This was my first visit to this restaurant. I ordered the fried catfish with fried okra. I gave it 3.5 stars because they have been out of collard greens for 3 days!!😡😡 Also, they did not have Louisiana hot sauce or tabasco sauce. What they gave us was something that tasted like chili seasoning. 🤮I tasted my sister's mac & cheese, and it was dry and grainy. On the plus side, the catfish was piping hot & well-seasoned, and the fried okra was very good.

We got the whole chabang. The shrimp was my favourite most dish. I have no idea how they do it but it is fried to perfection: breaded on the outside and fibrous on the inside. All the ingredients taste fresh. The sauces are all amazing too (tar tar, spicy mayo, hot sauce, Cajun shrimp dip). The cashier was so friendly too. Patiently introduced us to the menu and gave us recommendations based on her preference. She also went out of her way to serve us. Appreciate the kind gesture.

Whenever you try a new place to eat you are really (for lack of a better phrase) rolling the dice. I have to say this place is as good as it looks in the pictures if not better. You get WAY more than your money's worth. Everything was so delicious. I will definitely be back

Google
Pretty tasty southern soul food in the Inland Empire. For a soul restaurant in Corona, CA - this place is not bad at all. I enjoyed the fish fry very much. It was well seasoned and fried too. The staff was friendly and professional. Cheers.

Google
My husband and I love this place ! The Mac and cheese 🧀 is definitely my favorite. It's hard to find a good Mac and cheese, especially out here in Corona. We love that they offer red snapper. We usually order the Whole Shebang for $25 which is a pretty good deal in my opinion. It comes with 3 fish fillets, 6 jumbo shrimp, fries and a side of your choice. Enough food to split with someone or have leftovers for later. I also like to order the Shrimp and 1 side for $18 you get 10 jumbo shrimp 🍤 and of course I choose that yummy Mac and cheese as my side. They offer extra flavoring on your shrimp like garlic butter or a Cajun option for $1.50 extra. I like the garlic butter 🧈 . They offer lunch specials Monday through Friday. Definitely give them a try , you won't be disappointed!

Google
I am completely amazed. I loved everything about this eatery. From the food to the atmosphere. It felt like we were at my auntie's house. Even the fellow patrons were hospitable. I can't remember the last time we enjoyed ourselves this much.

Google
Wow! How am I just noticing this place!!??! small business Saturday shout out - I ordered the fried shrimp and fries, but next time I’m definitely going to get a Poboy!!! absolutely delicious! Crisp to perfection. Hot sauce it was really good as well. Definitely be sure to ask for that! The environment overall was clean and peaceful and presentable definitely will be back.

Yelp
Finally got the chance to try this place out and they did not disappoint. Their fish fry tasted exactly how my mom would make it back home, and she's from Texas. I got the cat fish, shrimp and fries with one of their house teas. A little pricey but I do feel like you get what you pay for so no complaints there. The man who helped me was very patient and easy going, making my first experience smooth. It's a very quiet location, with a fire ass playlist! Hahaha 10/10 recommend eating here

Yelp
Absolutely solid 4. Ambiance is open space & clean. I enjoy the bold color themes in the decor. The service was really good for a small spot like this, it was very attentive even for refills on water. The best thing here is the shrimp and grits, I'd say it's the best in SoCal. The catfish was fried so nicely & the sauces were perfect. The only dish we got that needed something extra was the crawfish salmon fries. The salmon was a tad on the dry side and needs a kick whether spicy or zesty. My whole group all got extra shrimp and grits to go

Yelp
Ok so been wanting to try this place since I moved close to the area. The good: the young woman behind the counter, excellent customer service. I asked for fried medium, good job done with that. The sauces suggested, don't know the names but delish. The bad or mire like fixable: the shrimp and fish lacks flavor. The fish/shrimp without the coating, no flavor, the coating no flavor. The greens too sweet. The cherry cucumber limeade watery and can't taste any cucumber. Now with that said, if they add more flavor to the food, reduce the sugar in the greens and spruce up drink.....this will be a great place for me to go too!

Yelp
The owner recommended The Whole Chabang, we got the red snapper, with hot sauce as our dipping sauce. It was good and done perfectly. The place is clean, just a little bit hot during the summer. Service was great and food came out pretty quick. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
I was down in So. Cal for the day and this place was recommended. The young lady that took my order was pleasant and professional. I ordered blackened salmon that came with rice pilaf and coleslaw. I requested to substitute rice for fries. The atmosphere was pleasant. The wait was about 20 mins. or so. Salmon was seasoned well. Great service!

