Absolutely delicious, great vegan options as well. Had the Veggie Burger(no Mayo) with Sweet Potato fries, the fries were crispy but perfectly fried. The burger was savory, fresh, and nutritious! The vegan banana bread was so good and not too sweet either, you almost can’t put it down!

If you like consistency- go somewhere else. It seems like shakes are made following what ever the person making the shake feels is adequate. My most favorite shake is also the one dislike the most cause it all depends on who makes it. Help! 3 stars for service because customer service is top. However the service of making the shake is 0 stars. So disappointed especially when I have a limited time for lunch.

While getting our hair done, we got hungry. We couldn't leave the salon so our stylist recommended getting a delivery by Carrot Express and that their food is really good and healthy. We ordered a Tuna Melt with Yucca Chips and also a Salmon Burger bowl. Both were delicious. Delivery was quick and our energy level was restored.

Must try this place when in Miami. 10 🌟 Freshly squeezed orange & carrot juice with liv wrap and carrot and sweet potato soup. The cilantro lime sauce on the Liv wrap makes a match made in heaven.... My soul is thankful for this delicious meal.

I ordered a carry out salmon and tuna bowl and when I got home to eat it I began mixing it up even took a couple of bites only to find a large bug in my bowl. I know it was in there from the restaurant because these take outs are sealed with a lid. I tried to call the restaurant multiple times to request a refund for this horrible experience and the phone is not connected or something because I just get an automated message saying sorry your call cannot be completed at this time, no matters what number I press. I’m furious and will never eat at this location again. I guess check your food before you eat, might contain large bugs.

I can’t speak to their food or service in person, but i would strongly suggest never ordering from them via uber eats… i ordered a chicken ceasar salad and added chicken breast for $25. What you get is a handful of romaine, 4 croutons, and a dusting of preshredded parmesan. Idk if this is what they do for uber customers only, but its disrespectful and a rip off for how much you pay (uber fees aside).

The food was great, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. The young guy who took my order was super nice and friendly. I ordered a chicken salad in a wrap, but it came in a ciabatta. No big deal, I just asked the waitress for the chicken salad to be put in a wrap instead. The waitress apologized, but when she came back to my table with another staff member they insisted that wasn't an option, despite the menu stating otherwise. To avoid a scene, I ended up taking the sandwich apart and eating it with my salad. For a $26 lunch (thank god I had a coupon lol) that consisted of a smoothie, half salad, and what should have been a half wrap, this was frustrating and unnecessary, especially since my request was reasonable and in line with the menu.

I was really excited to try this place for a while however my experience was not good.... I wanted to try the tuna wrap i was handed a menu by a young gentleman took 5 min in that time i told him i wanted a wrap .... He said no wraps...... suggested ciabatta.. i declined... i ordered an ceasar salad and my hubby ordered a wrap after he told me no wrap.....idk if there was a language barrier. Then are oder took forever bc there were three females on the line gossiping without changing their gloves in between touching dirty rags chairs and surfaces. The one makimg my order had the audacity while i was watching her to sit at the counter with her gloves as she finished with our order. Very dissapointed and please if you read this review please be aware how they handle ur food.

Updating my review for the Coral Gables location: I placed an order yesterday at the Coral Gables store. I was charged and the order never arrived! The order was for delivery but it was clear that the store's fault and not a delivery issue because I never even received a link that I driver was on the way like I usually do. To add insult to injury: no one picked up the number provided! I even called another location and they could not reach them either. So at 9 pm they closed and we didn't have an order. I waited until today to call again and again nothing! No way to reach them, disorganized and bad attitude from the staff. Avoid this location at all costs.

Very nice ambience. Carrot express has the nicest aesthetic. I came with a friend to have lunch after a workout. They have a wide food selection. Both healthy and savory. We started with some tasty immunity shots. Then, we shared the avocado toast, the açaí bowl and we had the strawberry passion smoothie all amazing. They also have the nicest and helpful workers. My favorite post workout spot.

There are so many Carrot Express restaurants, I finally got around to trying. I went for breakfast and got a side of sweet potato fries that came with a side of spicy mayo ( SOOOO GOOD!). I was not too hungry, so I got a Strawberry Passion smoothie with added protein powder. The service was awesome, the server let me now if what I wanted was gluten free or not and the ambiance is great- the Gables must be one of their newer locations. Would definitely recommend- the prices are worth it.

