It's been 9 years and the Princess cake and other baked goods are just as good as I remember. I will be going back as often as I can because this place is the best I've ever been too.

My favorite local bakery. My family had a wonderful experience and enjoyed the European sweets! The only thing is that I forgot what the pink one is called. It’s my favorite 😍

This is a lovely little Danish bakery. The only thing that would have made my visit better was if it had been the first Saturday of the month when they make all of the traditional Danish baked pastries and bread! I'll be back then for sure! Til Lykke Flemming for en dejligt bageri!

We love this bakery! They have made my daughters birthday cake for the last 3 years. Last year was a minnie mouse cake and the year before was a valentines theme. They also made the cake for my fiancé's funeral service. I always speak with Krista that works up front and I love her! She is so sweet and makes me feel like she cares just as much as I do! That makes all the difference. I cry over every cake they make for us. As far as the cake flavors we have had chocolate, vanilla and funfetti. Out of those 3 funfetti was everyone's favorite but they are all great. Thank you guys for making my daughters birthdays so special 💗

I absolutely love this place! And so does my office!! While it's not recommended to get 12-14 pastries at once because of the price, it's SO worth it. The flavors and time that go into the food are obvious and tasty!!! I 100% recommend going in there for some of the best homemade pastries you can get, I personally recommend ANY apple flavored ones as it's become my favorite flavor from here.

Service was awesome, and bakery items were great! The sticky buns and cheese Danish were delicious! The cherry chocolate chip crumble cake is an honorable mention as well! I will be returning!

My husband ordered my birthday cake from here and I almost cried over the beauty and TASTE! I asked for a coconut cake and my husband researched for days and decided on Chef Flemming's. The customer service was impressive according to my husband. We'll definitely order more delicious desserts in the future! Thank you!💜

This has been and still is my favorite bakery in the Las Vegas area. Located in Henderson off of Water Street, it is a charming bakery. Their variety here is awesome. They have breads, pastries and little desserts. Including gluten free which is a nice thing to find and it's clearly labeled. We stopped by to grab a few things to indulge in for our staycation, and even though it was less than an hour before they closed they still had plenty of variety. This time we tried their crumb cake (blueberry pecan flavor), apricot tart and bread pudding. They were all fantastic and hard to resist opening the box in the car and eat them before we got to the hotel. Chef Fleming was behind the counter this time and he truly has a passion for what he does. You can tell he puts love into each and every thing that he makes. This is truly a gem of a bakery l, it has something for everyone and the people behind the counter are so sweet and personable. I highly recommend checking it out if you are in the area.

Been coming here many years. Never gotten anything I don't like (though I've always been quite partial to the princess cakes) Only reason I give 4 stars is that while they often have 3 employees, if someone is there picking up an order, they have all 3 team members scrambling to get the order together, while the line continues to grow. I've found myself just leaving at times

Oh my gosh! So... Story time! Today (October 2nd) would have been my mother's 60th birthday. It was the birthday she was trying to make it to, but her body gave out on her. I looked at LOTS of bakeries and finely found this place thar makes my mother's favorite dessert... Canoli's. Let me tell you the bakery smelled amazing, their glass case FULL of delicious looking treats, and staff that are happy and personable (that goes a long way!). I bought 4 canolis (and was talked into a nut roll?) I didn't get to try the nut roll, but the canolis were AMAZING! Crispy crust, the filling was custardy with that hint of lemon zest and the little chocolate chips were delicious and not overwhelming the dessert. I cannot wait to return to this bakery and try some of their other amazing looking treats! Keep up the yummy work guys!!

Chef Flemming's is always a positive experience!!! My husband's birthday cake is ordered from here every year. They never disappoint!

My new favorite pastry shop!!! Even in Las Vegas, good pastries are hard to find. Having worked in pastries for a dozen years, I can truly appreciate the love in them. Located in Henderson in the Water Street District, it's a very small but busy place. We ordered a croissant which was flaky, a bear claw which was great, and a loaf of sourdough bread which I'm still eating on 2 days later. Will def be going to this Bake Shop more often even though it's a drive from our home. Well worth it!

I love Chef Flemmings! I've become a regular here. I haven't had anything that isn't wonderfully delicious! His almond croissants are the best. Orange cranberry muffins.... Oh my goodness! Banana bread....wow. What can I say?! There is absolutely nothing I haven't loved here. Chef is incredibly friendly and the staff are always ready to answer any questions. Their sitting area is cute and comfortable. I'd recommend following him on Instagram so you can see what he's cooking up!

Such an amazing bakery. Had a hard time deciding what to get, but everything was so good, you really can't go wrong.

