"Italian food takes the form of stuffed artichokes topped with parmesan and garlic, buttery chicken with white wine, chicken marsala topped with mushrooms, and bone-in veal parmigiana. "Ready to serve his loyal local followers, veteran Las Vegas chef Piero Broglia is back in business, importing a menu of classic Italian dishes to Henderson. Revealed back in May, Chef Piero’s Roma Kitchen has moved into a low-key, 2,215 square foot space at the Parkridge Center, a short distance from Arroyo Grande Boulevard on Horizon Ridge Parkway. The original name inspiration for Piero’s, and former force behind Pasta Mia, Cafe Chloe and Great American Food, Broglia’s new, compact menu is bolstered by off-Strip prices and daily specials. Split into sections of antipasti, insalate, pasta, and familiar specialties, choices include a $9.50 crostini trio with smoked salmon, the $12.50 bruschetta, meatballs, and fried calamari. Pasta options include $22 linguini shrimp, capellini, fettuccine alfredo, linguini fresh clams, and the Brogila-recommended penne Bolognese, Among the specialties served with the vegetable of the day, the $22.50 breaded chicken Milanese, a New Zealand orange roughy, chicken and artichokes, eggplant parmigiana, plus salmon, served meunière, or puttanesca style." - Bradley Martin

We decided to try here for one of our date nights. The server was great. Was attentive but not overly. The food was delicious. We had the calamari, penne bolognese and spicy shrimp pasta. Would recommend all of it! The cheese cake was delicious. It had just the right amount of sweetness and melted in your mouth. We will definitely be back

I read all the reviews and was excited to try Chef's Roma Kitchen as I love authentic Italian food. The service received was good, very friendly and explained the specials. Atmosphere is ok, i would imagine it would get quite loud if the restaurant was full. The music choice playing was odd and not fitting for the restaurant. We first received our cocktails, and they were very good. I am picky on craft cocktails, and they delivered on these. From there, everything was just average. The appetizer was not great , prosciutto with melon, but melon was hard and not ripe. The dinners we received were good , but not anything special. The dish presentation was great, but it failed on flavor. We tried the chicken piccata, chicken marsala, and veal parm. The sauce was bland and not very flavorful for my taste, and pasta itself appeared to be boxed pasta and a bit overcooked. Overall, it's not bad, but not good enough for us to return. The price point does not match the quality . There are much better choices in Henderson for quality italian.

We came for my mother birthday and had an exceptional meal! Owner came by the table as well to check on everything and was very friendly and welcoming. If you’re in the ever in the area definitely stop in for dinner and drinks or even a quick appetizer, you won’t be disappointed!

Passed this gem on my way to the butcher shop. I was completely surprised when I saw it, as I've been in that plaza numerous times. Because it was Friday, and I was in the mood to eat( when I'm not in the mood to eat? ) NEVER!! LOL We made reservations ( Highly recommend ) we were seated promptly. The ambience was quiet and romantic. Perfect for a date or bigger groups based on the size of the booth. We ordered the bruschetta for our appetizer, chicken parmesan and fettuccine chicken Alfredo for our entree. And lastly a piece of heavenly tiramisu for dessert! Absolutely EVERYTHING was delicious!! The chicken parmesan was done to perfection! It was thinly sliced yet moist ! The pasta and cheese sauce was made with LOVE!! Overall, an amazing experience from the host, waiter and service! Since then, we've ordered the bruschetta and tiramisu twice ( Food delivery) Definitely a favorite, and happy that it's close to home.. As always, I'll be back in my Arnold Schwarzenegger voice!

Google
Finally a great place to eat with friendly service! Soo excited! I was craving a good pasta and found it here. Drinks and dessert were equally amazing. My son enjoyed the calamari and the chicken parmesan. $20-30 is without a drink & dessert. With drink and dessert I says is more $30-50.