The good food here tastes good, however I am skeptical about coming back because of their cleanliness. While eating we were able to watch the workers making the food and prepping everything. We watched a worker grab a box and pull out a bunch of kale. They then began ripping the leaves off and putting it into a machine to chop it, but she did not wash the kale before hand. I also noticed another worker using a rag/towel to clean the inside of the oven and then immediately put food inside the oven without any sort of tray or paper to prevent direct contact to the oven. I'm not sure if the rag had some sort of food safe cleaner on it, but it was definitely something that made me worry about the cleanliness of my food.

Please do not order anything from this restaurant through Uber Eats. Carrot Express offers BOGO promos, like buy one wrap and get the second free and then they charge you the 2 wraps. I place a complaint on Uber and they could not resolved the problem because they ask me for a screen shot of the promo.

Carrot Express has become my new favorite place to grab lunch. I love that they offer so many options to pick from all keeping healthy in mind. My go-to orders include: Avocado Toast with the Chicken Salad and Sweet Potato Fries OR Baked Sweet Potato topped with Chicken Salad. Make sure to ask for the green cilantro sauce it really hits the spot. The only two downfalls for this place is the parking situation and they can be quite pricey. However, the food is delicious.

Worst place and service!!!! If I can give zero stars I'll do it. I asked for the gluten-free wrap. I asked many times gluten free everything. As soon as I started eating it I noticed the gluten. They told me the dressing had it.... What part of gluten free everything don't you understand? There are some people with allergies and intolerances. If you offer something, make sure you do it right.

This place was great, in a really nice elite neighbor. The inside was very modern contemporary style. The pick up process was super easy, we ordered online and it was there waiting when we arrived. They did make the smoothie when I arrived, which was nice because the smoothie wasn't melted. Parking is super tight, in my opinion it would be best to ride your bike or walk here. Giving it four stars because the mahi mahi wrap could've used more flavor, the sauces did add a little flavor. The Thai noodle salad was nice and fresh, just in cost versus flavor Im giving it a four star.

Every time I've gone to carrot express I've always gotten the poke bowl. It's one of my favorite poke bowls in Miami. I always get it with half arugula and half quinoa and extra garlic sauce. Do not miss out on the garlic sauce it's what brings all of it together. The carrot cake from them is also delicious. Definitely come here when you're in a hurry and want something fast.

Nourishing Miami's inner health but since 1993, this local franchise has kept it real in more ways than one...real fresh that is! You know that mood when you're not really hungry but still convince yourself that another meal would be a responsible choice? Yeah well, that was us. We wanted something light yet vibrant. We just walked in expecting a simple wrap but honestly received that and much more. The menu displayed at the entrance immediately summoned our appetites as we started making strategic menu decisions with add-one galore. We split the Kale Caesar Wrap with a side of Falafel initially. Afterwards, we shared the Tuna Poke Wrap with Kale and Quinoa for the binding factor. At the checkout, I added a bag of yucca chips which went heavenly with the cilantro lime sauce even though Cristina preferred the spicy mayo sauce on the crunchy goods. We grabbed two waters to accompany our meal and immediately noticed the top notch service we were receiving. From the moment we ordered to our table side service and including the "would you like extra sauce" comment that made our visit here the first of many to come. They packaged our leftovers in a very secure and sanitary way which made us even more grateful. Right when I walked out, I noticed I had left my water behind at the table and rushed back in to get it. The staff had already cleared the table but even offered me another bottle of water. I can assure you their hospitality is what sets the standard quite high here and I can't wait to return. I'm really glad I found this spot!

*Review based solely on FOOD* Presentation: 4.5 Texture: 3 Taste: 4 Would return? Yes Very nice place! Good food with large range of options. To define this as "healthy food" I think they do q really good job. The flavor on the poke/tostones dish was really good. I had some issues with the texture of the plantain base because it wasn't crispy enough. I also think the sweet sauce on the bottom was too much and overwhelms the plate. However, very original and definitely delicious!! Worth to try. The salad was also really good although not as original. I added chicken which I thought would combine well but the seasoning on the chicken did not match with the rest of the salad. I guess other proteins would work best. Overall the food is good, I'd come back to try some other menu items. Non-food Bonus: Expensive in my opinion! This is suppose to be a fast-casual type of place and they definitely charge on the high end of that. The attention was good.

i used to love this place however i will not be going back after the last time due to the HUGE JUMP IN PRICES. For one wrap they charge 19.99 where it used to be 11.95. I am sorry but this is OFFENSIVE. i understand raising prices due to inflation but that's another level. the wraps are good but not that good.

