Checkers & Rally’s

I walked in here with my fiance last night anticipating on getting food, we had to stop at the rest room first. One of them was locked, not sure if someone was in there or if it was broken but the one that was open was absolutely DISGUSTING. There was poop all over the inside of the toilet bowl, like everywhere. The toilet seat was broken, like almost completely fallen off, the changing table was left open and you’ll never guess, it had poop smeared all over the front of it. There was wads of used toilet paper on the floor, no toilet paper expect a tiny bit on the sink, and the hand soap was completely bone dry. How are your employees washing their hands after using the restroom? Has nobody looked in there in weeks? I understand some people are inconsiderate and make a mess, however a bathroom says alot about the establishment you’re about to EAT at. This was SICK. I walked out of the bathroom and left, no way was I going to eat here. I felt disgusting after being in there. I have never in my life seen a bathroom in such poor condition and someone should call the health department on you to investigate how your food is being served.

Great experience at this Checkers! Cory at the drive thru was super friendly and made my order quickly. Food was hot, fresh, and exactly what I was craving. Really appreciate the good service, definitely coming back!

My parents ordered 2 combos. They only rang up 1. I ordered 3 combos. I got all 3. Chicken tenders were dried out and over cooked. Prices rang up differently than what was on the sign. There are not many places to sit inside the restaurant. Workers had issues with speaking English. Staff was not friendly.

Specifically came there for a chocolate milk shake and was told that they had been DISCONTINUED!!! How can you discontinue a milkshake staple and replace it with caramel!!!!!! RIDICULOUS. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Nice and quick place to stop by for fast food with a great price! As usual, the fries were deliciously seasoned. Chicken sandwich tastes like a better version of a McChicken.

I have never been inside a Checkers, my only experience is through Doordash. I am not too keen on their food. The fries are good, beyond that they are not impressive. The chicken tenders are flat and cardboard like. I have ordered them twice and both times they failed to send any sauce. Ironically you cannot complete the Doordash order unless you select two sauces. Still, they have not learned the technology to enable them to include with the order. My regular use for Checkers is icy cold beverages. I will order food at one place and then use Doubledash to get my drinks at Checkers. The orange cream slushie is very good. The 3 stars are for the slushies and other iced beverages. Without those they would be 2 star. To be fair, I will dine in and give an edit at that time.

I highly recommend this location after a long day and you’re very hungry they were very nice and fast. They also made sure my order was correct and also has good manors.
