This place has it all! It’s so fun to shop here for fun, fresh things. They have everything from deli and seafood to coffee and chocolate. (Emphasis on the chocolate - if you’re a chocolate lover, you have to stop by here!) Don’t forget to get a sandwich here too, they’re so fresh and have tons of flavor. Such a fun vibe, and makes you excited to come back soon.

Google
The roast beef sandwich is amazing! My only regret was that I did not order a whole, but only half. The best part of the flavor profile was the horseradish mustard, even though I'm generally not a mustard fan. My partner got the "Old School," which he also enjoyed. Please check out the market! There's a very large and unique collection of chocolates. While their menu no longer serves tiramisu, you can purchase the Caputo's frozen options in the fridge on the market side by the cheese cave! The tiramisu is really good, which contains ~4-5 servings. Will certainly be coming back here.

The workers are super nice. The meatball sub was good. Watch out for squirrels. They will steal your sandwich. Did not smell like sewage. The Chuck E Cheese token to get into the bathroom was a nice touch.

Spent a week in Salt Lake for work and found this place near my Hotel. I am a sucker for a good deli and this place DELIVERED! I told my boss that when he sees my expense report with Caputo’s 3 days in a row to mind his business. Hot Ruben for the win. I had also been looking to try some tinned fish but had always been hesitant without any good guidance. I asked for some help and once again they delivered. I wish I could remember his name but was very knowledgeable and helped me put together a sampler. Will be returning every time I’m in SLC. Excellent experience!

Google
This place helped me discover the beauty of chocolate! This shop is not only a great italian sub shop but a chocolate lover’s dream. I could spend hours in that store and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly telling me about all the different types of chocolate. I lived this place so much I ended up buying the rowan jacobson book about wild cocoa. I just finished reading it and it was such a good book that made me appreciate this store even more. I can’t wait to go back and order some more chocolate with the knowledge of the book now. But I am in full support of this shop and their passion to perserve the finer tastes in life. 4.9/5 because of the impact its had on my life and passions

Google
Ordered online and everything was perfect, they labeled things like I asked them to and they had my order ready early. The sandwiches were nice and fresh and the caprese salad is so good. Wish I would have had more time to look around the store, so I will definitely go back to do that!

Google
This was our first stop when we visited Utah and was recommended by the girl who checked us in to our hotel. Delicious! What a cool little Italian market. We ahared two sandwiches The old school and the Caputo and both were wonderful. The old school had a lot more meat so if you want a meatier sandwich this is a good pick but I preferred the caputo which had less meat and a delicious oil vinegaratte on it. I bought some amazing chocolates and caramels too. I came back later on our trip and bought some farro and asparagus and artichoke salad with feta that was awesome, I even bought all the stuff to make it at home because they provided a recipe card there so you could which I thought was really cool. This was definitely one of my favorite places we ate at on our visit to Salt Lake City. We ate at a lot of great places!

Google
Hands down, a top 5 Italian Deli and Market! Outstanding sandwiches and really unique imported market items.

Yelp
1st time here and I really enjoyed it. I ordered The Caputo sandwich (whole size) and it turned into 2 meals for me. They give you one pepperoncini and one olive with it. I wish they gave you more than just one of each. Service was good. I didn't have to wait long to order. The more surprising thing was how fast the food was ready. I barely got my soda and my order was ready. So fast! They have indoor and outdoor seating. They have a soda fountain plus canned and bottled drinks as options. The market is cute and has quite a variety of imported options. I wish I could have tried their fresh made pasta.

Yelp
I have a hard time giving this place a 4 star because the Market is amazing and I believe if I had ordered something else I would have been real improved but I got the Fior Di Latte and it had these huge bit-unripe tomatoes on it and it just didn't make for a great sandwich but looking at all the other sandwiches I should have ordered the meatball sub. But I definitely will be back to try their other sandwiches especially since their market is incredible and has a huge selection of deluxe chocolate from all over the world. I don't think I've ever seen a selection like this. They even had chocolate from my old stomping grounds of Tucson AZ (Monsoon Chocolate which is top notch and had a fun chocolate tour experience as well).

