Construction is underway inside the building, as the new tenant renovates to add shelving and refrigerators — while outside, a spiffy dark blue awning advertises 'productos Mexicanos, Centroamericano, y Sudamericanos; quesos de todas clases; carnes y chorizos; frescos frutas y verduras; cervezas y groceries.' Casa Guadalupe applied for a liquor license to sell beer, wine, and liquor to-go.
