Miami’s New Restaurant Openings - Miami - The Infatuation

"Sometimes, the natural pivot from reggaeton stardom is to buy a restaurant. That’s the route Zion (the man partially responsible for “Yo Voy”) decided to take with Casa Crudos. We can’t yet vouch for the playlist at this Wynwood spot, but we hope their sushi, tiraditos, and bao buns come with a side of reggaeton." - mariana trabanino

I’ve been to Casa Crudos over four times now, and every single visit has been a 10/10. The food is always fresh and creative, the cocktails are fire, and the ambiance is unmatched—but what really keeps me coming back is the service. Francesca, the hostess, is amazing. She remembers returning guests, makes everyone feel like a VIP, and brings such a warm, magnetic energy to the space. It’s rare to find a spot that feels this elevated but still so personal. Francesca truly sets the tone. If you haven’t been yet—go. And if you have, you already know.

The experience was awesome. We had dinner there, in the patio, super cosy and stylish with all the mural art. We had a taste of different dishes, from ceviche to sushi and bao, and litterally everything was tasty, elaborated, fresh and delicious. The cocktails were amazing too (the one with rhum and coconut especially !) The service was perfect (thank you Luis!) Definitely a great moment and great dinner

Casa Crudos in Wynwood is a MUST! The vibes are amazing, the food is next-level, and the service is top-tier. Huge shoutout to Miguel and Paula for the awesome service, Luis for the incredible cocktails, and Chef Vicente for the unforgettable dishes. Must-tries: the Bao Buns (insanely good), the Casa Crudos Roll (my fave sushi roll), and don’t leave without trying the Nutella Roll for dessert. The cocktails are 10/10. One of my favorite spots in Miami—I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!!

Casa Crudos is that spot. I came in once for lunch and immediately knew I’d be back and now it’s officially my go-to for both sushi lunches and date nights. The space is gorgeous, the rolls are always fresh (the Casa Crudos Roll is a must), and the vibe is the perfect mix of elevated and chill. Francesca made the whole experience even better. She’s so warm, stylish, and attentive, honestly felt like I was being hosted by a friend who just happens to have amazing taste. Whether you’re coming solo, with friends, or for a night out this place delivers every time and so does Francesca!!

Had an incredible experience at Casa Crudos! Thank you to Francesca, she was warm, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs from the moment we walked in. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she even gave us a quick tour of the space, which we’ll definitely be booking for a future event. #FrancescaMadeItSpecial ✨

Food the atmosphere was on point, glad I was able to find this nice Wynwood gem. The tuna tartare and bang bang roll definitely was a winning combo. The staff was great and special shout out to the hostess Francesca at the front door for drawing my attention to the place and giving a tour of what’s to come. Looking forward to seeing the place grow and thrive in the community to say the least.

Casa Crudos is unforgettable—and a huge part of that is thanks to Francesca. From the second we arrived, she made us feel like VIPs. Her energy, attention to detail, and natural charm set the tone for the entire night. The space is stunning, the rolls are incredible (do not skip the Casa Crudos Roll), and the ambiance is flawless—but it’s the experience that stays with you. It’s rare to find someone who so clearly embodies the brand and elevates the whole vibe. If Casa Crudos knows what’s good for them, they’ll hold onto Francesca and pay her very well. She’s not just a host—she’s the reason we’ll be back.