Hands down the best cinnamon roll in town. It's the perfect sweetness and texture. They also have day old bags where items are 50% off which is great to get so you can try menu items at a cheaper price. We got lemon poppyseed muffins in our bag and they were delicious and kid approved. Employees have always been friendly and shop is clean.

Saved the day for me. Needed a last minute Anniversary cake while visiting family. Called right when they opened and was able to get a cake put together and ready by noon. Of course I wasn't asking for a huge ordeal just something to celebrate with. They delivered and was so grateful in them getting it done. Cake was delicious! Thank you!!!!

I needed a dessert for a dinner party, thought about going to the grocery store, and remembered Chef Flemmings was .5 mile from my home... Went there and OH MY WOW! I'm going to assume it was Mrs. Flemming who recommended a pie...I picked the Chocolate Crème! It did not disappoint! The crust perfectly rolled thickness, and the right amount of flakiness. The chocolate crème was light, and not too sweet. The oh so delicious hidden gem of a thin layer of chocolate cake was a perfect complement to the pie, and the whipped cream topping... stable yet not too thick and delicious. The chocolate shavings on top were the perfect decoration to this decadent dessert. Chef Flemmings, gained a loyal customer.

Amazing!!!!!! I was craving sweets and saw this on Yelp and i had to try it lol ;-) So glad i did, price is affordable,service is amazing everyone is so sweet and friendly it makes me come back again and again! Also the pastries breads and sweets are so yummy the best ive ever had ,& to be honest the best in Vegas period. Homemade baked goods:-) Thank you Jesus!!!! All there pastries sweets and breads are out of this world delish! Everything is baked daily and the baked goods from the day prior are in bags for a discounted price which is great! The prices are affordable so we always get a box full for a few days and then come back for more ;-) lol......they are that good we have been hooked since day 1. Not to mention they use quality ingredients you can taste and nothing is overly sweet which we love. Our personal favs: sticky bun, chocolate & original croissants, cheese danish, cinnamon roll and the Italian bread loaf :-) so good!!!!! If you get a chance to get the bread warm its very satisfying lol The inside is super cute and homey i love it.. it gives me vibes when i was a kid going to bakeries which i love! I highly recommend this local bakery for all your baked good. They also have random new sweets you can try here and there which is pleasant! I live it and so will you...

Walked in here 5 minutes before they closed on a Saturday. This cute little shop was a treat. These lovely ladies couldn't be more gracious. Apologized for not having more of an option for us to choose. There was still plenty to choose. We got plenty of goodies. Everything was delicious!! Can't wait to come back for more good stuff!

Halloween/Birthday Cake 10/26/24. Chef was so kind when we met him at his shop. Reasonably priced & just beautiful work. Definitely pride in every cake. We purchased a cauldron cake with coconut rum/pineapple cake. Big Hit! Thank you. I highly recommend.

This hidden gem is by far one of the best bakeries in Henderson/vegas area that gets very little praise bc of the location and low volume of ratings. They have a loyal customer base and most people I see there are older and prbly don't Yelp. The Danish is my favorite, every time I go in to get " a pastry " I walk out with a box because they make it so damn hard to choose from all their delicious options. Everything taste so fresh all the time. Aside from the awesome pastries, they have awesome breads. Please do yourself a favor and indulge next time you have a sweet tooth. You won't be disappointed

I popped in on a Saturday morning. There is a small area off of the main cashier and bakery station where a couple was enjoying a coffee and pastry. I grabbed a bag of fresh croissants and cookies and purchased a cookie from the bakery display. There were many options to choose from, including enormous danishes, tartes, macarons and more. The prices were very reasonable for such elaborate desserts and the customer service was top notch! I will definitely be back!

The visuals of the pastry and breads are so pretty. I love a creamy dessert. The prices are not too bad. I mean it's a pastry shop , a European pastry shop. I bought 3 desserts for about 12.00 dollars. But the reason I am giving a review is because they have sugar free desserts. Or a least I saw two sugar free desserts. I had the sugar free eclair. It was chocolate-not bitter, pudding center- sweet not cloying, and the actual eclair was ok. Better than expected. I would buy again.