Yelp
Really enjoy this signature spot in Salt Lake. I'm consistently impressed by the level of service you get and the expertise of the employees, especially regarding the special regional chocolates from all around the world in the grocery section of the store. It's got a great, eclectic vibe and the options for lunch are quite diverse and satisfying. Would recommend asking questions while there to get what's going to hit the spot for you. My chocolate recommendations here are any of the Tranquilidad, Bolivian or Ghana chocolates.
google avatar

Toni E.

Yelp
Didn't get a chance to try the deli because the smoked lentil soup was sold out by noon...which tells me they must be spectacular. However, I thoroughly enjoyed the chocolate tasting experience! Especially, the bourbon pecan caramel and hazelnut chocolate!

Yelp
I've heard about Caputo for years, but today was my first visit. Wow, have I been missing out . The food was amazing. I love how fresh and authentic everything is. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and talk to me about the source origins of the food. I'd really like that sort of thing. Heading for a visit. Will take you back to a small market somewhere in Western Europe.

Yelp
Came to Caputos to grab some lunch. I like that you can do half sized sandwiches instead of the full. I tried the meatball and the pastrami. The meatball was great, really delivered here. The pastrami was a bit too fat and chewy for me so it was a bit of a miss for me but despite that, price, staff, options and the meatball sandwich still have this is a place I would go back to and next time I would try something else. There is also a big market connected to it for other italian stuff.

Yelp
When I'm feeling bougie, I head to Caputo's market to check out all the artisanal goods. I browse the shelves and admire all the fancy-schmancy ingredients, imagining myself in a high-rise apartment downtown, whipping up an elaborate gourmet meal for a dinner party...then I remember that I absolutely hate to cook and have no idea what most of this stuff is. But, boy, does it look nice! Market aside, I DO know what chocolate is and appreciate the beautiful and tasty little edible works of art behind the glass case. Splurge occasionally and treat yourself-you won't be disappointed. Those who know me know that I detest cheese, but if I was a normal person, I'd be head-over-heels excited about the cheese cave here. It looks ravishing (can cheese look ravishing) and just begs for a turophile to come appreciate it. The deli side offers a variety of top-shelf sammies. The meat is sliced thick and the meatball sandwich is a beast-in a good way. Just be prepared for a bit of a mess (this isn't a first date meal).

Yelp
Caputo's has everything you could possibly want for the charcuterie board of your dreams. Cured meats, cheeses, unique mustards and other spreads, tinned fish, and chocolates. I also love the wall of bitters and aperitifs. Not to mention the deli - the old school was amazing. Can't wait to try other sandwiches and selections

Yelp
I met a friend for lunch here on a Sunday afternoon, I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to find parking here. The menu is small and simple, but as someone who tends to be sort of picky I would have appreciated more options. I settled on The Caputo, which I removed the tomatos and balsamic from. The sandwich was huge! It was delicious and fresh, I ate half in store and asked them to wrap up my other half. I ate it for lunch the next day and it was still great! The store had so many fun and unique options around their store as well as a large selection of deli meat and cheeses you could have sliced. They also had a HUGE selection of all sorts of chocolates, but some of them are definitely a bit pricey! There was so many unique flavors and brands though. I picked up a bunch of stuff to put away as Christmas presents for friends and family. The biggest thing that will definitely bring me back was the heavy and welcoming LGBTQ+ presence I noticed in the store. Most of the employees had buttons and pins of pronouns, pride flags, ect. As part of the community, this is always a pleasant surprise. Especially in Utah, it's great to feel safe in a public space.

Yelp
Caputo's Market & Deli is such a fun place to walk around. There are so many fun finds. The market is stocked with Italian/European delicacies. If you've ever been to Italy you'll see plenty of familiar favorites. There are even a couple of cheese caves to see! You can order fresh cuts from the deli and even fresh seafood from an iced section. And then there's a deli where you can order sandwiches and prepared salads. A charcuterie lovers one-stop-shop! We ordered the greek salad and the Caputo's sub. As far as the sandwich goes, I wasn't really WOW'd. It tasted like a mediocre Italian sub. The bread was my least favorite part and the sandwich seemed to be missing something. But we had to try the namesake! The overall European vibe/experience is what makes Caputo's worth visiting.