Went to have dinner with my family last week and found a delicious new little Italian restaurant in the neighborhood. Chef's Roma Kitchen Italian Restaurant on Horizon Ridge Pkwy in Henderson, is a delightful local gem. The pasta dishes are a true standout, boasting authentic flavors that transport you to Italy with every bite. The service is as warm as the freshly baked bread, with a friendly staff that goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. Whether you're a pasta aficionado or simply seeking a taste of Italy in the heart of the Vegas/Henderson area, Chef's Roma Kitchen is a must-visit destination for Italian food enthusiasts.

Google
Booked a reservation here for a special birthday dinner. We had the option to sit in the main dining room, or the entry lounge area. We chose the lounge area, which was fully empty and allowed us to enjoy our evening in a more private setting. I enjoyed the chicken parm, which was incredibly delicious. Overall, the evening was nice, but basic and nothing stood out to me to differentiate this place from other similar Italian restaurants.

Yelp
A few of our favorite restaurants were booked until 8pm but we were hungry so we tried this place. We were able to get in at 645pm but when we arrived they had only 20% occupancy.  It had no real vibe, very quiet and mostly empty. Felt like a banquet room. We all had a pasta plus protein. Our meals were OK but not a lot of flavor.  I had the chicken parm which was huge and looked decent but the red sauce was mostly diced tomatoes without any seasoning. The meals were all around $30 each and they charge extra to bring bread to the table. I think this is high price considering the bland food and very weak atmosphere.   I would rate at 3.5 if allowed, but I'm not rounding up to a 4.

Yelp
In the mood for Italian food. Photos and reviews on Yelp looked like a good place to try. No problem getting a table at 6 PM on a Sunday night. The restaurant has 3 areas. A lounge area with booths when you first walk in. A bit behind that is a bar area. And to the left, a separate dining room - a bit more upscale ambiance in the dining area (which also has the open kitchen). Amy, our server, came by right away to get our drink orders and explain the specials. We decided to share the stuffed artichoke ($16) as an appetizer and the special fritto di mare as our entree ($45). The artichoke came in a bowl with a spicy butter sauce and stuffing primarily in the center. It was quite tasty. They split the entree in the kitchen for us. A half portion was more than enough food (my wife couldn't finish hers) loaded with shrimp, calamari, and scallops over a pasta with a red sauce. the red sauce was a bit too watery for my taste - but not bad. Overall, it should be a 3.5 rating. But because of the excellent service and very nice ambiance, rounded up to a 4 star rating.

Yelp
Have been here several times. Always amazing! The steak is fantastic and the pasta is cheat worthy! The waitstaff are awesome and hard working- cut them some slack, this isn't the strip this is a small biz. Make reservations when you come! And try the bar. My fav spot.

Yelp
Slow start, but a good fast finish... Happy Valentine's Day everybody. When am I gonna learn? I need to make Valentine's Day reservations farther than two weeks out, luckily there was still reservations to be snatched up here at Chef Roma's kitchen. This is my third time here second time eating on the original restaurant side. Looked like there was a little confusion on who our waitress or waiter was going to be and the initial girl who came up to our table seemed a little hesitant and disappeared for a while, but it turned out she was our waitress and everything went well after that. It had been a long day and instead of starting with the usual cocktails, we went right for their house Pinot Noir and it was actually quite good. We started with bruschetta and the Caprese, which were both good. Then we went onto the pappardelle Alfredo and the linguine with white clam sauce. Both were very good. For dessert we shared a pistachio gelato Affogato which hit the spot. Pro tip if you're going to come here make a reservation on the bar side it's newer and quieter where you don't get all the dish clanging sounds of the kitchen. Not that it was unbearable, but definitely noticeable. All in all they've have a small but nice menu here and a nice collection of cocktails and wines. If you have not give them a try, you definitely should.

