Food was OK, not that great. I did not like the way employees behaved - very rude. Portions are small. They charged extra for little rice we wanted for our baby. Never going back. And they didn’t have high chair for the baby.

First time ordering here. Generally order from Naya and thought to try this for a change. Rude employees. Long story short, ordered something on app and it messed up my order. I asked the server and the response I got was “we just follow the app and cannot do anything about it” and no attempt to correct it. A small gesture from you would have gone a long way and secured another customer.

Portions are extremely small given the price. This bowl cost almost $20 and wasn’t even halfway full (this was a salad so they could have just stuffed it with greens, I wouldn’t have even minded?) Lamb meatballs were overdone and expensive. Not coming here again.

The bowl and sauces were good. The falafels were uncooked inside.

Best lunch around FiDi. Chicken and rice is my go-to and they do 50/50 rice, greens on request. The chicken is good, the veg you can add is good, and since their health rating was upgraded to an A, I go once a week! Normal bowl with chicken is 13.99

I love Cava! However this location always misses my ingredients for delivery. I never get free pita, sauces and 50% of the ingredients are just not in the salad! Very disappointing coz I love this chain!

I eat at this Cava location a couple times a week, but even as a loyal customer I am on the verge of going elsewhere. It is poorly managed and inefficient. First, the employees are spread thin and overworked. This location always only has one person working the entire food line (as I write this in line there are 30 customers behind me). The last several times I've been here it takes 20+ minutes to go down the line and make your bowl and another 5-7 minutes for someone to be at the register to check you out. Second, this location is frequently out of key ingredients with one cook working during peak dinner hours. I love Cava and hope this Wall Street location can better support its employees to serve their customers.

My first time trying Cava after hearing people rave about it for years. Solid option for a quick lunch or dinner. I got a build-your-own salad bowl with grilled chicken and, other than it being super salty, it was relatively fresh and filling. The portion was a good amount without leaving me super stuffed, though if I had one nit, it's that the amount of red pepper hummus I got was thimble-sized. The other thumbs down is that I had put in an order for pick-up and when I got there (albeit fifteen minutes late, that was on me), my order was gone. Apparently someone had walked in and swiped it. So back to the end of the very, very long order line I go. To their credit, they gave me a brownie on the house. If I worked near this Cava, I can see myself going all the time. The prices are lower than Sweetgreen and the portions are pretty generous.

First time eating here and I was blown away. The line was out the door, but the staff was so quick and efficient. The food was well portioned and very delicious!

Much better than taim especially the one down here that burns food and messes up orders. I've ordered twice from them now and it's been good both times. No complaints. Good is made quickly. Big fan of the pita chips. I also like the strawberry citrus drink.

I absolutely love Cava and this location is no exception! Located right in fidi, it gets super busy! They have plenty of staff working very efficiently so the line definitely moves quick. All the ingredients are super fresh, including their amazing pita chips that are perfectly seasoned and warm (must get)! I always make a custom bowl with falafel (best falafel I've ever had!) and get an order of pita chips. So delicious, definitely recommend!

No toilet paper in bathroom . No wonder it had a C on the outside . It's very unacceptable to have no toilet paper in the bathroom . SMH

They definitely make some changes, this place is so much better, the food and the service had improved.

The BEST cava i have ever been too. The workers were amazing, so incredibly nice even though I went in 30 minutes before closing food tasted amazing and so well cooked. Just overall my favorite experience and I would go to this location everytime if I could.

C is for Cava, and also its health rating. That is after it was shut down for failing its inspection. Vomit.

Delicious and quick option for food downtown. Make sure you know what you're going to order because they're used to people going in and knowing exactly what they want. There's little patience for indecisive people (which was me the first time I dropped in).

Very disappointing. I got the braised lamb grain bowl and it was almost inedible thanks to the rice. The saffron basmati rice was undercooked and tasted overly starchy--like it hadn't been rinsed before cooking. Unfortunately, this made the dish very difficult to eat and I had to stop once I got to the parts where the meat and toppings were touching the rice. The parts I was able to eat did taste good though! If you plan to go during lunch time on a week day, expect to wait in a long line!

I found unpleasant surprises in my Lemon chicken bowl! Seriously CAVA! Shame on you! The Lemon chicken bowl is back and I was excited to have it but I was left with surprises instead!