Yelp
Old world Italian deli with a short menu of delicious sandwiches, pasta salads and desserts. We had the hot pastrami and hot meatball sandwiches. Packed with flavor with quality ingredients. Pesto pasta salad was a little undercooked for my liking. Greek pasta salad had a good combo of ingredients. Both salads could have used a little more flavor. This extremely popular deli is attached to a store that carries a wide variety of the finest chocolates, ingredients, salamis, cheese, deli meats, etc. from all over the world. The store is not cheap but if you are willing to pay for good quality, hard to find items, then I highly recommend this place. The deli is very reasonably priced for their sandwiches and pasta salads which makes it a very popular deli.

Yelp
Here's a quick love letter to Caputo's in Salt Lake City. For starters, you should know by now if there's an Italian market I will find it. I'm like Sherlock Holmes when it comes to uncovering all the hidden Italian delis and markets. Having said that, this place is far from hidden. It's HUGE. It's been an SLC mainstay for 25 years. It's beautifully laid out possessing everything your big Italian heart desires. From pastas and pickled condiments to a deli counter and pasta salads to an INSANE selection of cocktail bitters and a CHEESE CAVE, (yes I said CHEESE CAVE), what doesn't Caputo's do? This is heaven. At least my version of heaven. I was in Salt Lake City for 48 hours. I bought sandwiches here for my team on Saturday. I loved it so much I went back less than 24 hours later before my flight. Yes, I actually had my luggage in tow. "OLD SCHOOL" // Sausage, Genoa salami, capocollo, Cacio De Roma cheese, roasted red pepper spread, lettuce, tomato, olive oil & balsamic. This was behemoth. The roasted red pepper spread was a nice touch and something not often utilized on Italian sandwiches. My only qualm was the size of the tomato, it was too big compared to the other ingredients. Far from a gripe, the sandwiches are excellent and worth driving out of the way for. If I lived here, I'd be here twice a week easy. What an outstanding emporium of all things regional Italian. Salute!

Yelp
For starters, I didn't care much for the bread that they used in the sandwiches Meatball sub - was the best of the 3 sandwiches we ordered The old school - I expected more from the roasted red pepper spread. I probably wouldn't order it again Hot pastrami - made like a taco; all vegetables on the left and meat on the right (not even much meat at that) Pasta salad - tasted stale
google avatar

Trae G.

Yelp
Cool atmosphere, fast friendly service. I had the hot pastrami sandwich. Meh very fatty and chewy in places. I know to expect some but not every other bite. Not worth the price IMO. $22 for a sandwich drink and cookie no thank you.

Yelp
Caputo's reigns as a holy grail in SLC. You'll find treasures here that aren't to be found elsewhere, elevating your pantry to the next level. It's tucked in a quaint pocket in the city and almost feels like you're in a different world when you step inside. I could rave all day about their sandwiches, too.
google avatar

Derek I.

Yelp
The Hot Pastrami sandwich was good and the other half of the store had beers and other drinks available for purchase. They were quick to make my order. Service is mostly non-existent since you have to pick up your order and throw away your trash afterwards, even though they prompt you for a tip when ordering. I later realized that the price of my sandwich was actually a little cheaper on DoorDash and I probably wouldn't have tipped if I ordered on DoorDash.
google avatar

Vivi S.

Yelp
Order a sandwich was so good. Parking was kinda hard but other than that the experience was so good. I order the hot pastrami and a cookie. I will be talking about this cookie until the end of my life. I would probably order a different sandwich I think it is more from my opinion of view, but all The other sandwich looked amazing
google avatar

Leslie O.

Yelp
You'd almost think you were in New York... High end Mediterranean deli with cheeses, olives, and other treats not found in "run-of-the-mill" Salt Lake. Go there a little early for lunch and you won't be disappointed. The sandwiches are on fresh bread from their next door bakery. Peruse the deli, and the little market, and don't forget to check out the seafood at the west end of the sandwich counter. YUM all the way around!