Yelp
Food was awesome especially the tortellini was amazing and garlic bread and calamari. The drinks were a good pour. Must try this place Lexis Mimi

Yelp
Best Authentic Italian food in west coast! As a proud employee, I wouldn't sell food I'm ashamed of! Great team, management and vibes! Music and ambiance are always a mood setter. Favorites: meatballs, warm olives, rigatoni puttanesca, rack of lamb. **beware of low star reviews and complaints from terminated employees**

Yelp
The service is wonderful recommend making a reservation if you have a large party. We requested the veal chop grilled instead of ala Parmesan. It was amazing. The rack of lamb is superb. Of course the pasta dishes are super. Clean friendly environment five forks!!

Yelp
Located in a small strip mall off of Horizon Ridge (across from the post office.) The ambiance / decor is simple. Not ornate... lots of windows with natural lighting. Not too loud inside, so conversation was easy. We didn't have to shout over music or other people. They serve up Classic Italian dishes bursting with flavor. Not overly garlic-y either. The surprise dish for me was the Grilled Veg Salad. Seriously... The Best Salad I've ever had. Add a protein and you've got a complete meal. Service was really good. We didn't experience the service issues that others have mentioned. And we are not regulars. We did notice that there did seem to be quite a few 'regulars' tho.

Yelp
Came here for a special occasion with a group of co-workers on a Friday evening. The restaurant is split by a wall, into two areas. The left half is for larger groups, and is noticeably louder. The right half has a bar. The walls facing the parking lot are made of window, allowing plenty of natural light to come in. The atmosphere is lively at this popular, high-end restaurant. However, it is not vegan-friendly. Bruschetta, Roasted Red Peppers & Burrata, and Grilled Vegetable Salad, were all very good. I avoided the cheese in these starters. There are no vegan options on the menu. By request, they made me a dish with gluten-free penne pasta (because it is also made without eggs), vegetables, and mushrooms, in pomodoro sauce. To my delight, it was not oily. However, it was mediocre. It didn't have enough mushrooms. Or, it would have been nice if it had plant-based meatballs--which are widely available in all grocery stores now.

Yelp
Food and service was amazing. We were celebrating my mom's birthday and had two toddlers they gave us a nice room in the back with a little more privacy and it made it much more enjoyable for us. Thank you we will be back!

Tina G.

Yelp
I booked a reservation for 10 in the private dining room. When I got there we were definitely in the main restaurant. I arrived 15 minutes early. 45 minutes after our reservation start time a server finally stopped by. If I wasn't with my book club I would've have left. The server was not good. She a table that sat after us ordered and was served food before us. We had fritto misto which was cooked perfectly but needs seasoning in the coating. Also has the clams and linguine, it had no flavor. Won't be back, there's lot of wonderful Italian spots in Henderson where I can spend my money.

Yelp
The service is outstanding and excellent food is over the top and delicious omg I can't even imagine it better was amazing lived every second!

Yelp
Chefs Roma Kitchen is located on Horizon Ridge in a strip mall on the north side of Horizon. We were immediately seated by the kitchen. The establishment was clean and well decorated. The staff was pleasant and accommodating and was fair with refills on water (all I was having to drink, so they could've come more often in my opinion. We began with bread and meatballs. The bread is delicious, and great for dunking in the meatball marinara. The meatballs were tender, moist and deliciously flavorful. For an entree I had chicken parm (Un- photographed, sorry I was preoccupied). The chicken parm was good. Not great, but very good. A little overdone in my opinion and dry. It was a while for entrees to show up, so I'm not sure if they sat for awhile before table delivery or what. Regardless, still a good place that I will return to. Overall Roma was very good. Nice ambience and good food and decent service. I recommend them and you should try them out. Better than their neighbor a short drive up the street east.

Yelp
The food smelled amazing, that's the only thing we got out of it. We had 6:45pm reservations. we arrived at 6:30 to a line of people waiting to be checked in. At 6:50 someone finally came to check everyone in. ( we had asked the 3 that work there if anyone was checking people in, and all 3 seemed annoyed we were asking for help) by the time they got to use it was now 7:05. We were told to step aside and wait. What is the purpose of a reservation? I understand a 5-10 minute wait to get a table but at 7:30 we finally just up and left and went to WSXY bar. I'm not sure where customer service went. But this place doesn't have it at all

Nancty P.

