The chain makes salads, bowls, and wraps that won’t be the best meal you’ve ever had, but they are quick, consistent, and the kinds of things you want to eat after working out. With over 15 locations in Miami (plus a few in Broward), there’s most likely a giant carrot logo a short drive from you. If you’re hungry, in a hurry, and feel like a pile of wet cement, order the chicken caesar wrap—it’s decent and filling.