TLDR: great, healthy lunch spot on Miracle Mile. ___ I dropped in for a quick lunch while visiting my mom who lives pretty close. I wanted something healthy and found Carrot Express on Yelp. I got the Poke bowl. Half quinoa half brown rice. Delicious chunks of tuna. This was a nice size bowl and filled me up without leaving me sluggish. Mom got Thai noodle bowl. Also a large bowl. She loved it. The staff was nice. Like super nice. The space has a high ceiling and large windows so it's very bright and open. I sat at the "bar" which was convenient but they also have plenty of tables inside and outside.

Carrot Express opened recently on the Mile and it's the perfect healthy, fast casual spot! They work together with my faves at Orange Theory Coral Gables and so you can order from their app and have your food ready after class - amazing! Recently, I won a raffle where I got a gift certificate. My gym friends and I decided to stop in for lunch. We got two poke bowls with tuna and a Brussels sprout salad with mahi. You can get the poke with salmon or tuna, and I was really happy with the tuna. Of the two dishes, the poke was my favorite. The other salad was good, but it comes dressed already with a thing of dressing on the side. I used the side of dressing on the salad before I knew it was already dressed, which was a mistake. It still tasted good - but just wayyy too much dressing. They have salads, bowls, wraps, and veggie burgers. Will definitely be back to try more!

As the Coronavirus continues to wreak havoc, Carrot Express has been saving me with fresh delicious meals. I ordered delivery for the third time since the quarantine has started and they have continuously delivered delicious food fast. Their portions are hefty and filling. My favorites are the Poke Bowl or Poke Wrap, Mahi Mahi wrap and their Tostones. Jessica's Ahi Tuna Tostones also shouldn't be missed.

I love Carrot Express! I frequently visit the Midtown and Miami Shores location. While on a little day trip to Coral Gables I stopped at their location on Miracle Mile, and would NOT recommend. I don't think I'll ever be coming back. The tables were dirty when we first walked in, which typically doesn't bother me but there was no one in the restaurant. When my food came (I love Mario's Favorite with chicken) it came in a plastic bowl (?!? they usually come in nice plates when you eat in) it barely had any chicken, and the chicken it did have was in tiny little squares. It was mostly rice... mind you this meal was $20 with tip. So disappointed. Carrot Express is off my radar now for go to quick healthy eats. Pro tip: STAY AWAY

The food was good. Not excellent. My salad literally had 4 flakes of cheese. I asked for one of those little (about a tablespoon) of cheese and they said it would be $4.00. Two sweet potatoes, one avocado toast, and one lunch special of half wrap and half salad was $80. At these prices, please do not be so ridiculous about a side of cheese.

So I enter the Carrot Express in the Promanade Coconut Creek for the first time. I walk up to the counter. Server 'AM C' says "can I help you?". I ordered two wraps and chips ($36.00) to go... and put my credit card in. It defaults to an 18% tip. Shows two higher tip levels and the 'No Tip' choice. I chose 'No Tip'. Get my receipt, sit and wait for my name to be called. I did that because I'm not paying 6 and a half bucks more for a 40 second interaction. There was no table service. Call me cheap. I don't care. I'm one of the biggest tippers I know... when it's right. My food comes out from the back. She bags it. And literally gives it a push and a slide in my direction without even making eye contact or saying a word. So I grab my bag and say... "I knew I made the right decision. And that's why it's my also last time at Carrot Express." If she was nice and upon return... I might have had a change of heart. But her short interactions with me were rude, and abrupt. Bamm! 6 bucks saved.... and plenty of other very good wrap restaurants to go to. Cliff PS.... on a scale of 1 to 5... with 5 being the best... the wraps were pushing a 2 1/2.

Recently started picking up lunch from this place and I definitely love it and will be returning! The food is really fresh and simple yet delicious and healthy! The portion sizes are very generous and they really pack up the bowls and wraps with protein. Some places often skimp on the goods like the raw fish but Carrot Express is definitely not one of those. The staff is also really nice and welcoming :). The place IS pricey, not going to lie, but you're definitely getting really good quality, healthy food and generously sized portions. My only I guess you could call complaint is the fact that it's very hard to find parking given that it's on Miracle Mile. Especially if you're picking up (best to go with someone else so they can jump out). I wish they would allow people to pickup at the back of the restaurant. That would definitely make life easier :).

The only reason I'm giving one star right now is due to the fact that they have a few decent items on the menu (and because I can't go any lower). I ordered the huevos rancheros breakfast wrap and I pretty much got brown rice in a whole wheat wrap. The description had rice, but I didn't think the entire thing was going to be made out of brown rice. There is barely any egg in the "huevos rancheros wrap." Good thing I also ordered a bagel, but they forgot to include the cream cheese. #twothumbsdown
