"A serious player in Olympia's dining scene is Chelsea Farms Oyster Bar. Seafood, including the farm's own sustainably-harvested oysters, is the natural focus, and it's matched by fantastic beers, wines, and cocktails. Diners can slurp raw oysters or get a full meal of gorgeous plates that range from damn fine fish and chips to whole Dungeness crab (or a tenderloin steak for landlubbers)." - Megan Hill, Mark Van Streefkerk

This place is wonderful. Killer higher end happy hour. Found her by chance while traveling for work. The oysters were pristine, the clam chowder was unmatched, and the chicken sandwich (I would have never ordered it in WA) was a killer hand cut recommendation. While a little slow for food, the service was excellent. Next time I come through town I’ll try a cocktail but this time was a happy hour wine and Ranier tall boy. Saved list!

Google
Wonderful spot! Found ourselves here after wandering away empty stomached from a super busy brunch nearby. Great food, friendly and prompt service, nice atmosphere. Everything, including the drinks and oysters, was amazing! Shame we don’t live nearby to make this a regular spot. But we’ll be back eventually!

Google
Overall a great experience...the "back bar" staff was awesome, they sat us back there at the bar because we didn't have reservations, thank you. .very accommodating. Food was great, the rest of my party loved the fresh oysters. My one complaint was the shrimp cocktail? The oysters had a great presentation but the shrimp cocktail was 3 shrimp thrown in a bowl for $15.... that's what I get for ordering shrimp at an oyster bar. Would go back again for sure.

Google
We visited Chelsea Oyster Bar and really enjoyed the food—especially the oysters. The hama hama oysters were fresh and flavorful, and the baked oysters were just as good. If you’re looking for quality seafood, this spot definitely delivers on that front. However, the service experience put a damper on our visit. My dad, in a friendly and familiar tone, called the bartender “sweetie” when asking for soy sauce—something that’s commonly used where we’re from, much like “honey” at a diner. She had a strong reaction, stopped engaging with us completely, and seemed visibly upset. While we understand not everyone appreciates those terms, the reaction felt disproportionate and made the rest of our visit uncomfortable. We spoke with the manager to clarify that no harm was intended. He acknowledged our concern and said he would speak with the staff member, but there didn’t seem to be any follow-up. The food was great, but unfortunately, the service experience affected our overall impression. Hoping it was just an off day.

Great food, very slow service. Lobster Bisque was fantastic as was the oysters. The clam chowder was good, but I prefer not to have to take out all the shells.

Google
located inside the 222 market. love that it’s farm to table. perfect date night spot or place for fresh seafood! clam chowder - crispy pork belly bits and large potato chunks. i’ve never had clam chowder w the clam shells, makes it a little less satisfying to eat but it has beautiful presentation. - not as good as pikes imo, but still yummy. garlic bread is a nice touch. halibut - very flavorful and flaky! the veggies were also amazing and sweet. i wish there was more sauce. geoduck ceviche - the chips were a little underwhelming but the ceviche had good flavors fish & chips - perfectly battered, hot and crispy. i believe it’s rockfish. fries are okay.

Google
The service was excellent! However... the food was not. My partner and I got the lobster bisque, asparagus and dungeness crab, and I had 2 mirimichi raw oysters. The lobster bisque was too rich, and kind of just tasted like I was drinking parmesan cheese. The rest of the food was decent, except for the food poisoning. My partner vomited shortly after eating the food. She did not have any oysters, and was already not feeling well so I can't be sure that the food was to blame in her case. However, for me it has been 2 days so far of extreme nausea and... spending lots of time in the bathroom. The stomach cramps are unbearable! I can't eat anything without feeling violently ill. The only thing out of the ordinary that I ate were the oysters. Unfortunately I will not be returning. Hopefully this was just a one time fluke, but I won't risk it happening again.

Google
Delicious food and good service. My girlfriends and I popped in for lunch on a Saturday and while it was busy we were seated right away and our food didn’t take very long. We had a dozen oysters, trying 3 different varieties. I had the spicy chicken sandwich, it was ok. The spice is buffalo sauce and it just overpowers the whole sandwich. I don’t mind a few buffalo wings but it just seemed like too much for a sandwich. I wouldn’t order this again. I had a bite of my friend’s chicken and waffles and it was incredible. Their orange berry syrup is very unique and goes so well with the dish. My other friend enjoyed her oyster roll.