Yelp
We only go when michelle is working, she makes the restaurant quainter and the food more decadent. She's knowledgeable, but describes the menu in a way that makes everything more mouth watering. She's charming and ashtrays happy to see us. Which makes us feel special.

Yelp
The food was sooooooo good! Our table had many different dishes and salads and everything we had was off the charts! The service was also awesome. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
Weather for dinner tonight. Got there at 6 PM seated. Took over 30 minutes to get our drinks. FYI, They have items on their drink menu that they don't even carry and it took us that long to find out to order something else. Then we waited even longer, and they stood, didn't take our food order. once we put the order in, we didn't get it until almost 7:30 PM. No one came by the table even once to see how everything was. Personally my angel hair pasta was very mushy. It was overcooked. Didn't even ask if I wanted a refill on my drink. Multiple other tables were having the same delay. Not sure what the issue is, that management needs to hire more staff and get them trained on how to handle if the kitchen is backed up, etc. I am not happy to walk out paying over $87 before tip and this is the kind of service that this place gave. Whoever was given the other review and ratings.....I don't know what happened on their nights and what was different tonight. All I know I will not be back and I will be sure to spread this out to anybody else I know. Personally, if you're understaffed, whether it's servers and or in the kitchen, then you need to turn people away, or at least come to tables and say I am sorry we are backed up in the kitchen. Can I get you anything while you're waiting? It should be an estimated amount of time. They obviously care very little for their customers and the type of service that is given. All I can say is find somewhere else to eat!

Alexx R.

Yelp
Chef's Roma Kitchen is your standard Italian American food, nothing too special for me. Overall the service was just okay. When we walked in we stood there for while the staff looked at us and walked around the restaurant without acknowledging us and we were kind of unsure if we should seat ourselves or not, but then someone finally came over. Our waitress kind of seemed semi annoyed the whole time while serving us which was odd since it was 7pm and they close at 9:30pm. Also the menu was decently smaller in person than online/Yelp. We ordered the bread & butter, calamari, bacon & avocado salad, chicken parm, and gnocchi. The bread & butter was small so I was a little confused why they charge for that. Calamari was crispy and I enjoyed the sauce on the side. Chicken parm was okay, I like mine a little crispier than what theirs was. Gnocchi was nice a creamy with plenty of mushrooms though. Overall fine experience.

Yelp
Our 25th wedding anniversary. Neighbors recommended Chef's Roma Kitchen. We wanted to try something new to us. Reservation was for 5:30 on a Wednesday evening. Restaurant was pretty empty. The later it got, the busier it got. Our server was Dominick and he was on point. He touched base frequently but not too much. We sat in a booth near the front door with a view of the bar. We ordered a bottle of Pinot Grigio to start which went well with both of our meals. Appetizer of Burrata with roasted red peppers and balsamic. We ordered the bread basket to eat with the Burrata. I don't think a restaurant should charge for bread, but they do so we got it. We also needed it for dipping in the Frutti di Mare sauce. Bread basket came with about 5 slices of crusty bread(good for dipping). Hubby ordered the Frutti di Mare which wasn't on the menu but was a special for the evening. Seafood was fresh and sweet. The sauce was delicious. I ordered Chicken Piccata which was very good. I could only eat about 2/3 so I had the rest for lunch the following day. Because it was a special occasion for us, we ordered dessert. The pistachio gelato was comped for our anniversary. All in it was a pretty tasty meal. With tax and tip $191.00

Yelp
I have eaten here twice and the food was good each time but the service was hit or miss. A couple weeks ago it was a miss, but hey we live in Vegas sometimes you win and sometimes you crap. Good Luck.

Kiara C.

