Canton Blue transforms Cantonese dim sum into a high-end, Michelin-star experience, but its steep price likely explains why we were the only ones in the entire restaurant. The exclusivity created an intimate, almost private-dining vibe, enhanced by the stunning decor—ornate, elegant, and perfect for photos. Every corner feels like a visual masterpiece.
Service was outstanding. Veronica, an Italian server who presented the menu in Cantonese, and Sinja were warm, attentive, and professional, making the meal feel truly special in the empty dining room. Their personalized care was a highlight.
The food, while beautifully presented, comes in small, Michelin-style portions—think delicate dumplings and vibrant, artistic dishes. Flavors are decent but don’t always match the visual flair, and ultimately, it’s still Cantonese dim sum, just at a premium cost. The high price point clearly limits its crowd.
Canton Blue is a splurge for special occasions, not your typical dim sum spot. The empty restaurant, likely due to the cost, made it unique but highlights its niche appeal.