Yelp
While it looks like an upscale place...it is...however, we can call it casual-upscale. Scratch kitchen and the friendliest staff make Chelsea Farms Oyster Bar a real pearl! Happy hour should not be missed... $3 tall boys of Rainer, happy hour portions and pricing of some of their best items. THE BUN that encases a delicious burger is one of the softest and lightest buns I have ever encountered. Go just for the bun.

Tara B.

Yelp
This is our favorite local oyster place! Anytime we are up in the area, we stop by and eat yummy oysters. The bonitas are our favorite! It's a bright open space with good seating options. The staff is friendly enough and the service is always prompt, but we avoid the dinner hours anyways. It's even good for kids as long as they are well behaved. Limited menu for kids, but if they eat seafood with you it works out fine.

Yelp
Washington is an expensive place to spend money if you're not a resident. With that being said, Happy Hour is where it's at. If you're here in the evenings then you may be waiting for a seat anyway so why not come by earlier and enjoy their tasty food and drink options at a better rate and with less of a wait. Comfortable seating and very chill beats created the ambience we needed. We got the some raw oysters, which were tasty but a lot saltier than I'm accustomed to, fish and chips, shrimp tempura, drinks, and grilled cheese for the little. We ate everything, it was so good. We'd only wished their fries were larger. Wouldn't recommend paying for just fries. I don't know what's in their dipping sauce but it's delicious. I'd buy that in a jar. Will return again with friends.

Erika J.

Yelp
We are such a fan of this spot. There is not a bad seat in the establishment. We love the service and the time and elegance that goes into drink making is appreciated. We love the seasonal cocktails too! Thank you so much!

Amanda M.

Yelp
Friendly staff and great food. Apparently, they serve some of the best oysters in town but I'm not a fan so I'm happy to see they have options for picky eaters like myself. Never had a problem with seating, but would recommend a reservation for a larger crowd, especially near a holiday.

Steve P.

Yelp
Fresh and delicious. They own the farm the clams and oysters come from. I love their clam chowder so much. No canned clams in this chowder. There are crispy cubes of pork belly. So tasty.

Babette C.

Yelp
Been wanting to check this place out since we discovered The Bread Peddler, but they were always closed when we'd drop by. Finally got a chance to try it and it's pretty good. They have a nice dining room with high ceilings so that it doesn't seem crowded. The big windows let all the natural light in and the staff is just lovely. Sis got the clam chowder which was less clam chowder and more clam soup. She enjoyed removing the clams from the shells so it felt like a fancier dish, but it wasn't what she was expecting. I got the pork belly benedict and I was hoping there would be a thick slice of pork belly, but instead it was small dices of pork belly with a subtle but mildly delicious sauce. The winner was mom, who ordered the shrimp and grits and the grits were fantastic. Sis and I both decided that the next time we return, we're getting that dish because it was exactly what we expected. Such a nice way to enjoy a Sunday afternoon

Yelp
DDDDD 37 minutes ago I love this place!!!!! The wait staff is the best. Every time we visit we've never been disappointed. The oyster selection is wonderful and the happy hour menu and regular menu are awesome. Their oysters selection is great, there are just enough to choose from and the happy hour oysters never disappoint. My husband really enjoys the clam chowder, it's not just glop with potatoes and specs of clams, it more like a meal. Check out the photos, the food speaks for itself.

Arlene S.

Yelp
Came here for brunch when I was traveling from Seabrook back to Seattle. I ordered oysters, clam chowder, and shrimp & grits. Their oysters taste fresh with a natural sweetness taste. I really enjoy their clam chowder which is not too heavy and filled with clams. The shrimp & grits were delicious as well. I would come back again if I'm in the area.

Holli M.

Yelp
This place has lots of street parking. Near the bus depot - a lot of homeless people. We hand reservations but for a Sunday afternoon it wasn't packed. The menu offered brunch items. And of course we ordered oysters. They were delicious. So fresh and buttery. We ordered a dozen!! The bloody Mary's were a great way to start off any meal. And the kumquat spritz was very refreshing and light. I ordered the clam chowder which also came with a side of garlic bread. That bread was crunchy with garlicky butter flavor. The soup had lots of fresh clams. The flavor was great but the chowder was a soupy type. Not thick and hearty which is what I prefer. The fish and chips were yummy too. Flaky crispy crust with a good amount of fish and fries. The lobster roll was also good. Again the bread it came with was grilled with butter. Giving the roll a crunch every time then you have the lobster inside - pure enjoyment.

John K.