Yelp
First time here and it was an amazing experience. First impression walking in, everything was clean, not cluttered, fresh, easy on the eyes. The service was great! The young man was patient with us as we asked questions before ordering. The food was sooooo good. It was hot, well presented, extremely tasty. Proves were good, portions were nice.

Yelp
If you're looking for great fish, shrimp and sides Chef2thebone is where you want to go. The fish is prepared perfectly and seasoned very well. It's best to place your order online so you don't have to wait.

Yelp
Food so yummy I forgot to take photos. First time trying this spot and it exceeded expectations. Happy to see a black owned and operated business. Got the Whole Chebang with sole, greens, Mac, potato salad, hush puppies, and okra. All of it was good. Shrimp and fish were still crispy after a 15 minute ride home. Shrimp were a good size. Great seasoning. Really flavorful. Fries were super good too! Mac is on the garlicky side, greens lean more towards the vinegary, potato salad has peas and peppers, okra is okra, and the hush puppies are good and crispy bite sizes, quite dense and packs a punch off flavor. It was all great. No complaints. Food did take a minute to come out but I don't mind waiting at all for goodness. OMG and the banana pudding. Heavy of on the cinnamon and nutmeg. Gives it a unique taste but works really well. It'll definitely add inches to your waistline. Also got the cheesecake but too full so haven't tried it yet. Really good stuff. Will definitely come back.

Yelp
This place has come a long ways! I remember the first time I tried them they were just a pop-up I came across in a Facebook group and they set-up shop in a parking lot along University drive in downtown Riverside. I went to support and wasn't at all impressed with what I got-I didn't even finish it. Fast forward, they got a brick and mortar. New additions to the menu, yet, I still wasn't really impressed with the food, everyone else online seemed to love em tho. My brother happened to be one of those that are okay with the place and had been raving about their new salmon fries. One day as he was leaving somewhere to get some food, I joined him. Didn't know where he was going 'til we were halfway there. As he parked to order, I figured wth, I'll give em another shot. I must say, these fries were pretty good. I was expecting the typical loaded fries-beans, cheese, pico, sour cream with your choice of meat-but these were different. The fries weren't too hard or crunchy, but just right and seasoned well on their own with some Cajun type seasoning. It's loaded with crawfish and salmon, plus some type of cheese that worked really well with everything-it was a really good cheese. Didn't expect to end up so full but it was really filling. In addition, I ordered the fish with one side just to see if their fish got any better-I ordered the snapper. To my surprise, these were fried really well and also a better portion of fish-the best fish I've ever had from here. Only complaint is that it lacked seasoning. Happy to say that this business actually seeks to improve and do better and that this experience proved that. Would be willing to go back and see what other dishes are better than I remember

Yelp
The food is good! And I preordered and it was ready on time! However I noticed the lady preparing the food not only had acrylic nails but she didn't wear any gloves while putting together other orders and she was reaching for items and her shirt was touching the food.
google avatar

Yelp
Food was Mmmmmmm-azing. Service was top teir. The chef is the back with the dreads is really doing his big one in the back. The atmosphere was very welcoming as well. I will definitely be coming back.

Yelp
If you're looking for authentic down home cooking the southern way, this is your place. The fish and chips were done to Perfection with a delicious cornmeal batter. The seasoned fries were delicious as well. Both the Red Snapper and Catfish were delicious. Very generous portions as well. We will definitely be back.
google avatar

Carla T.

Yelp
This was our first time patronizing the restaurant. We ordered the fried catfish with fried okra and French fries. The fish was seasoned well and cooked perfectly with just the right amount of crunch. I wish they included a slice of bread with the fish plate -- would have been perfect! The service was great - very friendly hostess, and the prices were reasonable. The only turnoff for me is when we walked in, the floor was super sticky as if something sweet had spilled and wasn't wiped up good with a mop. This could cause others to wonder how clean or unclean other parts of the restaurant are. I also wish that they offered other desserts besides ice cream floats. Overall though, the food was good and we will return when we get the hankering for some good old southern fried fish. I'll have to try the greens and hush puppies next time.
google avatar

Brian B.

Yelp
Outstanding! If I didn't live in Orange County this place would be a problem. But you can bet that when I'm in Corona or passing through to get to Riverside I'm stopping for lunch. Loaded fries and Catfish are in my Dreams.
google avatar

Kitta N.

