The brainchild of chef Adrianne Calvo showcases a variety of classic and not-so-classic dishes, such as the filet mignon served with whipped potatoes, grilled asparagus, and white truffle au jus, and the sweet corn tamalito with black tiger shrimp, lemon beurre blanc, and chipotle.