Yelp
To start, the service was great! The host was very welcoming and our waiter, Dominic, was very polite. The ambiance is perfect for a date. Not too noisy and not too quiet. The music was beautiful, lots of soulful classics from Al Green, The Spinners, and Earth Wind and Fire to name a few. Lastly, the food was very good. I'd take a half of a point off if I could, only because, the pasta is not made fresh. However, everything was cooked to perfection. We started with the stuffed artichoke that had herbs, parmesan, and bread crumbs. I had the shrimp diablo and the spice was just right. The linguine pasta was cooked al dente (chef's kiss) and shrimp were juicy and not dry, thankfully! Also, the shrimp was cleaned well which was a huge plus. My mom had the Chicken Marsala that she really liked. She said the sauce was a little sweet but the chicken and mushrooms were cooked perfectly. Even though the pasta is not homemade, give Chef Roma a try! You will not be disappointed ;)

B F.

Yelp
Been there multiple times, never tried the same dish (besides the bread cause it's unreal) and everything is great. I'm really here to say the bartenders are great especially Missy, she's got great vibes if you're just there hanging out at the bar. Great wine, great drinks. Can't go wrong here.

Rachel F.

Yelp
I've been here multiple times, my favorite is the chicken parm. However, this time it wasn't the same soggy breading and so on. When I sent the food back, the owner came over to tell me that he ate the same thing and his was perfect. (His exact words) He's actually arguing with me. I'm very glad your cooks take better care of your food than mine. I will not go back. Maybe the owner shouldn't argue with customers.

Amy M.

Yelp
Came in to have a late dinner with myself, my daughter and a few of her swimmer friends and their parents. The restaurant is on the smaller side but it's very nice inside. The server to me seemed a little odd. Soft spoken and a little on the cocky side. He was nice but it was just an off feeling I got from him. He took the drink order. Brought bread and butter but didn't mention to anyone that they cost $2.50 a basket and just added it to everyone's bills. When we tried to help him match the parent to the kid for the bills, he said he would figure it out. Well one of the kids didn't belong to anyone, he was paying for himself, and he mixed up two more. So he had to go back and fix our bills. The food was pretty good. My daughter and I shared calamari and really liked it. I got a tortellini with a pink sauce, my daughter had a chicken fettuccini Alfredo and we both enjoyed it.

Sandra S.

Yelp
I love this restaurant! Great food, great service and friendly staff. Michelle and Dominic are always so attentive and accommodating. I love the bar area and restaurant but my favorite spot is the private dining room to celebrate birthdays, Mother's Day and Easter. My favorite appetizer is the stuffed artichoke and my favorite entree is Chicken Milanese topped with arugula and tomatoes ! I always have the best time. Sandra

Yelp
Great menu selection + table service. Fantastic vibe you'd get in an upscale neighborhood but with budget friendly prices. The owner is usually there and very professional and friendly. This is a well hidden establishment and we'd recommend the homemade gnocchi!

Abriana B.

Yelp
First time trying this place in Horizon Ridge area and e left with our tummys full. The menu was not super big but they seemed to have some Italian staples which I was happy about. We started with the calamari which was great. Super crispy and the sauce was good. For dinner we shared a few things the chicken parm which 3 of us shared, pasta, the truffle gnocchi (not pictured) and a salad (not pictured). All the food was good! I am not gonna say this was the best Italian food I have ever had, but I thought it was good and their sauce not being overly sweet is always a plus in my book because that always seems to be a thing with Italian food in restaurants. Aside from the food, our server was nice, and the place had a relax, but nicer feel to it.

Madeleine G.

