoned, salsita on the side was very tasty too! My companion had an egg sandwich on a potato bun; all very flavorful and super fresh ingredients.

Sue E.

Yelp
I buy Cadoro bread from Bristol farms on Rosecrans in el Segundo. I got 'turned' on to your bread at Metro Cafe in El Segundo. Your bread is awesome. I consistently bought your Ciabatta bread at Bristol but it is no longer available. I have inquired about this at Bristol several times but the bread has never shown up. I am so sad as it was my #1 favorite and a staple especially when I had company for dinner. How can I obtain a Ciabatta loaf? 5 stars for the quality of your bread. 2 stars for dissatisfaction with obtaining my favorite bread. Thank you. Sue

Meybel P.

Yelp
This place is fantastic. You can breathe fresh air, and I love the trees. Breakfast was delicious, too. It's something different. I love it.

Christina S.

Yelp
Decided to check out a new spot for a breakfast burrito this morning. This burrito is packed with flavor. A little potato heavy but delicious overall. I got this one with turkey sausage which was yummy would like to try it with bacon or chorizo next time. Wish there was a little more egg and cheese in it as compared to other breakfast burritos. The homemade salsa they paired with it was yummy, smokey flavor with a nice kick. Love my drip coffee especially the cute smiley wooden stopper so it wouldn't spill on my way to work.
google avatar

Karen D.

Yelp
I love cadoro bakery. Every bread, pastry, sandwich or panini I had are absolutely delicious and freshly made. The staff is so kind. I wish I knew it was available for the public not just whole sale a lot sooner! This is a pick up only spot but you'll find plenty of parking available in the area and a park across the street to enjoy a nice picnic.
google avatar

Tracy H.

Yelp
What a gem! Love that it's nestled in a quiet neighborhood of Inglewood. What we ordered was a breakfast sandwich - no meat - and it was incredible! Who would've thought a breakfast sandwich without bacon or sausage can dominate my tastebuds like that haha. The brioche bun it was sandwiched was so soft. Matcha latte was a hit too! As much as I love to keep this place to myself, I know it deserves a good review and to be shared!
google avatar

Eric B.

Yelp
They charge $13 for a loaf of bread. I'm not sure what else there is to say. I want to support the community, and I want to support small business. So I went here to buy a loaf of bread - nothing special, just a loaf of bread - and was charged $13. This floored me. If you want to support small business and the community, the small business has to want to support the community back, right? In what world is charging people $13 for a loaf of bread sustainable or appropriate? They seem nice. People seem to like their prepared foods. The price of other items, like coffee and sandwiches, seems reasonable. But something is very off here with their business model if price gouging on loaves of bread is how they roll.

Sonjia W.

Yelp
Bread was fresh and delicious! I bought the sprouted quinoa and the whole wheat sourdough. I'm so glad I found this gem hiding right in my backyard!
google avatar

Lola F.

Yelp
WOW! The Sammies were spot on and delish! The service was great..The cute lil lady who took our order was so nice and wonderful. She had good suggestions. I ordered a loaf of freshly made sourdough bread and had to wait a Lil longer because it was just about done fresh out of the oven.. since we had a little wait she gave us free coookies..which were amazing. Drffinately coming back here again when I'm in Inglewoood!!