Yelp
Food was pretty good, better than expected. We ordered the "The Whole ShaBang- 3 pieces of catfish, fried shrimp, French fries, & a side (mac-n-cheese), also ordered 3 pieces of catfish with a side (fried okra). Fish, shrimp and okra were fried to perfection, seasoning was on point. Mac-n-cheese was good (shells shaped like sea shells. Excellent customer service. Ambiance was nice with oldies playing in the background. It's worth spreading the word.
google avatar

Cindy T.

Yelp
Excellent, friendly staff that feels like home. Loved the catfish and shrimp; juicy and fried to perfection. Portion sizes are HUGE and completely annihilated the Mac and Cheese.
google avatar

Jasmine D.

Yelp
Stopped by today to pick up lunch. Expect to wait, as food is made to order; or order online prior to arrival. Food is consistently good, and I recommend getting the bang if you're indecisive. It comes with fries, fried shrimp and your choice of fried fish (snapper, sole, or catfish). I also recommend getting their hot sauce, which is a great accompaniment to their food... Employees are friendly and courteous as always, and the restaurant is clean as well. Both indoor and outdoor seating is available.

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch. Got a Shrimp Po'Boy, French fries and a side of Collard Greens. The food came out fast. Less than 10 minutes. The fries weren't anything special, just your average good diner French fries. The Po'Boy? Tastes great! Reminds me of NOLA... fully dressed, flavors hit just right. It's not a negative at all cause the sandwich is good, but I wish the bread was a little crispier personally. The greens are juicy, sweet, a little salty and savory. Nice large dining area to accommodate your party. Can't wait to come back and try everything else!
google avatar

Jodie H.

Yelp
This is by far the best the best Po'Boy spot you can find that's not in New Orleans!!! I've tried many places in SoCal but I have yet found an authentic version like the ones in New Orleans until I tried this place!!! Their shrimp Po'Boy was an absolute delight! The sandwich was packed with perfectly fried shrimp, which were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The shrimp were generously portioned, ensuring every bite was flavorful and satisfying. The bread was fresh and had the perfect amount of crunch, complementing the shrimp beautifully. The addition of fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and a tangy remoulade sauce added a wonderful balance of flavors and textures. The seasoning was spot on, giving the sandwich a delicious Southern twist that truly stood out. Overall, the Shrimp Po'Boy at Chef2thebone is a must-try for anyone who loves seafood. The combination of high-quality ingredients and expert preparation makes this dish a standout. I can't wait to go back and enjoy it again!

Yelp
Good friendly customer service. Clean environment. Loved the decor and 80s-90s true R & B music playing at a comfortable level. Ordered 2 catfish (9/10) plates one with fries other with house potato salad (7/10). Portion sizes were good enough that I saved one piece fish and half potato salad for dinner. Catfish was well seasoned but not overbearing with batter. I could tell that the potato salad was house made and not store brought. Highly recommend checking this place out and I will go back one day to try the shrimp.
google avatar

Carolyn D.

Yelp
This place has really good food. My family and I have tried the shrimp, fish, grits, Mac n cheese, potato salad, hush puppies, fries and peach cobbler cheese cake. Their housemate hot sauce is bomb! Everything was great. We have been back a few times for lunch and dinner. It's a small place, They do their best to keep it cool with fans and a portable A/C unit. Staff is friendly.
google avatar

Donovan M.

Yelp
One of the best Po'boys in the area. I actually get the Mo'boy which comes with fish and shrimp and it's delicious. They make homemade sauces which you can add to your sandwich. You also get to choose the fish you would like on your sandwich. Both the fish and shrimp are delicious. They also offer free refills on soda. They were out of greens when i went, hopefully next time they are available.

Vanessa M.

Yelp
We were looking for a fish and chips place and walked in not knowing what to expect. When I saw Shrimp Po' Boy on the menu, there was clearly nothing else to consider. This is hands down the best Po'Boy I have had outside of Louisiana. Each item on the sandwich was great and the shrimp were giant and juicy. Definitely not the normal shrimp you purchase to cook at home. The service was outstanding and the place was clean and neat. The chef owner and his wife, on the register, were both cheerful and helpful. My parents ordered a red snapper Po'Boy, which they also said was excellent, but they didn't share any bites before they gobbled it up. They did look happy, though. Definitely try it out if you are in the area.