Yelp
I can't believe I haven't been here before. I wasn't expecting the sheer expanse of this place and all it had to offer. It took me a few minutes to take it all in. They offer so much! I was expecting a deli restaurant but it's so much more! If you're ordering to eat there you stand in a line and place your order. I was expecting that you could chose from an array of meats or cheeses but that's not the case. But there is another section of the store where you can purchase deli meats, etc. But in this case you order from the selections on the given menu. I got the pesto pasta which was perfect. My bf got the salmon greens. He said it was ok. He also ordered the turkey noodle soup but they gave him another kind. When he asked they told him they still had it listed in the menu but didn't really have it anymore . A little weird but that's ok. This is a chocolate lovers dream. The sheer amount of bars/types they offer is incredible! In addition to the expansive deli there's also a fresh seafood section. And they also offer so much more in their store as far as dried pastas, sauces, etc. looking forward to going back to shop!

Yelp
All good things! The market is beautiful and carefully selected. The food is carefully crafted, and the staff is friendly. Came on a whim from flight cancellations and needed a break from the airport. So worth the stop!
google avatar

Denise S.

Yelp
The Fior di Latte is a fabulous sandwich! Thoroughly enjoyed shopping there after lunch. We enjoyed tasting olive oils and found a few to take home! They have cheese caves! The chocolates are amazing. I have never experienced such a fun place to shop for food! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Will not miss this stop on any trip to Salt Lake!

Yelp
Caputo's is great for a lot of reasons. They've been around a long time yet seem freshly committed to occupying a great space in the communities psyche. The pastrami sandwich here is the best I've ever had. Nothing crazy going on in that sandwich it just is exactly what your brain expects. Total wish fulfillment occurs when biting into this hunk of burning love. Also, it is abundantly clear that these people love food. Their specialty grocery section is saturated in great tempting and mouth watering ideas. I dare thought to leave here with a meal plan you aren't excited about. If you have to cook for a date, shop here. The staff which is eager to share their encyclopedic knowledge on everything from pasta to chocolate will hook you up. By the time dinner is finished you've got a sure thing on your hands. Also, great if you want to throw a gift basket together, the items here are so rare and special, including the handmade artisan chocolates, that people will feel and appreciate the individual attention and quality. I always enjoy the thrill of watching someone pile through a gift they've helped me put together. Recently, a staff member talked me into buying a a $17 chocolate bar. Seriously, there was no buyer's remorse upon consumption. Long established and somehow still engaged. I love it!

Yelp
Flavors - 2.5/5 Textures - 2/5 Presentation - 3/5 Value for Money - 3/5 Would return? No Despite the rave reviews, my experience at this Italian deli left me with mixed feelings. Opting for the highly recommended Caputo signature sandwich, I found the filling to be generously portioned with a diverse mix of deli meats and cheeses. The balsamic glaze added a cool touch, but the sandwich suffered from an imbalance--far too much filling for the bread. While the bread was undeniably fresh, its texture leaned towards a somewhat stale quality. The promise of house-made cheeses, touted in their reviews, didn't shine through in the sandwich's overall flavor. To add to the disappointment, the Greek salad, a side I tried, seemed as if it had been made the day before--wilted and soggy. This detail further highlighted a lack of attention to freshness and detail in the overall culinary experience. In the end, it was an okay experience, but the disparity between the hype and the reality left me feeling underwhelmed.

Yelp
This is a very fun spot with a lot of Italian products to shop and explore and then there's a deli to order food. I had the fior di latte sandwich with mozzarella, basil, tomato and balsamic. It was really delicious and fresh but the show stopper was the chocolate chip cookie with sea salt. Please bury me with this cookie, it's amazing.

Diane S.

Yelp
I'm very happy I found this market. I found the location while walking my puppy. I was new to SLC. All the employees are helpful and the selection of merchandise is epic.
google avatar

Shawn P.