The falafels are amazing! Also a big fan of the greek salad. The staff at this location is super friendly and efficient! Shout out to Cathy for always being friendly and having a really positive attitude.

I'm slightly biased towards this Cava because I eat here at least twice a week, & it's 3 blocks from my house. That said, I have gone to other Cavas, and this really is the nicest one! The staff is so nice (Hi Myriammmmm!) and always happy to help (very grateful for those late night pita chips) My bowl is always perfect, and I'm big in consistency. So five stars :)

They served me a bowl with raw, hard-as-rocks rice. Cava's concept is nice, but the staff seems to give little care and love. This location has been shut in the past for health violations. They will have to turn it around quick, or they will surely shut down.

Well damn get in LINE for this place but don't get worried because it goes fast! It's like a middle eastern chipotle that has a certain cameraderie in the air when you walk in and decide you want you tot taste success for lunch in FiDi. I loved the options and when you see the spicy icon - BELIEVE IT! it's damns spicy and they are not kidding! Overal 10/10

I ate here a few days ago and the food was AMAZING. I got rice , spicy chicken and cucumbers and it has soooo much flavor it was delicious. Also the lemonade is delicious as well and not too bland nor too sweet. The workers were also very polite. They made my bowl super fast and they allowed me to try the sauce ( It was my first time trying) also the environment in general was great, the store was so clean and the interior is just breathtaking.

Best cava out there! Jose at the wall street location is amazing! Very friendly and personable. He was very knowledgeable about the food choices and recommended tasty combinations. Theres nothing better than meeting cool people with great service skills when grabbing a bite!

Cava is always long line in lunch time. But food tasty is really good and quick to get food. If you want to eat inside there some tables and chairs are available.

Lots of choice on the menu for vegetarians, which is a nice treat. The portions can be massive depending on what you order. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

Amazing service and amazing food The people that work here create a great environment. They will greet you as soon as you walk in and always make your food with the upmost care. From the managers to the cooks they all make this food spot amazing.

Do not order delivery from this location. They will not fulfill your order, and when you call to ask for a new order to be sent their phone is off the hook. Luckily Cava corporate gave me a full refund. For $32 I would expect to receive the exact salad I ordered, but it was missing half the toppings. The side pita ($3!!!!) was not included either. Clearly you can't trust this location to get your order right unless you're ordering in person.

i love cava but this location is disappointing!! i've been a handful of times and every time the portions are less than half of any other cava. at other locations my bowl is usually filled to the top and i can't even finish it in one sitting. every time i get cava from this location i'll finish it and still be hungry after!!! it's sad bc this is so close to my apartment but i honestly won't go again because the amount of food you get is just not worth it.

Lesson to sell do not order from CAVA on a weekend during mercury retrograde. As I was in the Staten Island ferry at 6pm I ordered dinner for 6:30pm pickup when I leave the ferry it will be ready and I could dash to my zoom meeting at 7pm. Well I got to the place at 6:40 and my order wasn't even registered. Minutes later one of the staff decided to press a button on the receipt machine and a bunch of orders were printed. There were many of us who are disgruntled and the last person to be served was May and I literally left by 655pm - to my zoom meeting. I understand that it's short staffed but with such a long delay I felt that we could have been given the option to cancel our order. It would have been easier for me to go to the local pizza shop and get a slice them to process an order here. They will prevent me from re-ordering from here again.

I had an amazing experience at the Wall Street location. After having a long day at work Orkimoni was so kind and attentive to my order. They were patient and so helpful. I am so spoiled! If it ain't a CAVA salad then I don't want it, plain and simple. There is no way that anyone could go back to an ordinary salad. It was just that good, even my colleagues always ask where they can order their own bowls. The secret is out. The Greens + Grains bowl is perfect! I love to pile it on with grilled chicken, half splendid greens, half saffron white rice, cabbage slaw, fire-roasted corn, Persian cucumber, pita crisps, tomato & cucumber, tomato & onion, Greek vinaigrette, pita bread, and drizzle on dressing. So fresh, crisp, healthy, and delicious. I could go on and on. Thankfully, I have locations near my workplace and favorite retail district so I can always get CAVA whenever it is lunchtime. I highly recommend it!