Yelp
Come for the oysters but don't dismiss the other items on the menu. Their take on clam chowder is both fun and unique. Think of a partially deconstructed clam chowder! Chicken and waffles are off the chain. Ginger orange syrup just adds a depth of flavor! We also raved about the lobster roll and shrimp and grits... Locally farmed oysters, well you can't go wrong there and a service team educated and very at ease with a picky group of eaters like us! In short this place rocks!

Lauren S.

Yelp
Came here for late brunch after an early morning of razor clam digging on the shores. We were really craving oysters so that's why we stopped here. It's located in a shared space with multiple restaurants. The oysters were really fresh 5/5. The crab and lobster Benedict was yummy, but nothing really special about it. You can imagine what it would taste like. The chicken and waffles was very unique! The chicken was perfectly fried and really moist. It had a sweet but not too sweet sauce with berries and nuts. It was really yummy. I wish the waffle was a little more crispier, but not a deal breaker. Overall, a cute place to stop by if you're in the area! I really liked the chicken and waffles and that would be my must try!

Ross H.

Yelp
This place had become my go to in Olympia for amazing food. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and it was very clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable around the menu and cocktails. Overall this place is part of the larger market which is awesome. For the food their Oyster selection is amazing, try the Gems. Everything is fresh and flavorful. I've been twice now and one time i went lobster roll and the other i went halibut. The halibut was fantastic, i asked for extra mushrooms and they loaded me up. Spiced nicely with great veggies. Moving on to the roll, it was buttered properly and the lobster was properly spiced. It was a great roll but I will say the fries were just meh, get a side salad instead. This place was great so stop by and give it a try and then go get some ice cream in the market!

Matthew G.

Yelp
Best seafood in Olympia, hands down! Oysters are always on point, the clams in their clam chowder are cooked fresh when you order, and fish and chips features local rockfish. We also love the spicy chicken sandwich! Skip the oyster house and support this local spot instead!

Yelp
I was really excited about Chelsea Farms Oyster Bar, but ultimately left disappointed by the food, both the quality and quantity. We came for dinner and were seated at the bar. We ordered the clam chowder, scallops, and fried oysters. Sitting at the bar, It's fun to watch them shuck fresh oysters. Unfortunately, it also means I watched my geoduck sashimi come out of a plastic bag. It tasted great (my first time having geoduck sashimi as it's not a common item), but being from a bag, and such a tiny portion for $20 just seemed sad. The chowder was definitely unlike traditional clam chowder (less creamy, more wine-y), but was delicious, although the amount of actual soup was very low. The scallops were also cooked well and tasted great, but a somewhat steep price for 3 pieces of scallop. We spent about $100 for 2 people. Service was incredibly slow, from ordering food to getting the check to picking up our credit card. There is no parking available. A bathroom is shared with other businesses in the building outside of the restaurant. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Branka D.

Yelp
The inside is super cute. We enjoyed sitting by the bar to watch the kitchen work their magic. ABSOLUTELY try the oysters. We just got 2 of the top 3 listed oysters and all of them were INCREDIBLE. The sauce it comes with is amazing. The oysters were fresh and very meaty. I thought I had some good ones in Seattle last week but I swear these are better. By far!! Then did the lobster roll. YUM. Very fluffy roll and a very generous portion of lobster. I only wish I had asked for some extra lemon because that's my personal preference. Next time I wish I had room for dessert!

Beth G.

Yelp
Beautiful, outstanding, fresh seafood at the iconic Chelsea Farms. Our groups didn't have a reservation, but were able to sit at the full service cocktail bar, which was honestly very enjoyable. The service was top notch, and it was fun talking to the staff, along with our group. We had local fresh oysters, which my oyster aficionado companions loved. We had prawn and crab cocktail, scallops, clam chowder which was unique, delicious and fresh. We had French onion soup, and fish and chips. Signature cocktails were lovely, and dessert was decadent. A great place to celebrate a special occasion!

Sasha S.

Yelp
Friendly staff and the food is great! Order the clam chowder and Dungeness crab. The oysters are also fresh and sweet. Give it a try :D If you park next to the building make sure you pay as it is closely monitored. and watch out as the area isn't the safest with people loitering around.

Christine S.