Chef Fleming always does such an amazing job. Only problem I have is every time I go there is never bear claws unless I get there first thing in the morning.. if you haven't had his Bear Claws they are a must try. Always super friendly staff. All the pastries are always on point and delicious great little water Street spot.

as soon as I walked into this compact little bakery, I was met with a dazzling array of pastries. they had the classics like eclairs and cream puffs as well as other delectable selections. I bought the danish rum log and a little chocolate cake with ganache? filling. omg! they were both so good and so rich. you know how sometimes you eat a desert and it wasn't quite satisfying? well, both of these were very rich and satisfying. I'm so glad I stopped in. I know my late husband would have loved this bakery. I will be back to try their other pastries bc the first two that I tried were excellent. if you've been wondering about this place stop in and at least take in the great bakery smell and the wonderful of assortment of baked goodies to look at. the service was great too. I was met by a woman carrying a tray of fresh cookies to put in the display case. she pleasant and friendly.

Omg if you are a pastry person like me who loves a delicious pastry from a bakery go and try them for sure you will not be disappointed! Not to mention the staff were very welcoming and helpful and just overall best customer service. Loved it all!!

We finally got to visit this bakery on Water Street! The windows are currently decorated with some cute Valentine's Day themed paintings, and the seating area has some cute decorations as well. When we walked in, we were greeted by 2 very friendly ladies who helped us pick some baked goods. We got a little pound cake and a cinnamon roll with a cup of brewed coffee for just under $10. They brewed some fresh coffee just for us. Both the pastries were delicious and paired perfectly with a nice hot cup of coffee.

I am greatly thankful to Chef Flemming for making my second experience better than the first! The chocolatey cake was delicious, rich, delightful and exactly what we wanted. I picked up a few pastries like cinnamon roll, macaroons, pistachio short cake cup, strawberry shortcake cup, tiramisu, cherry danish, chocolate croissant and many more. My guest really loved those! Thank you once again Chef!

As a forty year chef in Las Vegas, thereby a very serious foody I find the chef's pastries and breads, I love the Swedish Limpa Bread, to be awesome. Goes back to the old days when you made it right or not at all. God Bless all great chefs. Specifically Chef Fleming

I ordered my cake from Chef Flemming for my birthday at Ventanos. They delivered it and I did not know what to expect( I had an idea of what I wanted but that's all) but he took everything I said and made the most beautiful and delicious cake! Thank you! I will definitely be going to this adorable traditional bakery for all future celebrations.

Wow..we got a loaf of the wheat honey bread and it was awesome! Also got a bear claw almond and it was great too. News in the shop, they do sourdough on Thursday, so I must get back there for that.. great bread, great employees...wonderful yumminess here....check it out!!!

The best desserts in Henderson AND Las Vegas. Hands down. Their cannolis are the BEST I have ever tasted. The staff is awesome and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door and don't forget to grab some fresh baked bread before you leave.

Um........ the cinnamon roll. Who has tried the cinnamon roll? It is a life changer!!! It is a cinnamon roll made out of croissant dough. 2 of the greatest things combined into one. Don't warm it up for 2 long though..... or the dough will get tough. A good 8-10 seconds is plenty. Then sit down and enjoy a couple minutes of heaven!!

The best bakery bought birthday cake we've ever had! It was so moist, flavorful and pretty! The custard filling was a nice touch. Loved the option to decorate it with fresh fruit for a summer birthday party! Your frosting is just the right level of sweetness and had an actual flavor to it. Chef Flemming and his staff do good work and they are fun to chat with.

This is the best bakery I've ever been to! We get a box for every celebration in our family. Every single thing is delicious but their eclairs are outstanding. I hope they never close and feel so lucky to eat Chef Flemming's creations. I'm also looking so forward to ordering a cake from them for my upcoming 30th birthday.

As I sit here in the parking lot, devouring the ah-mazing almond croissant, I can't believe how lucky I am to have this local bakery nearby. Having just moved here from out of state, I earned a $10 certificate for Chef Fleming's at the local casino and decided to pop in. First of all, the young lady that helped me was sooo nice! It looks like they sell out of goodies early, so I'll be sure to come in early next time. I got a lovely challah bread (she even sliced it for me), an almond croissant and an oatmeal cookie. For $10. Yes..TEN DOLLARS! In Los Angeles, it would be twice that price. I can't wait to try everything!

Stopped by to pickup pastries for a birthday. Nice variety, in a cute shop with reasonable prices. We ended up getting 2 cannolis, 2 eclairs, a princess cake, cheese danish, crème billet, peanut butter cookies Pistachio cheesecake, whoops pie and raspberry tarts and they were all very yummy. Would highly recommend stopping in this cute place in downtown Henderson, you won't be disappointed.

Today was my second time here and I only regret that I didn't know about it sooner. The people who work there are friendly and welcoming & everything we've tried has been delicious. This will be a new favorite stop!