Yelp
Maybe try greeting people that walk in. The place was empty at 4:30pm on a Saturday. Both the bartenders saw us and didn't say a word. So we just walked out. My mother in law was visiting from out of town and wanted Italian. We picked this place over north Italia to support small business. But since nobody addressed us we left to north Italia

Yelp
I want to let you know pp that i ordered dinner to go spaghetti meatballs my wife order chicken Alfredo and when we got home and open the bags they don't even give plastic fork or knife no even napkins or bred this how greedy restaurants start falling down I'm a Henderson resident and I call the manager and told him that he act like don't care that's what it is. Well we will never go there again or order any food which sucks anyway my name is Rafael thank you. Oh and by the way. Is under new owners because Peggie and pierros would never be this way

Yelp
This was another restaurant week experience & my first time here. The place is in a store front & once inside the ambiance is really cute. The place is beautiful & makes you forget you're in a store front. The ambiance, the service & the food takes you to another place. Open 7 days a week for dinner you have plenty of opportunities to come here & you must! Once the food starts coming, you forget your in the local community versus a high end place on the strip. Only amazing food can do this & the food was just that, some of the most amazing food we've had. The service was great although I have one side note I'll add at the end. We started with some Bruschetta & an order of meatballs. Both were amazing & we ordered some garlic bread which is some of the best I've had, it was good. The Bruschetta was better then most I've had. As you can see in the picture, marinated tomatoes, mozzarella, basil on a really nice tasting bread. The meatballs pomodoro, the sauce was out of this world & made these truly amazing. They were large & yummy. Next course was the Eggplant Parmigiana mozzarella, pomodoro & the Chicken Parmigiana mozzarella, pomodoro as you can see in the next two pictures are huge. We both split these to try both, but we had almost half of the chicken left because everything was so filling. Again, the sauce on these is of such a high quality & cooked to perfection with the broccoli & potatoes. I love chicken parmigiana & I've never tasted any as amazing as this. The chicken was juicy & with the cheese & sauce would cut with a fork. The eggplant was awesome & the love that went into the preparation of this dish sets it apart from any other I've had. On to the desserts after a long break, unfortunately I did not take a picture but I'll be going back so next time. We had the Tiramisu & the cheese cake. I'm normally not a dessert eater, but OMG. The Tiramisu had a taste better then any place I've been to in town. The Cheese cake, made fresh that morning, was so light & fluffy, the taste, again not being a big dessert eater, I could not stop eating it. It was creamy & fluffy, did not taste sugary like most & melted in your mouth which set off an explosion of taste buds. I've had a lot of cheese cakes in my life & this was BY FAR the BEST I've ever had. The Chef puts his heart & passion into everything that comes out of his kitchen which you can see from every seat in the place. The Chef takes the time to come out of the kitchen & talk to you to see how you're enjoying your dinner, a very nice touch. This is definitely strip quality cooking at neighborhood prices. One would expect to find this kind of food in a Michelin star restaurant on the strip, not out in the local community at a very affordable price & this place deserves a Michelin Star. This is at the TOP of our list to return to again & will gladly pay full price. I have not found a place I can compare to the quality & taste of the food here. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chef's Roma Kitchen. It's in Henderson & you will not be disappointed. Our water glasses were never empty, our server came by often to check on us & I really felt like I was family not just a customer. Ok the side note; we had about a quarter to maybe half of the the chicken parm left that I had asked to be put into a doggie bag. With the break we took between dinner because we were hitting the overflow point & the dessert, our doggie bag was never brought to our table. We rolled out of there so happy, I forgot to ask where it was. I can't fault our server as I forgot to ask where it was. When I go back, I can promise you that will not happen again as I'll ask for my to go if there is any left before that amazing cheese cake comes, because I just may forget again once I dig into that cheese cake. So seriously folks, you really need to take the time to venture out to Chef's Roma Kitchen. I promise you will not be disappointed & if I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I really HIGHLY recommend this place, you have to give it a try.

Yelp
Good quality food and service. Menu rather limited. A revised iteration of an old master's kitchen. Not quite the same.

Yelp
I am a sucker for veal parmigiana, and this place is close to perfection. A burst of savory flavors roamed my mouth. I am not joking. We started off with bruschetta and meatballs and moved onto the veal and pork chops. The ambience was perfect...our chianti, rich and satisfying. Our waiter was point on with recommendations and service.

