Chorizo breakfast burritos, pastries, and coffee drinks
"At Ceremonia Bakeshop in Williamsburg, think of the cinnamon roll as a collaboration between your classic roll and a Krispy Kreme donut. It has a loyal neighborhood following, and often sells out. Arrive early, and balance out all that glaze with a chorizo breakfast burrito." - willa moore, molly fitzpatrick, bryan kim, will hartman
"At Ceremonia Bakeshop, you can grab a coffee, and a cinnamon roll that seems to have evolved from a Krispy Kreme glazed donut—in a good way. Their mochi donuts have a cult following in Williamsburg, and Ceremonia's cookies are good too. But our favorite thing here isn't a baked good at all. It’s the chorizo breakfast burrito—saucy and swaddled in a flour tortilla with soft eggs, chunks of potato, and enough cheese to guarantee a cheese pull every single time. They only have a couple of induction burners, so you should expect a bit of a wait. Grab a stool outside in between some people in pajamas, and a run club who have hacked the post-10k treat. Food Rundown Chorizo Burrito Adding avocado will run you an extra $3, meaning this burrito will clock in at just about $20. It's absolutely necessary. The avocado is lightly mashed and squeezed with lemon, which makes all that greasy, gorgeous chorizo more manageable. photo credit: Angie Chavez Cinnamon Roll This is a cinnamon roll for those who find Cinnabon overkill in terms of sticky-sweetness. Apparently that’s a lot of people, because they routinely sell out. Arrive closer to opening (either 8am or 9am, depending on the day.) photo credit: Angie Chavez" - Willa Moore
"Avocado toast, cheddar biscuits, matcha lattes - it’s all available here for delivery and takeout starting at 8:30am Tuesday to Friday, and 9:30am on Saturday and Sunday. Pick-up only." - hannah albertine, nikko duren, bryan kim, arden shore, matt tervooren
"I found a breakfast burrito whose primary virtue is sheer size: for $14 you get an impressive quantity of chorizo, scrambled eggs, potatoes, cheese, and avocado wrapped in a sturdy flour tortilla, the biggest burrito I could find for the price." - Eater Staff
"I found one of the biggest breakfast burritos in town at this family-run bakery: the potatoes are roasted instead of grated and fried, and the chorizo is nice and greasy." - Luke Fortney