Yelp
I was in SLC for a conference this past week and was quite surprised to the fact that the food scene needs major work. All of the rideshare drivers I spoke with agreed with these sentiments. Fast forward to National Sandwich Day and I figured that I give Caputo's a try, considering the reviews and the proximity to where I was staying at. I took the attached picture, you know, for the 'gram and upon taking the first bite, I was immediately disappointed. The chef clearly ladelled the mustard sauce onto the sandwich (if you look at the other pictures of the same sandwich, most of them do not have the same amount that I did. Simply put, I could not finish the meat and just picked at the non mustard parts of the bread! I did not want to make a fuss, for fear that my food would be spat on, but wow. For those that actually live there, there has to be better sandwich options!
google avatar

Kinsey M.

Yelp
Great market and sandwich spot in downtown SLC (the other location is smaller but great as well). Perfect spot to grab a delicious deli sandwich that is made to order. The full size ones are HUGE! I will say that the meatball is the best- tomato mozzarella can be "meh". Tuna is also good! This is also a go to spot for gifts - from gourmet chocolates, to lovely pastas, cocktail ingredients (yummy cocktail cherries), and also a great place I stop to pick up fish for poke bowls at home. Great spot!
google avatar

Katie N.

Yelp
This restaurant is more of a market style with sandwhiches made from the freshest of ingredients, chocolates made locally, fresh fish, a "cheese cave" with aging cheese, and more. I love this market because you feel like you are walking right onto the streets of a European foodie country. I love it! You must try the sandwhiches here and your really can't go wrong with any of them. The load the deli meat on so it isn't some shabby sandwhich - you will leave full! We tried the Caputo and the Old School sandwiches. Loved both but I really like the red pepper sauce on the old school. Gives it a little something extra! You also can't leave without getting one of their chocolate chip cookies with a little salt on top. Trust me, you'll be back for more! Fun to just want around this market and see what other fun things they have. Like an indoor farmers market, my heaven!
google avatar

Yelp
The best place for fresh sashimi (the only raw fish I trust in Utah), artisan chocolate, salami and cheese! Sashimi: Their scallops and salmon are my favourite! Make sure to come whenever they get new fish in, as that guarantees freshness. Artisan Chocolate: They have the biggest variety! I love looking at all the chocolates and seeing where they're from. There's also a little sample plate where you can usually try some! Charcuterie: I tried their Salumeria Biellese Finocchiono and their Mastro Calabrese salami for charcuterie and fell in love with their Mastro Calabrese. The Salumeria had more Italian seasoning flavour to it, and the Mastro Calabrese was a little more spicy which I liked.

Atheena K.

Yelp
So disappointed! I saw someone's photo of their tuna sandwich and it was large and looked good. This was flavorless, dry, and cold. Not only that I asked for gluten free bread and a full sandwich, but I guess because the gluten free bread prices are so small my sandwich was this size. I think it would have been fair to ring this up as a half sandwich, but no I paid for a full sandwich for this tiny little thing and it wasn't even good bland cold and dry. Only good thing I can say is at least they have gluten free bread and the bread was good but I didn't eat more than a few bites because I was so disappointed after reading all of the positive reviews about the tuna and it ending up being so bad. Maybe if you order any sandwich with gluten free bread just order as a half sandwich because it seems it's the same amount of food for half the price when u get the gluten free bread
google avatar

Yelp
This place is a blast! They have a little market with some pretty cool chocolates, dips, cheeses, meats you name it I bought some white truffle butter and some fancy chocolate both very yummy! So you can walk around see what goodies they have. Me and my friend got two whole sandwiches and split em I got the Caputo which was Prosciutto, mortadella, salami, provolone, lettuce, tomato, olive oil & balsamic and was very delicious my friend had the FIOR DI LATTE which was fresh mozzarella, tomato, lettuce, fresh basil, olive oil & balsamic a very fresh sandwich the mozzarella was probably the most fresh I've ever had! And the black truffle chips were the best chips I've ever had had I bought two more bags on the way out for a later snack but over all dope place! Staff was friendly as well!