Yelp
Being a new resident of Henderson, I was so pleased to find Chef's Roma. We came in on a Friday night and the restaurant seemed pretty relaxed. Interesting layout though, you first walk into the bar area and through a corridor of the restaurant. The bar was beautiful and so was the restaurant. The only thing that could improve was a little bit more light, it was a little too dark for me but nice and clean. Appertizers- We ordered meatballs, garlic bread, and Caesar salad. The meatballs were excellent. The texture was soft. I could also taste a mixture of meats and spices served with a Pomodoro sauce. The garlic bread was good but small, only 4 slices of bread with butter and garlic. Tasty but I think they should provide bread for free or at least give more because it is not free. The Caesar salad was crisp, light, and tasty. Don't forget to add grated cheese. Entrees- I ordered the lasagna and my wife ordered fettuccini alfredo. The lasagna was beautiful and tasted delicious. It was not overly cheesy but instead, had nice layers of pasta and ricotti in between with a great bolognese sauce. As for my wife, her dish was alfredo but not with fettuccini, instead, it was made with pappardelle pasta. Now to be fair, it did say pappardelle alfredo, however, when she ordered "fettuccini", the server didn't bat an eye. It would've been nice to mention that they don't have fettuccini or substitute pasta. The alfredo was delicious and not pasty. The server was very friendly and nice and I wouldn't mind her service again. I would go back and try their other homemade-taste dishes and refer my friends and family.

Yelp
First time coming here and will not come back again although we really want to support local businesses. The 1-2 starts comments are actually really close to reality. Came here without reservation so we already felt bad, but being ignored was quite an experience. The waitress saw us but decided to help a familiar customer with their pickup order first who came after us. We did have eye contact with other waitresses but were totally ignored. We were finally seated by the bartender. The restaurant did not seem to busy at all around 5:20 on a Saturday. We waited for about 10 minutes before our nice waitress Amy served us water and gave us the menu. She was nice so kudos to her service! The foods were just okay, not wow. We had the stuffed artichokes, fettuccine Alfredo, and the special seafood fettuccine. I think we had better at Maggiano. Ambience is overall quiet enough but our dinner went from 5:30 to 6:30 so I guess it was fine. Overall, it was an "interesting" experience regarding the service. Food was edible. Ambiance is alright. Gave the some extra stars because our waitress was nice.

Yelp
Underwhelming at best. And that's being nice. Nothing more to say but Yelp wants at least 85 characters.

Yelp
This is a cute spot for a date night! The staff was very friendly, the menu was extensive and our meals were delicious! We got the Burrata, Bolognese and Bronzino. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I made reservations and took a while to be even addressed. Once I was spoke with the waiter, the table was to be set up. It took 20 minutes to set the table which it still wasn't set. So we finally sat down but due to the way the hostess station is set up, we were in the aisle between tables so was awkward place to stand especially with other people in line. Once we sat down, the initial waiter didn't serve us. Another waitress approached and said I'll help out this table. The initial server served all the tables around us. Not the most pleasant experience with the service. Food was good. I think it was a little too busy for the staff.

Yelp
All around great restaurant in the area. Welcoming venue that has a new bar area classic linen cloth tables. Started with meatballs, calamari and caprese. Had the chicken parm and cacio e Pepe for the table and tried the piccata. All of it was great. Tiramisu and cheesecake were also great after meal. Definitely will be back when in the area

