"Want an iconic view of the Mercedes-Benz Stadium? Newly opened restaurant Capolinea at Signia by Hilton has some outdoor seating with sweeping views of central Downtown. The food is matched by the atmosphere as a whole: the attentive service, the close-up view of the stadium and the West End, and the martini cart are all more than enough to impress diners and aesthetes alike. Menu standouts include steaks and handmade pastas, such as the duck ravioli with foie gras, fresno chili, and kumquat gremolata, a play on duck a la orange. Reservations required. Closed Sundays and Mondays. Valet parking only." - Henna Bakshi
"Between the Georgia World Congress Center and Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the Signia hotel looks like one of those giant Vegas properties where you have to walk a 5K just to get to your room. Thankfully, you only have to take a few steps and a trip up to the fourth floor to get to Capolinea. And that’s great news because the red sauce restaurant serves fantastic tableside martinis that you’ll want to come back for every opportunity you can. When combined with a chill scene and solid dishes like a spaghetti pomodoro and tender short rib, we’re tempted to inquire about hotel residency." - demarco williams, juli horsford, nina reeder
"Adjacent to the Mercedes-Benz stadium, the new Signia by Hilton boasts five restaurants and bars, but Capolinea, the Italian signature, is the one not to be missed. "Capolinea in Downtown Atlanta at the Signia by Hilton hotel has sweeping views of the Mercedes-Benz stadium and has quickly become a favorite for its pasta. Chef de cuisine Christopher Li is making a variety of seasonal antipasti, pizza, and pasta dishes. Try the simple but hearty Spaghetti Al Pomodoro in which the sugo di pomodoro (tomato sauce) is cooked for eight hours and topped with basil and 30-month-aged Parmesan. Be sure to check out the wine list here. Reservations encouraged." - Eater Staff