Oh my goodness! This bakeshop is a hidden gem. I want to scream from the rooftops for people to come in an experience the yummy that emanates from this place. For some reason I thought there was a Christmas shop across from Jan's but turns out it was a bakery... How had I never noticed this? I was going to turn around and head back to the car but I decided, being a pastry chef myself and loving a great bakery, to go ahead and check it out. It helped that there was another couple walking outside and heard us talking about whether to go in or not. They told us "don't go in there if you're not ready to walk out with a whole box!" Walking in feels quaint and lovely. Like walking into a nostalgic place that cares about you. You feel like you might get a hug. The counter is large and has a lot of items to choose from. We were a bit overwhelmed but the people behind the counter are patient and kind. This is especially evident when you see them dealing with kinda mean customers (the guy behind us was not a nice person and kept yelling at the poor girl about his cake). She never faltered and was calm and polite, can't say I would do the same. The pastries are just lovely! We got a few viennoiserie and a few cold case items. All were fresh and delicious. I've always wanted to go to Denmark but I've only ever been to the airport. These pastries remind me of the amazing Danish I bought with my friends spare 10 kroner. It was my Ratatouille moment and I loved it. We also got an "I told you so!" from the couple as we passed them again, with TWO boxes in our hands.

Ordered my birthday cake from FLEMMINGS last week and not only was it absolutely beautiful, it was delicious beyond words!! Half chocolate with mousse filling, half vanilla with Bavarian cream filling and I can't tell you which was better!!! So fresh and moist, I can't wait for our next occasion to order another! And Chef Flemming is the best to work with!!

Oh my goodness...five stars for sure. What could they do better...nothing. Pastries, cakes, pies and my new crush...cranberry-walnut sourdough bread. Get there early, I am told sometimes they sell out. Already planning to go back tomorrow.

I really wanted to like this cute little bakery. Although the cake was decently decorated, the taste was just not as reviews suggested. The red velvet flavor was overpowered by confectionery sugar. The filling was described as cream cheese and the icing was described as butter cream, however both were a powdered sugar/coolwhip consistency. The cake was for a birthday party and needless to say 12 people were disappointed. Not to mention, the price was $86.00. The service was friendly and the shop was clean. Overall, I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending.

My wife loves carrot cake, so I searched, found the Bakeshop and ordered one for her birthday. Simply put... Best Carrot Cake we've ever had. Drop the mic, close the door, end of story. If you want to save money, you can go get the supermarket special. If you want to savor life, get a cake from Chef Flemming. It was that good.

The best people, the best bake shop and I cannot say enough good things about Chef Flemming and his staff. The baked goods, no matter what you buy, are incredibly wonderful. This is the only bake shop to go to in all of Las Vegas.

Best bakery in town!! Chef Flemming's has all kinds of European desserts, cakes, pies, cookies, fresh bread and more. The nut rolls and black and whites are some of our favorites along with the massive cinnamon rolls and yummy bread pudding, But really, you can't go wrong with anything. We frequently get cakes from the bakeshop. Their custom cakes are beautiful and made just how you want them. They not only look good but taste amazing as well. Everyone is always impressed at birthday parties. For the holidays you can't go wrong with a tasty pumpkin pie, pecan pie, gingerbread cookies, Yule log cake, fresh rolls. They literally have it all when it comes to baked goods, so much more variety than any other bakery. I really wish more people knew how amazing this place is! Go, you won't regret it!

Thank you again for the lovely and deliciously decorated fishing theme cake. It was a big hit. The birthday man loved it. The flavor was marble with sliced fresh strawberries with whipped frosting and Bavarian cream. This was my second time ordering a custom cake from Chef Flemming's Bakery. We'll continue to do so in the future. The flavor was fantastic, and not too sweet. Thanks again!!!

Chef's pastries are delightful. From the cannoli to the fudge brownies everything is top notch. The workers are always friendly and enthusiastic and the place is spotless. Highly recommended

Our favorite blueberry muffins come from Chef Flemming's Bakery and we can't get enough of the croissants there. But when we ordered a "tres leches" cake from chef Flemming' bakery for my husband's 67th birthday, I wasn't sure how it would turn out. Chef Flemming said it would be good and we would like it. In fact, the cake he made for us was The Most Delicious cake we've had in a long, long time! We highly recommend Chef Flemming's Bakery. The staff is friendly and the service is great, not to mention the talented chef!

Service is great. Staff is very friendly. Food is excellent. I always want to buy everything. So far we've tried their bread pudding (big hit at a picnic), bear claw, danishes, croissants, cookies, sticky bun and sugar free pecan pie. I love it all. My favorites are the bread pudding and sticky buns.
