"At Ceremonia Bakeshop, you can grab a coffee, and a cinnamon roll that seems to have evolved from a Krispy Kreme glazed donut—in a good way. Their mochi donuts have a cult following in Williamsburg, and Ceremonia's cookies are good too. But our favorite thing here isn't a baked good at all. It’s the chorizo breakfast burrito—saucy and swaddled in a flour tortilla with soft eggs, chunks of potato, and enough cheese to guarantee a cheese pull every single time. They only have a couple of induction burners, so you should expect a bit of a wait. Grab a stool outside in between some people in pajamas, and a run club who have hacked the post-10k treat. Food Rundown Chorizo Burrito Adding avocado will run you an extra $3, meaning this burrito will clock in at just about $20. It's absolutely necessary. The avocado is lightly mashed and squeezed with lemon, which makes all that greasy, gorgeous chorizo more manageable. photo credit: Angie Chavez Cinnamon Roll This is a cinnamon roll for those who find Cinnabon overkill in terms of sticky-sweetness. Apparently that’s a lot of people, because they routinely sell out. Arrive closer to opening (either 8am or 9am, depending on the day.) photo credit: Angie Chavez" - Willa Moore