Lisa G.

Yelp
I li w this market. We were traveling from out of town. I wish this market was in my home town. AMA Inc selection of everything. Quality Italian staples. Great pasta selection.
google avatar

Victoria T.

Yelp
We got the meatball sub, the reds sandwich, and a side order of the pesto pasta salad. The meatball sub was fine. The red pepper sandwich fell apart after one bite, the bottom slice of the focaccia disintegrated from the balsamic vinegar. The flavor of the reds sandwich was fine, but on the dry side even with so much vinegar dressing. The proportions seemed a bit off with so much arugula and red peppers, but so little bread, but it was also hard to tell since the whole sandwich fell apart. There were only a few noodles in our side of the pesto pasta salad, it seems overpriced for the amount that you get. Overall it was fine yet disappointing and didn't live up to the other reviews. The staff was friendly, the interior of the building was clean and nice. Most likely won't visit again.

Yelp
What an absolutely fantastic place. The sandwich was so good and reasonably priced. The meats all fresh and full of flavor, the bread good and the olive oil tasted like it just came out off the tree. Service was friendly and despite it very busy on a weekend, food came out relatively quickly. The attached market is incredibly expensive but has some very unique items, including chocolates from around the world. Had this while visiting SLC and dream of coming back to have a sandwich again. It was that good.

Yelp
Excellent Online Retailer for Tinned Seafood My first order from Caputo's exceeded my expectations with their superb selection, careful and accurate packaging, prompt shipping, and courteous and helpful communications and tracking. Also, none of the cans were close to their expirations dates, which can be a problem with some careless or unscrupulous online vendors. To improve my health, I recently joined the "conservas" fad of high-quality, tinned seafood chiefly from the Iberian peninsula but also other European sources that have long histories of sustainable fishing and traditional preservation methods. I am trying to develop a taste for oily fish like sardines, mackerel, and anchovies, and Caputo's had a good selection of the best rated brands. In addition, they have an array of sauces, condiments, cheeses, and other accompaniments. I started with the Espinaler sauces and look forward to trying other products. Though grocery stores these days carry much better selections of conservas than they used to, it is still hard to find locally some of the brands and/or products that "a-fish-anados" rave about. I am grateful that Caputo's had most of what I was seeking for reasonable prices and free shipping above a minimum order. They have earned a customer for years to come!

Yelp
First time I went here, we turned around and left because they had no bread left and they don't tell you until you wait in line and order your sandwich came back a second time to try it out and order the most popular item the pastrami sandwich which I loved pastrami sandwichs , but this has got to be the worst pastrami sandwich I have ever had the Italian dressing they put all over the pastrami killed it. It was bitter the micro greens they had with it, made it even more bitter there's no cheese no mustard I wouldn't even call it a pastrami sandwich it's ridiculously horrible. not to mention the entire restaurant smell fishy cause it's shared with a seafood market so if you don't like smelling raw fishy fish while eating don't eat here

Nancy B.

Yelp
I ordered a special item (butter from France) and they were very careful of my order. It arrived in good condition and fresh

Yelp
Meatball sandwich was really good. Lots of meatballs and sauce. Had to eat it with a fork. Service was fast and the dining area was open and spacious. I will be back to try other sandwiches and their cheesecake.

Yelp
Hot damn this is my jam! I thought the location on 15th and 15th was the shhhh**. No way this place is on steroids! I love it, love it!! We just happened to be in the area to stop by for lunch and man where we surprised on cool this location is. There is sensory overload going on but in good way!! Before we dipped into the cheese section, we had lunch first. I did their Meatball with a side of giardiniera and included in that meatball was some marinara sauce, parmesan & provolone cheeses. Sooooo good and put me in feeling of euphoria! Then we dipped into the cheese and meats area to make a charcuterie at home. We also bought some jellies as well and can't wait to dig in a few minutes! I love this place and wish it was around in Chicago!