Yelp
5 Stars! Dined at here last night, and it was fantastic! The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and our server was attentive and knowledgeable. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented--I highly recommend "The Whole Chebang" The vibe was upbeat yet relaxed, perfect for any occasion. Overall, Chef2the bone exceeded my expectations. Can't wait to return! This evening was truly incredible! I had the pleasure of meeting over 20 remarkable women, each from diverse professional backgrounds. We shared our journeys, connected deeply, and enjoyed a wonderful evening of fellowship over dinner. This was my first time attending the nationally expanding event, Women Over Dinner, and it exceeded all expectations. We laughed, shared stories, and built friendships that I know will last a lifetime. I can't wait to host the next one and continue fostering these inspiring connections!

Yelp
Food was amazing taste so good!! The inside smells so good nice and clean with good music. I was greeted with a smile when I walked in, my daughter and I both had the shrimp plate with macaroni and cheese, everything was so good we went back and ordered the blackened salmon, and OMG its was sooooo good 10 out of 10
google avatar

Clyde A.

Yelp
Absolutely fantastic customer service. We were greeted when we walked in the door. Recommendations and explanations about the menu items were spot on. The food was out of this world flavorful. Excellent portion sizes. The house made sauces were all delicious! We will be back to try more of the menu items. Blues music playing in the background was a real nice touch.
google avatar

Yelp
We've been here 6 times in the last few months. Amazing every time!!!! The owners and staff are absolutely lovely and welcoming. The food is consistently excellent. It's so hard to find good Southern food. We're so happy to have found Chef2theBone!
google avatar

Chris C.

Yelp
Ok what I liked The service was AWESOME!!!! The place was clean too. The Fish by itself was good. The have a Cherry Cucumber Lime drink that was so favorable. Ok what's not so hot.... The Po'Boy bread was too Doughy.....Not sure what that sauce was that was on it, but their spin of the Po'Boy sandwich was very different. I ate half but took the fish out of the other half and just ate that. They make their on Hot Sauce..... I'm sorry, but I need my Louisiana Blend... The fried okra was good, but I like mine a little harder so I don't taste the mushy okra.... I suggest go.... Your palate might differ from mine.... I really wanted to give 3 1/2 stars because they're more than a 3 but not quite that 4..... enjoy!
google avatar

Yelp
Chef2thebone is located next door to a dog groomer shop in a small shopping center next to Aldi. The food is consistently delicious and service is prompt and friendly. Inside there is always enjoyable 70's RnB playing and there are plenty of seats and best of all the AC cranked all the way up offering a reprieve from the heat outside. They have 2 different lunch specials to choose from available from12-4 that include a drink. The thing that impressed me the most was that they have grilled options as well as different salads to choose from if you are watching what you eat. I chose to enjoy a. Crawfish po boy that was served with fries and let me tell you it was a struggle to stay awake after. IFKYK. Next time I will leave room for dessert and I don't hesitate to recommend this establishment for when you have a craving for something delicious and full of flavor!

Yelp
Great location just north of the 91 on Main st in Corona. From Riverside that's helpful. Plenty of strip parking on this Friday. Bright, friendly decor and bright friendly, helpful waitstaff. We waited for the group to assemble before we went to the counter, one of the ROMEOs overshot by a mile or two. That gave us a chance to review the menu. I was drawn to the Bang- fish & shrimp with fries. Big plump shrimp cooked just right and catfish cooked GBD. A Friday lunch treat. My brothers had everything from the whole chabang with sides of greens and Mac n cheese. A couple of Morboys and the table was satisfied. There was a debate about the sauces offered. I loved the hot sauce, tartar and cocktail sauce one of is thought the hot sauce was too vinegary. They even had free refills on the lemonade. I had to get a box to take half my order home. Pro tip, It airfried really great later. Food-5 Service-5 Value-5 (worth the 91fwy on a Friday afternoon.) Retired Old Men Eating Out.

Yelp
This place is incredible. The seafood tastes fresh and it's not oily at all. Everything is crispy and delicious. The restaurant is clean and the service is friendly and lovely. Go try this place!
google avatar

Yelp
4.5 stars. First off is it's clean and welcoming. Pictures of the owners and quotes about home and family are on the wall. Two older cats talking about the food and other places they can get fried fish...they here so I was expecting it already to be good I got the whole chabang with hush puppies, mac and cheese and a side of fried okra. The okra I damn near almost finished on the 10 min drive home. Everything has a thin coat of cornmeal and was hella bomb. The home made hot sauce...oh my lord. I need more of this in my life...I think it's bottled so I might have to go back for one. Only draw back was they ran out of remoulade and it did take a minute to get my food ready. To be fair I think it's all made fresh to order tho which would explain it. The Mac n cheese is good but I thjnk I'll pass next time
google avatar

Ray H.