Yelp
The oysters here are 10/10!! So good, we ordered a dozen variety - some big some small. The briny small ones were our favorite. Comes with lemon and a mignonette sauce. Wish they also gave hot sauce or horseradish. $38 for a dozen. We also tried the geoduck ceviche. Had never tried geoduck but it was good! Different flavor and taste. Served with chips. We ate the whole thing, but probably wouldn't order again. The lobster roll had a nice big portion of lobster. Bun was soft and fluffy. Option for side salad or fries. We thought it was lacking a bit of flavor, had to add lemon. Needed a touch of mayo is special sauce. Fish and chips were very good. Thick batter with a big portion. Fries were just ok. Maple Old Fashions 10/10 delicious. Overall we really loved the oysters- the freshest you can get. The space is really big and nice with tons of seating both booths and at the bar. The service was great. Located in the 222 market. Would definitely come back!

Kaylee K.

Yelp
Very overly priced. Service wasn't the best. In a bad area, too. Homeless people and druggies just roaming the streets where we had to park for this place. The geoduck and steak tartar were good, just not worth the price. The waitress would just look over at me staring at her for the check, and instead of walking over, would pass us. I'd probably go somewhere else next time.

Jaid R.

Yelp
100000/10 !!! Where do I start. This place is AMAZING. I've been dying to get down to Olympia and visit Chelsea and Im so glad my boyfriend and I did. If you're looking for the most fresh, mouth watering, seafood in the PNW look no further. I recommend trying all of them. Literally the best clam chowder I've ever had in my life. I normally don't ever eat pork but had to give it a try. Pork belly in clam chowder? Why the hell not? BOMB. & Instead of the clams being loose you get the clam IN the shell which made the dish way more fun. You can literally scoop the soup up with the shell and suck the clam down with it. BOMB x2. Did I mention the shrimp cocktail yet!? Oh. Well let me tell you, the BEST shrimp cocktail I've ever tasted. Fat ass tiger prawns with some Cajun type seasoning. 5 stars. Idk what they did to those shrimp but they did their THANG on what is normally a very basic and bland type of appetizer. Now the lobster roll... MY GAWD. I have zero words. It was that good. Fresh. Flavorful. Bread fluffy and soft as a silk pillow! Drinks delicious. But the icing on the cake was our server. He was so polite, funny, engaging, and he really knew his menu and where the food was sourced from! Perfect place for a special occasion or date night!!! Can't wait to return :)

Sandra G.

Yelp
This was such a let down! I wanted this to be good, great even, but it missed the mark. The fried oysters were cooked to the point of burned. The baked ones were palatable. The raw oysters I had were a bit milky and very smelly... not a good sign as my stomach was in dire straits in less than 30 minutes. Prices were high for the quality... I do not recommend.

Craig B.

Yelp
First time at this restaurant and eating oysters. Server had great recommendations and the oysters were definitely enjoyable. We'll be back to try some more. We had the tuna melt and tuna poke. The tuna melt was a little saltier than I liked, but tasted great. The tuna poke was top notch. Looking forward to trying more food here

Yelp
I was excited to try Chelsea's Farms based on a friend's recommendation, especially since they claimed to accept takeout orders. As someone who often travels alone for work, I prefer dining in my hotel room but still enjoy good restaurants. When I called on 04/04/24 around 6:50 pm, a male worker answered and asked me to hold. After patiently waiting for 21 minutes, I hung up realizing he had no intention of speaking to me. When I called back to place a to-go order, I was informed they weren't taking orders for takeout at that time. I then suggested sitting at the bar to order food, but was told there were no seats available. This lack of customer service left me hesitant, especially when I saw available reservation slots on their page. Ultimately, I decided not to make a reservation, as I didn't want to risk a disappointing dining experience after a long day of work. I'll be returning to the area for work again, but Chelsea's Farms is now on my no-go list. Even if the food is good, which I'll never know, it's not worth dealing with unhelpful staff. It's disappointing when workers don't value your patronage and seem more interested in driving customers away than providing a positive experience.

Amy G.

Yelp
1st time trying this place, service was excellent and food was amazing! Tried the chowder and the Bonita oysters, I will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.

Ruth M.

Yelp
I had pan fried Sea scallops and they were the best I've ever had. My husband a steamed clams and he enjoyed them. Service was great, we were seated at the bar and it was fun watching the bartender do her thing. Fun place with excellent food

Cameron C.

Yelp
This place was excellent. Very vibey interior. The bar was great had a maple old fashioned was well executed. Ordered 12 oysters assorted all were delicious. The lobster roll honestly wasn't the best I've had it had no special seasoning or mayo but was good not great. Fish and chips were delicious high quality fish and battered perfectly. Service was quick and they explained everything we ate. Best oysters in Olympia.