Yelp
This is a cool spot!! We picked up Italian groceries while there. Extremely limited outside seating, but we snagged a table. Inside gives off a cafeteria vibe. The chip bags were a hassle to open, but were yummy. I'd go back. No service, you ordered and grabbed your food. The grocery side staff were helpful though.

Yelp
I must live in a cave. Countless trips to SLC and I never knew about Caputo's Market and Deli. That will change as of today, A MUST TRY! We were headed home and decided to stop for a sandwich for the flight home. This place is a foodie's haven and the sandwiches are fabulous in a warehouse type vibe. I'm sure they are popping during the weekday's downtown crowd. We ordered the warm pastrami and the Caputo sandwich. Both sandwiches were served on a perfect Italian roll. The Caputo had prosciutto, mortadella, salami, provolone, lettuce, tomatoes and a olive oil / balsalmic dressing. It was the perfect combination and not over-sauced. The warm pastrami was the best pastrami sandwich I've ever had. The pastrami was grilled after being sliced for a slight crunch that was a nice surprise. The sandwich contained pastrami, cheese, mustard and a bit of arugula. Hands down, this was a grande slam sandwich. The staff was friendly and not afraid of what they have, confident but free and to be honest. I had inquired about a Ruben and the male cashier told me Feldman's had a great Ruben and matzo ball soup. He had suggested the Caputo sandwich, an excellent choice. Caputo's is a new addition to my SLC food list. They have an amazing foodie specialty foods and killer sandwiches. Really great food and value!

Yelp
Everything about this place is goodHad the Pastrami sandwich heavenly. Had to finish up with some local connoisseur chocolate that was local and so goodI didn't know chocolate could be so flavorful. If you are in Salt Lake stop by and try it you won't be disappointed. Service was really good and laid back like any deli.

Yelp
cool little Italian market. Some of the best sandwiches you can lay your hands on. Tons of different chocolate bars from all over the world. Employees seem happy to be here. Was pleased with this market!

Yelp
I've been here a few times and this time I thought I'd leave a review. By the time I thought of it I already ate my sandwich (The Caputo). Doh! Next time I'll post photos of my food. Very bit of food I've ever ordered here (sandwiches, pasta salad, cookies, etc.) everything is of the highest quality and looks/tastes super fresh. And for all of you designers out there, you'll geek out on the look of all the signage and packaging they have in this establishment. By far the best design experience I've ever experienced at a restaurant! Anyway, I can't say enough great things about this place! What are you waiting for? Go check it out!

Yelp
This little place was awesome! Came after for a quick dinner and walked around the little market. Market had a lot of international goods and the cheese section was my absolute fave. The worker there was friendly and even offered us cheese samples! def will be coming back for their pastrami sandwich and buying some cheese for my charcuterie board

Yelp
sandwiches were yummy but $28 for TWO SANDWICHES is CRAAZY. I know this place serves quality italian food but even the aincent roman empire would not support these prices. but yummy food!

Yelp
Folks were kind and welcoming. Fresh meat and cheese certainly makes the sandwich! I had the Muffuletta which fell apart on my plate and was difficult to eat but tasty nonetheless. The olive salad was crunchy and loved the texture of the fresh ingredients. My husband had a more obediently together tuna, which was also wonderful! Glad we stopped by!

Yelp
Wow, I found this spot only a 5 min walk from my hotel and have already been twice. Great sandwiches and lots of other fine foods as well. Trying a soup and sando today and both are very good indeed. Recommend a visit.

Yelp
YESSS! I was looking for a breakfast sammie this morning, but I also wanted something a little different than the typical. This was perfect! I ordered a Smoked Gouda and Egg breakfast sandwich. The house roast beef was tasty and a nice change from bacon! (Don't get me wrong, I LOVE bacon!) And it paired well with that smoky gouda. I think the only thing I would change is the garlic aioli. It is really tasty, but I think I would have preferred their roasted red pepper spread on this sandwich instead. Excited to see the breakfast sandwiches on the delivery menu! I was SO HAPPY to receive the Caprese salad with the basil and balsamic! I could eat just this on some greens and be happy! I love simple things that are made well. Caputo's totally redeemed themselves for me with this order!
