"Chamberlain Coffee, the coffee brand by the internet-famous Gen-Z influencer Emma Chamberlain, has opened its first location in Westfield Century City, a blue-painted storefront with a few tables and umbrellas outside for seating. The signature drink here is called Emma’s Way, a mix of espresso, almond milk, and dairy-free creamer, and you’ll also find specials like a salted pistachio matcha. We recently visited Chamberlain Coffee and added it to TikTok Viral Spots." - cathy park

"Verdict: The signature iced strawberry matcha and salted caramel cold brew at Chamberlain Coffee both remind us of drinks from Starbucks on a good day, but that’s fine—you’re paying $9 for the scene rather than a fancy pour-over anyway. This blue-tiled coffee shop is on the top floor of the Century City mall, and is the first IRL concept for influencer/entrepreneur Emma Chamberlain’s coffee brand. The menu is mostly classic cappuccinos and lattes, with an option to get them “Emma’s Way” with almond milk and dairy-free creamer. But since you’ll likely be giving up 30 minutes of your day to wait in line with Century City high schoolers anyway, better to get one of the signature drinks." - sylvio martins, brant cox, nicolas zhou

Cute little boutique, coffee shop just nothing to come in. There’s outdoor seating. Got the orange blossom latte and a drip with some cream. Lots of outdoor seating overlooking all the shops in the mall great service coffee was good. A little pricey and size is a little small but very rich 10 out of 10 recommend the orange blossom latte. The spinach cheese croissant is very good. The croissant is flaky. The cheese is a little sharp could use a little more spinach, but all in all pretty good.

Legitimately do not understand why this place doesn't have a higher rating. I came here in the morning with my fiancée the other day. No lines. She got the Orange Blossom Latte and I got the Mocha. I also got one of those chocolate donuts. I forget their name. But my God they are delicious. The Orange Blossom Latte was really good. Such a unique flavor. And it was the only coffee I've ever had that felt refreshing. My mocha was also good. Perfect ratio of coffee to milk to chocolate. I tried the coffee cake but I didn't think it was good. It felt really dry. But the chocolate donut. Buy it. Don't think about it. Buy it. Great work whoever runs this.

Delicious iced latte and incredible service. We visited from Berlin and surprisingly the barista has grown up part of her life in Berlin. She was so lovely, gave us great advice one what the products tasted like and were good for. Will definitely come back again next time.

I got the blue matcha with whole milk while my sister got the matcha with oat milk and honey. My matcha was so delicious and I like a light but sweet tasting matcha. Unfortunately the regular matcha's oat milk was really overpowering, which is usually not the case as oat milk tends to pair very well with matcha. The honey was also just densely at the bottom of the drink and I think it's better when thick sweeteners like that are actually incorporated with the hot matcha before the cold milk. Overall I would highly recommend the whole milk blue matcha here to those who are not looking for a rich and deep matcha flavor and I want to go again!

Google
Sincerely, I really like Emma Chamberlain✨ which is why I was excited to try the matcha and visit this place. However, putting that aside, I want to share my honest opinion. I truly loved the matcha — it was super creamy and delicious. The flavor and texture were exactly what I was hoping for. The only downside was the customer service. Unfortunately, the staff wasn’t very friendly, and it took a long time to place my order. When I arrived, I stood there for about five minutes waiting to be helped, while the staff was just chatting among themselves. It felt a bit awkward because I believe when you’re running a business, especially one centered around creating a cozy and inviting space, you should show more attention to your customers. I didn’t like that! 💔

Google
This is just a review of the salted pistachio matcha latte and it was okay. The pistachio syrup tasted weird. The drink looked very appealing and the decor of the small safe is very nice, but the drink sadly was underwhelming for all the hype. Maybe it's a flook, but try it out yourself and tell me what you think.

Google
I saw this cafe a lot on Instagram, so I decided to give it a try. - The oat matcha latte with pistachio syrup was delicious! The flavors worked really well together. - The cream cold brew (?) was a huge disappointment 😭 It was on the recommended menu, so I ordered it for my partner, but I regret it. I couldn’t taste any coffee at all—the syrup was way too overpowering and sweet. The aftertaste was burnt coffee bean flavor, which was unpleasant. He drank a little bit of it, but it was so sweet that I had to throw it away. More than that, It’s cost almost $10 per drink! So i spent $20 just for 2 drinks! But taste is subjective, so don’t just take my word for it—give it a try yourself. Lol 🥹

Decided to give Chamberlain coffee a try. It’s located on the upper level of Westfield Century city. It’s in a good location and easy to access. I always saw the long lines and wanted to give it a try and see what it was all about. The menu is pretty simple. I got the Blue Matcha latte. when I asked what the blue in the blue Matcha was; I got a weird surprise look. Anyway, the weight is not long after you order your beverage. It was an OK experience.

Yelp
I am so excited to be the first chamberlain coffee review on Yelp! The coffee shop is located in one fabulous mall right across the adidas store. They have such a variety of coffee, tea, milks and flavors. Line was ASTRONOMICAL! It took me 40 mins to order. It was my first time trying her products, I ordered an ice chai latte with added vanilla flavor. It was okay! Tested a little watery, so if you're looking for a creamy chai this is not it. The best part of it is that everything tastes very fresh and good quality! The place is absolutely adorable, small but cozy!

Yelp
Emma Chamberlain's new coffee shop is an absolute gem! No matter if you're a fan of her YouTube content or not, this place--and the people behind it--deserve all the praise. The atmosphere is inviting, the branding is fun, and most importantly, the coffee is genuinely high-quality. As a barista myself, I can confidently say the drinks are thoughtfully crafted and made with care. The flavors are well-balanced, and you can tell they're using top-tier beans. The menu has a great mix of classic and creative options, catering to both coffee purists and those looking for something new. Yes, there were a few moments where the baristas seemed a little overwhelmed, but let's be real--who wouldn't be with a line out the door? Despite the rush, they kept their composure and stayed friendly, which says a lot about the team Emma has put together. Overall, this isn't just a hype-driven coffee shop--it's the real deal. If you love coffee, it's worth the visit. I'll definitely be back! Congratulations Emma!

Yelp
Absolutely delicious. I came opening day and got the mocha. I live an hour away and have been craving it ever since!!

Yelp
I visited their grand opening on January 30, 2025, and waited about an hour to order and receive my drink--understandable, given it was their first day open to the public. I ordered an iced matcha latte with oat milk, and unfortunately, I'd rate it zero stars. It didn't taste like matcha at all. I had to go back and ask for honey, which helped add some flavor, but not much. The small size cost $7.66. My friend ordered the salted pistachio matcha latte with oat milk, which came out to $11 for a small--outrageous. I didn't have high expectations, but for a coffee enthusiast opening a shop, you'd at least expect the drinks to be somewhat decent.

Yelp
Very good quality coffee and matcha. I loved the signature salted pistachio matcha beverage. I also like that they carry all the non dairy milks. Honestly 10/10

Yelp
Hot matcha latte tasted like hot milk only. Don't recommend this drink. Waited one hour for this drink. Not worth it.

Yelp
The drinks were insanely good, the gluten free pastries were 10/10. I love this coffee shop. Totally worth going.

Yelp
Horrible they show it closes at 8 pm, arrived at 6:20 and they were blocking the line saying they are not letting anyone else in. I walked around and to my surprise they had let 2 other people in, I asked why and the ladies said "oh they were in line already" that is a lie. Maybe change your Hours and don't make it seem like your picking and choosing who you let in