Stacey B.

Yelp
OMG! So good! Oysters were fresh and amazing! Octopus was out of this world! Service was also top notch! I will definitely be back!

Sherry G.

Yelp
Today was much improved from my first disastrous visit. What a difference a good server makes. Grey is an outstanding server and I will request her every time going forward. Her recommendations were spot on and she made sure I was happy at every turn. The Chelsea oysters nearly melt in your mouth and there's nothing like their clam chowder. Looking forward to next time.

Bill F.

Yelp
Fresh oysters and excellent food. The service is always top notch. I've been several times and never disappointed.

Anh N.

Yelp
TLDR: Delivers exactly as you'd expect. No surprises. The quality is good, the service great, and the brunch vibe is on point. You won't come for competitive pricing but more to enjoy the higher quality selection of foods. Pros: -Meets expectations -They have Geoduck if you're into that -Tasty cocktails Cons: -None really Would I Come Back? Rating: -If friends wanted to go and we were in the area but I'm not a geoduck eater and ultimately not a unique enough experience to come back on my own.

Leopres F.

Yelp
Highly recommend this place!! Loved their seasonal/monthly menu. We were lucky enough to get last minute reservations here. It was the middle of the week but they were slowly filling up once we got seated. Huge selection of wines and drinks but we choose from their monthly June drink menu. We started with the full menu tasting of oysters (all great in my opinion). I choose to get their famous Chelsea Farms clam chowder and it's not the clam chowder you expect. The clams are still in their shells and it's not that thick, rich soup but rather a thin, savory, creamy soup and it was an entire pound of clams ! My partner choose their steak and frites and also enjoyed it. The steak was cooked to perfection and the sides were very delicious. Didn't get to take a picture of their dessert menu but we got a basil rhubarb cheesecake and it was divine ! If you're in Olympia, please go here !!

Earnie G.

Yelp
Delicious restaurant outlet for a local oyster farm that grows the native Olympia oysters (hard to find elsewhere), several other types of oysters, and geoduck. Also has a good selection of other seafood and foods on the menu. Service is friendly, attentive, and helpful. Food is perfectly executed and delicious. And those oysters. OMG good! I'll be back.

Nancy A.

Yelp
I stop by here every single time I visit my parents from out of town and order a dozen oysters and the clam chowder. The clam chowder bowl is like a trough and is more than filling. Fresh, quality ingredients, prompt service and dog friendly patio

Jude V.

Yelp
Four of us had dinner at Chelsea Farms last night- what a find! Great lighting, cool jazz music, a delightful waitress and amazing seafood! Wait I forgot- creative, tongue blessed cocktails! We all loved our entrees from Dungeness crab linguini, to fish &chips with a shared side of tempura prawns and a stupendous clam chowder that came with the shells on- yep all 13 of'em! We feasted well and were treated wonderfully! Reasonably priced and every bite a treat! I have run out of adjectives so time to scat! Try Chelsea's...you'll be amazed!- Jude

K. P.

Yelp
Wonderful oysters, but the service... despite tons of staff leaves much room for improvement.

Denay N.

Yelp
You know I came here with my fiancé about a year ago and it seems nothing has changed. Over priced ok quility seafood, crappy judgemental servers that make you feel unwanted in a restaurant id compare to red lobster.

Katie L.

Yelp
Excellent place to get fresh and local oysters. Friendly service, too. I would stop there just for the clam chowder

Lisa M.

Yelp
I was on my own without a reservation on a Friday night but they managed to find me a spot at the raw bar. Wonderful oysters, food and drinks. Very knowledgeable and helpful wait staff. Friendly, as I ended up meeting everyone at the raw bar by the end of the evening.

Sam N.

Yelp
Walked in on a Saturday morning, luckily was able to get seats at the oyster bar. Fresh oysters getting shucked right in front. Ordered the full menu tasting and fish sandwich. Oysters were shucked beautifully, great options and flavors throughout. Fish sandwich was a surprise, tasted similar to a crab cake, amazingly put together. This place is great, if it were in Seattle we would've paid 25% more. Worth a stop.

Ian C.

Yelp
Stopped off here for a late lunch on the way to Astoria. Awesome food. We ordered the fish and chips, kids mac n cheese (peppery but SO good) and the baked oysters...everything was great but I especially loved the Mac n cheese. Service was good. Everyone we interacted with was polite, friendly and attentive. Ambience was good, some cool tunes playing during our time there. The table water... a special shoutout to the tap water that tastes great with no hint of chlorine due to the spring water source. If you are in the area or even if you are just driving the 5, stop by you won't be disappointed.