Perfect way to get some veggies in if you have not been eating a lot of that lately! The bowls here honestly reminded me of Poke at first but I quickly came to appreciate the uniqueness of the build-your-own-bowl options here. I love that after picking a base, you get to choose up to three dips + spreads. That was so cool to me because I feel like it adds an even more flavors and it gives you the opportunity to try out the different tips they have. I really like the variety that goes into the bowl options. They are very filling and it makes me feel like I'm eating healthy since I not only get my proteins in but also my veggies in at the end of the day. The customer service is also good in that one of the employees accidentally dropped one of our bowls but she quickly offered to remake it for us which we greatly appreciate.

Ordered on line, they completely screwed my order up, left out chicken and hummus, by the time I got back to the office I wasn't going to go back. This is just one of several times where they have made a mistake on my food, just cannot go back there anymore

Great spot, i come here quite often since moving here a couple years ago. For the most part the staff is efficient (particularly during rush hour) but there are times when you have maybe 3-5 people in line and it takes 20-25 minutes to get a bowl hence the 4 stars. Shoutout to Kamani (hope i'm spelling that right) who makes some instagram-worthy bowls. Looks aesthetic asf

Good option for lunch, with a variety of options for meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans. Similar to many other fast-casual bowl/salad restaurants like Dig Inn, Sweetgreen or Chipotle, you start with a base and add proteins, dips/spreads and toppings. What differentiates them is their focus on Mediterranean flavors, which leans towards tangy and slightly acidic notes and spices featuring lemony, briney and bright flavors. Think accents of harissa, turmeric, parsley. The overall concept seems very healthy and geared toward having a variety of nutritious ingredients. If you prefer a warm meal for lunch this may not be not your spot since most of the food is served at room temp or a little cooler for the dips and salads. Also as an eater that prefers not to mix flavors of different elements of food on a plate, the addition of the dips/spreads into the bowl, while tasty, can make it feel a) a bit too much of the same flavor and richness permeating the bowl, and b) soggy if not eaten right away, tho it can definitely hit the spot if you eat it fresh. Agree with some other reviewers depending on what you order it can be on the slight pricier side for lunch, but kinda par for the course in FiDi. The line during peak lunch hours can be almost out the door, but they move quickly and expect to be in and out within 10-12 minutes.

The food is great here. The only thing that would have made my review a 5 instead of a 4 is that the protein is almost always burnt unfortunately. This place would be that much better if it wasn't.

Had Cava for the first time today. Ash served me and let it be known, she's amazing and definitely made me feel more than welcome and like coming back! Got a custom bowl with the new hot honey chicken and hella greens and sauces. If you're unsure what to get, make sure to ask because I was getting recommendations left and right. And look at the pic, devoured, I didnt lick the bowl out of respect. Thank you, Cava!

Probably one of the more competent fast casual food spots in the city. I always place my order in advance online - it is ready on time and never wrong. What more can you ask for in a city where mediocrity is the new norm in restaurants?!

Easily the worst CAVA in existence. Wrong order time after time. Extremely late, awful service, and they were closed by the health department recently and upon opening STILL only have a C rating. AVOID!!!

If you wanna have a great meal I highly suggest coming here!! I love their honey chicken and their spicy lamb meatballs and the lemonade is best on a hot day too!

First time at Cava but it was everything I had hoped for! This Mediterranean spin on chipotle style service is a meal you'll walk away from feeling full but not stuffed in an uncomfortable way. The ingredients tasted super fresh and complimented each other perfectly. We tried the Harissa avocado bowl and it was so yummy. Creamy, a little spicy, and crunchy. I loved having something fresh and more health conscious in the midst of all the fried and fatty foods that other restaurants offered in the area.

The food was amazing. The customer service was outstanding. Ashleigh helped me decide on what to get and anyone who knows me, knows that's a hard task in itself. She deserves a raise!!! Great establishment, and even better employee!

This place is criminally underrated! As a vegan, I love seeing so many options, and with so many complex flavors. There's everything from pickled onions to roasted sweet potatoes to red pepper hummus, black olives, cherry tomatoes, and so much more, that a dressing isn't even needed (though you can definitely add one). A great, filling and healthy meal!

I love this location! They don't skimp on ingredients/toppings and fill your bowl all the way up. They always forget my free pita but that's okay because I get pita chips anyways.

The food was amazing! Very delicious, one of the best I've had in a long time. Service was amazing as well. The staff are nice and so happy they work here. The ambiance was good as well. Happy music and nice seating. Overall when I travel again, I would make this a go to place to eat at again.