Yelp
Food was just ok to me! I ordered the catfish and shrimp platter with mac and cheese with fries. I walked in on a friday, plenty of seating and lots of people coming in picking up orders! The best thing on my plate was the fish and fries, i wasn't crazy about the shrimp and the batter on it I didn't like the mac and cheese as it tasted plan to me and but the seafood sauces has good as they make their sauces in-house which i like. The girl up front was very nice speaking to. Clean bathrooms was another plus. I probably won't come back, not really my seafood jam but you may like it. Seafood rating: Catfish 8.5\10 Shrimp 6.5\10 Mac and Cheese 5.0\10

Harrison Q.

Yelp
Food was Fantastic- hit the spot! Got both the shrimp and catfish- both were fried to perfection.

Yelp
I'm sorry but I came to this place twice. Once when I moved to Riverside and once when I visited my wife on lunch since she worked on Main St in Corona. First time they were out of what I wanted. Said it was only available on the weekends. Well, your menu doesn't state that at all. I ordered a po boy instead. Got a drink as well and tried to order dessert but they were out of those also. The po boy was flavorless. The Mac was also bland. Thought it may have been a bad day which is why I went again. Let's just say they were out of certain items again. The food is not good either. I tried to support.
google avatar

Delicious D.

Yelp
I stopped by today and I was greeted immediately! Very good vibes !!! The food was really good! I got the whole shebang and she do bang!!! I will definitely be going back!!!
google avatar

Bonnie S.

Yelp
My son loves southern food so we stopped by on Friday to pick some up. He ordered the snapper whole chabang with a side of collard greens. He devoured everything before I could even take a picture. I did get to try the shrimp and it was so good! The breading on it had so much flavor and it was cooked perfectly. The dipping sauces were all very good and flavourful. He said they have the best collard greens he has ever had. Service is actually where I have to deduct a star. They don't answer their phone, and their order sites are glitchy. I am all about efficiency but could not order ahead. So we went in and ordered, and it was extremely busy. I understand they are probably cooking it fresh but man I was not expecting to wait so long.

T M.

Yelp
This place is amazing! We got the fish and fries, Cajun salmon plate, and kids fish and Mac and cheese. So good. Service was great. Place has an awesome vibe
google avatar

LaRon D.

Yelp
Listen... my Grandparents had a Creole catering business and used to do Fish Frys at the church on Friday nights. I have fond memories of how amazing that food was! I've been looking for some quality cornmeal-crusted catfish for decades that would bring me back to flavor... In comes Chef2thebone!!! Upon walking into their location, it's super clean and well-organized. The ordering process with Carolyn was warm, welcoming and kind. They just got a new dessert vendor so we had to add a few desserts to the order. I have a tendency to over order so we ended up with: - The Whole Chebang - Blackened Salmon - Fries - Mac and Cheese - Greens - Hush Puppies - 2 Banana Pudding Cups - Peach Cobbler Cheesecake First thing we noticed is that everything was cooked to order! No heat lamps with old fish laying around, just good quality food! Everything was absolutely amazing and full of flavor. It really took me back to those Fish Frys, straight out of Louisiana! Thanks for the amazing food and great customer service! Can't wait to come back with family and friends!

Tiffani B.

Yelp
Drove from Upland to try this place for the first time and I will say it was pretty good Buiuuut let's go over the Pros & Cons Pros: Service was good place looked pretty clean and although they are pricey for a combo with only one side they gave a good portion. Cons: I had the fish and shrimp plate that was not that flavorful but could easily be remedied with some Louisiana Hot Sauce which most fish places have but here they DON'T they only have some special in house sauce that was not good and did not go with the fish. It seemed more for tacos. My husband had the macaroni which he said was flavorless as well Overall it was still a good experience I would come back but I will have a bottle of hot sauce stashed in my purse.
google avatar

Mcristle L.

Yelp
This is the third time I've tried this place it just has no real flavor the batter just tastes burnt with too much cornmeal. I'm not understanding why it's so hard to find good fried fish out here. While I respect the try I can say everything doesn't need your own spin it's okay to buy some Louisiana hot sauce and tater sauce packets because the house made stuff is not desirable. Third time wasn't the charm. The prices don't equate the taste and quality of a 26 dollar charge
google avatar

Ree G.