Casey C.

Yelp
Oyster sampler was AMAZING!! I would come back next time I'm in Olympia. Service was great, food was great, no complaints.

Hanna W.

Yelp
Delicious food and wonderful ambiance! Would absolutely go back. The clam chowder was honestly the best I've ever had

Sarah O.

Yelp
Hands down my favorite restaurant in Olympia - the oysters are second to none, the seasonal cocktail menu keeps things fresh, and there's always something new to try as the specials change frequently. The waitstaff are friendly, and service has been on point - cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Giovanna F.

Yelp
I've eaten here twice with kids. This is not my first choice for a kid friendly atmosphere but I wanted oysters! They used to have wood fired pizza which was great for the kids but they don't have it anymore. Boo! I usually go for fresh oysters but today I had the baked oysters w bourbon butter. Yum! Super fresh and delightfully meaty. I also tried the mushroom duxelles, they could've been more cooked down as they were a bit chewy. I appreciated the earthy flavor though. The calamari was so tender but not as crisp as I expected. The portion could've been larger for the price. The kid's mac n cheese was very "fancy" cheesy. Kids hated it of course! Haha. Who wants the corkscrew macaroni noodles anyway? The Lobster roll was the most disappointing thing today. It was overly dressed. I am not a fan of the dressing they used to mix in w lobster. Gross. I would've been happy w just lobster chunks and butter on the side. Shoestring fries were perfectly crisp but too salty. Overall, minor flaws but service was great and food was fresh. The 4 stars is for super fresh oysters and tender calamari.

Yelp
It was my birthday and made a reservation. Noted on my reservation that it is my birthday and requested that I would like a nice table. We came in and we were not greeted. We waited and then this guy came and said he will help us, shortly, we had to stand and wait for quite a bit, while the manager was on the phone and the other staff were socializing. No one paid attention to us. We waited and waited. My mom has mobility issues and not once the manager stopped talking on the phone and took upon himself to support us. We were then taken to a table which was by other people, sitting just right by them, and I requested if we could get a different table, since I wanted privacy for my celebration and just then we were seated at a table by the kitchen door and bar, where it was dark and high waiters traffic bussing orders right by us. I asked the manager who passed us by to get to seat us somewhere else and he says to me "tell me where you want to sit and I'll sit you, there"... not very courteous... and I responded, maybe "you" could suggest the best table, since it is my birthday and I have noted in my reservation I wanted a good table. The restaurant wasn't busy, if it was a quarter full, at its best. The manager, then, suggested a table. We were sat down and had to wait, again...this time for our drinks. They messed up our drinks order and only brought me, drinks, while my mom and dad had to sit there and wait with water for a good 10 minutes, until my wine wasn't ice cold, anymore... Then, they messed up our appetizers. We ordered a lobster dip for each of my mom and dad and they only brought one to share. All this time no one stopped to check on us, or wish me "Happy Birthday!"not even once, although I mentioned to the manager, this was my birthday. He didn't let the waitress know; I mentioned to her. Then, the main course came. The food was not bad, but it wasn't exquisite, as we have experienced in the past at Chelsea Farms. Then, they asked us if we wanted a desert on the house for my bday. To my surprise, the bill came, and the desert was added to my bill. My bill was $217.70. We weren't given the service and consideration I expected and received in the past at Chelsea Farms Oyster Bar. I wasn't celebrated and they weren't very courteous to me and my folks.

Lisa C.

Yelp
Wow, we had a really delightful meal here. I was in the mood for more of a fine dining experience. Mr. Crankypants wanted a Sammy with French fries & beer. Chelsea Farms has just the right menu and ambience to scratch both itches. I had the true cod with chanterelles and delicata squash and a French chenin blanc--perfection! Crankypants chose lobster roll, always a risky maneuver outside New England but it paid off, and I gotta say those fries are tied for the best (with Uptown Grill) in all of Thurston County. The menu is diverse and eclectic enough, I can see eating here several times a year.

R G.

Yelp
Food was great! Great atmosphere. The waitress could have been a little more friendly, but maybe she had a bad day or that's just her personality... Will def go back!

Great meal! The service was a bit slow, but they were super friendly and made up for the timely service. Presentations and meal were frakking delish and will definitely be out getting business, again. Really, really, good.
