"A cute café in Puerto Vallarta’s Versalles district that serves brunch dishes like chilaquiles and sopes loaded with cochinita pibil and—notably—offers filtered water infused with a sprig of rosemary. What began as skepticism turned into surprise: the rosemary made the water taste colder and more refreshing, adding a subtle herbaceous astringency without being cloying. The presentation (tall bottles or flip-top containers) is simple and elegant for hosting, and the approach avoids lemon pulp while remaining very affordable and easy to replicate at home; steeping for an hour or two hits the sweet spot, while letting it sit more than 24 hours can make the water bitter.