Yelp
In comparison to other potential local Italian cuisine options, the quality of the food was at best, average. I selected this restaurant due to its location (relatively close to Lee's Family Forum) and some of the more positive In comparison to other potential local Italian cuisine options, the quality of the food was at best, average. I selected this restaurant due to its location (relatively close to Lee's Family Forum) and some of the more positive posted reviews, figuring I would sample and support smaller, locally owned restaurants. The service was prompt, but the meal was below what I had expected based on its website and other's ratings. Ambiance was OK, but their piped in music was overbearing and they might want to select some music a little more appropriate for a place promoting being an Italian restaurant, than 80'ds and 90's hits. By its taste and texture, I sure hope the pasta came out of a box, as its quality was far from handmade (but certainly was priced like it was handmade). The sauce of the Rigatoni Puttanesca fell far short on taste. The chef(s) overdid the garlic on almost every dish served. If I was asked to give a positive about the evening's dinner, I'd have to say that my blood is thinner and that no Vampires came anywhere near me any time after leaving the restaurant, and thank God they had breath mints.... I and my dinner guest agreed that this was one of those places you try, but don't return to nor recommend to friends.

Yelp
Where do we start, I've been to this restaurant multiple time but had to write another review Legendary Chef Piero (RIP) is a Las Vegas Icon. He has owned and operated several great spots. Roma Kitchen is no exception and lives up to to the legacy he created. Get reservations asap, they get booked up quick. The prices are perfect for the quality & portions, they truly live up to the rich Chef Piero history. Service was on point and a great old school Vegas feel they have a nice selection of beer/wine and Champagne. Gotta love the music the Chairman of Board Frank Sinatra played all night long, it only added to the experience. These are the items I had and will rate them as such. Bread-5/5 Calamari- 5/5 (no pic ate it to quickly) Lasagna- 5/5 Amazing dish Tortellini- 5/5 Stellar Chicken Parmigiana- 4/5 Solid Dish Linguini Bolonese- 4/5 Pistachio Gelato-5/5 it was fabulous. For a high quality off Strip experience, Roma Kitchen is a definite must go to.

Yelp
We had dined so many Italian restaurants. Had to say it was one of the best. Few things I wish they would have on the menu are octopus, squid ink pasta and beef carpaccio. Hopefully soon cause I'll be back right away. One thing that was really irritating me was the end of the meal we used some kind of their promotion app to get discount. Our server had asked how much tip did we give him. That's pretty bad. I hope if the manager read this please tell your staff not to do that. It's bad image for the fantastic restaurant. I'll still come back. See you guys soon.

Yelp
FIRST AND LAST !!!! We had dinner with friends tonight. It was 7 of us. We ordered appetizers and drinks and then ordered dinner items with desserts at the end. Way overpriced place!!! Not worth it! Place was hot and noise too! Food was ok not that great! The calamari were tough and chewy! We won't go back there. Everything was way too overpriced. If you want Italian food go to Ventanos or il Chantie on horizon and the 95. The server made a mistake with our checks at the end and even though we pointed it out she never corrected it. Again, we aren't going back!!

Yelp
By far the best AUTHENTIC Italian food I've EVER had PERIOD, from the clams, shrimp, and scallops linguini to the fried calamari and the Homemade cheesecake was just something special; Chef's Roma Kitchen is a new fan favorite on my list, the atmosphere was spot on as well!! Thank you for a great dining experience, The Bigfella!

Yelp
I came to town on a business trip decided to meet my nephew and his wife that lives in Vegas for dinner. We found chef's Roma kitchen. It was a nice place to meet and catch up with him and his family. We ordered chicken Parmesan, Gnocchi, spaghetti, and meatballs to share. The food was amazing. The chicken Parmesan was juicy. The Gnocchi was perfect. I would have to say the best I ever had. Spaghetti and meatballs was shared between my nephew wife and their son. We ended the meal with the cheesecake. They had generous portions and we left with leftovers. I will come back every time I'm in town. Thank you for the great service.

Yelp
We had good food experience but terrible customer service. We got our food late and other were served before us! I brought my kid and husband because my friend told me me it's a good place, U can't lie, the food was excellent, they did good job but the service we had to wait, my kiddo got bored and we had to wait.. wait.. and wait.. well, it was worth to wait because the food was really good, but they need to make their service faster, but we love thus place. Awesome and we never regret coming here and we will return every other week. Thank you