Yelp
Good but SUPER inconsistent. The taste of the food changes every time. The portion sizes are also constantly changing. I want to be a regular but if one day the meal comes with 10 shrimp, then next time 13 the then next time 9?!? not feeling that at all!!
google avatar

P M.

Yelp
Very good food definitely worth a try. We had the catfish with sides and it was very good quality fish. The tarter sauce has to be homade it's the best I've ever had and their hot sauce has the perfect balance. The items are made from scratch which just makes it that much more fresh. The greens!! Oh my goodness flavor every bite!! Everything was amazing and we ended it with dessert, which they had a peach cobbler cheesecake that day so don't forget to ask about dessert. We did take out but the place is big enough for dine in. I wish I had taken a picture before I devoured it. Highly recommend!!
google avatar

Amanda L.

Yelp
I came here for lunch after creeping on their IG for a hot minute. This spot was tucked away by itself in the corner of the parking lot. I ordered the shrimp po' boy sandwich and fries and it was delicious! The place was clean, food took a bit however I'm sure it's because it was fresh! The fries had seasoning that added nice flavor and shrimps were juicy and flavorful, the sauce they put on the po' boy?! *chefs kiss* the owners (I think) were really friendly but the girl working the counter wasn't the friendliest and came across as a bit cold. Overall, I'd come again especially since there's a few more things I wanna try!
google avatar

Natalya D.

Yelp
So we ate the food extremely fast and I didn't get to snap a shot. We came in and placed the order to go. We got their catfish, blackened salmon, shrimp po' boy sandwich, greens, and Mac & Cheese to go for a Mother's Day dinner. The restaurant itself is very clean, has a cool ambiance and we were greeted with a rose, which added to the charm. Once we got home we devoured the food and ate every last crumb. Everything was delicious and I can't wait for another experience to dine in.

Yelp
Just relocated to corona and was pleasantly surprised to find this soul food restaurant nearby. I had the red snapper and mac n cheese. It was fire! The snapper was cooked perfectly crispy and well seasoned. The mac and cheese was so good as well. Can't wait to go back and try more. My only complaint is that a few times I tried to order online and online ordering was not available and they are not open seven days a week.

Yelp
Connected with two great friends at the Life Surge Conference and my boy said he knew a great soul food spot not from the church. And where there is fried catfish, I'm there! It was small spot but a pretty good location. Soon as we walked in we were greeted with a hardy country hello! My boy knew the owner and I had to laugh because wherever I go to eat I try to get to know the owner, chef, staff, whomever. Just to build a good rapport. Especially if the food is good! And from the smells coming out the kitchen I knew I was in for a flavor town treat. Wifey ordered the blackened salmon and your boy ordered the catfish and fries! It's all cooked to order so if you're in a hurry, you might want to call ahead. But if you just want to kick it and watch a game or chit chat with your guest, if you brought someone, the wait isn't bad. We were in great company so the estimated 20 minute wait flew by. Oh ima tell y'all... the salmon wifey had was on point. Cooked to perfection. And the fried catfish... oh man! Slap your mama good! But don't you dare slap your mama! The coleslaw wasn't my favorite but wifey loved it. It was a bit too savory for my liking, I like sweet coleslaw. But that's just a personal preference. It was all good! I didn't get a chance to get shots of our friend's choices but trust me, theirs were banging too. I believe he had something called the Whole Chabang and his wife had Fish and Mac. BOOM If you looking for some really good southern seafood home cooking in the city this is the joint! The chef even came out chopped it up with us. Big props my brotha! We will be back you can count on it. Being my boy is a serious regular Pray, Eat, and Love! It makes the world go round so much better. M&M

Yelp
The food was good. I ordered the lunch special, 3pc fish, fries, and drink. Customer service was on point. Very friendly and courteous. Dinning area and Bathrooms were clean. I would recommend. I will be going back. The fish was fried right. I tried sole for the first time. And the fries had seasoning on it. They make their own hot sauce, it was different. But I would say just try it!

Yelp
The first time I visited this business, the food was amazing!!! I was so impressed with the service. They really made me feel like I was welcomed and appreciated. The ambiance seemed wonderful. It was so nice to patronize a black owned business that was getting things done. I made it clear then that when I was back in town I would consider them. Last week, I was excited to come back, but the quality of service and the food was different. First, the young man taking orders could not find the time to greet his customers. The whole visit, I found the customer service to be mediocre at best. The fish and shrimp did not taste fresh, it tasted like it was cooked again. I was thoroughly disappointed as I drove all the way from my home in Hemet looking forward to this. I doubt I'd take another chance with this establishment.
