The Ultimate Culinary Journey ($155) involves a five-course tasting menu that changes seasonally and is meant to pair with Domaine’s wines, designed by chef Sebastian Ziebarth. The current menu pairs toybox melon and yuzu with Mt. Veeder Brut; striped bass crudo and black garlic with the Etoile Brut; and dry-aged duck breast with peaches, figs, and a reserve meunier. This experience was first class. It is a bigger winery than many in Napa. However we were treated very personally and while we planned to just stay for an hour it ended up being two hours because we enjoyed our time, the service and the sparkling wine so much. We did the Terroir tasting and that was perfect. The property is newly renovated and stunning.

Since I love champagne, I really wish I could have given this place 5 stars. My bestie & I visited here in Sept and the weather was perfect for sitting outdoors, which was where the tasting was - and you don't have a choice. A little odd I would think, since you're paying for it. We were treated to some small bites along with each tasting. The staff wasn't very friendly or personable. Lovely grounds but they didn't seem to flow smoothly, they were detached. I did enjoy the time and the champagne. Of course the only restroom is in the retail store, lol. I bought a few bottles and found later I was charged twice, not too nice. Add a little more charm and this place would be worth another visit, construction or not

This place is beautiful! My husband and I had reservations. We did our tasting and the person who was doing our tasting never came back around to ask us anything. Service could be better, especially when you're paying so much money.

The grounds and buildings were absolutely stunning, but we felt like things fell short during the tasting. We did the Mavericks Tasting which was 4 wines paired with small bites. The first and third pairing were identical minus the garnish, and the second and fourth were just slightly different. They certainly didn't live up to our expectations. The wines weren't bad and had no complaints regarding the service. Overall, a fine experience but we had better tastings and pairings in Napa Valley.

We got here later in the day. It's a good size beautiful winery. The service is very good and professional. The raw oysters were delicious! There was a open bar as well as the wine tasting bar. We had a wonderful experience. After wine tasting, we took a stroll around the back and took lots of pictures.

No accomodation. Sometimes I feel like people pretend they are better then they are. If you're that type with a completely empty back room. Perfect this is th place for you. But in general fancy with no reason to be. Parking lot is completely empty. Accidentally went to the military base because it was busier.

Our group wanted champagne so we included Chandon in our itinerary. For our visit, much of the building is under construction so we were outside. The grounds are nicely laid out and the bubbles are great! We are looking forward to when the work is complete so that we could have a more complete experience.
