Cait’s pies and Cait herself are THE BEST!! It’s such a treat to support with a small, locally-owned business and see the care and attention that makes small-batch desserts so delicious. Cait is so easy to order from, she’s organized, offers a variety of pickup locations/times so customers with different schedules and from different neighborhoods are catered to. This is the best Key Lime Pie I’ve found in NYC and when I’m craving one there’s only one option. The crust is so perfect, the filling a great balance of sweet/tart and the generous homemade dollops of whipped cream and lime zest tie it all together. Proud to be a loyal customer and always on the lookout her her collabs with companies/shops across the city - be on the lookout! 🙌

Cait’s Key Lime pie is my all time favorite key lime pie. I’ve ordered it multiple times now, and it has surpassed my expectations each time. I’ve brought it for family gatherings, and the whole family agreed. We’re a tough crowd as well with many of us from the south. We know our key lime pie, and this is it! It takes a little extra effort than just going to a store to buy it, but it’s totally worth it. Do yourself a favor and get some of Cait’s key lime pie! Cait is super accommodating as well. She helped me find a pickup time that worked for me. Can’t say enough good things about her and the business!

My husband and I are from out of town and stopped at a restaurant in New York for dinner. This happened to be the pop up location for the day for Cait's Key Lime and I watched person after person come by and meet Cait and rave about the pies that they were picking up. I had to know what all the hype was about. Cait was the sweetest person and let me know that she did monthly drops and they were all sold out but offered to get me a pie if there were any left at the end of the night. There ended up being one left and let me tell you, I understand the hype. This was the best key lime pie I have ever had. My husband who is not a pie person even loved this! I would try to track down on of Cait's Key Lime pies the next time we come back to NYC because the pie was the best out there and Cait is sweetest person to support. Thank you for making our trip extra special, Cait!

Cait’s key lime pie is delicious! Perfectly dense yet soft crust, sweet key lime filling, and light (not super sweet) cream topping that made for a perfect pie!

The best key lime pie I have ever had. Maybe actually the best pie I have ever had, seriously. I dream about this pie! We got them in mini size for an event and they were a hit! The crust is the perfect texture, and the filling is the perfect balance of sweet and tart. You can tell the ingredients are super fresh and carefully sourced, nothing tastes artificial or overly sweet. Truly a Queen amongst desserts. First time trying Cait's Key Lime Pie that was given to me by a close friend. I couldn't believe how delicious this pie tastes! It really hit the spot! It's lemony sweet, mouthwatering, addictive and packs a punch that's full of flavors too!! I actually saved the lid, this way I can order some in the near future especially during the upcoming holidays. 😁🤦‍♂️💚

This pie absolutely SLAPS, I ordered my first one in September for my birthday and it vanished within ten minutes!! My friends kept saying “omfg pie never tastes as good as it looks but this is amazing”🤩 I don’t even have a reason to order another one for October, but I did anyway because I wanna eat more of this pie since I didn’t have any leftovers😂❣️
